Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Cross Reference to Related Application of the Invention

The present application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2019-0086586 filed in the Korean Intellectual Property Office on Jul. 17, 2019, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function, and more particularly, to a vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function that is capable of allowing a cosmetic liquid like essence to be applied to an inner skin thereof, so that when it is worn on a wearer's hand, hand skin care can be done, that is capable of allowing given portions of finger portions to be selectively cut to expose the wearer's fingers to the outside, so that nail care can be done, and that is capable of allowing the finger portions to be cut and a wrist portion to be rigidly sealed to prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside.

Background of the Related Art

As a lot of interests in cosmetics are shown, recently, a disposable glove or sock with a cosmetic pack function hits the market.

The glove or sock includes an outer skin produced with a vinyl material made of polyethylene and an inner skin produced with a non-woven fabric made of polypropylene, and the outer skin and the inner skin are laminatedly bonded to each other. After that, a functional cosmetic liquid like essence or collagen is applied to the non-woven fabric as the inner skin.

One of such conventional functional gloves is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0464826 wherein while a wearer's nails are being cared, nutrition supply for the wearer's hand is carried out.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the functional glove as disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0464826. As shown in FIG. 1, if finger insertion portions 113 are separated from the glove by means of cut lines 12a, nails are exposed to the outside and cared if necessary, while skin care for the hand is being done.

However, the cut lines 13a are formed on the finger portions of the glove, so that while the product is being distributed, a cosmetic liquid applied to the inner skin of the glove may leak to the outside through the cut lines 13a, which undesirably causes claims.

A disposable vinyl glove with a care function for both nails and hand is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1087856 wherein finger tips of the glove are cut and thermally bonded and if a wearer's fingers are fitted to the glove, the bonding portions are open to expose only the fingers to the outside, so that nail care and hand care can be simultaneously done.

FIG. 2 is a top view showing the vinyl glove as disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1087856. As shown in FIG. 2, the finger tips of the vinyl glove are cut, and thermal bonding portions 2 are formed on the cut portions, thereby preventing a cosmetic liquid applied to an inner skin of the vinyl glove from leaking to the outsides of finger portions of the gloves during the product is distributed. At the moment when the glove is worn on the wearer's hand, however, the wearer's fingers are exposed to the outside, so that a pack for the exposed fingers of the wearer cannot be applied.

Besides, the thermal bonding portions 2 are formed by means of thermal bonding blades sharper than thermal bonding blades for other portions of the glove, so that they are likely to be structurally broken. As a result, unfortunately, the thermal bonding portions 2 may become easily broken during the distribution of the product.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Now, an explanation on a vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the present invention will be given with reference to the attached drawings.

FIG. 3 is a top view showing a vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line A-A of FIG. 3.

As shown, the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a shape of a finger glove having finger portions 110 and a body 120 and is manufactured by laminatedly bonding a vinyl part 161 as an outer skin and a non-woven fabric part 162 as an inner skin to which a cosmetic liquid is applied, the vinyl glove including: cutting lines 130 formed along the finger portions 110 to separate given portions of the finger portions 110 from the body 120; finger bonding portions 140 formed toward the body 120 by given distances with respect to the cutting lines 130 in such a manner as to thermally bond tops and undersides of the finger portions 110 to prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside; and a wrist bonding portion 150 formed inward toward the body 120 by a given distance with respect to an insertion portion 121 formed on a wrist portion of the body 120 in such a manner as to thermally bond top and underside of the body 120 to prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside.

In this case, each finger bonding portion 140 includes a first bonding portion 141 formed by means of ultra high frequency bonding or thermal bonding and a second bonding portion 142 spaced apart from the first bonding portion 141 by a given distance.

Further, the wrist bonding portion 150 includes a first bonding portion 151 formed by means of ultra high frequency bonding or thermal bonding and a second bonding portion 152 spaced apart from the first bonding portion 151 by a given distance.

The reason why each of the finger bonding portion 130 and the wrist bonding portion 150 has a double structure is to perfectly prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside even if the bonding portions having small widths are torn off during the glove is distributed.

The vinyl part 161 is the outer skin made of a polyethylene (PE) material, and the non-woven fabric part 162 is the inner skin made of a polypropylene (PP) material. A large amount of functional cosmetic liquid like essence or collagen is applied to the non-woven fabric part 162.

Referring to a method for manufacturing the vinyl glove according to the present invention, the cutting lines 130 and the finger bonding portions 140 are formed along the finger portions 110, and next, the cosmetic liquid is applied to the non-woven fabric part 162 through the insertion portion 121 of the body 120.

At this time, the application of the cosmetic liquid to the inside of the vinyl glove is blocked by means of the finger bonding portions 140 and cannot move to the ends of the finger bonding portions 140 on which the cutting lines 130 are formed.

If the application of the cosmetic liquid is finished, like this, the wrist bonding portion 150 is formed so that manufacturing the vinyl glove is completed.

Under the above-mentioned configuration, the cosmetic liquid applied to the non-woven fabric part 162 does not leak to the outside through the finger bonding portions 140 and the wrist bonding portion 150, thereby preventing the product from being contaminated with the cosmetic liquid leaking to the surface thereof during the distribution.

If it is desired that the vinyl glove according to the present invention is worn on a wearer's hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the wearer's fingers are inserted through the insertion portion 121 of the body 120, and next, they open the second bonding portion 152 and the first bonding portion 151 of the wrist bonding portion 150 sequentially.

After that, the wearer's hand enters the inside of the body 120, and next, the fingers enter the finger portions 110 in such a manner as to open the second bonding portion 142 and the first bonding portion 141 of each finger bonding portion 140 sequentially.

At this time, the finger bonding portions 140 are torn off and open to allow the wearer's fingers to be located inside the finger portions 110, and accordingly, the wearer's fingers are inserted into the finger portions 110, together with the cosmetic liquid applied to the non-woven fabric part 162, so that the wearer's fingers inclusive of nails can have cosmetic pack effects even in the interiors of the finger portions 110.

If it is desired to take care of the nails, in this state, the finger portions 110 are separated from the body 120 by means of the cutting lines 130 to allow the nails to be exposed to the outside, as shown in FIG. 6.

FIG. 7 is a top view showing a vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

As shown, the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the first embodiment of the present invention, except that finger bonding portions 170 are configured differently from the finger bonding portions 140.

Each finger bonding portion 170 includes a wide width bonding portion 171 formed by means of ultra high frequency bonding or thermal bonding and a plurality of guide bonding portions 172 to 174 sequentially spaced apart from the wide width bonding portion 171 by a given distance in such a manner as to be formed on both ends thereof by means of ultra high frequency bonding or thermal bonding, the guide bonding portions having insertion inducing holes 175 formed on centers thereof to allow the wearer's fingers to be easily inserted into the finger portions 110.

In this case, the wide width bonding portion 171 has a wide width on a bonding portion thereof to basically prevent the cosmetic liquid leaking from the bonding portions having small widths from leaking therefrom, and the guide bonding portions 172 to 174 have the insertion inducing holes 175 formed not bonded on the centers thereof to allow the wearer's fingers to be induced naturally to the center of the wide width bonding portion 171 at the time when the fingers are inserted into the finger portions 110, so that the wide width bonding portion 171 is easily torn off and open.

FIG. 8 is a top view showing a vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a top view showing a state where the vinyl glove of FIG. 8 is used.

As shown, the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the third embodiment of the present invention is the same as the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the first embodiment of the present invention, except that an open cutting line 180 is extended from a connected portion between the finger portions 110 to one end of the insertion portion 121 on top of the vinyl glove.

As shown in FIG. 9, the open cutting line 180 pulls to open at the time when the vinyl glove is taken off after the cosmetic pack has been done, so that the vinyl glove can be easily taken off.

Accordingly, the open cutting line 180 has an open bonding portion 181 thermally bonded to a given width to prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside therethrough and a cutting line formed with fine holes at the inside of the open bonding portion 181.

In addition to the vinyl glove, the present invention also relates to a vinyl sock as shown in FIG. 10.

As shown, a vinyl sock with a cosmetic pack function according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention has a shape of a sock having a toe portion 210 and a body 220 and is manufactured by laminatedly bonding an outer skin and an inner skin to which a cosmetic liquid is applied, the vinyl sock including: a cutting line 230 formed along the toe portion 210 to separate a given portion of the toe portion 210 from the body 220; a toe bonding portion 240 formed toward the body 220 by a given distance with respect to the cutting line 230 in such a manner as to thermally bond top and underside of the toe portion 210 to prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside; and an ankle bonding portion 250 formed inward toward the body 220 by a given distance with respect to an insertion portion 221 formed on an ankle portion of the body 220 in such a manner as to thermally bond top and underside of the body 220 to prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside.

In this case, the toe bonding portion 240 includes a first bonding portion 241 formed by means of ultra high frequency bonding or thermal bonding and a second bonding portion 242 spaced apart from the first bonding portion 241 by a given distance.

Further, the ankle bonding portion 250 includes a first bonding portion 251 formed by means of ultra high frequency bonding or thermal bonding and a second bonding portion 252 spaced apart from the first bonding portion 251 by a given distance.

Under the above-mentioned configuration, the operating effects of the vinyl sock are the same as the vinyl glove as mentioned above.

As described above, the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the present invention can allow the cosmetic liquid like essence to be applied to the inner skin thereof so that when it is worn on the wearer's hand, hand skin care can be done, can allow the given portions of the finger portions to be selectively cut to expose the wearer's fingers to the outside, so that nail care can be done, and can allow the finger portions to be cut and the wrist region to be rigidly sealed to prevent the cosmetic liquid from leaking to the outside.

In addition, the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the present invention can apply a pack to the wearer's hand inclusive of fingers when nail care for the fingers is not done and can allow the wearer's desired fingers to be exposed to the outside if the nail care for the fingers is required, so that the nail care for the fingers is done.

Further, the vinyl glove with a cosmetic pack function according to the present invention can allow the wearer's hand to be easily taken off through the open cutting line after the pack for the hand is finished, thereby providing conveniences of use thereof.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
