Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures, and particularly to a heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures which may spray water mist from a rim of a hat body and from a bottom of a visor to achieve the effect of heat dissipation and cooling on a hot summer day.

2. Description of Related Art

The effect of global climate change has made it extremely warm worldwide. Although air conditioning may cool down an indoor space, sultriness or heatstroke frequently hits outdoors for lack of heat dissipating and cooling devices. Currently on the market are cooling pouches, cooling ties or portable fans for traveling around outdoors. However, existing cooling pouches may only be placed in a pocket or carried in the hand to provide a cooling effect when being pressed close to a user's skin for a short period of time. Portable fans, on the other hand, are easily misplaced and ineffective.

It is well known that spraying water molecule mist around a human body (particularly the face) may allow fine water molecules to permeate into the skin and provide the effect of heat dissipation and cooling on a hot summer day. In view of this, after laborious research and experiments, the applicant has devised a heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures for producing water mist around the face and body of a wearer for achieving the effect of heat dissipation and cooling.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a primary purpose of the present invention to provide a heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures which may spray water mist from a rim of a hat body and from a bottom of a visor to achieve the effect of heat dissipation and cooling on a hot summer day.

A foregoing heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures comprises a hat body and a plurality of atomizer structures connected to the hat body, wherein on a rear rim of the hat body are disposed a battery and a water storage groove therein is disposed a water injection opening; the plurality of atomizer structures are disposed on a rim of the hat body and a rim of a visor and are connected to the water storage groove and the battery with a tube body and a guide line respectively, wherein on the tube body are disposed intervally arranged release vents. When the hat is worn on a hot summer day, an appropriate amount of water is provided to each of the plurality of atomizer structures from the water storage groove, oscillated into water mist therein, and sprayed through the release vents arranged on the tube body from a rim of the hat body and a bottom of a visor onto and around the face of the wearer to achieve the effect of heat dissipation and cooling on a hot summer day.

A foregoing heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures, wherein the plurality of atomizer structures disposed on a rim of the hat body and a rim of a visor are supersonic oscillating modules which oscillate water into fine water mist molecules by means of the supersonic oscillators disposed therein.

A foregoing heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures, wherein below the water injection opening of the water storage groove disposed at a rear rim of the hat body is arranged a piece body which is connected to the hat body and a plug for blocking the water injection opening to prevent water spill or for filling water after the plug is removed from the water injection opening.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional view of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is another three-dimensional view of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a view of the present invention in use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to both FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, illustrating three-dimensional views of the present invention. As the figures show, the present invention comprises a hat body 1 and a plurality of atomizer structures 2 connected to the hat body 1, wherein the hat body 1 comprises a visor 11, on a rear rim thereof are disposed a chargeable battery 12 and a water storage groove 13 of an appropriate volume. The battery 12 is connected to a socket 14 and a switch 15 for allowing a transformer or a portable power source to be plugged into the socket 14 to charge the battery 12 and for turning on or off the power supply of the battery 12 by means of the switch 15.

The water storage groove 13 is used for storing an appropriate amount of water thereon is disposed a water injection opening 131, below which is arranged a piece body 161 which is connected to the hat body 1 and a plug 16 for blocking the water injection opening 131 to prevent water spill or for filling water after the plug is removed from the water injection opening 131.

The plurality of atomizer structures 2 are disposed on a rim of the hat body 1 and a rim of a visor 11 and are connected to the water storage groove 13 with a tube body 17 and to the battery 12 with a guide line 18, wherein on the tube body 17 are disposed intervally arranged release vents 171. In the present embodiment, the plurality of atomizer structures 2 is supersonic oscillating modules comprising electric circuits and supersonic oscillators, which are driven by the battery 12 to oscillate water into fine water mist molecules.

The above-mentioned components are combined to form a heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures. When the hat is worn on a hot summer day, an appropriate amount of water is provided to each of the plurality of atomizer structures 2 from the water storage groove 13, oscillated into water mist therein after the switch 15 is turned on, and sprayed through the release vents 171 arranged on the tube body 17 from a rim of the hat body 1 and a bottom of a visor 11 onto and around the face of the wearer to achieve the effect of heat dissipation and cooling on a hot summer day.

When the water in the water storage groove 13 is running out, the plug 16 may be removed from the water injection opening 131 for filling water into the water storage groove 13 through the water injection opening 131.

Please refer to FIG. 3, illustrating a top view of the present invention. Please also refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. As the figures show, the plurality of atomizer structures 2 are disposed on a rim of the hat body 1 and a rim of a visor 11 and are connected respectively by the tube body 17 which is arranged to surround a periphery of the hat body 1 and a periphery of a visor 11. In this way, the water mist sprayed from the release vents 171 of the tube body 17 may surround the face and a periphery of the face of the wearer to cool down the face and a periphery of the face to achieve the effect of heat dissipation.

Please refer to FIG. 4, illustrating the present invention in use. Please also refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. As the figures show, in application the hat body 1 is put on the head of a wearer with the hat body 1 and visor 11 positioned right at an upper part of the wearer's face. Further, as the tube body 17 is arranged to surround the hat body 1 and a visor 11, after water is oscillated into water mist in the plurality of atomizer structures 2 the water mist will be sprayed from the hat body 1 and a visor 11 onto and around the face of the wearer like a water screen to achieve the effect of heat dissipation and cooling.

The foregoing preferred embodiment is illustrated of the present invention rather than limiting of the present invention. It is intended to cover various modifications and changes included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims, the scope of which should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar structures.

In view of the foregoing considerations, the present invention provides a heat dissipating hat with atomizer structures comprising a tube body disposed on a hat body and a visor which is connected to a plurality of atomizer structures for spraying water mist from a rim of the hat body and below a visor to achieve the effect of heat dissipation and cooling on a hot summer day.
