Abstract

The present invention is a multi-purpose container with lid that can act as a secondary container. The main container holds various products and can be made up any material. The lid seal into the main container and the lid is made up of two parts. When lid is opened, there is an extra storage for various objects and has gaskets to fit and create a seal inside the main container.

BACKGROUND

The present invention is a multi-purpose container with lid that can act as a secondary container. The main container holds various products and can be made up any material. The lid seal into the main container and the lid is made up of two parts. When lid is opened, there is an extra storage for various objects and has gaskets to fit and create a seal inside the main container.

The U.S. Pat. No. 8,066,137B2 talk about a Flexible, stackable container including a lid and package body folded from a single sheet of film wherein a flexible, stackable container for storing a quantity of a product may include a sealed package formed from a single sheet of film and retaining the quantity of the product disposed therein, and a lid fitment attached to a first side of the package. The first side of the package may have an outer first surface of the film and outwardly extending first corner seals formed in the film at the edges of the first side and surrounding the first side of the package. The package may also have a second side disposed opposite the first side and outwardly extending second corner seals formed in the film at the edges of the second side and surrounding the second side of the package. The lid fitment may include a base having a central opening and a lid having a complimentary shape to the base to form a seal therebetween when the lid is closed down onto the base. The base may be sealed to one of the first surface of the first side, to the first corner seals surrounding the first side, or to both, such that a portion of the first surface is accessible from the exterior of the container when the lid is separated from the base of the lid fitment is disclosed.

No. 6,523,713B1 talks about Stackable hinged container lid having detents wherein a lid and a container using the lid are disclosed, the lid having a central panel of paperboard with a resilient plastic skirt joined about its perimeter. A metal foil membrane having heat activated adhesive layers is attached to the lid and the rim of the container by inductive heating. Detents project from an inside surface of the skirt and cooperate with the rim on the container to hold the lid in an open position. A stacking lip extends from the skirt and interfits within an identical lid to allow the lids to be stacked for shipment. A hinge extends transversely across the central panel and divides the lid into movable and fixed portions. Weakened regions on the skirt separate when the lid is opened and provide evidence of potential tampering is disclosed.

The present invention will prove to be very advantageous as it will provide more space in a single container and save unnecessary space consumption. It is portable, leak proof and easy to use. It is an improvement in much sense on the existing prior arts.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

When lid is opened, there is an extra storage for various objects and has gaskets to fit and create a seal inside the main container.

Various materials such as glass, wood, metal will be used to make the main container while the lid can be made up of but not limited to Silicone, plastic, metal, glass.

The container will be spacious, leak proof and suitable to store food stuff. Single lid and dual container will provide more aesthetic look to the container.

The user would store goods or belongings in main container, seal it with lid and then store extra goods or belongings in secondary lid location

The Container is very advantageous as it will save space consumption, provide multi-functions in a single structure, is portable and very convenient to use.

1. A multi-purpose container with lid that can act as a secondary container; the main container holds various products and can be made up any material;

2. The lid as claimed in claim 1 is seal into the main container and the lid is made up of two parts; when lid is opened, there is an extra storage for various objects and has gaskets to fit and create a seal inside the main container;

3. The container as claimed in claim 1 will store various products and the lid will provide an extra space for storing products and goods.
