DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The invention is further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiment.

Embodiment

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the winch winding trigger assembly system in this embodiment comprises a pulley 1 and a trigger-releasing system at the rear side of the pulley 1 wherein:

Said trigger-releasing system includes a shell 3 and a winding ratchet mechanism, a trigger mechanism, a security slide block 4 in the inner cavity of the shell 3; said winding ratchet mechanism, arranged at the rear of inner cavity of the shell 3, includes a reel and a ratchet 8, a pawl 9, a pawl spring 10 for driving the pawl 9 and locking the ratchet 8, a trigger lock rod 11 for driving the pawl 9 and unlocking the ratchet 8 fixedly assembled with the reel among which the trigger lock rod 11 and the pawl 9 are an integral part whose end terminal extends out of the shell 3; said trigger mechanism, arranged in the front of the inner cavity of the shell 3, comprises a locking hook 5 and its coordinating trigger 6 and a locking hook spring 12 at the rear of the locking hook 5 for driving the locking hook 5 to reset; said locking hook 5 is mounted on the shell 3 via a pin shaft and can rotate along the pin shaft; said trigger 6 is fixed below the locking hook 5 and its bottom end extends out of the shell 3; said security slide block 4, mounted between the winding ratchet mechanism and the locking hook 5, can drive the trigger lock rod 11 to slide back and forth along the inner cavity of the shell 3 and further drive the pawl 9 and unlock the ratchet 8; a pulley traction line 13 is arranged between said pulley 1 and the reel.

To facilitate the pulley 1 to reset after shooting, the pulley-resetting device is mounted to draw pulley to reset which is a tension coil spring 14 whose end is fixedly connected to the bottom of the pulley 1.

At the rear side of said pulley 1 is arranged with a string-stopping block 16 made of soft materials and a gap is set for hooking the string 2 on said string-stopping block 16. The string-stopping block 16 functions as a string stopper at the time of shooting, effectively integrating traditional string stoppers of crossbows and making the crossbow more simple in structure. Therefore, the production cost is reduced.

The handle for driving the reel to rotate and wind is fixed at the outside of said shell 3.

To make sure the pulley 1 can keep stable in winding and shooting, as shown in FIG. 3, said winding ratchet mechanism of the embodiment includes two reels, namely the first reel 7 and the second reel 17, which are fixed symmetrically at two sides of the ratchet 8; at the bottom of said pulley 1 is arranged with two pulley-guide wheels, namely the first pulley-guide wheel 15 and the second pulley-guide wheel 18; the front end of said shell 3 is arranged with a wire slot 19 which is set horizontally and the top cross-section of which is in the shape of arc; one end of said pulley traction line 13 is wound on the first reel 7 while the other end thereof passes the first pulley-guide wheel 15, goes through the wire slot 19, passes the second pulley-guide wheel 18 in sequence and winds on the the second reel 17.

The invention functions as the crossbow mechanism fixed on the crossbow limb wherein said trigger-releasing system is fixedly assembled at the end of the crossbow limb to effectively avoid problem of retracting accuracy in mobile trigger-releasing system due to move. Said tension coil spring 14 is fixed in the front of the crossbow limb via a pin shaft, the tension coil spring 14 will deform after extending at the time of winding up string and the pulley 1 will reset after shooting under restoring force of the tension coil spring 14.

The working principle of the invention is briefly described hereinafter:

Swinging handle to rotate the the first reel 7, the second reel 17 and the ratchet 8, the pulley traction line 13 keeps winding on the first reel 7 and the second reel 17, and furthermore, drawing the pulley 1 to move toward the trigger-releasing system and drawing the string 2 and the tension coil spring 14 until the the string 2 touches the locking hook 5 which rotates and hooks string (the status of the locking hook 5 after hooking bowstring is shown in FIG. 2). At this time, the backward force of the string 2 pushes the security slide block 4 to move rearward, drives the trigger lock rod 11 to move and further drives the pawl 9 and unlocks the ratchet 8. As a result, the ratchet 8 will be unlocked when the string is hooked. Pulling the trigger 6, driving the locking hook 5 and unlocking the string 2, the shooting is completed. Meanwhile, the pulley 1 moves forward quickly under the force of tension coil spring 14 and resets for the next winding up string.

The pawl 9 can lock the ratchet 8 at any time under effect of the pawl spring 10, therefore the pulley 1 can stop at any time and any space in the process of winding up string. If withdrawing from the winding up string is wanted, pressing the trigger lock rod 11 to the unlocking position (the trigger lock rod 11 in unlocking status is shown in FIG. 2) and releasing the pulley 1.

the invention effectively combines the crossbow structure in an associated way, solving problems that crossbow is slow in filling and poor in winding via mutual linkage of winding ratchet mechanism and trigger mechanism, more convenient to use and improving controllability and safety of the crossbow.

Only one embodiment of the invention is shown above, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In general, it is to be understood by those skilled in the art that non-creative design of structural forms and embodiments that are similar to the technical solutions without departing from the spirit of the invention shall all fall within the protective scope of the invention.
