Description

This invention relates to a cosmetic product application device, comprising:

    • a first part extending along a longitudinal direction between a first end and a second end,
    • a second part, the first part being able to be removably fixed to the second part on the first end of the first part,
    • dressing able to be moved between an engaged position, in which the dressing covers at least partially the first part, and a free position, in which the dressing is separated from the first part and from the second part.

The invention in particular applies to the packaging and distribution of cosmetic products. The term “cosmetic product”, refers, according to this invention, to a product as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Nov. 30, 2009, on cosmetic products.

Such a dressing makes it possible in particular to improve the external aspect of the cosmetic product application device, by providing an aesthetically pleasing dressing.

Document WO 01/78551 A1 describes a cosmetic product container, more particularly a mascara, in which the bottle containing the coloring product is able to be covered by a removable dressing.

However, in order to insert or remove the dressing from the bottle, it is necessary that the bottle be unscrewed from the applicator.

This complicates the dressing and undressing method of the application device which requires at least one step of opening the bottle. In addition, if the bottle still contains product, the product is able to exit from the bottle and/or be oxidized and/or dry during this dressing or undressing.

This invention has for purpose to propose an application device that has a removable dressing including when the first part and the second part are fixed to one another.

To this effect, the invention has for purpose an application device of the aforementioned type wherein the displacement between the engaged position and the free position is carried out by translation of the dressing along the longitudinal direction around the first part from the second end of the first part,

wherein the first part comprises at least one first indexing element, the dressing comprising a collar comprising at least one second indexing element, the second indexing element being able to be reversibly engaged with the first indexing element in order to maintain the dressing in the engaged position,

and in which the dressing comprises a thrusting member movably mounted with respect to the collar between an idle position and an extraction position, the thrusting member being able to disengage the first indexing element and the second indexing element in the extraction position.

The displacement being carried out as a translation around the first part from the second end of the first part, while the fastening between the first part and the second part is carried out on the first ends, the dressing is able to be displaced in the engaged position or in the free position, including when the first part is fixed to the second part.

Moreover, when the first part has to be replaced, it is not necessary to change the dressing, in such a way that this creates less waste with respect to a device in which the dressing would be integral with the first part. Using a removable dressing therefore makes it possible to reduce the quantity of waste produced at the end of the life of the first part, and therefore the environmental impact of the application device.

In addition, the first and second indexing elements allow for a maintaining of the dressing in the engaged position, said means being reversible, in such a way that the dressing is able to be disengaged from the first part in order to be moved in the free position.

The thrusting member makes it possible to easily disengage the first part by displacing the thrusting member in the extraction position.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristics according to which the second part extends between a first end and a second end, the removable fixing between the first part and the second part being carried out on the first end of the second part,

the application device comprising an additional dressing able to be moved between an engaged position, in which the additional dressing covers at least partially the second part, and a free position, in which the additional dressing is separated from the first part and from the second part.

the displacement of the additional dressing between the engaged position and the free position being carried out by translation of the additional dressing around the second part from the second end of the second part.

The application device thus has a dressing for the first part and a dressing for the second part, in such a way that the external aspect of said device is particularly pleasing and the waste at the end of the life of the first part and/or of the second part are limited.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the first part comprises an outer surface, with the at least one first indexing element being defined on the outer surface, the collar having an inner surface, with at least a second indexing element being defined on the inner surface of the collar.

The first and second indexing elements are able to be engaged with one another.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the first indexing element is one between a rib or a groove, with the second indexing element being the other between a rib or a groove.

These first and second indexing elements allow for an engagement and a disengagement of the dressing at the first part by engagement and disengagement of the rib in the groove.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the second indexing element extends over a circumference at least partially of the inner surface of the collar, with the first indexing element extending over a circumference at least partially of the outer surface of the first part.

These first and second indexing elements make it possible to engage and disengage the rib in the groove by applying a force along the longitudinal direction.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the first part comprises an inner surface, with the first indexing element being defined over the inner surface, the collar comprising an inner surface that has a stop and a tab comprising the second indexing element, the first indexing element being maintained between the stop and the second indexing element in the engaged position of the dressing.

These first and second indexing elements allow for a maintaining of the dressing with the first part.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the collar comprises at least one deformable portion between an idle position and a separated position, the at least one second indexing element being present on the at least one deformable portion, the thrusting member being able to deform the deformable portion from the idle position to the separated position.

The displacement of the thrusting member in the extraction position drives a disengagement of the first indexing element with the second indexing element.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the collar comprises an elastic member for actuating the thrusting member to its idle configuration.

The thrusting member, once displaced in the extraction position for disengaging the first indexing element from the second indexing element, thus returns to the idle position, in such a way that the dressing is able to be reengaged on the first part without any additional step for displacing the thrusting member in the idle position.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the dressing comprises a dressing body extending around the collar and forming the outer surface of the dressing.

The dressing body makes it possible to provide an outer dressing that is particularly aesthetically pleasing. In particular, it is possible to provide an aesthetic surface that covers the collar able to have irregularities in particular due to its indexing and engaging function of the dressing on the first part.

The device of the application according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the first part comprises a receptacle able to contain a cosmetic product, a cosmetic product application element or a closing element, the second part comprising a closing element, a receptacle able to contain a cosmetic product or an additional application element of the first part.

Such an application device is able to have several possible applications.

The application device according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the first part has one between a rib or a circumferential closing groove at its first end, the second part having the other between a rib or a corresponding circumferential closing groove, the removable fastening between the first part and the second part being carried out by the insertion of the closing rib into the closing groove.

Such a groove/rib system allows for the fastening of the first part and the second part by snap-fitting, in such a way that the fastening can be reversed by disengagement of the rib of the closing groove.

The invention also has for object a kit comprising an cosmetic product application device such as defined hereinabove and a refill comprising a first additional part similar to the first part,

the first additional part extending along a longitudinal direction between a first end and a second end,

the dressing being able to be moved between an engaged position, in which the dressing covers at least partially the first additional part, and a free position, in which the dressing is separated from the first additional part,

the displacement between the engaged position and the free position being carried out by translation of the dressing according to the longitudinal direction around the second additional part from the second end of the first additional part.

Such a kit makes it possible in particular to replace only the first part and/or the second part by retaining the dressing. This makes it possible in particular to generate less waste by reusing the dressing.

The kit according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which the refill comprises a second additional part similar to the second part; the first part and the second part delimiting an inner volume containing a first cosmetic product, the first additional part and the second additional part delimiting an inner volume containing a second cosmetic product.

This makes it possible in particular to refill the cosmetic product application device by modifying the first and/or second part or parts by reusing the dressing.

The invention also has for object a method for dressing a cosmetic product application device, including the following steps:

    • supply of a first part extending along a longitudinal direction between a first end and a second end, the first end comprising at least one first indexing element,
    • supply of a second part,

the first part being able to be removably fixed to the second part on the first end of the first part,

    • supply of a dressing, comprising a collar comprising at least one second indexing element,
    • displacement of the dressing to an engaged position, in which the dressing covers at least partially the first part, the displacement being carried out by translation of the dressing along the longitudinal direction around the first part from the second end of the first part, the second indexing element being irreversibly engaged with the first indexing element in order to maintain the dressing in the engaged position,

the dressing comprising a thrusting member movably mounted with respect to the collar between an idle position and an extraction position, the thrusting member being able to disengage the first indexing element and the second indexing element in the extraction position.

Such a method allows for the dressing of a cosmetic product application device, including when the first part and the second part are fixed to one another.

The dressing method according to the invention can comprise the characteristic according to which it comprises a step of displacement of the dressing from the engaged position to a free position, in which the dressing is separated from the first part and from the second part, the displacement being carried out by translation of the dressing according to the longitudinal direction around the first part from the second end of the first part.

Such a method allows for the undressing of the cosmetic product application device, including when the first part and the second part are fixed to one another.

A cosmetic product application device 10 according to a first embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 5.

A cosmetic product application device 10 comprises a first part 12, a second part 14 and a dressing 16.

The application device 10 here comprises an additional dressing 18.

The first part 12 extends along a respective longitudinal direction D between a first end 24 and a second end 26.

The first part 12 comprises a receptacle able to contain a cosmetic product, an cosmetic product application element or a closing element of a container.

In the example shown, the first part 12 comprises a cosmetic product application element 20.

The first part 12 further comprises a connection member 22 provided to grasp the first part 12 and manipulate the application element 20.

The application element here comprises a rod 21 and an application member (not shown) carried by a rod. The application member is, for example, a brush, a foam tip, a brush, a rotative bead, a flocked tip or a felt tip.

The gripping element 22 has an outer surface 28.

The outer surface is, for example, perforated. This makes it possible in particular to lighten the connection member and to use less material to produce it.

The first part 12 comprises on an outer surface, more particularly here on the outer surface 28 of the connection member 22, at least one first indexing element 30.

The first indexing element 30 is one between a rib or a groove, more particularly here a groove.

The first indexing element 30 extends over a circumference at least partially, more particularly here over the entire circumference, of the outer surface of the first part 12.

The one-off elements, such as pins or orifices, are here included in elements extending over a circumference at least partially.

More particularly here, the first indexing element 30 is a circumferential groove extending over the entire circumference of the outer surface of the first part 12 around the longitudinal direction D.

The connection member 22 further defines a skirt 32 extending from said surface 23 and partially surrounding the rod 21. The skirt 32 has an outer surface included in the outer surface 28 of the connection member and an inner surface 32. It is here substantially cylindrical.

The first part 12 advantageously has one between a rib or a circumferential so-called closing groove at its first end 24. In the example shown, the first part 12 has a circumferential closing groove 34 and defined on the inner surface of the skirt 32.

The application element 20 is integral with the connection member 22. It extends here from a surface 23 of the connection member 22 protruding from said surface. More particularly, the rod 21 extends from said surface, the application member being carried to an opposite end of the rod with respect to the surface.

The first end 24 corresponds here to the connection between the application element 20 and the connection member 22, more particularly here, to the surface from which extends the application element 20.

The second end 26 here corresponds to the end of the connection member 22 opposite the connection between the application element 20 and the connection member 22.

The second part 14 comprises a receptacle able to contain a cosmetic product, a cosmetic product application element or a closing element of a container.

The second part 14 extends between a first end 36 and a second end 38. It extends along a respective longitudinal direction D′.

In the example shown, the second part 14 comprises a receptacle 40 defining an internal volume able to contain a cosmetic product, such as perfume, mascara composition, composition for eyeliner, lipstick, nail polish or other colored composition.

The receptacle 40 extends between the first end 36 and the second end 38. It has a neck 41 defining an opening on the first end 36. The neck 41 is adapted to cooperate with the skirt 32 of the first part 12.

The second part 14, more particularly an outer surface of the neck 41, has the other between a rib of a circumferential closing groove able to cooperate with that of the first part 12. In the example shown, the second part 14 has a closing rib 42.

The closing rib 42 is adapted to be removably inserted into the closing groove 34.

The second part 14 comprises on an outer surface, more particularly here on the outer surface of the receptacle 40, at least one first indexing element 44.

The first indexing element 44 is one between a rib or a groove, more particularly here a groove.

The first indexing element 44 extends over a circumference at least partially, more particularly here over the entire circumference, of the outer surface of the second part 14.

More particularly here, it is a circumferential groove extending over the entire circumference of the outer surface of the second part, here of the receptacle 40.

The second part 14 advantageously comprises a squeezing device 46 adapted to squeeze the application member of the application element 20 of the first part 12 when the latter is extracted from the internal volume of the receptacle 40. In this example, the squeezing device 46 is fixed to the receptacle 40 on the opening.

The first part 12 is able to be removably fixed to the second part 14 on the first end 24 of the first part 12, more particularly between the first end 24 of the first part 12 and the first end 36 of the second part 14.

The removable fastening between the first part 12 and the second part 14 is carried out by insertion of the rib 42 into the closing groove 34.

The skirt 32 of the first part 12 then extends around the neck 41 of the receptacle 40, in such a way that the closing rib 42 is triggered in the closing groove 34.

The respective longitudinal directions D, D′ of the first part 12 and of the second part 14 are aligned when they are fastened to one another.

The dressing 16 is able to be moved between an engaged position, in which the dressing 16 covers at least partially the first part 12, and a free position, in which the dressing 16 is separated from the first part 12 and from the second part 14.

The displacement between the engaged position and the free position is carried out by translation of the dressing 16 according to the longitudinal direction D around the second part 12 from the second end 26 of the first part 12.

More particularly, the changeover from the free position to the engaged position is carried out by translation along the dressing direction in the direction away from the second end 26 to the first end 24, and the switchover from the engaged position to the free position is carried out by translation of the dressing in the direction away from the first end 24 to the second end 26.

In the two cases, the dressing 16 passes around the second end 26 during the displacement.

The dressing 16 here comprises a collar 48, a thrusting member 50 and an external dressing body 52.

The collar 48 is adapted to extend around the first part 12, more particularly around the connection member 22.

The collar 48 here has a substantially cylindrical hollow shape defined by a peripheral wall 54.

The collar 48 extends around a respective longitudinal direction between a first end 56 and a second end 58. The respective longitudinal direction of the collar 48 is aligned with the longitudinal direction D of the first part 12 when the dressing 16 is in the engaged position.

It has an inner surface intended to cooperate with the first part 12 and an outer surface.

The collar 48 comprises at least one deformable portion 60 between an idle position and a separated position. It comprises here two diametrically opposite deformable positions 60.

The deformable portion 60 is able to be deformed in the separated position in particular because a space is arranged between the deformable portion in the idle position and the external dressing body 52.

In the example shown, the collar 48 comprises at least one opening 62 defined in the peripheral wall and a deformable tab extending in the opening 62 and forming the deformable portion 60.

At least one portion of the deformable tab has, for example, a reduced thickness with respect to the rest of the peripheral wall 54, so that it is deformable. The deformable tab is here made of the same material as the rest of the collar. It is formed from a single part with the rest of the collar.

Alternatively or additionally, it is deformable through the use of a material that is different from the rest of the collar.

The inner surface advantageously comprises at least one second indexing elements 64, more particularly on each deformable portion 60.

The second indexing element 64 is able to reversibly engage with the first indexing element 30 of the first part 12 in order to maintain the dressing 16 in the engaged position.

The second indexing element 64 is the other between a rib or a groove with respect to the first indexing element 30 of the first part 12. It extends over a circumference at least partially from the inner surface of the collar 48.

More particularly here, the second indexing element 64 is a rib extending over the circumference defined by each deformable tab.

The peripheral wall 54 has, moreover, at least one additional opening in the vicinity and/or opening onto the second end of the collar.

In the example shown, the peripheral wall 54 has two additional openings 66 in the vicinity of the second end 58 and which have a closed edge, here rectangular, and two additional openings 68 opening onto the second end 58 and which have an open edge, here rectangular, one of the sides of the rectangle being at the second end 58.

The additional openings 66 with a closed edge are diametrically opposite and the additional openings 68 with an open edge are diametrically opposite, in such a way that the additional openings with a closed edge and with an open edge are alternating on the circumference of the collar 48.

Each additional opening 66 with a closed edge has a circumferential side that is closest to the second end 58 referred to as distal 69 and an opposite circumferential side referred to as proximal 71.

Each additional opening 68 with an open edge has a single circumferential side 72 at a distance from the second element.

The collar 48 comprises at least one elastic member for actuating 70.

The elastic member for actuating 70 is deformable by application of a force and is able to return to its initial shape when idle.

More particularly, the collar 48 comprises an elastic member for actuating 70 that extends in an additional opening, more particularly in each additional opening 68 opening onto the second end 58 of the collar 48.

The member 70 here is a tongue extending between an end linked to the circumferential side 72 of the additional opening 68 and a free end. It extends protruding from said edge 72 into the opening 68 obliquely with respect to said edge 72. When idle, it forms, for example, an angle a between 10° and 60°, more particularly between 40° and 45°, with the edge 72.

The thrusting member 50 is here a push-button.

The push-button 50 extends around a respective longitudinal direction aligned with the longitudinal direction of the collar 48, between a first end 74 and a second end 76.

The thrusting member 50 comprises a lateral wall 78 that extends around the longitudinal direction between the first end 74 and the second end 76 and a closing wall 80.

The lateral wall 78 has a cylindrical portion 82 extending around the longitudinal direction between the second end 76 and an intermediate edge 84 and at least one tab 86 that extends from the intermediate edge 84 of the cylindrical portion 82.

The cylindrical portion 82 has on the intermediate edge 84 an extra thickness protruding outwards forming a ring.

The lateral wall 78 here comprises two diametrically opposite tabs 86, the tabs 86 having a shape such that they are included in a cylinder extending around the longitudinal direction between the intermediate edge 84 and the first end 74. Said cylinder here has an outer diameter equal to that of the ring of the cylindrical portion 82.

The thrusting member 50 comprises at least one rib 88, 90 extending protruding from the lateral wall 78 radially outwards. Each rib 88, 90 extends here over a portion of a circumference of the thrusting member. More particularly, the ribs 88, 90 extend over the same circumference, on the ring.

The thrusting member 50 here comprises two main ribs 88 and two secondary ribs 90.

The main ribs 88 extend between the tabs according to the circumference.

Each secondary rib 90 extends at the base of one of the tabs 86 on the intermediate edge 84.

The closing wall 80 is integral with the lateral wall 78 on the second end 76. It forms a disc in such a way as to close the cylindrical portion 82 on the second end.

The dressing body 52 extends around the collar 48 and forms the outer surface of the dressing.

The dressing body 52 has a substantially cylindrical lateral surface 92 around a longitudinal direction confounded with that of the collar and extends between a first end 94 and a second end 96.

The lateral surface 92 has at the second end 96 an edge 98 towards the inside. The edge 98 has the shape of a J, in such a way as to form a flap.

The lateral surface 92 of the dressing body 52 outside the edge 98 has an inner diameter that is strictly greater than the outer diameter of the peripheral wall 54 of the collar 48.

More particularly, the collar 48 is inserted into the dressing body 52, in such a way that the collar 48 extends against the dressing body 52.

The first respective ends 56, 94 of the collar 48 and of the dressing body 52 coincide substantially. The second end 58 of the collar 48 is inserted between the edge 98 of the dressing body 52 and the lateral cylindrical surface 92.

The dressing body 52 is integral with the collar 48, for example, by gluing.

Advantageously, in the embodiment shown, the outer surface of the collar 48 comprises at least one circumferential groove in which the glue provided to fasten the dressing body 52 and the collar 48 is retained. This makes it possible in particular to have a particularly solid fastening between the dressing body 52 and the collar 48.

Alternatively, the dressing body 52 and the collar 48 are formed by a single part.

The thrusting member 50 except for the ribs 88, 90 extends inside the space defined by the outer surface of the collar 48.

The thrusting member 50 is movably mounted with respect to the collar 48 between an idle position and an extraction position, the thrusting member being able to disengage the first indexing element 30 and the first part 12 and the second indexing element 64 of the collar 48 when it is in the extraction position. More particularly, the thrusting member 50 is able to radially deform outwards the deformable portion 60 from the idle position to the separated position by switching from the idle position to the extraction position.

In addition, in the extraction position, the thrusting member 50 pushes the second end 26 of the first part 12, in such a way that the first indexing element 30 is offset with respect to the second indexing element. Thus, when the thrusting member 50 returns to the idle position, the dressing 16 does not immediately reengage with the first part 12.

To switch from the idle position to the extraction position, the thrusting member 50 is mobile with respect to the collar 48 in translation along the longitudinal direction of the collar.

The second end 76 of the thrusting member extends against the inside of the edge of the dressing body. Each tab 86 of the thrusting member 50 is aligned with a deformable portion 60 of the collar 48 along the longitudinal direction.

At least one rib, more particularly each main rib 88, extends between the second end 58 of the collar 48 and an elastic member for actuating 70, more particularly here between the edge 98 of the dressing body 52 and the elastic member for actuating 70.

Each secondary rib 90 extends furthermore into an additional opening 66 of the collar 48.

In its idle position, the second end 76 of the thrusting member 50 is aligned with the second end 96 of the dressing body 52.

Each tab 86 does not act on the deformable portion 60 and, more particularly, is not in contact with said deformable portion 60.

In idle position, each secondary rib 90 extends against the distal side 69 of the additional opening 66, in such a way that said side forms a stop to the movement of the thrusting member 50.

Alternatively, said stop is formed by the contact between at least one rib 88,90 and the edge 98 of the dressing body 52.

In its extraction position, the second end 76 of the thrusting member 50 is offset with respect to the second end 96 of the dressing body 52 in the direction of the first end 94 of the dressing body 52.

In the extraction position, each tab 86 exerts a force on the corresponding deformable portion 60. More particularly, it extends against the inner surface of the deformable portion 60, in such a way as to exert a radial force outwards. The deformable portion is then deformed in the separated position.

In the extraction position, at least one rib, here each main rib 88, exerts a force on and thus deforms the elastic member for actuating 70. More particularly, the main rib 88 pressed along the longitudinal direction against the member 70 on the free end of the tongue, in such a way as to reduce the angle formed between the tongue and the circumferential side 72.

The elastic member for actuating 70 then exerts an opposite force in order to displace the thrusting member 50 into the idle position. Thus, the elastic member for actuating 70 is an elastic member for actuating of the thrusting member to its idle configuration.

The secondary rib 90 is pressing against the proximal side 71 of the additional opening 66, in such a way as to form a stop of the movement of the thrusting member 50. This makes it possible in particular to limit the force exerted by the main rib 88 on the elastic member for actuating 70, for example, in such a way as to not damage the elastic member for actuating 70.

The additional dressing 18 is similar to the dressing 16 with regards to the second part 14 and the description given with regards to the dressing 16 applies to the additional dressing 18 by replacing the cooperation with the first part 12 by a cooperation with the second part 14.

Thus, the additional dressing 18 is able to be moved between an engaged position, in which the additional dressing 18 covers at least partially the second part 14, and a free position, in which the additional dressing 18 is separated from the first part 12 and from the second part 14.

The displacement of the additional dressing 18 between the engaged position and the free position is carried out by translation of the additional dressing 18 around the second part 14 from the second end 38 of the second part 14.

The invention further relates to a kit comprising a cosmetic product application device 10 according to any of the claims such as described hereinabove and a refill.

The refill comprises a first additional part similar to the first part 12.

The dressing 16 is also able to be displaced between an engaged position, in which the dressing 16 covers at least partially the first additional part, and a free position, wherein the dressing 16 is separated from the additional first part, with the displacement between the engaged position and the free position being carried out by translation of the dressing 16 along the longitudinal direction around the first additional part from a second end of the additional first part.

Such a refill makes it possible, for example, to replace the first part 12 without replacing the dressing 16. This makes it possible in particular to reduce the quantity of waste produced by the replacing.

Additionally or alternatively, the refill comprises a second additional part similar to the second part 14, the additional dressing 18 being able to be displaced between an engaged position with the additional second part and a free position by translation of the additional dressing 18 along the longitudinal direction around the second additional part from a second end of the second additional part.

This similarly makes it possible to replace the second part 14 without replacing the additional dressing 18.

The first additional part and the second additional part delimit an internal volume that contains a cosmetic product.

In a first embodiment, said cosmetic product is similar or identical to the cosmetic product contained in the first part and/or the second part. This makes it possible for a user to refill the application device, when necessary, with the same cosmetic product.

In a second embodiment, said cosmetic product is different from the cosmetic product contained in the first part and/or the second part. This then allows a user to vary the cosmetic product used by displacing the dressing and the additional dressing on the desired part. The same dressing can thus be used for a multitude of parts in such a way as to form an application device adapted to the desires of the user.

The method for dressing an application assembly 10 such as described above will now be described.

A first part 12, a second part 14 and a dressing 16 such as described hereinabove are provided.

Advantageously, an additional dressing 18 such as described hereinabove is also provided.

The dressing 16 and where applicable the additional dressing 18 are separated from the first part 12 and from the second part 14.

The dressing 16 is displaced between the engaged position, in which the dressing 16 covers at least partially the first part 12, the displacement being carried out by translation of the dressing 16 along the longitudinal direction D around the first part 12 from the second end 26 of the first part 12.

The first indexing element 30 of the first part 12 this engages with the second indexing element 64 of the dressing 16 in such a way as to maintain the dressing 16 engaged around the first part 12.

Similarly, the additional dressing 18 is displaced towards the engaged position, in which the additional dressing 18 covers at least partially the second part 14, the displacement being carried out by translation of the additional dressing 18 along the longitudinal direction D′ around the second part 14 from the second end 38 of the second part 14.

This is able to be carried out while the first and second parts 12, 14 are fasted to one another or not.

The application device 10 then offers a pleasing aesthetic aspect.

When a user wants to separate the dressing 16 from the first part 12, he presses along the longitudinal direction D over the thrusting member 50 in such a way as to displace it in the extraction position. The tabs 86 exert a force on the deformable portion 60 in the separated position. Thus the first indexing element 30 of the first part 12 and the second indexing element 64 of the collar 48 are disengaged.

The user displaces the dressing 16 from the engaged position to the free position, in which the dressing 16 is separated from the first part 12 and from the second part 14, the displacement being carried out by translation of the dressing 16 along the longitudinal direction D around the first part 12 from the second end 26 of the first part 12.

Similarly, when a user wants to free the additional dressing 18 from the second part 14, he displaces the additional dressing 18 from the engaged position to the free position, in which the additional dressing 18 is separated from the first part 12 and from the second part 14, the displacement being carried out by translation of the additional dressing 18 along the longitudinal direction D′ around the second part 14 from the second end 38 of the second part 14.

This is able to be carried out while the first and second parts 12, 14 are fasted to one another or not.

This makes it possible in particular to be able to separately replace the dressing 16 of the first part 12 and the additional dressing 18 of the second part 14.

In an embodiment not shown, the device moreover comprises anti-rotation notches that make it possible to immobilize in rotation the first part 12 and the dressing 16 on the one hand and the second part 14 and the additional dressing 18 on the other hand or to limit said rotation.

The anti-rotation notches are, for example, grooves provided on one of the first part 12 or the dressing 16 and on one of the second part 14 or the additional dressing 18.

Alternatively, the anti-rotation notches are elements, such as partial circumferential grooves, in relief on the inner surface of the collar provided to rub against the outer surface of the second part, in such a way as to limit the rotation movements between the collar and the second part.

Alternatively to the embodiment described hereinabove, the fastening between the first part and the second part is not carried out via the insertion of a closing rib into a closing groove, but by screwing of a thread in a screw pitch. More particularly, one between the first part and the second part has a thread at the first end thereof and the other of the first part and the second part has a screw pitch at the first end thereof, with the reversible fastening between the first part and the second part being carried out by screwing of the thread in the screw pitch.

In this embodiment, the first indexing element and the second indexing element advantageously have a means of circumferential stop. This makes it possible in particular to prevent the dressing, respectively the additional dressing, from rotating around the first part, respectively the second part, while a user desires to screw or unscrew the first and second parts.

For example, the first indexing element and the second indexing element extend over a partial circumference. Thus, the stop of an edge of the first indexing element against an edge of the second indexing element forms the means of circumferential stop.

Alternatively, the means of circumferential stop is formed by an additional one-off element.

Alternatively to the embodiment of the application device described hereinabove, the first part comprises the receptacle and the second part comprises the application element.

Alternatively, the first part is a for lipstick and the second part is a closing cap or inversely.

Alternatively or additionally to the embodiment of the kit described hereinabove, the kit comprises an additional dressing and/or an additional additional dressing similar to the dressing and/or to the additional dressing. This makes it possible in particular to modify the exterior aspect of the application device without changing the first and second parts by replacing the dressing and/or the additional dressing with the additional dressing and/or the additional additional dressing.

A second embodiment of a device 110 according to the invention shall be described with regards to FIG. 6. Only the elements through which it differs from the first embodiment are taken here. Identical or similar elements are numbered in a manner similar to the first indented embodiment 100.

The first part 112 comprises an inner surface, the first indexing element 130 being defined on the inner surface of the first part 112. The first indexing element 130 is here a circumferential shoulder provided on the inner surface extending to the second end 126 of the first part 112.

The dressing 116 here similarly comprises a collar 148, a thrusting member 150 and a dressing body 152.

The collar 148 has a substantially cylindrical shape provided to extend around the first part 112 and has an inner surface.

The collar 148 comprises a tab 100 and, on the inner surface, a stop 102.

The tap comprises a deformable portion 160 that extends facing the stop at a distance from said stop. The deformable portion comprises a shoulder facing the inner surface of the collar 148, the shoulder forming the second indexing element 164.

The deformable portion 160 is deformable between an idle position and a separated position wherein the distance between the deformable portion 160 and the stop 102 is strictly greater than that in the idle position.

In the absence of a force exerted on the deformable portion 160, the latter is in the idle position.

When the dressing 116 is engaged around the first part 112, the first indexing element 130 abuts against the stop 102 of the collar 148. The first indexing element 130 is maintained between the deformable portion 160 and the inner surface of the collar 148 along a radial direction and between the shoulder 164 of the deformable portion 160 and the stop 102 along a longitudinal direction D of the collar 148.

The thrusting member 150 is mobile with respect to the collar 148 between an idle position and an extraction position similar to hereinabove.

The thrusting member 150 comprises at least one rigid tab 186.

In the idle position, the rigid tab 186 extends, for example, radially between the stop 102 and the deformable portion 160.

In the extraction position, the rigid tab 186 presses against the deformable portion 160. It is provided to deform the deformable portion 160 of the tab 100 of the collar 148, in such a way as to separate said deformable portion 160 from the stop 102. Thus, the first indexing element 130 is no longer maintained between the shoulder 164 of the deformable portion 160 and the stop 102 along the longitudinal direction D, this allowing for a longitudinal movement of the first part 112 with respect to the collar 148.

In addition, advantageously, the rigid tab 186 presses against the second end 126 of the first part 112 in the extraction position, with the first part 112 then being displaced longitudinally with respect to the dressing 116. The first indexing element 130 is then disengaged from the second indexing element 164 and the dressing 116 is able to be displaced in the free position.

A third embodiment of a device 210 according to the invention shall be described with regards to FIG. 7. Only the elements through which it differs from the second embodiment are taken here. Identical or similar elements are numbered in a manner similar to the second indented embodiment 100.

The collar 248 has a substantially cylindrical portion provided to extend around the first part 212 and has an inner surface.

The collar 248 further comprises a central portion 204, the central portion 204 being connected to the substantially cylindrical portion by a connection portion.

The connection portion here forms a stop 202 of the second end 226 of the first part 212 against the collar.

The central portion 204 comprises a structure 206, here as a U, extending from the connection portion opposite the thrusting member 250.

The structure 206 comprises a bottom 208 configured to be in contact with a wall of the first part 212 when the dressing 216 is engaged around the first part 212.

The central portion 204 further comprises a tab 200.

The tab 200 extends from the bottom of the structure opposite the first part 212.

The tab 200 comprises a deformable portion 260 comprising a shoulder facing the inner surface of the collar 248, the shoulder forming the second indexing element 264.

The deformable portion 260 is deformable between an idle position and a separated position wherein the distance between the deformable portion 260 and the inner surface is strictly greater than that in the idle position.

In the absence of a force exerted on the deformable portion 260, the latter is in the idle position.

The thrusting member 250 interacts similarly with the deformable portion 260 only in the second embodiment, in such a way as to displace the deformable portion 260 from the idle position to the separated position. More particularly, the thrusting member 250 comprises at least one rigid tab 286 similarly to hereinabove.

Thus, a press on the thrusting member 250 makes it possible to disengage the first part 212 from the collar 248.

Furthermore, when the dressing 216 is engaged around the first part 212, is a user pulls on the dressing 216 in the longitudinal direction in the direction of the thrusting member 250, the force exerted by the user on the dressing 216 is transmitted to the first part 212. The wall of the first part 212 presses on the bottom 208 of the U-shaped structure, which maintained the deformable portion 260 against the first indexing element 230, i.e. in the separated position. The first indexing element 130 and the second indexing element 164 therefore remain engaged and the dressing 216 is maintained around the first part 212.

This makes it possible to prevent a pulling off of the dressing 216 outside of the use of the thrusting member 250.

Advantageously or additionally to the first, to the second or to the third embodiment, a system of magnets is provided between the first part and the dressing and/or between the second part and the additional dressing in order to have a stronger maintaining of the dressing and/or of the additional dressing with the first part and/or the second part. Such a system of magnets is, for example, described in EP 1 095 870 B1 or FR 2 973 004 A1.

In all of the alternatives described, the displacement of the dressing or of the additional dressing is carried out via a translation around the first part or of the second part from the second end of the first part, which the fastening between the first part and the second part is carried out on the first end part. The dressing is as such able to be displaced in the engaged position or in the free position, including when the first part is fastened to the second part.
