CARRYING BAG WITH EXPOSED FIXTURE

A carrying bag includes a housing, and a retaining device attached to the outer portion of the housing, the retaining device includes a wall member extended outwardly from the outer portion of the housing for forming a chamber in the wall member and for receiving and engaging with an object, such as a mobile or portable phone. The wall member includes a number of fences extended outwardly from the outer portion of the housing for forming the chamber in the wall member, and the fences are separated from each other for forming a number of gaps between the fences. The fences of the wall member each include a rounded outer flange portion for guiding the object into the chamber in the wall member.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a package or suitcase or carrying bag for various objects, such as displayer or mobile devices, and more particularly to a package or carrying bag for accommodating or receiving various objects, including an improved and exposed fixture for easily and quickly and readily attaching an object, such as a displayer or a mobile device to the carrying bag and for firmly and solidly and stably attaching the object to the carrying bag.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Typical objects or mobile devices, such as tablets, laptops, notebooks, mobile or portable phones, iPads, displayers, screens, calculators, etc., may normally be accommodated or received or contained within a fold or suitcase or package which comprises a base and a cover foldable relative to each other, and a carrying strap or strap device detachably attached or coupled to the suitcase or package and for carrying the suitcase or package.

Normally, the objects or mobile devices, such as tablets, laptops, notebooks, mobile or portable phones, iPads, displayers, screens, calculators, etc. are required to be engaged into or disengaged or removed from the suitcase or package or carrying bag.

However, it is time consuming to dispose or engage the objects or mobile devices, such as tablets, laptops, notebooks, mobile or portable phones, iPads, displayers, screens, calculators, etc. into the suitcase or package or carrying bag, and to disengage or remove the objects or mobile devices from the suitcase or package or carrying bag.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages of the conventional carrying bag for mobile devices or the like.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a package or suitcase or carrying bag for accommodating or receiving various objects, including an improved and exposed fixture for easily and quickly and readily attaching an object, such as a displayer or a mobile device to the carrying bag and for firmly and solidly and stably attaching the object to the carrying bag.

In accordance with one aspect of the invention, there is provided a carrying bag comprising a housing including an outer portion, and a retaining device attached to the outer portion of the housing, the retaining device including a wall member extended outwardly from the outer portion of the housing for forming a chamber in the wall member and for receiving and engaging with an object and disposed or arranged for allowing the object to be easily and quickly and readily used or operated by the user, without disposing or engaging the object into the carrying bag.

The wall member includes a number of fences extended outwardly from the outer portion of the housing for forming the chamber in the wall member, and the fences are separated from each other for forming a number of gaps between the fences and for increasing the resilience of the fences and for allowing the object to be suitably clamped and retained in the chamber in the wall member.

The fences of the wall member each include a rounded outer flange portion arranged for guiding and for allowing the object to be easily and quickly and suitably engaged into the chamber in the wall member. The fences of the wall member each preferably include an L-shaped structure. The fences of the wall member are preferably disposed antisymmetric to each other.

Further objectives and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from a careful reading of the detailed description provided hereinbelow, with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a carrying bag, illustrating the operation of the carrying bag in accordance with the present invention;

FIGS. 2, 3 are other perspective views similar to FIG. 1, illustrating the operation of the carrying bag;

FIG. 4 is a further perspective view similar to FIGS. 1-3, illustrating the arrangement and/or the structure or configuration of the carrying bag;

FIG. 5 is a still further perspective view similar to FIGS. 1-4, illustrating the other arrangement of the carrying bag; and

FIG. 6 is a side plan schematic view of the carrying bag.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to the drawings, and initially to FIGS. 1-4, a carrying bag or suitcase or luggage for accommodating or receiving various objects, such as displayers or mobile devices, in accordance with the present invention comprises a carrying bag body or housing 10 including a back or rear or outer portion 11, and a carrying strap or strap device or handgrip 12 attached or coupled to the suitcase housing 10, such as attached or coupled to the side portions or the upper portion 13 of the housing 10 for carrying or delivering the housing 10 of the carrying bag. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the carrying bag may also include no carrying strap or strap device or handgrip disposed or provided thereon.

The carrying bag in accordance with the present invention further comprises an anchoring or retaining device 3 attached or mounted or secured to the rear or outer portion 11 of the housing 10 for attaching or mounting or securing or coupling an object, such as a tablet, a laptop, an iPad, a calculator, a screen, a mobile or portable phone 80 (FIG. 1), a displayer 81 (FIG. 2), a notebook 82 (FIG. 3), etc., to the housing 10 of the carrying bag. For example, the retaining device 3 includes a peripheral flange or rib or fence or wall member 30 extended outwardly from the rear or outer portion 11 of the housing 10, for forming or defining a compartment or chamber 38 therein and for receiving or engaging with the object, such as the mobile or portable phone 80 (FIG. 1), the displayer 81 (FIG. 2), the notebook 82 (FIG. 3) or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 1-6, the wall member 30 includes one or more (such as four) flanges or fences 31, 32, 33, 34 extended outwardly from the rear or outer portion 11 of the housing 10 for forming the chamber 38 in the wall member 30, and the fences 31, 32, 33, 34 are disengaged or separated from each other for forming or defining one or more spaces or gaps 35 between the fences 31, 32, 33, 34, and for suitably increasing the spring or flexible or resilient characteristic or resilience of the fences 31, 32, 33, 34, and for allowing the object 80, 81, 82 to be suitably clamped or anchored or retained in the chamber 38 in the wall member 30. It is preferable, but not necessary that the fences 31, 32, 33, 34 of the wall member 30 each include a tapered or rounded outer flange portion 36 and arranged for guiding and for allowing the object 80, 81, 82 to be easily and quickly and suitably engaged into the chamber 38 in the wall member 30.

In operation, as shown in FIG. 1, the face or front portion 83 of the object 80, such as the mobile or portable phone 80 may be disposed or arranged and faced or directed outwardly and may be easily and quickly and readily accessed and reached by the user, for allowing the mobile or portable phone 80 to be easily and quickly and readily used or operated by the user. It is to be noted that the mobile or portable phone 80 is not required to be disposed or engaged into the housing 10 of the carrying bag, and is not required to be disengaged or removed from the housing 10 of the carrying bag before use. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2, the back or rear portion 84 of the object or displayer or mobile or portable phone 81 may be disposed or arranged and faced or directed inwardly for preventing the face board or the face or front portion 83 of the object or displayer or mobile or portable phone 80 from being scrapped or damaged by other objects.

As shown in FIG. 3, the other objects, such as the tablets, the laptops, the iPads, the calculators, the screens, the notebooks 82 or the like may also be easily and quickly engaged into the chamber 38 in the wall member 30. The carrying bag may also one or more further retaining devices attached or mounted or secured to the housing 10 for attaching or mounting or securing or coupling various objects to the housing 10 of the carrying bag. It is further preferable, but not necessary that the fences 31, 32, 33, 34 of the wall member 30 are disposed or arranged antisymmetric to each other, and the fences 31, 32, 33, 34 of the wall member 30 each include an L-shaped structure or configuration or the like.

Accordingly, the package or suitcase or carrying bag in accordance with the present invention includes an improved and exposed fixture for easily and quickly and readily attaching the object, such as the displayer or the mobile device to the carrying bag and for firmly and solidly and stably attaching the object to the carrying bag.

Although this invention has been described with a certain degree of particularity, it is to be understood that the present disclosure has been made by way of example only and that numerous changes in the detailed construction and the combination and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

Claims

1. A carrying bag comprising:

a housing including an outer portion, and
a retaining device attached to said outer portion of said housing, said retaining device including a wall member extended outwardly from said outer portion of said housing for forming a chamber in said wall member and for receiving and engaging with an object.

2. The carrying bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein said wall member includes a plurality of fences extended outwardly from said outer portion of said housing for forming said chamber in said wall member, and said fences are separated from each other for forming a plurality of gaps between said fences.

3. The carrying bag as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fences of said wall member each include a rounded outer flange portion.

4. The carrying bag as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fences of said wall member each include an L-shaped structure.

5. The carrying bag as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fences of said wall member are disposed antisymmetric to each other.
