TECHNICAL FIELD

The utility model relates to the field of furniture, in particular to a cloth-wrapping bed head structure.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

As a kind of furniture for sleeping, the bed mainly includes a bed head, a bed frame and a bed tail. There are a wide variety of bed styles, wherein the metal-framed beds are widely applied in factories, dormitories and other environments as simple-structure and low-cost beds.

Due to the simple structure of the metal-framed bed, the bed body is mainly made by forming bed head, bed frame and bed tail from steel or iron members in welding or threaded connection and then assembling the bed head, the bed frame and the bed tail in order to reduce production cost The bed head and the bed tail mainly play the role of supporting the bed frame, rather than play the role of back cushion like beds for domestic use. Addition the back cushion function on the bed head will result in increase of production cost. Meanwhile, the bed head or the bed tail with the back cushion function is achieved by fixed connection and integration, which cannot be disassembled or cleaned, resulting in more inconvenience in use, storage and transportation.

SUMMARY

As a result, it is necessary to provide a cloth-wrapping bed head structure with simple structure and convenient use.

To solve the above technical problems, the invention proposes the following technical scheme. The cloth wrapping bed head structure comprises a bracket and a support cloth, wherein the bracket comprises a first cross beam, a second cross beam, a first vertical rod and a second vertical rod. Both ends of the first cross beam are fixedly connected to the tops of the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod, respectively. Both ends of the second cross beam are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod, respectively. The top of the support cloth is provided with a first sleeve and the bottom of the support cloth is provided with a second sleeve. The first sleeve is sleeved on the first cross beam, and the second sleeve is sleeved on the second cross beam. The left end of the support cloth is fixedly connected to the first vertical rod by a connector, and the right end of the support cloth is connected to the second vertical rod by a connector.

Furthermore, the left end and the right end of the support cloth have extension parts, and the extension parts form a sleeve structure sleeved on the vertical rods through a connector.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In order to further illustrate the technical means used in the utility model for achieving the intended purpose and effects, the specific implementation, structure, features and effects of the utility model are described in details with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments below.

Embodiment I

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, according to the cloth-wrapping bed head structure, the structure is only a reference, not limited, to be used for the bed head, but also available for bed tail 2. Even more, the two structures can be used together to support the bed frame 1, thereby forming an integrated bed.

The bed head structure 4 includes a bracket and a support cloth 3.

The bracket includes a first cross beam 41, a second cross beam 42, a first vertical rod 43, a second vertical rod 44, a first support rod 45 and a second support rod 46. Both ends of the first cross beam 41 are fixedly connected to the tops of the first vertical rod 43 and the second vertical rod 44 respectively, and both ends of the second cross beam 41 are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the first vertical rod 43 and the second vertical rod 44 respectively. The first vertical rod 43 is parallel to the second vertical rod 44, and the first cross beam 41 is parallel to the second cross beam 42. The first cross beam 41 is perpendicular to the first vertical rod 43. The first vertical rod 43 is coaxial to the first support rod 45 and the second vertical rod 44 is coaxial to the second support rod 46.

In the embodiment, the first cross beam 41, the first vertical rod 43 and the second vertical rod 44 are integrally formed, and the second cross beam 42 is fixedly connected to the first vertical rod 43 and the second vertical rod 44 by fasteners.

In the embodiment, the bottom of the first vertical rod 43 is sleeved on the top of the first support rod 45, the bottom of the second vertical rod 44 is sleeved on the top of the second support rod 46, and the side walls at the connection are fixedly connected by the fasteners. The design is easy to disassemble, store and transport.

In the embodiment, the top of the side wall of the first support rod 45 is fixedly connected with a first mounting plate 47 that fits with the side wall of the first support rod 45 in shape, the first mounting plate 47 is used for fixed connection with a bed frame; the top of the side wall of the second support rod 46 is fixedly connected with a second mounting plate 48 that fits with a side wall of second support rod 46 in shape, and the second mounting plate 48 is used for fixed connection with the bed frame.

In the embodiment, the first cross beam 41, the second cross beam 42, the first vertical rod 43, the second vertical rod 44, the first support rod 45 and the second support rod 46 are all made of hard metal round pipes to reduce weight and reduce cost; both the first mounting plate 47 and the second mounting plate 48 have an arc-shaped fitting surface which fits with the outer side wall of the support rod where it is located. The mounting plate and the bed frame can be connected by bolts, or the mounting plate can be welded to the bed frame, and then fixed on the corresponding support rod with bolts. The mounting plate is arranged to facilitate disassembly and assembly of the bed frame and ensure stability after installation.

In the embodiment, the fasteners are all bolts.

The top of the support cloth 3 is provided with the first sleeve 31, and the bottom of the support cloth 3 is provided with the second sleeve 32. The first sleeve 31 is sleeved on the first beam 41, and the second sleeve 32 is sleeved on the second beam 42. The left end of the support cloth 3 is fixedly connected to the first vertical rod 43 through a connector, and the right end of the support cloth 3 is fixedly connected to the second vertical rod 44 through a connector.

In the embodiment, the upper, lower, left and right ends of the support cloth 3 are provided with extension parts 33, and the extension parts at the top and bottom of the support cloth 3 are sewn into the first sleeve 31 and the second sleeve 32, respectively. The first sleeve 31 and the second sleeve 32 have inner diameter equal to or slightly greater than the outer diameter of the cross beam, so as to be conveniently sleeved on the corresponding cross beam. Meanwhile, the distance between the axis line of the first sleeve and the axis line of the second sleeve is equal to or slightly greater than the distance between the axis line of the first cross beam and the axis line of the second cross beam; so that the support cloth is supported and tightened at the upper and lower ends to ensure a certain elasticity and tenseness, preventing the support cloth from being loosened after people lean against the support cloth. The first sleeve 31 slides along the first vertical rod or the second vertical rod to the first cross beam. The second sleeve 32 is sleeved on the second cross beam, and then the second cross beam 42 is fixed on the vertical rod.

The left and right ends of the support cloth 3 form a sleeve structure sleeved on the corresponding vertical rod through a connector. In the embodiment, the connector is preferably fastening tape 34. Certainly, other connecting structures such as button and zipper may also be adopted as the connector. Since the less stress applied on the support cloth in the left and right directions when people lean against the support cloth, the connector is strong enough to bear the stress. After the extension parts on the left and right ends of the support cloth surround the corresponding vertical rod, the extension parts are stuck together with the fastening tape to form a sleeve sleeved on the vertical rod.

In the embodiment, a storage bag 35 is sewn on the side wall of the support cloth.

In the embodiment, a reinforcing bar 49 is fixedly connected between the first support rod 45 and the second support rod 46.

Embodiment II

As shown in FIG. 4, according to the cloth-wrapping bed head structure, the structure is only a reference, not limited to be used for the bed head, but also available for bed tail 2. Even more, the two structures can be used together to support the bed frame 1, thereby forming an integrated bed.

The bed head structure 5 includes a bracket and a support cloth 3.

The bracket includes a first cross beam 51, a second cross beam 52, a first vertical rod 53, a second vertical rod 54, a first support rod 55 and a second support rod 56. Both ends of the first cross beam 51 are fixedly connected to the tops of the first vertical rod 53 and the second vertical rod 54 respectively, and both ends of the second cross beam 51 are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the first vertical rod 53 and the second vertical rod 54 respectively. The first vertical rod 53 is parallel to the second vertical rod 54, and the first cross beam 51 is parallel to the second cross beam 52. The first cross beam 51 is perpendicular to the first vertical rod 53. The first vertical rod 53 is coaxial to the first support rod 55 and the second vertical rod 54 is coaxial to the second support rod 56.

In the embodiment, the first cross beam 51 is fixedly connected to the tops of the first vertical rod 53 and the second vertical rod 54 by fasteners, and the second cross beam 52 is fixedly connected to the bottoms of the first vertical rod 53 and the second vertical rod 54 by fasteners.

In the embodiment, the bottom of the first vertical rod 53 is sleeved on the top of the first support rod 55, the bottom of the second vertical rod 54 is sleeved on the top of the second support rod 56, and the side walls at the connection are fixedly connected by the fasteners. The design is easy to disassemble, store and transport.

In the embodiment, the top of the side wall of the first support rod 55 is fixedly connected with a first mounting plate 57 that fits with the side wall of the first support rod 55 in shape, the first mounting plate 57 is used for fixed connection with a bed frame; the top of the side wall of the second support rod 56 is fixedly connected with a second mounting plate 58 that fits with a side wall of second support rod 56 in shape, and the second mounting plate 58 is used for fixed connection with the bed frame.

1. A cloth-wrapping bed head structure is characterized by comprising a bracket and a support cloth, wherein the bracket comprises a first cross beam, a second cross beam, a first vertical rod and a second vertical rod. Both ends of the first cross beam are fixedly connected to the tops of the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod, respectively. Both ends of the second cross beam are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod, respectively. The top of the support cloth is provided with a first sleeve and the bottom of the support cloth is provided with a second sleeve. The first sleeve is sleeved on the first crossbeam, and the second sleeve is sleeved on the second cross beam. The left end of the support cloth is fixedly connected to the first vertical rod by a connector, and the right end of the support cloth is connected to the second vertical rod by a connector.

2. The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 1, wherein the left end and the right end of the support cloth have extension parts, and the extension parts form a sleeve structure sleeved on the vertical rods through a connector.

3. The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 1, wherein the connector is fastening tape.

4. The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 1, wherein the first cross beam and the second cross beam are both fixedly connected to the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod by a fastener.

5. The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 1, wherein the first cross beam, the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod are integrally formed, and the second cross beam is fixedly connected to the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod through a fastener.

6. The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 1, wherein the first beam, the second beam, the first vertical rod and the second vertical rod are all of tube-like structure.

The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to any one of claims 1, wherein the bracket further comprises a first support rod and a second support rod, the top of the first support rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first vertical rod, and the top of the second support rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second vertical rod.

8. The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 7, wherein the first support rod is fixedly connected to the first vertical rod by a fastener, and the second support rod is connected to the second vertical rod by a fastener.

9. The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 7, wherein the bottom of the first vertical rod is sleeved on the top of the first support rod, and the bottom of the second vertical rod is sleeved on the top of the second support rod.

The cloth-wrapping bed head structure according to claim 7, wherein the top of the side wall of the first support rod is fixedly connected with a first mounting plate that fits with the side wall of the first support rod in shape, the first mounting plate is used for fixed connection with a bed frame; the top of the side wall of the second support rod is fixedly connected with a second mounting plate that fits with a side wall of second support rod in shape, and the second mounting plate is used for fixed connection with the bed frame.
