TECHNICAL FIELD

The utility model relates to a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article.

BACKGROUND

At present, soft packages for soft furniture and wall decoration have entered thousands of households in life. With reference to FIG. 1, a soft sofa chair will be described as an example. A soft sofa chair generally refers to a mixed chair made of wood, leather or cloth and including a soft backrest and a cushion which are made of leather or cloth on a wooden chair frame. The purposes of filling and hiding a frame chamber and densely-distributed air-gun nails 4′ are achieved by the following means of adhering sponge 3′ to a base plate fixed to the chair frame 1′ or bundling the sponge 3′ on a rope net fixed to the chair frame 1′, then adhering and wrapping the surface of the sponge 3′ with the leather or cloth 2′, placing an edge opening of the leather or cloth 2′ inside the frame chamber at the bottom of the chair frame 1′ and fixing the edge opening of the leather or cloth 2′ using the air gun nails 4′, and then adhering an opening-covering strip 5′ at an opening of the frame chamber. In actual production, this is not only difficult to operate, but also affects the upholstering and opening-closing effects, for example, unnatural, not-full and crimped appearances will be caused when the opening is not closed well.

SUMMARY

Therefore, in view of the above problems, the utility model provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of a material, which is reasonable in structure, attractive, natural and full in coating effect, and difficult to crimp.

In order to achieve the above objective, the utility model adopts the following technical solution. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article includes a coating fabric and a coated object, wherein the coating fabric includes a fabric body and a free end, the free end is folded upwardly and then fixed with the fabric body to form a strip-shaped accommodating hole, the accommodating hole is internally provided with a fixing rod in a penetrating manner, an accommodating groove is provided in the bottom of the coated object, and the fixing rod is engaged within the accommodating groove.

Further, the fixing rod is fixed within the accommodating groove by a limiting apparatus.

Further, the limiting apparatus is an edge-sealing strip, and the edge-sealing strip is embedded within the accommodating groove and is in transitional fit with the accommodating groove.

Further, a protrusion is disposed on one side of the edge-sealing strip, and the accommodating groove is provided with a limiting groove matching with the protrusion.

Further, the accommodating groove is in an “L” shape, and includes a first groove and a second groove, the fixing rod is positioned within the second groove after being engaged in the accommodating groove, the edge-sealing strip is in transitional fit with the first groove, and the limiting groove is disposed in the first groove.

Further, a cross section of a lower end of the edge-sealing strip is of a trapezoidal shape.

Further, the protrusion is of a non-return toothed shape.

Further, the protrusion is of an arc-shaped structure.

By adopting the foregoing technical solution, the utility model has the following beneficial effects. The fixing rod is disposed on the coating fabric, and the fixing rod is engaged within the accommodating groove in the coated object together with the coating fabric, so that the edge opening of the coating fabric is accommodated within the accommodating groove. The crimping structure is simple and convenient to operate. A product coated by the coating fabric is attractive, natural, full in appearance, and difficult to crimp. Further, by disposing the limiting apparatus, the fixing rod may be fixed within the accommodating groove to prevent the fixing rod from falling off. Further, the limiting apparatus is the edge-sealing strip, and the edge-sealing strip is in transitional fit with the first groove for easy disassembly. With respect to fixation with existing air-gun nails, since they are detachably connected to the coated object, it is convenient for a user to replace a color, a material, and the like of a new coating fabric due to abrasion of the coating fabric in later use. Further, the edge-sealing strip is connected with the first groove firmly without easily falling off by means of the protrusion and the limiting groove when the protrusion is of the non-return toothed shape. The edge-sealing strip is connected with the first groove firmly and can be conveniently dismantled from the first groove when the protrusion is of the arc-shaped structure. Further, the accommodating groove is set to be in the “L” shape, and when an inserting strip of the edge-sealing strip is inserted within the first groove during installation, the fixing rod may be squeezed into the second groove, and this action may perform secondary upholstery on the coating fabric to make the coating fabric have an attractive and firm coating effect and a stable and firm structure. Further, the cross section of a lower end of the edge-sealing strip is of the trapezoidal shape, which facilitates the insertion of the edge-sealing strip into the first groove.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The utility model will now be further described in conjunction with accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

First Embodiment

With reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, this embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which is mainly applied to a soft package of soft furniture and wall decoration. The crimping structure includes a coating fabric 2 and a coated object 1. A soft material 3 made of sponge or the like is disposed on the coated object 1. The coating fabric 2 is coated on an upper surface of the soft material 3. The coating fabric 2 includes a fabric body 21 and a free end 22. The free end 22 is folded upwardly and then fixed with the fabric body 21 by stitching to form a strip-shaped accommodating hole 4. The accommodating hole 4 is internally provided with a cylindrical fixing rod 5 in a penetrating manner, which is equal in length to the accommodating hole. An accommodating groove 10 is provided at the bottom of the coated object 1. The fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10. Specifically, a longitudinal section of the accommodating hole 10 is arc-shaped. The opening size of the accommodating groove 10 is smaller than the diameter of the fixing rod 5, so that the fixing rod 5 does not easily fall off after being engaged within the accommodating hole 10.

According to the utility model, the fixing rod 5 is disposed on the coating fabric 2, and the fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10 provided on the coated object 1 together with an edge opening of the coating fabric 2, so that the edge opening of the coating fabric 2 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 10. The crimping structure is simple and convenient to operate. A product coated is attractive, natural and full in appearance, and difficult to crimp. Meanwhile, the fixing rod 5 is made of a fiber material with certain elasticity, so that the fixing rod 5 is easily engaged within the accommodating groove 10 without being easily broken.

In practical applications, the free end 22 of the coating fabric 2 may be connected with the fixing rod by adopting the following structures.

As shown in FIG. 5, the free end 22 of the coating fabric 2 may be provided with a plurality of accommodating holes 4 at equal intervals, and the fixing rod 5 is disposed within the accommodating hole 4, so that the effect of the utility model may be achieved. However, its production is not as simple as that in the above embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 6, a slit 51 may be provided on the fixing rod 5, and the free end 22 of the coating fabric 2 is sandwiched and fixedly bonded in the slit 51. However, its production is not as simple as that in the above embodiment.

Second Embodiment

With reference to FIG. 7, the second embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, including a coating fabric 2 and a frame 1. A soft material 3 made of sponge or the like is disposed on the frame 1. The coating fabric 2 is coated on an upper surface of the soft material 3. The coating fabric 2 includes a fabric body 21 and a free end 22. The free end 22 is folded upwards and then fixed with the fabric body 21 by stitching to form a strip-shaped accommodating hole 4. The accommodating hole 4 is internally provided with a fixing rod 5 in a penetrating manner. An accommodating groove 10 is provided on the bottom of the frame 1. The fixing rod 5 is fixed within the accommodating groove 10 by a limiting apparatus. The fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10. The limiting apparatus is an edge-sealing strip 6. The cross section of a lower end of the edge-sealing strip 6 is of a trapezoidal shape. The edge-sealing strip 6 is embedded within the accommodating groove 10 and is in transitional fit with the accommodating groove 10. At this moment, the fixing rod 5 is positioned at the bottom of the accommodating groove 10. Meanwhile, in order to enable the edge-sealing strip 6 to be connected with the accommodating groove 10 firmly, a protrusion 61 is disposed at one side of the edge-sealing strip 6. The protrusion 61 is of a non-return toothed shape. The accommodating groove 10 is provided with a limiting groove 11 matching with the protrusion 61.

In this embodiment, the edge-sealing strip 6 is in transitional fit with the accommodating groove 10, and the edge-sealing strip 6 is provided with a protrusion which is of a non-return toothed shape, so that the edge-sealing strip 6 is connected with the accommodating groove 10 firmly without easily falling off.

Third Embodiment

With reference to FIG. 8, the third embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which has the same concept as the second embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that the accommodating groove 10 is of an shape and includes a first groove 101 and a second groove 102. The fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10 and then positioned within the second groove 102. The length of the edge-sealing strip 6 is the same as the depth of the first groove 101. The edge-sealing strip 6 is in transitional fit with the first groove 101. The limiting groove 11 is disposed on an inner wall of the first groove 101.

In this embodiment, the accommodating groove 10 is set to be of the “L” shape. When the edge-sealing strip 6 is inserted with the first groove 101 during installation, the fixing rod 5 may be squeezed into the second groove 102. The action may perform secondary upholstery on the coating fabric 2, so that the crimping structure has an attractive and firm coating effect and a stable and firm structure.

Fourth Embodiment

With reference to FIG. 9, the fourth embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which has the same concept as the second embodiment and is different from the first embodiment in that the protrusion 62 is of an arc-shaped structure.

In this embodiment, the protrusion 62 is of the arc-shaped structure to enable the protrusion 62 to be detachable from an accommodating groove 10. With respect to fixation with existing air-gun nails, since they are detachably connected to a coated object 1, it is convenient for a user to replace a color, a material, and the like of a new coating fabric 2 due to abrasion of the coating fabric 2 in later use.

Fifth Embodiment

With reference to FIG. 10, the fifth embodiment provides a crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, which has the same concept as the fourth embodiment and is different from the first embodiment in that an accommodating groove 10 is of an “L” shape, and includes a first groove 101 and a second groove 102. A fixing rod 5 is engaged within the accommodating groove 10 and then positioned within the second groove 102. The length of the edge-sealing strip 6 is the same as the depth of the first groove 101. The edge-sealing strip 6 is in transitional fit with the first groove 101. The limiting groove 11 is disposed on an inner wall of the first groove 101.

It should be noted that an orientation or positional relationship indicated by terms “center”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inside”, “outside”, and the like is based on an orientation or positional relationship shown in the accompanying drawings, which is merely for the convenience of the description of the utility model and simplified description, but is not intended to indicate or imply that an apparatus or component involved must have a specific orientation, is constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore is not construed as limiting the utility model.

Although the utility model has been particularly shown and described with respect to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various variations may be made to the utility model in the form and details without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined by the appended claims, and fall within the scope of protection of the utility model.

Claims

1. A crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article, comprising a coating fabric and a coated object, wherein the coating fabric comprises a fabric body and a free end, the free end is folded upwardly and then fixed with the fabric body to form a strip-shaped accommodating hole, the accommodating hole is internally provided with a fixing rod in a penetrating manner, an accommodating groove is provided in the bottom of the coated object, and the fixing rod is engaged within the accommodating groove.

2. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article according to claim 1, wherein the fixing rod is fixed within the accommodating groove by a limiting apparatus.

3. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article according to claim 2, wherein the limiting apparatus is an edge-sealing strip, and the edge-sealing strip is embedded within the accommodating groove and is in transitional fit with the accommodating groove.

4. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article according to claim 3, wherein a protrusion is disposed on one side of the edge-sealing strip, and the accommodating groove is provided with a limiting groove matching with the protrusion.

5. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article according to claim 4, wherein the accommodating groove is in an “L” shape, and comprises a first groove and a second groove, the fixing rod is positioned within the second groove after being engaged in the accommodating groove, the edge-sealing strip is in transitional fit with the first groove, and the limiting groove is disposed in the first groove.

6. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article according to claim 5, wherein a cross section of a lower end of the edge-sealing strip is of a trapezoidal shape.

7. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article according to claim 6, wherein the protrusion is of a non-return toothed shape.

8. The crimping structure of a surface coating fabric of an article according to claim 6, wherein the protrusion is of an arc-shaped structure.
