A piece of furniture, with a furniture carcass which includes two carcass side walls which lie opposite one another, and with at least one pair of guide units for guiding a movable furniture part in the furniture carcass, wherein the carcass side walls each includes at least one assembly interface which includes at least two fastening holes which are arranged behind one another in a side wall depth direction and at which the guide units of the pair are fastened lying opposite one another, the carcass side walls for increasing their stiffness each comprise at least two embossings which are arranged above one another in a side wall height direction, wherein the embossings are designed in a raised manner on the inner side of the respective carcass side wall and wherein at least one assembly interface is arranged between two adjacent embossings in the side wall height direction.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims priority to German Patent Application No. 10 2019 218 049.3 filed Nov. 22, 2019, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a piece of furniture, with a furniture carcass which comprises two carcass side walls which lie opposite one another, and with at least one pair of guide units for guiding a movable furniture part, in particular drawer, in the furniture carcass, wherein the carcass side walls each comprise at least one assembly interface which comprises at least two fastening holes which are arranged behind one another in a side wall depth direction and at which the guide units of the pair are fastened lying opposite one another.

Description of Related Art

Such furniture has been known for some time. Each household has several such pieces of furniture, with furniture carcasses in which drawers are movable guided. The drawers are guided by way of guide units, of which one guide unit is fastened to the left side wall and another guide unit oppositely to the right side wall of the furniture carcass. The furniture carcasses can consist of wood or metal. Since drawers have a significantly weight, in particular in the loaded state, the fastening of the associated guide units on the side walls must also be designed such that the weight of the drawer is reliably accommodated. This demands an adequate stability on the part of the side walls of the furniture carcass, so that for example thin plywood plates are not suitable for such side walls.

Side walls of furniture carcasses which are known from the state of the art therefore have a relatively large wall thickness and are relatively weighty, by which means a relatively large amount of construction space is taken up. This too is not particularly aesthetically pleasing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a piece of furniture of the initially mentioned type which compared to furniture from the state of the art as a whole takes up less construction space and is designed in an aesthetically pleasing manner, in particular with regard to the design of the side walls.

This object is achieved by a piece of furniture with the features and aspects discussed below.

The piece of furniture according to one non-limiting embodiment of the invention is characterised in that the carcass side walls, for increasing their stiffness, each comprise at least two embossings which are arranged above one another in a side wall height direction, wherein the embossings are designed in a raised manner on the inner side of the respective carcass side wall and wherein at least one assembly interface is arranged between two adjacent embossings in the side wall height direction.

The embossings ensure an increase in the stiffness of the side walls, so that their wall thickness can turn out to be significantly smaller than with the state of the art, but despite this a reliable fastening of the guide units to the side wall is possible. A finished carcass with side walls which are designed in such a manner has a lower weight when compared to conventional finished carcasses. Furthermore, the side walls with a lower wall thickness have a significant influence on the aesthetics. One aspect which must not be neglected is further the fact that the assembly interfaces for the connection of the guide units are arranged between adjacent embossings in the side wall height direction. The clear width of the furniture carcass which is available for the assembly of the guide units is therefore not comprised by the embossings. In contrast, compared to conventional furniture carcasses with relatively broad side walls, with this solution a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, can be used with a greater width and hence in the case of a drawer with a larger storage space.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the fastening holes of the assembly interfaces are configured for the tool-free assembly of the guide units on the carcass side walls. For example, it is possible for the fastening holes to be designed in a keyhole-like manner as part of a bayonet connection. An alternative tool-free fastening can be effected by way of a clip connection, wherein for example clip elements which are arranged on the guide units can be clipped into the fastening holes.

Alternatively to the tool-free fastening of the guide units at the fastening holes of the assembly interfaces, an assembly which is not tool-free is also possible, for example by way of a screw connection.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the guide unit comprises a carcass rail and at least one runner rail which is lineally movably guided on the carcass rail, wherein the carcass rail is fastened to the carcass side wall at the assigned assembly interface. The carcass rail can comprise several fastening brackets which are arranged behind one another in the rail longitudinal direction or a single continuous, long fastening bracket for its fastening to the carcass side wall in the region of the assigned assembly interface. It is possible for several runner rails to be provided, of which one runner rail is a pull-out rail and another rail is a middle rail. The middle rail is incorporated between the carcass rail and the pull-out rail and is guided in a linearly movable manner with respect to the pull-out rail as well as with respect to the carcass rail. The combination of the carcass rail, the middle rail and the pull-out rail is also denoted as a full pull-out or full extension.

In a particularly preferred manner, the at least one assembly interface is designed deepened in a channel-like manner with respect to the embossings and comprises an assembly surface which has the fastening holes.

In a particularly preferred manner, several assembly interfaces are provided, these each being arranged between two embossings which are arranged adjacently in the side wall height direction. It is also possible for the furniture carcass to comprise several movable furniture parts which lie above one another, for example drawers, which are each fastened to the assigned carcass side walls via assembly interfaces and associated fastening holes, wherein the assembly interfaces are each arranged between embossings on the carcass side wall.

It is possible for the assembly interfaces which are deepened in a channel-like manner to be connected to one another at their front and rear side which lie in the side wall depth direction, in each case via a vertical channel in a manner such that a ladder-like structure is formed.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the fastening holes of a respective assembly interface are arranged in several hole groups which each comprise several fastening holes which are arranged in a common height plane in the side wall depth direction, wherein the hole groups are arranged above one another in the side wall height direction. The arrangement of the fastening holes in hole groups provides the advantage that the guide unit which is to be fastened can be adjusted in the height direction and the depth direction and pairs of fastening holes and assembly holes which are flush with one another can always be found on sides of the guide unit even in different adjustment positions.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the carcass side walls are designed as sheet components, in particular as sheet metal components. For example, it is possible to design the carcass side walls as fine sheet components.

In the case of fine sheet carcass side walls, the material thickness of such side walls is smaller than 3 mm, preferably 0.5 to 1.5 mm, in particular 0.7 mm to 1 mm.

In the case of side walls which are not designed as fine sheet components, the carcass side walls can have a wall thickness which lies in the range of 4 mm to 30 mm, preferably 6 mm to 19 mm, in particular 8 mm to 16 mm.

In the case of carcass side walls which are designed as sheet components, there results the advantage that these in comparison to wooden components are significantly easier to clean and the cleaning can be carried out with chemicals. The field of application of such furniture not only lies in the kitchen, but office furniture designed in such a manner is also conceivable.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the piece of furniture comprises at least one movable furniture part, in particular drawer, which is guided in the furniture carcass by way of a pair of guide units. However, other movable furniture parts are also conceivable, for example a furniture pull-out which is not designed as a drawer, or a furniture flap.

Concerning a further development of the invention, at least one of the carcass side walls comprises holding means for holding an electrical lead. Usefully, at least one electrical lead, for example an electricity cable is held on the holding means. Alternatively or additionally, it is possible for the carcass side walls to comprise at least one opening for leading through an electrical lead. Usefully, at least one electrical lead is led through the assigned opening.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the piece of furniture comprises a base and a rear wall which are each connected to the carcass side walls by way of fastening means, wherein preferably the fastening means are configured for a tool-free fastening of carcass side walls, base and rear wall to one another.

In a particularly preferred manner, the fastening means comprise claw elements which in particular are formed on the carcass side walls and which dig into the material, in particular wood material, of the base and/or of the rear wall. Usefully, a furniture carcass which is manufactured in such a manner is a hybrid component with carcass side walls of metal and with the base and rear wall of wood.

Concerning a further development of the invention, at least one of the carcass side walls comprises at least one cavity, in which electrical function components, in particular electrical cables and/or at least one illumination element is received for illuminating the movable furniture part are received.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the carcass side walls comprise a coating for sound reduction, particularly on their outer side.

It is possible for the carcass side walls to be screwed at the top to wooden transverse profiles, preferably clipped on with a steel bracket for a matching carcass width.

It is possible for in particular height-adjustable adjustment feet to be integrated into the carcass side walls.

Furthermore, it is possible for the carcass side walls to each comprise latching and quick connection elements for the connection of further furniture carcasses. The latching and quick connection elements can be integrated for example into the assigned carcass side walls, preferably are able to be clipped in as a metal and/or plastic part, or as a metal and/or plastic part are able to be screw-connected to the assigned carcass side wall.

The piece of furniture according to another non-limiting embodiment of the invention is characterised in that the assembly elements each comprises a base section which is connected to the guide unit transversely to a longitudinal direction of the guide unit, and a plate-like assembly section which is aligned in a height direction of the guide unit, is connected to the base section and projects transversely from this, the outline of said assembly section being smaller than the opening cross section of the assigned fastening hole in a manner such that the assembly section is stuck through the fastening hole and is fastened to the edge which surrounds the fastening hole and is formed by the carcass side wall, by way of holding means.

Such a solution provides a tool-free fastening of the guide units to the associated carcass side wall. Due to the fact that the assembly sections of the guide units are fastened to the edge of the fastening hole via holding means, the wall thickness of the assigned carcass side wall can be kept relatively low. At all events, a reliable holding is given by the clamping via the holding means.

Concerning a further development of the invention, the holding means comprise a clamping tongue which is preferably bent out of the material of the assembly section counter to the insertion direction and by way of which the assembly section is fixedly clamped on the edge of the opening.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIGS. 1 to 8 show a first embodiment example of a piece of furniture 11 according to the invention. The piece of furniture can be applied as a kitchen furniture in region of the kitchen or as a office furniture in an office. The piece of furniture 11 according to the invention, by way of example comprises a movable furniture part 12 (FIG. 3) which here by way of example is represented in the form of a drawer. However, it is also possible to apply movable furniture parts 12 other than drawers, for example furniture pull-outs which are designed in a different manner. Hereinafter however, the invention is to be explained by way of example with the application of a drawer.

The piece of furniture 11 comprises a furniture carcass 13 which in the shown example comprises two carcass side walls 14a, 14b which lie opposite one another. The furniture carcass 13 further comprises a base 15 which in a manner which is explained hereinafter in detail is connected to the two carcass side walls 14a, 14b and keeps the two carcass side walls 14a, 14b at a distance to one another. At the upper side of the furniture carcass 13 which is opposite to the base 15, an upper termination is provided, said termination being shown by way of example in the form of two transverse profiles 16a, 16b which on the one hand are connected to the one and on the other hand to the other carcass side wall 14a, 14b. Of course, it is also possible to use differently designed upper terminations of the furniture carcass 13, instead of the transverse profiles 16a, 16b, for example an upper cover which closes off the upper side of the furniture carcass 13 over the complete surface. However, it is particularly with kitchen furniture that it is often the case that such furniture is arranged below a large-surfaced cover plate or working plate which then for its part together forms the upper termination of several such pieces of furniture.

In contrast, with the example of office furniture, an upper cover plate is indeed conceivable, for example for the case that the piece of furniture is a roller container which then as a furniture part which can be handled in a unitary manner comprises such an upper cover plate.

Furthermore, the furniture carcass 13 can comprise a rear wall (not represented) which forms the rear termination of the piece of furniture 12.

As a whole, in the shown example case, an interior 17 is defined by the two carcass side walls 14a, 14b, the base 15 and the two transverse profiles 16a, 16b, in which interior several drawers are received as will yet be explained in more detail hereinafter and are each movably guided by way of guide units 18. In the shown example, it is for example possible for five drawers which lie above one another in a side wall height direction 19 to be received in the interior 17 of the piece of furniture 11

An essential aspect of the invention is the connection of the guide units 18 onto the assigned carcass side walls 14a, 14b.

For guiding a drawer, a pair of guide units 18 is provided, wherein the carcass side walls 14a, 14b each comprise at least one assembly interface 20a, 20b which comprises at least two fastening holes 22 which are arranged behind one another in a side wall depth direction 21 and on which the guide units 18 of the pair are fastened in a manner lying opposite one another.

In comparison to conventional furniture, the piece of furniture 11 according to the invention comprises carcass side walls 14a, 14b with a relatively low wall thickness. This on the one hand results in a weight reduction when compared to conventional furniture and on the other hand such furniture with relatively thin-walled carcass side walls 14a, 14b also meets the increased fashion demands as are come across today.

The reduction of the wall thickness of the carcass side walls 14a, 14b for achieving the aforementioned results, in contrast does not lead to the effect of the side walls become instable by way of this and a reliable fastening of the guide units to the carcass side walls 14a, 14b at the assembly interfaces not being possible on account of this.

Concerning the furniture according to the invention, the carcass side walls 14a, 14b each comprise at least two embossings 23 which are arranged above one another in the side wall height direction 19, for increasing their stiffness, wherein the embossings 23 are formed in a raised manner on the inner side of the respective carcass side wall 14a, 14b and with regard to which at least one assembly interface 20a, 20b is arranged between two adjacent embossings 23 in the side wall height direction 19.

Due to the fact that the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b are arranged between two embossings 23 which are adjacent in the side wall height direction 19, the inwardly raised embossings 23 does not restrict the construction space which is available for guiding the drawer.

In the shown example case, the carcass side walls 14a, 14b are designed as sheet components, in particular as sheet metal components. It is possible for example to shape the embossings 23 out of a flatly lying blank sheet part is arranged in a level manner, by way of an embossing or punching procedure. Herein, usefully all embossings are formed out by an embossing or punching procedure.

In a particularly preferred manner, sheet metal components of fine sheet, in particular fine sheet steel are provided as carcass side walls 14a, 14b. The wall thickness of such fine sheet carcass side walls is less than 3 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, in particular 0.7 mm to 1 mm.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 1, the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b are designed deepened in a channel-like manner with respect to the embossings 23 and have an assembly surface 25 which comprises the fastening holes 22. The assembly interfaces 20a, 20b which are deepened in a channel-like manner are connected to one another at their front side 26 and rear side 27 which lie in the side wall depth direction, via a vertical channel 28, in a manner such that a ladder-like structure is formed.

In the shown example, the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b at their front side 26 are lengthened beyond the vertical channel by way of a channel section 29 which is relatively short in the side wall depth direction and which runs out at the front edge of the carcass side walls 14a, 14b.

As already mentioned, the guide units 18 for guiding the drawer are fastened at the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b. As is particularly shown by way of example in FIG. 3, the piece of furniture is equipped with three drawers which are arranged above one another in the side wall height direction 19, wherein three pairs of guide units are provided, of which a pair serves for guiding a drawer. The guide units 18 of a pair are fastened to assembly interfaces 20a, 20b of the one and of the other carcass side wall 14a, 14b, said interfaces lying opposite one another. The associated assembly interfaces 20a, 20b are therefore located at the same height position of the associated carcass side walls 14a, 14b. Hereinafter, it is only the fastening of a guide unit 18 of a guide unit pair which is described, wherein the fastening of the oppositely lying other guide unit to the assigned carcass side wall 14a, 14b is effected in the same manner.

The guide units 18 can be so-called standard guide units, which is to say a modification of the guide units 18 for the purpose of the fastening to the assigned assembly interface 20a, 20b is not necessary.

A respective guide unit 18 comprises a carcass rail 30 and at least one runner rail 21 which is linearly movably guided on the carcass rail 20, wherein the carcass rail is fastened to the carcass side wall 14a, 14b at the assigned assembly interface 20a, 20b.

In the shown exemplary case, two runner rails 31 are provided, of which only one is shown, wherein one of the runner rails 31 represents a drawer rail which for its part is connected to the drawer via suitable coupling means, and a middle rail (not shown) which is arranged between the drawer rail and the carcass rail 30 and which is movably guided relative to these two rails. Such an arrangement is also denoted as a full pull-out.

The carcass rail 30 serves for fastening the guide units to the assigned carcass side wall 14a, 14b at the assigned assembly interface 20a, 20b, said carcass rail in the fastened state being connected to the assigned carcass side wall 14a, 14b in a stationary manner.

The carcass rail 30 comprises a carcass bracket 32 which comprises a guide section 33 (FIG. 5) which in the assembled state of the carcass rail 20 projects inwards from the inner side 24 of the assigned carcass side wall 14, 14b. The middle rail is movably guided on the guide section 33 via suitable guide means and the drawer rail is linearly movably guided on this middle rail again via suitable guide means. The carcass bracket 32 further comprises an assembly section 34 which is shown in more detail for example in FIG. 3 and in FIG. 4 as well as in FIG. 5. The assembly section 34 is designed in a plate-like manner and bears with its outer surface on the assembly surface 25 of the assembly interface 20a, 20b. The assembly section 34 comprises a plurality of assembly holes 36, so that suitable ones of the assembly holes 36 can be brought into flush alignment with the fastening holes 22 of the assembly interface 20a, in order to carry out the subsequent assembly procedure.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 3, the fastening holes 22 of the assembly interface 20a, 20b are arranged in several hole groups 35a, 35b which each comprise several fastening holes 22 which are arranged in a common height plane in the side wall depth direction 21, wherein the hole groups 35a, 35b are arranged above one another in the side wall height direction 19. In the shown example case, two hole groups 35a, 35b which lie above one another in the side wall height direction 19 are provided, of which a first hole group 35a comprises several, for example 6 fastening holes which are arranged in a flush manner behind one another in the side wall depth direction. The second hole group 35b which is arranged offset to this in the side wall height direction 19 and in the example lies deeper likewise consists of several fastening holes for example three in number, which are arranged behind one another in the side wall depth direction. The multitude of fastening holes 22 in the hole groups 35a, 35b, in the context of the assembly holes 36 on the assembly section 34 of the carcass bracket 32 permits the carcass rail 30 to be able to be adjusted in the side wall height direction 19 as well as in the side wall depth direction 21 and despite this the assembly holes 36 and the fastening holes can be aligned in a matching manner depending on the adjustment position.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 3, the channel-like deepening of the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b also forms a type of assembly aid on assembly on the carcass bracket 32, to the extent that the dimension of the channel-like deepening in the side wall height direction 19 corresponds roughly to the height of the assembly section 34 and therefore on assembly it is clearly evident that the assembly section 34 of the carcass bracket 32 belongs in the channel-like deepening.

As is particularly shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 8, after the aligning of the position of the assembly section 34 on the assembly surface 25 of the assembly interface 20a, 20b and the associated alignment of the matching fastening holes 22 on the one hand and the assembly holes 36 on the other hand, the carcass bracket 32 according to the first embodiment example is screwed onto the inner side 24 of the associated carcass side wall 14a, 14b via screw fastening means.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 8, the screw fastening means comprise a fastening screw 37, in particular in the form of a self-cutting fastening screw. Furthermore, a fastening sleeve 38 which usefully consists of plastic is counted as belonging to the screw fastening means.

As is further shown in FIG. 8, the associated fastening hole 22 in the carcass side wall 14a, 14b is arranged in a depression 39 which is formed by way of pressing out the material of the carcass side wall 14a, 14b outwards from the inner side 24.

The fastening sleeve 38 comprises a disc-like sleeve head 40, onto which a cylindrical base section 42 connects along a sleeve longitudinal axis 41, said base section passing through the fastening hole 22. A fixation section 43 whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the cylindrical base section and also larger than the diameter of the fastening hole is located at the free end of the fastening sleeve 38. The fixation section 43 consist of two semicircular segments 44 which are separated from one another via a radially running longitudinal slot 45. The two segments 44 are deformable in a manner such that the fastening sleeve 38 with the fixation section 43 and the segments 44 in front can be pressed through the fastening hole 22 amid the deformation of the segments 44, wherein the segments 44 after the passage of the fastening hole can snap back again into their initial position and ensure that the fastening sleeve 38 can no longer slide out of the fastening hole 22 counter to the insertion direction, since the segments 44 are supported on the outer side of the carcass side wall 14a, 14b. On pressing in the fastening sleeve 38, the sleeve head 40 is positioned in the depression 39, by which means the sleeve head 40 does not project beyond the inner side of the carcass side wall 14a, 14b, thus beyond the assembly surface 25.

For fastening the carcass bracket, the associated fastening screw 37 is then screwed through the central opening 46 in the fastening sleeve 38, wherein the diameter of the central opening 46 in the region of the sleeve head 40 is significantly smaller than the diameter of the screw shank 47, so that the fastening screw 37 with its thread cuts into the material of the sleeve head 40 and therefore clamps the assembly section 34 onto the assembly surface 25.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 3, the carcass side walls 14a, 14b each comprise at least one opening 48 for leading through an electrical lead, in particular in the form of an electricity cable. In the shown example case, the openings 28, for example two in number, are arranged behind the ladder-like structure of the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b seen in the side wall depth direction 21 from the front side 26 of the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b. The openings 48 for example can have the fashion of an elongate hole.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 4 and also in FIG. 5, at least one deepening 49 which is usefully recessed in the region of the embossings 23 is formed on the carcass side walls 14a, 14b. The deepenings 40 can be carried out for example by way of an embossing or punching procedure, which can be carried out after forming the embossings 23. The deepenings 49 serve for receiving a light element 50 which is shown for example in the form of an LED element. As is particularly shown in FIG. 7, the LED element is located in a receiving sleeve 51 which for its part is incorporated in an assembly hole 52 which is attached in the deepening 49 and is mounted there. Usefully, the longitudinal axis 53 of the receiving sleeve 51 is directed from the outside to the inside obliquely towards the base 15, so that the light cone which is produced by the LED element is directed obliquely downwards and in particular is suitable for illuminating the interior of the drawer.

As is shown in FIG. 6, it is possible for fastening holes 22 of the assembly interfaces 20a, 20b which are not used to be occupied beforehand by fastening sleeves 38.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 2, the carcass side walls 14a, 14b and the base 15 are connected by way of fastening means 54. The fastening means 54 are configured for the tool-free fastening of the carcass side walls to the base.

In the shown example case, the carcass side walls 14a, 14b as mentioned are of a sheet metal and the base 15 of wood. With this combination, fastening means 54 which comprise claw elements 55 which dig into the material of the base 15 are suitable.

As is further shown in FIG. 2, fastening webs 56 are formed on the lower edges of the carcass side walls 14a, 14b, said fastening webs being able to be manufactured for example by way of an essentially right-angled edging away of the lower edge of the carcass side walls 14a, 14b. Claw elements 55 are located on the upper side of the fastening webs 56, thus directed towards the interior 17, so that the base 15 is inserted and the claw elements can herein be driven into the lower side of the base 15.

As already mentioned, transverse profiles 16a, 16b are provided as an upper termination of the furniture carcass 13 according to the first embodiment example, said transverse profiles being able to consist for example of wood material and being fastened to the carcass side walls 14a, 14b by way of fastening profiles 57.

As is particularly shown in FIG. 1, the fastening profiles 57 can be designed in a manner such that a connection onto an adjacent furniture carcass 13 irrespective of the type is also always possible via a coupling interface 58 which is provided for this. In the example case, the coupling interface comprises several, in particular two fastening holes 59 (FIG. 3)

FIGS. 9 and 10 show a second embodiment example of the piece of furniture according to the invention. In contrast to the previously described first embodiment example, the carcass sidewalls 14a, 14b of the second embodiment example can be designed differently. Usefully, the carcass side walls 14a, 14b likewise consist of sheet, in particular metal sheet. The carcass side walls 14a, 14b of the second embodiment example also each comprise at least one assembly interface 60. The assembly interface 60 again comprises several, for example two fastening holes 61, which are arranged behind one another in the side wall depth direction 21. In contrast to the previously described first embodiment example, the fastening holes 61 of the second embodiment example are dimensioned significantly larger and are in the form of window-like openings. The assembly interface 60 is again designed deepened in a channel-like manner, wherein preferably in the shown example case the two fastening holes 61 in the form of window-like openings are arranged on the front and rear end of the channel-like deepening 62.

As with the first embodiment example, guide units 18 are fastened at the assembly interfaces of the second embodiment example. Here too, two guide units 18 of a pair are fastened lying opposite one another and together serve for guiding a drawer.

In contrast to the previously described first embodiment example, a respective guide unit 18 is however designed differently. The carcass rails 63 of such a guide unit 18 comprise two assembly elements 64a, 64b which are arranged behind one another in the rail length direction. The assembly elements correspond to the window-like fastening holes 61 on the assembly interface 60.

The assembly elements 64a, 64b replace the assembly section 34 of the standard carcass rail. The assembly elements 64a, 64b each comprise a base section 67a, 67b which is attached onto the guide section 66 of the carcass rail 63 in particular as one piece to this, and a plate-like assembly section 68a, 68b which is aligned in the height direction of the guide unit 18, is connected to the base section 67a, 67b and projects transversely from this. The outline of the assembly sections 68a, 68b is smaller than the opening cross section of the assigned fastening hole 61, in a manner such that the assembly section 68a, 68b can be stuck through the fastening hole 61 and is fastened to the edge 69 which surrounds the fastening hole 61 and is formed by the carcass side wall 14a, 14b, by way of holding means. The holding means comprise a clamping tongue 70 which is preferably bent out of the material of the assembly section 68a, 68b counter to the insert direction, by way of which tongue the assembly section 68a, 68b is fixedly clamped to the edge 69 of the fastening hole 61.

In this case, the connection of the guide unit 18 onto the body side wall 14a, 14b is effected in a tool-free manner by way of latching and clamping the clamping tongue 70 to the edge 69 of the assigned fastening hole 61.

Claims

1. A piece of furniture, comprising:

a furniture carcass which comprises two carcass side walls which lie opposite one another, and with at least one pair of guide units for guiding a movable furniture part in the furniture carcass,
wherein the carcass side walls each comprise at least one assembly interface which comprises at least two fastening holes which are arranged behind one another in a side wall depth direction and at which the guide units of the pair are fastened lying opposite one another,
wherein the carcass side walls for increasing their stiffness each comprise at least two embossings which are arranged above one another in a side wall height direction, wherein the embossings are designed in a raised manner on the inner side of the respective carcass side wall and wherein at least one assembly interface is arranged between two adjacent embossings in the side wall height direction.

2. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein the fastening holes are configured for the tool-free assembly of the guide units on the carcass side walls.

3. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein the guide unit comprises a carcass rail and at least one runner rail which is lineally movably guided on the carcass rail, wherein the carcass rail is fastened to the carcass side wall at the assigned assembly interface.

4. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein the at least one assembly interface is designed deepened in a channel-like manner with respect to the embossings and comprises an assembly surface which comprises the fastening holes.

5. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of assembly interfaces are provided, these each being arranged between two embossings which are arranged adjacently in the side wall height direction.

6. The piece of furniture according to claim 4, wherein the at least one assembly interface which is deepened in a channel-like manner is connected to one another at their front side and rear side which lie in the side wall depth direction, in each case via a vertical channel in a manner such that a ladder-like structure is formed.

7. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein the fastening holes of the assembly interface are arranged in several hole groups which each comprise several fastening holes which are arranged in a common height plane in the side wall depth direction, wherein the hole groups are arranged above one another in the side wall height direction.

8. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein the carcass side walls are designed as sheet metal components.

9. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein the movable furniture part is a drawer which is guided in the furniture carcass by way of a pair of guide units.

10. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the carcass side walls comprises holding means for holding and/or at least one opening for leading through an electrical lead, wherein at least one electrical lead is held at the holding means and/or led through the assigned opening.

11. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, comprising a base and a rear wall which are each connected to the carcass side walls by way of fastening means, wherein the fastening means are configured for a tool-free fastening of carcass side walls, base and rear wall to one another.

12. The piece of furniture according to claim 11, wherein the fastening means comprise claw elements which are formed on the carcass side walls and which dig into the material of the base and/or of the rear wall.

13. The piece of furniture according to claim 1, wherein the carcass side walls comprise a coating for sound reduction on their outer side.

14. A piece of furniture, comprising:

a furniture carcass which comprises two carcass side walls which lie opposite one another, and with at least one pair of guide units for guiding a movable furniture part in the furniture carcass, wherein the carcass side walls each comprise at least one assembly interface which comprises at least two fastening holes which are arranged behind one another in a side wall depth direction and at which the guide units of the pair are fastened lying opposite one another by way of assembly elements which are arranged on the guide units,
wherein the assembly elements each comprises a base section which is connected to the guide unit transversely to a longitudinal direction of the guide unit, and a plate-like assembly section which is aligned in a height direction of the guide unit, is connected to the base section and projects transversely from this, the outline of said assembly section being smaller than the opening cross section of the assigned fastening hole in a manner such that the assembly section is stuck through the fastening hole and is fastened to the edge which surrounds the fastening hole and is formed by the carcass side wall, by way of holding means.

15. The piece of furniture according to claim 14, wherein the holding means comprise a clamping tongue which is bent out of the material of the assembly section counter to the insertion direction and by way of which the assembly section is fixedly clamped to the edge of assigned fastening hole.
