It should be noted that the features in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict.

An object of the present disclosure is, for example, to provide an inflatable mattress by which at least the technical problem of a collapsed edge of the prior inflatable mattress can be alleviated.

Additionally, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, optionally, the top wall is provided as the lying part, both the lying part and the bottom wall are provided with supporting straps, and at least one of the supporting straps on the lying part is connected with at least one of the supporting straps on the bottom wall by a limiting pull strap.

With the arrangement of the supporting straps, when the inflatable mattress is placed and used even in a relatively smooth place, the inflatable mattress can be kept in place and is prevented from shifting laterally during use so as to ensure the user experience.

Optionally, the inflatable mattress further comprises a fourth cavity body, wherein the fourth cavity body is disposed at a junction between the bottom wall and the side surrounding wall and fourth cavity body together with an outer wall surface of the bottom wall and the outer wall surface of the side surrounding wall form a fourth air cavity.

Due to the presence of the fourth cavity body, after the fourth air cavity is inflated, a support structure can be formed in the circumferential direction of the bottom wall to further enhance the support strength of the edge portion of the inflatable mattress, which is conducive to preventing collapse of the edge portion of the inflatable mattress.

Optionally, both the top wall and the bottom wall are provided as the lying parts, the lying parts are provided with supporting straps, and the respective supporting straps of the two lying parts are connected by limiting pull straps.

With the arrangement of the supporting straps, when the inflatable mattress is placed and used even in a relatively smooth place, the inflatable mattress can be kept in place and is prevented from shifting laterally during use so as to ensure the user experience. Moreover, both the top wall and the bottom wall are designed as the lying parts, such that the inflatable mattress can be used more conveniently, and the inconvenience of distinguishing the front and back sides is eliminated.

Optionally, the second cavity body and the third cavity body adjacent to each other are used as a support group, and the first cavity body is symmetrically provided with two support groups on the two opposite sides in the height direction of the inflatable mattress.

Due to the presence of the two symmetrical support groups, when a force is applied in a vertical direction of the inflatable matress, the inflatable mattress has better support performance and misalignment of the upper and lower support groups is unlikely to occur.

Optionally, the second cavity body and the third cavity body are both distributed in a shape of two concentric rectangles.

The second cavity body and the third cavity body distributed in the shape of two concentric rectangles can ensure more comprehensive support at the circumferential edge of the first cavity body to reduce the area having weak support. Moreover, the gas in the air cavity is enabled to be distributed more uniformly, which is conducive to prevention of collapse of the edge positons.

Optionally, each supporting strap is a closed loop-shaped supporting strap, a honeycomb-structured circular supporting strap, a straight-strip supporting strap, a vertical-strip supporting strap, a single-strip wavy supporting strap, or a closed wavy supporting strap.

All of the various types of supporting straps can achieve a good effect when in use, and the users can be provided with different choices to improve the user experience.

Optionally, the first air cavity, the second air cavity, and the third air cavity communicate with one another.

Since the gas can circulate among the air cavities, only one valve is required for realizing the inflation and deflation of the multiple air cavities, and the inflation and deflation can be performed with less time and operations and with great convenience.

Optionally, the inflatable mattress comprises a valve, wherein the valve is disposed on the side surrounding wall, and the valve is configured to communicate the first air cavity with an external environment or disconnect the first air cavity from the external environment.

Optionally, the plurality of sub-cavities all communicate with the main cavity.

Optionally, a through hole is provided in the inner enclosure so that at least one of the plurality of sub-cavities communicates with the main cavity.

An embodiment of the present disclosure also provides an inflatable mattress. The inflatable mattress comprises:

two supporting walls, a surrounding wall, and a first partitioning wall, wherein the two supporting walls are arranged at an interval in a thickness direction of the inflatable mattress, wherein the surrounding wall is connected with both of the two supporting walls and extends in a circumferential direction of the supporting wall, and a main air storage cavity is defined by the surrounding wall together with the two supporting walls; the first partitioning wall is located in the main air storage cavity, the first partitioning wall is connected with both the surrounding wall and one of the two supporting walls or is connected with both of the two supporting walls, the first partitioning wall extends in a circumferential direction of the surrounding wall, and the first partitioning wall divides the main air storage cavity into a first sub-cavity and a second sub-cavity; the first partitioning wall has at least one first fracture portion in its extension direction, and the first sub-cavity communicates with the second sub-cavity through the at least one first fracture portion.

Optionally, the inflatable mattress further comprises a pull strap, wherein the pull strap is in the main air storage cavity, and two ends of the pull strap are connected with the two supporting walls, respectively.

An embodiment of the present disclosure also provides an inflatable bed. The inflatable bed comprises:

an inflatable mattress according to any one of the preceding embodiments.

The embodiments of the present disclosure include, for example, the following beneficial effects:

The inflatable mattress is inflated. When a user is lying on the inflatable mattress, the first cavity body provides the majority of support for the user, and when the user's body presses against an edge portion of the inflatable mattress, the user is supported by the second cavity body. The third cavity body having a height lower than that of the second cavity body is unlikely to be directly pressed down and can provide further support at the edge position to prevent excessive collapse of the edge position. Moreover, since the third cavity body is connected with both of the second cavity body and the lying part, the third cavity body has a certain pulling effect on the second cavity body to further prevent collapse of the second cavity body due to a force applied thereto and to provide a better using experience for the user.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present disclosure provides an inflatable mattress, comprising: a first cavity body 10, a second cavity body 20, and a third cavity body 30.

The first cavity body 10 comprises a top wall 11, a bottom wall 12, and a side surrounding wall 13, wherein the top wall 11 and/or the bottom wall 12 serve(s) as a lying part 14 for a user to lie thereon, and a first air cavity 15 is formed by the top wall 11, the bottom wall 12, and the side surrounding wall 13.

The second cavity body 20 is disposed at a junction between the lying part 14 and the side surrounding wall 13 and the second cavity body together with an outer wall surface of the lying part 14 and an outer wall surface of the side surrounding wall 13 form a second air cavity 21; the third cavity body 30 is disposed at a junction between the lying part 14 and the second cavity body 20 and the third cavity body together with an outer wall surface of the second cavity body 20 and the outer wall surface of the lying part 14 form a third air cavity 31.

After the inflatable mattress is filled with a gas (air usually), the height of the third cavity body 30 is lower than the height of the second cavity body 20 in the height direction of the inflatable mattress.

Here, the first air cavity 15, the second air cavity 21, and the third air cavity 31 communicate with one another. In other words, the gas in the first air cavity 15, the gas in the second air cavity 21, and the gas in the third air cavity 31 can circulate through one another. Since the gas can circulate among the multiple air cavities, inflation and deflation of the multiple air cavities may be realized by providing the inflatable mattress with only one valve, and the inflation and deflation can be performed with less time and simplified operations, which brings great convenience.

When a user is lying on an inflatable mattress filled with gas, the first cavity body 10 provides the majority of support for the user, and when the user's body presses against an edge portion of the inflatable mattress, the user is supported by the second cavity body 20. Since the third cavity body 30 has a height lower than that of the second cavity body 20, the third cavity body is unlikely to be directly pressed down and can provide additional support at the edge position to prevent excessive collapse of the edge position. Moreover, since the third cavity body 30 is connected with both of the second cavity body 20 and the lying part 14, the third cavity body 30 has a certain pulling effect on the second cavity body 20 to further prevent collapse of the second cavity body 20 due to a force so as to provide a better using experience for the user.

Here, the materials used in the respective cavities may be environmentally friendly materials, such as 6P environmentally friendly materials (matrials containing no Dis-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), Di iso decyl phthalate(DIDP), or Di iso decyl phthalate(DIDP)), which are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

In the present disclosure, the inflatable mattress further comprises a double-covered air valve 40. The double-covered air valve 40 is disposed on the side surrounding wall 13. A different cover of the double-covered air valve 40 may be selected to be opened depending on a different operation of deflation or inflation, so that the gas in the air cavities is not prone to leak out during inflation, and the gas in the air cavities is discharged at a faster speed during deflation than during inflation to shorten the deflation time; and it is unnecessary to separately provide an additional deflation valve so that the cost is saved.

Optionally, the double-covered air valve 40 comprises two sealing covers, wherein a smaller sealing cover may cover a larger sealing cover, and the larger sealing cover may cover an opening of the side surrounding wall 13 and serves as a passage for inflation and deflation. When the larger sealing cover does not block the opening, the gas can be discharged from the air cavities. The deflation speed is fast because the opening is completely exposed, and the multiple air cavities communicate with one another so that all the gas from the inflatable mattress can be discharged, which facilitates a convenient and quick storage. When the larger sealing cover blocks the opening and the smaller sealing cover does not block the larger sealing cover, the air cavities can be inflated. The larger sealing cover is provided with an air hole and with a one-way valve plate, so that the gas can only be filled into the air cavities from the outside of the inflatable mattress, while the gas in the air cavities cannot be automatically discharged. After the inflation is finished, the one-way valve plate and the air hole of the larger sealing cover are blocked by the smaller sealing cover, which can further improve the air tightness and prevent air leakage from the inflatable mattress. The double-covered air valve 40 may be selected with reference to the two-stage double-covered air intake fittings in the general technology, and will not be described in detail here.

Optionally, the inflatable mattress further comprises a built-in DC electric inflating pump 50 configured to inflate the inflatable mattress, wherein the built-in DC electric inflating pump 50 is disposed on the side surrounding wall 13, and an air outlet of the built-in DC electric inflating pump 50 communicates with the first air cavity 15. Due to the arrangement of the built-in DC electric inflating pump 50, it is unnecessary to separately provide an external inflating pump when the inflatable mattress needs to be inflated, so that it is more convenient to carry and use the inflatable mattress when going out, and its use is avoided from being affected in case that the inflating pump is forgotten to be carried.

It can be understood that when the built-in DC electric inflating pump 50 is damaged, an external inflating pump may also be used to inflate the air cavity of the inflatable mattress via the double-covered air valve 40.

Optionally, in the present disclosure, the top wall 11 is used as the lying part 14, both the lying part 14 and the bottom wall 12 are provided with supporting straps (or strips or bands), the supporting straps on the lying part 14 are equal in number and are in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting straps on the bottom wall 12, and the supporting straps on the lying part 14 and the supporting straps on the bottom wall 12 are connected by a limiting pull strap(s) (not shown). In the present disclosure, the supporting straps are honeycomb-structured circular supporting straps 61. Apparently, referring to FIG. 6, the supporting straps may also be closed loop-shaped supporting straps 62, or referring to FIG. 7, the supporting strap may be straight-strip supporting straps 63; or referring to FIG. 8, the supporting straps may be vertical-strip supporting straps 64; or referring to FIG. 9, the supporting straps may be closed wavy supporting straps 65. In addition, the closed wavy supporting straps 65 may be replaced with single-strip wavy supporting straps so as to provide users with more choices. It should be noted that the shape and number of the supporting straps are selected as required, and are not to be completely listed in the present disclosure. With the arrangement of the supporting straps, when the inflatable mattress is placed and used in a relatively smooth place, the supporting straps can provide a better adhesion capability for the inflatable mattress, so that the inflatable mattress is kept in place and is prevented from shifting laterally or even rolling over during use so as to ensure the using experience. Moreover, the user is in contact with the supporting straps disposed on the lying part 14, and there is a large friction between the user and the lying part 14, so that the user is not prone to slide on the inflatable mattress, and the user experience is improved.

Optionally, each limiting pull strap is a pull strap with no elasticity or weak elasticity, which can avoid the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 12 from being spaced too far away from each other in the height direction of the inflatable mattress (in the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress) after inflation. In addition, each two corresponding supporting straps located on the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 12 may be connected by a cylindrical limiting pull strap, or may be connected by a strip-shaped limiting pull strap. A single or multiple strip-shaped limiting pull strap(s) may be provided, and optionally, multiple limiting pull straps are provided, and each two corresponding supporting straps are connected by one limiting pull strap.

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the number of the limiting pull straps is two, and the two ends of each limiting pull strap are connected with the corresponding supporting straps on the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 12, respectively. After the inflatable mattress is inflated, the two limiting pull straps are in a state of being substantially in parallel to each other, and of course, the two limiting pull straps may also be designed in a crossed arrangement. The connection method may be flexibly selected during production to facilitate the production and reduce unnecessary costs. The limiting pull straps are provided such that after the inflatable mattress is inflated, the overall shape of the first cavity body 10 can be maintained in a flat state of a common mattress, which allows the user to lie down thereon easily.

As shown in FIG. 2, optionally, in the present disclosure, the inflatable mattress further comprises a fourth cavity body 70. The fourth cavity body 70 is disposed at a junction between the bottom wall 12 and the side surrounding wall 13 and the fourth cavity body together with the outer wall surface of the bottom wall 12 and the outer wall surface of the side surrounding wall 13 form a fourth air cavity 71. The fourth cavity body 70 is provided such that after the fourth air cavity 71 is inflated, a support structure can be formed in the circumferential direction of the bottom wall 12 to further strengthen the support strength of the edge portion of the inflatable mattress, which is conducive to preventing collapse of the edge portion of the inflatable mattress.

The second cavity body 20 and the third cavity body 30 adjacent to each other are used as a support group, and the second cavity body 20 and the third cavity body 30 of each support group are distributed in a shape of two concentric rectangles. The second cavity body 20 and the third cavity body 30 distributed in the shape of two concentric rectangles can ensure more comprehensive support at the circumferential edge of the first cavity body 10 to reduce the area having weak support. Moreover, the gas in the air cavities is enabled to be distributed more uniformly, which is conducive to prevention of excessive collapse of the edge position.

The inflatable mattress according to the present disclosure is based on the following principle:

The smaller sealing cover of the double-covered air valve 40 is opened, and the inflatable mattress is inflated by the built-in DC electric inflating pump 50. Due to the presence of the limiting pull straps, when the interior of the inflatable mattress is filled with gas, the outer shape of the first cavity body 10 is controlled and a uniform supporting effect can be maintained in combination with the function of the supporting straps, such that the user's weight can be as distributed uniformly as possible to reduce the deformation.

When the user's torso is lying at the edge position of the entire inflatable mattress, the second cavity body 20 serves as a support for the torso. Since the third cavity body 30 is unlikely to be brought into direct contact with the user and is not easily deformed by compression, the third cavity body 30 may serve as a reinforcing rib to prevent a large deformation of the second cavity body 20 when being compressed, and also to make a certain contribution to maintaining the support strength of the lying part 14. When the torso moves away from the compressed position (e.g., turning over), the compressed second cavity body 20 can also be restored more quickly so that the air pressure in the air cavity remains distributed relatively uniformly because the third cavity body 30 has a pulling effect on the second cavity body 20. The supportability of the edge position can be effectively improved, so that no position is collapsed to a large degree when the user is lying on the inflatable mattress and the user will feel more comfortable.

In addition, since the supporting straps provide auxiliary support and provide a certain adhesion capability, the cases of lateral shift or rollover of the entire inflatable mattress can be reduced, and the inflatable mattress is comfortable and safe in use and provides a better using experience. It is found by actual tests that the inflatable mattress according to the present disclosure can bear a weight of 600 kg, and shows a particularly significant improvement in supporting capability as compared with common inflatable mattresses. Since the inflatable mattress has a simple structure which is manufactured more conveniently, the process requirements are advantageously reduced, whereby the cost required for production can also be reduced to a certain extent, which is also beneficial to the production.

Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the present disclosure provides an inflatable mattress. The inflatable mattress is different from the inflatable mattress described above in that:

each of the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 12 serves as the lying part 14, the lying part 14 is provided with supporting straps, and the respective supporting straps of the two lying parts 14 are provided at corresponding positions and are connected by limiting pull straps.

The second cavity body 20 and the third cavity body 30 adjacent to each other are used as a support group, and the first cavity body 10 is symmetrically provided with two support groups on the two opposite sides in the height direction of the inflatable mattress.

The rest structures and functions may be understood with reference to the inflatable mattress mentioned above.

Moreover, both the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 12 are designed as the lying parts 14, such that the inflatable mattress can be used more conveniently, and the inconvenience of distinguishing the front and back sides is eliminated. Since there are two symmetrical support groups, the inflatable mattress has better support performance and misalignment of the two support groups is unlikely to occur when a force is applied in a vertical direction.

It should be noted that the front and back surfaces described hereinabove mean that one side on which the user is lying, of the two sides in the height direction of the inflatable mattress, is used as a front side, and the other side opposite to the front side is a back side.

The inflatable mattress according to the present disclosure can provide good support for the user to avoid the problem of uncomfortable use caused by excessive deformation of the inflatable mattress, and good support can be provided even at the edge positions of the inflatable mattress, and therefore a good using experience is provided.

Referring to FIG. 10, the present disclosure also provides an inflatable mattress, comprising a top wall 11, a bottom wall 12, an inner enclosure 80, an outer enclosure 90, and at least one barrier wall 001, wherein the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 12 are arranged at an interval along the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress, the inner enclosure 80 extends along the circumferential direction of the top wall 11 or the bottom wall 12 and is connected with both of the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 12, and a main cavity 002 is defined by the inner enclosure 80, the top wall 11, together with the bottom wall 12; the outer enclosure 90 is on the outer side of the inner enclosure 80 and extends along the circumferential direction of the inner enclosure 80, the outer enclosure 90 is connected with the top wall 11 or/and the inner enclosure 80 on one side thereof in the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress and is connected with the bottom wall 12 or/and the inner enclosure 80 on the other side thereof, and an annular cavity 003 is defined by the outer enclosure 90 together with the inner enclosure 80; the at least one barrier wall 001 is each disposed in the annular cavity 003, and each barrier wall 001 extends along the circumferential direction of the inner enclosure 80 and is connected with both of the inner enclosure 80 and the outer enclosure 90, so that the annular cavity 003 is divided into a plurality of sub-cavities 301 arranged sequentially in the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress, wherein adjacent sub-cavities 301 share one barrier wall 001.

In the present disclosure, a plurality of sub-cavities 301 are disposed around the periphery of the inflatable mattress, such that the strength of the periphery of the inflatable mattress can be enhanced, that is to say, the strength of the peripheral edges of the inflatable mattress can be enhanced as well, whereby the periphery of the inflatable mattress are not prone to a serious collapse thus a good user experience is provided during use of the inflatable mattress. Moreover, at least one barrier wall 001 is disposed between the inner enclosure 80 and the outer enclosure 90, and the at least one barrier wall 001 applies a pulling force to the inner enclosure 80 and the outer enclosure 90 to further improve the stability of the inflatable mattress.

Optionally, all of the plurality of sub-cavities 301 communicate with the main cavity 002. In other words, the communicated plurality of sub-cavities 301 and the main cavity 002 form one cavity. It should be noted that the number of the at least one barrier wall 001 is set as required. Optionally, the barrier walls 001 are plural in number. The plurality of barrier walls 001 each have an annular structure. The plurality of barrier walls 001 are arranged at intervals along the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress to divide the annular cavity 003 into (N+1) sub-cavities 301, where N is the number of the barrier walls 001 and is a positive integer. In the present disclosure, optionally, the number of the barrier walls 001 is two, and the two barrier walls 001 divide the annular cavity 003 into three sub-cavities 301.

Referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the present disclosure also provides an inflatable mattress 100. The inflatable mattress 100 comprises two supporting walls 110, a surrounding wall 120, and a first partitioning wall 130; wherein the two supporting walls 110 are arranged at an interval along the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress 100, where the thickness of the inflatable mattress 100 refers the height in the thickness direction after the inflatable mattress 100 is inflated; the surrounding wall 120 is connected with both two supporting walls 110 and extends along the circumferential direction of the supporting walls 110, and a main air storage cavity 140 is defined by the surrounding wall 120 together with the two supporting walls 110; the first partitioning wall 130 is located in the main air storage cavity 140, the first partitioning wall 130 is connected with both the surrounding wall 120 and one of the two supporting walls 110 or is connected with both of the two supporting walls 110, the first partitioning wall 130 extends along the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, and the first partitioning wall 130 divides the main air storage cavity 140 into a first sub-cavity 141 and a second sub-cavity 142; the first partitioning wall 130 has at least one first fracture portion 134 in its extension direction, and the first sub-cavity 141 and the second sub-cavity 142 communicate with each other through the at least one first fracture portion 134.

The inflatable mattress 100 according to the present disclosure comprises a main air storage cavity 140. A partitioning wall is disposed in the main air storage cavity 140. The partitioning wall has at least one fracture portion. The partitioning wall divides the main air storage cavity 140 into a first sub-cavity 141 and a second sub-cavity 142 communicating with each other through the fracture portion. Since the partitioning wall has two ends disjoined at the fracture portion, a gap is naturally formed to communicate the first sub-cavity 141 with the second sub-cavity 142, it is unnecessary to separately provide a through hole in the partitioning wall, thus the processing technology is simplified, and the processing efficiency is improved. Moreover, with the arrangement of the partitioning wall, the partitioning wall can provide a pulling force to pull and hold the supporting walls 110 and the surrounding wall 120, whereby the stability of the inflatable mattress 100 is increased, whereby the inflatable mattress 100 does not tend to collapse at its edge and provides more comfort when the inflatable mattress 100 is in use. In addition, no through hole is provided in the partitioning wall, thus the overall structure of the partitioning wall is not damaged, the strength of the partitioning wall is improved, the partitioning wall is not easily damaged when it provides the pulling force, and therefore the service life of the partitioning wall is prolonged. When the inflatable mattress 100 bears a weight, the air inside the main air storage cavity 140 flows under pressure, so that the inflatable mattress 100 is unlikely to be significantly depressed or protruded, thus the user experience is improved. The first sub-cavity 141 and the second sub-cavity 142 communicate with each other. During inflation, the inflation can be performed only by connecting the first sub-cavity 141 or the second sub-cavity 142 with an inflation device, thus the operation is convenient and fast.

In the present disclosure, for sake of convenience of description, the two supporting walls 110 are a top wall 111 and a bottom wall 112, respectively. When in use, the bottom wall 112 is configured to be placed on a carrier which may be a bed frame or the ground or the like.

In the present disclosure, optionally, the first partitioning wall 130 is fixedly connected with both of the top wall 111 and the surrounding wall 120. A second sub-cavity 142 is formed on the outer side of the first partitioning wall 130. In other words, the second sub-cavity 142 is located on the outer side of the first sub-cavity 141. The second sub-cavity 142 is disposed around the periphery of the first sub-cavity 141 along the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, that is to say, the second sub-cavity 142 is located at the peripheral edges of the inflatable mattress 100. When the inflatable mattress 100 is in use, the peripheral edges of the inflatable mattress 100 are not prone to collapse, thus a good user experience is provided.

It should be understood that the top wall 111 and the surrounding wall 120 are connected with each other, an angle is formed at the connection between the top wall 111 and the surrounding wall 120, and the first partitioning wall 130 is connected with both of the top wall 111 and the surrounding wall 120, so that a second sub-cavity 142 having a substantially triangular cross-sectional shape is formed by the first partitioning wall 130, the top wall 111, together with the surrounding wall 120. Portions of the first partitioning wall 130, the top wall 111, and the surrounding wall 120 that form the second sub-cavity 142 have high overall structural strength and good firmness, therefore the inflatable mattress 100 does not tend to collapse when in use. Here, the cross section of the second sub-cavity 142 refers to a plane perpendicular to an extension direction of the second sub-cavity 142.

In the present disclosure, optionally, the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 are identical in shape and size, and the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 are both provided as rectangular walls. Apparently, in other embodiments, the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 may be provided to have different shapes and sizes. For example, the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 are both rectangular walls, but the size of the bottom wall 112 is larger than the size of the top wall 111, so that a structure with a smaller top and a larger bottom is formed by the top wall 111, the bottom wall 112, and the surrounding wall 120, whereby the inflatable mattress 100 has better stability. In addition, the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 may also be circular walls, triangular walls, elliptic walls, or the like, which are not to be completely listed in the present disclosure.

Correspondingly, the surrounding wall 120 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape. The cross section of the surrounding wall 120 refers to a plane perpendicular to the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress 100. The surrounding wall 120 is arranged in the circumferential direction of the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112. The two sides of the surrounding wall 120 are connected with the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112, respectively, so that a closed main air storage cavity 140 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape is formed by the surrounding wall 120, the top wall 111, together with the bottom wall 112.

Referring to FIG. 13, in the present disclosure, the first partitioning wall 130 may be a first partitioning strap 131. The first partitioning strap 131 has two first side edges 132 in its extension direction, the first partitioning strap 131 has two second side edges 133 in a direction perpendicular to its extension direction, wherein the first partitioning strap 131 extends along the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, the two second side edges 133 of the first partitioning strap 131 are fixedly connected with the inner side of the top wall 111 and the inner side of the surrounding wall 120, respectively, and a gap is provided between two first side edges 132 to form a first fracture portion 134, and the first sub-cavity 141 and the second sub-cavity 142 communicate with each other through the first fracture portion 134. During the processing of the prior inflatable mattress 100, the partition that partitions the top wall 111 and the surrounding wall 120 has an endless (or annular) structure, so that two independent cavities are formed in the inflatable mattress 100. Through holes are separately provided in the partition in order to ensure communication between the two cavities, thus the process steps for manufacturing the inflatable mattress 100 are increased and the working efficiency is reduced. Moreover, the integrity of the partition is destroyed and the service life of the partition is shortened because of the arrangement of the through holes in the partition. In the present disclosure, a passage communicating the first sub-cavity 141 with the second sub-cavity 142 is naturally formed at the two ends of the first partitioning strap 131, it is unnecessary to provide a through hole in the first partitioning strap 131, and there is no need to process and form the first partitioning strap 131 into an endless structure, so that the processing difficulty is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.

Referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 15, in the present disclosure, optionally, the first partitioning straps 131 are plural in number, and the plurality of first partitioning straps 131 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120. In other words, the first partitioning wall 130 comprises a plurality of first partitioning straps 131 which are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120. Apparently, the number of the first partitioning straps 131 may be set as required. For example, four first partitioning straps 131 are described as an example. The four first partitioning straps 131 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120. In the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, there is a gap between each two adjacent first partitioning straps 131. That is to say, in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, there is a gap between each two adjacent first side edges 132 on the two respective adjacent first partitioning straps 131, forming a corresponding first fracture portion 134. In other words, four first fracture portions 134 are formed by the four first partitioning straps 131, and the first sub-cavity 141 and the second sub-cavity 142 communicate with each other through the four fracture portions.

Optionally, the four first partitioning straps 131 are in one-to-one correspondence with the four side surfaces of the surrounding wall 120. In other words, in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, a gap between each two adjacent first partitioning straps 131 is formed at a respective bent portion 121 of the surrounding wall 120. Since the surrounding wall 120 has a rectangular cross section, the surrounding wall 120 has four bent portions 121, wherein positions of the four first fracture portions 134 are corresponding to those of the four bent portions 121, respectively. In the present disclosure, each first fracture portion 134 is corresponding to the respective bent portion 121 of the surrounding wall 120, that is to say, the first partitioning wall 130 is in a fractured state at the bent portions 121, thus stress concentration is reduced, and the first partitioning wall 130 is not easily damaged thus has a long service life.

Referring to FIG. 14 to FIG. 16, in the present disclosure, optionally, the inflatable mattress 100 further comprises a second partitioning wall 150. The second partitioning wall 150 is connected with both of the bottom wall 112 and the surrounding wall 120 to divide the first sub-cavity 141 into a third sub-cavity 143 and a fourth sub-cavity 144. The fourth sub-cavity 144 is on the outer side of the third sub-cavity 143 and is arranged around the periphery of the third sub-cavity 143, and the fourth sub-cavity 144 has a substantially triangular cross-sectional shape. The cross section of the fourth sub-cavity 144 refers to a plane perpendicular to the extension direction of the fourth air cavity. The second partitioning wall 150 has at least one second fracture portion 152 in its extension direction, and the third sub-cavity 143 and the fourth sub-cavity 144 communicate with each other through the at least one second fracture portion 152.

Optionally, the structure of the second partitioning wall 150 may be designed to be the same as the structure of the first partitioning wall 130. For example, the second partitioning wall 150 may comprise one second partitioning strap 151. The second partitioning strap 151 extends in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, the two opposite side edges of the second partitioning strap 151 are connected with both of the bottom wall 112 and the surrounding wall 120, and there is a gap between two ends of the second partitioning strap 151 in its extension direction to form a second fracture portion 152.

Each second partitioning strap 151 extends in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, wherein the two opposite side edges of each second partitioning strap 151 are connected with both of the bottom wall 112 and the surrounding wall 120, and there is a gap between two adjacent ends in the extension directions of two second partitioning straps 151 which are adjacent in the circumferential direction of the surrounding wall 120, forming a respective second fracture portion 152. For example, the number of the second partitioning straps 151 is four, thus four second fracture portions 152 are formed by the four second partitioning straps 151 respectively, wherein the four second fracture portions 152 are in one-to-one correspondence with the four bent portions 121 of the surrounding wall 120.

The inflatable mattress 100 according to the present disclosure comprises a top wall 111, a bottom wall 112, a surrounding wall 120, a first partitioning wall 130, and a second partitioning wall 150, wherein the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 face each other in the thickness direction of the inflatable mattress 100, and the two sides of the surrounding wall 120 are connected with the peripheries of the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 112, respectively, so that a closed main air storage cavity 140 is formed.
