HEAT NOT BURN ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME

A heat not burn electronic cigarette device may include a mouthpiece, a body and a heating component. The body is coupled to the mouthpiece, and the heating component is coupled to the body. In one embodiment, the heating component may include a first section, a second section and a third section. The second section is pre-heated when a first heating process of the first section is about to finish. The third section is pre-heated when a second heating process of the second section is about to finish. In another embodiment, the heating component is a heating tube.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present application generally relates to electronic cigarette devices, and more particularly, to a heat not burn electronic cigarette device and method for operating the electronic cigarette device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Most of the heat not burn devices on the market have long pre-heating time. After activating the devices, users need to wait for a long time until they can start smoking. It is mainly caused by the design of the heating components. When a heating blade or a heating tube, the two common heating components used in the heat not burn device, is being heated up, the heat will spread to the entire surface of the heating component, and the surface temperature will rise up slowly and uniformly, but it takes relatively long to reach the ideal temperature to vaporize the moisture in the cigarette.

Therefore, a need remains for a heat not burn electronic cigarette device and method thereof to provide the users a smoother experience when smoking the heat not burn electronic cigarette device.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present application discloses a heat not burn electronic cigarette device and method thereof to provide the users a smoother experience when smoking the heat not burn electronic cigarette device.

The heat not burn electronic cigarette device comprises a mouthpiece, a body and a heating component. The body is coupled to the mouthpiece. The heating component is coupled to the body, wherein the heating component comprises a first section and a second section, the second section is pre-heated when a first heating process of the first section is about to finish.

In various exemplary embodiments, wherein the first section is closer to the body.

In various exemplary embodiments, wherein the heating component further comprises a third section, the third section is pre-heated when a second heating process of the second section is about to finish. The third section is farthest from the body compared to the first section and the second section.

In various exemplary embodiments, wherein the heating component is a heating tube.

A method for using the aforementioned heat not burn electronic cigarette device is also disclosed. The method comprises pre-heating the first section of the heating component; and pre-heating the second section of the heating component when the first heating process of the first section is about to finish.

In various exemplary embodiments, wherein after pre-heating the second section of the heating component when the first heating process of the first section is about to finish, the method further comprises pre-heating a third section of the heating component when a second heating process of the second section is about to finish.

Based on the above, the heating component of the present application tube is designed to be multiple stages. Specifically, there are three sections on one single heating tube, the first section at top, the second section at middle and the third section at bottom. The top first section is the closest section to the mouth. Each section can be heated up individually.

Instead of heating up the whole heating tube, the heat not burn electronic cigarette device heats up each section one by one from the top to the bottom. When the heating process of one section is about to finish, the next section will start pre-heating. In this way, the present application not only makes the initial pre-heating time much faster since only the first section of the heating tube is required to be heated, but also makes the smoking experience smoother.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DISCLOSED EMBODIMENTS

Reference will now be made in detail to the present representative embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.

FIG. 1 illustrates a view of a heat not burn electronic cigarette device 100 of the present application, which may include a mouthpiece 110, a body 120 and a heating component 130. The body 120 is coupled to the mouthpiece 110 for transferring vaporized moisture from the cigarette.

In one embodiment, the heating component 130 in the present application is a heating tube. In another embodiment, the heating component 130 can also be a heating blade. The heating component 130 comprises a first section 132, a second section 134 and a third section 136. The first section 132 is at top and is closest to the body 120 and mouth, while the second section 132 is at middle and between the first section 132 and the third section 136. The third section 136 is at bottom and is the farthest from the body 120. It is noted that the length, sizes and shapes of the first section 132, the section 134 and the third section 136 can be the same or different, the present application is not limited in the length, sizes and shapes.

FIG. 2 illustrates a flow chart of a method 200 for operating a heat not burn electronic cigarette device 100 of the present application. Referring to FIGS. 1-2, as shown in step 210, the initial step of the method 200 is heating the first section 132 of the heating component 130. As such, different from current heat not burn electronic cigarette device which heats the whole heating component 130, the initial pre-heating time of the heat not burn electronic cigarette device 100 of the present application would be shorter since only the first section 132 of the heating component 130 needs to be heated.

After that, as shown in step 220, pre-heating the second section 134 of the heating component 130 when a first heating process of the first section 132 is about to finish. Same as step 220, the third section 136 of the heating component 130 is pre-heated when the second section 134 is about to finish as shown in step 230.

Thus, when the first heating process of the first section 132 is finished, the second section 134 is already being heated; and when the second heating process of the second section 134 is finished, the third section 136 is already being heated. Different from current heat not burn electronic cigarette device which the user need to wait for a new heating component to be heated, the heat not burn electronic cigarette device 100 of the present application allows the user to shorten the waiting time between different sections 132/134/136. So, the user can have smoother smoking experience since there is no waiting gap.

It should be noted that the amount of sections in the heating component 130 is not limited in three sections 132/134/136. The amount of sections in the heating component 130 can be modified as long as there is more than one section.

Based on the above, the heating component of the present application tube is designed to be multiple stages. More specifically, there are three sections on one single heating tube, the first section at top, the second section at middle and the third section at bottom. The top first section is the closest section to the mouth, and each section can be heated up individually.

Instead of heating up the whole heating tube, the heat not burn electronic cigarette device heats up each section one by one from the top to the bottom. When the heating process of one section is about to finish, the next section will start pre-heating. Therefore, the present application can make the initial pre-heating time much faster since only the first section of the heating tube needs to be heated to further enhance the smoking experience.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the structure of the present application without departing from the scope or spirit of the present application. In view of the foregoing, it is intended that the present application cover modifications and variations of this application provided they fall within the scope of the following claims and their equivalents.

Claims

1. A heat not burn electronic cigarette device, comprising:

a mouthpiece;
a body coupled to the mouthpiece; and
a heating component coupled to the body,
wherein the heating component comprises a first section and a second section, the second section is pre-heated when a first heating process of the first section is about to finish.

2. The heat not burn electronic cigarette device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating component further comprises a third section, the third section is pre-heated when a second heating process of the second section is about to finish.

3. The heat not burn electronic cigarette device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the third section is farthest from the body compared to the first section and the second section.

4. The heat not burn electronic cigarette device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating component is a heating tube.

5. A method for operating a heat not burn electronic cigarette device comprising:

providing the heat not burn electronic cigarette device with a mouthpiece, a body coupled to the mouthpiece, and a heating component coupled to the body;
pre-heating a first section of the heating component; and
pre-heating a second section of the heating component when a first heating process of the first section is about to finish.

6. The method for operating a heat not burn electronic cigarette device as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a step of pre-heating a third section of the heating component when a second heating process of the second section is about to finish.
