ATOMIZER AND ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE COMPRISING THE SAME

An atomizer, including a hollow cylinder and an airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder. The airflow regulator includes a regulating ring, a seal ring, and a rod. The regulating ring includes an air vent. The regulating ring is disposed on the rod. The seal ring is disposed on the rod and seals the regulating ring. The regulating ring is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. Also provided is an electronic cigarette including the atomizer.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 119 and the Paris Convention Treaty, this application claims foreign priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201911276675.8 filed Dec. 12, 2019, and to Chinese Patent Application No. 201922243833.1 filed Dec. 12, 2019. BACKGROUND

The disclosure relates to an electronic cigarette.

A conventional electronic cigarette includes an atomization assembly and a battery assembly. The atomization assembly includes no airflow regulator and the vapor volume of the electronic cigarette is unadjustable.

SUMMARY

The disclosure provides an atomizer, comprising a hollow cylinder and an airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder; the airflow regulator comprises a regulating ring, a seal ring, and a rod; the regulating ring comprises an air vent; the regulating ring is disposed on the rod; the seal ring is disposed on the rod and seals the regulating ring; and the regulating ring is rotatable so as to control a vapor volume of the atomizer.

The atomizer further comprises an e-liquid tank equipped with an air passage, the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage of the e-liquid tank; when in use, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into an internal air passage of the atomizer, and discharges out of the atomizer.

The air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into the internal air passage disposed on a bottom of the atomizer, thereby completing an internal circulation of the airflow, and discharges from a top opening of the e-liquid tank.

The atomizer further comprises an e-liquid injection hole disposed on the e-liquid tank and a seal plug disposed in the e-liquid injection hole; when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole so as to inject the e-liquid into the e-liquid tank.

The airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage in an upper left of the e-liquid tank, and the e-liquid injection hole is disposed on an upper right of the e-liquid tank.

Also provided is an electronic cigarette, comprising an atomization assembly and a battery assembly; the atomization assembly comprises the aforesaid atomizer; the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of a first magnet and a second magnet.

With regard to the electronic cigarette, the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of the first magnet and the second magnet. The atomizer of the atomization assembly comprises the hollow cylinder and the airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder, and the regulating ring is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. The atomizer further comprises the e-liquid injection hole, and when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole whereby the e-liquid is injected into the atomizer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

To further illustrate, embodiments detailing an electronic cigarette are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.

As shown in FIGS. 1-5, the disclosure provides an electronic cigarette comprising an atomization assembly A and a battery assembly B. The atomization assembly comprises an atomizer.

The atomizer comprises a hollow cylinder and an airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder; the airflow regulator comprises a regulating ring 3, a seal ring 4, and a rod 5; the regulating ring 3 comprises an air vent; the regulating ring 3 is disposed on the rod 5; the seal ring 4 is disposed on the rod 5 and seals the regulating ring 3; and the regulating ring 3 is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer.

The airflow regulator is disposed on the upper left or the upper right of the atomizer.

The atomizer further comprises an e-liquid tank 6 equipped with an air passage, the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage of the e-liquid tank; when in use, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring 3, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank 6, flows into an internal air passage of the atomizer, and discharges out of the atomizer.

Specifically, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring 3, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank 6, flows into the internal air passage disposed on a bottom of the atomizer, thereby completing an internal circulation of the airflow, and discharges from a top opening of the e-liquid tank 6.

The atomizer further comprises an e-liquid injection hole disposed on the e-liquid tank 6 and a seal plug 2 disposed in the e-liquid injection hole; when in maintenance, the seal plug 2 is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole so as to inject the e-liquid into the e-liquid tank 6.

Specifically, the atomization assembly comprises a mouthpiece cover 1, a seal plug 2, a regulating ring 3, a seal ring 4, a rod 5, an e-liquid tank 6, an upper cover 7, a first sealing gasket 8, an atomizer 9, a second sealing gasket 10, a lower cover 11, a third sealing gasket 12, a first magnet 13, and a joint 14. The seal ring 4 is disposed on the rod 5 and seals the regulating ring 3; the regulating ring 3 is disposed on the rod 5 to form an airflow regulator. The airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage in the upper left of the e-liquid tank 6; the seal plug 2 is disposed in the e-liquid injection hole on the upper right of the e-liquid tank 6. The upper cover 7 is disposed on the e-liquid tank 6. The third sealing gasket 12 is disposed on the lower cover 11. The first sealing gasket 8 and the second sealing gasket 10 are disposed on two ends of the atomizer 9, respectively. The atomizer 9 is disposed on the lower cover 11. The lower cover 11 is disposed in the bottom of the e-liquid tank 6. The mouthpiece cover 1 is disposed on the e-liquid tank 6. The airflow regulator is disposed on the upper left of the atomization assembly. The regulating ring 3 is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. The e-liquid injection hole is disposed on the upper right of the atomization assembly; when in maintenance, the seal plug 2 is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole whereby the e-liquid is injected into the atomizer.

The battery assembly B comprises a second magnet 15, an upper battery cover 16, a silicone pad 17, a control panel 18, a battery 19, a button 20, a USB panel 21, a fastener 22, a support 23, a housing 24, and a lower battery cover 25. The second magnet 15 is disposed on the upper battery cover 16. The control panel 18 is disposed on the upper battery cover 16. The battery 19 is soldered to the control panel 18. The silicone pad 17 and the button 20 are disposed on the control panel. The control panel is disposed on the support 23. The support 23 is disposed in the housing 24. The lower battery cover 25 is disposed on the bottom end of the housing 24. The atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of the first magnet 13 and the second magnet 15.

With regard to the electronic cigarette, the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of the first magnet and the second magnet. The atomizer of the atomization assembly comprises the hollow cylinder and the airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder, and the regulating ring is rotatable so as to control the vapor volume of the atomizer. The atomizer further comprises the e-liquid injection hole, and when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole whereby the e-liquid is injected into the atomizer.

It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made, and therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications.

Claims

1. An atomizer, comprising a hollow cylinder and an airflow regulator disposed on the hollow cylinder; wherein the airflow regulator comprises a regulating ring, a seal ring, and a rod; the regulating ring comprises an air vent; the regulating ring is disposed on the rod; the seal ring is disposed on the rod and seals the regulating ring; and the regulating ring is rotatable so as to control a vapor volume of the atomizer.

2. The atomizer of claim 1, further comprising an e-liquid tank equipped with an air passage, wherein the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage of the e-liquid tank; when in use, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into an internal air passage of the atomizer, and discharges out of the atomizer.

The atomizer of claim 2, wherein the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into the internal air passage disposed on a bottom of the atomizer, thereby completing an internal circulation of the airflow, and discharges from a top opening of the e-liquid tank.

4. The atomizer of claim 3, further comprising an e-liquid injection hole disposed on the e-liquid tank and a seal plug disposed in the e-liquid injection hole; when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole so as to inject the e-liquid into the e-liquid tank.

5. The atomizer of claim 4, wherein the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage in an upper left of the e-liquid tank, and the e-liquid injection hole is disposed on an upper right of the e-liquid tank.

6. An electronic cigarette, comprising an atomization assembly and a battery assembly; wherein the atomization assembly comprises the atomizer of claim 1; the atomization assembly is disposed on the battery assembly and magnetically connected to the battery assembly through magnetic attraction of a first magnet and a second magnet.

The electronic cigarette of claim 6, further comprising an e-liquid tank equipped with an air passage, wherein the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage of the e-liquid tank; when in use, the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into an internal air passage of the atomizer, and discharges out of the atomizer.

The electronic cigarette of claim 7, wherein the air enters the atomizer from the air vent of the regulating ring, passes through the air passage of the e-liquid tank, flows into the internal air passage disposed on a bottom of the atomizer, thereby completing an internal circulation of the airflow, and discharges from a top opening of the e-liquid tank.

The electronic cigarette of claim 8, further comprising an e-liquid injection hole disposed on the e-liquid tank and a seal plug disposed in the e-liquid injection hole; when in maintenance, the seal plug is pulled out from the e-liquid injection hole so as to inject the e-liquid into the e-liquid tank.

10. The electronic cigarette of claim 9, wherein the airflow regulator is disposed in the air passage in an upper left of the e-liquid tank, and the e-liquid injection hole is disposed on an upper right of the e-liquid tank.
