CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The present application claims priority to China patent application No. 201922263656.3, entitled “VACUUM SCREEN PROTECTOR ATTACHING MACHINE”, filed on Dec. 16, 2019, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the field of mobile phone accessories, and in particular to a vacuum screen protector attaching machine.

BACKGROUND

Screen protectors are divided into mobile phone screen protector and mobile phone body protector according to the application; are divided into anti-peeping screen protector (mirror screen protector), anti-scratch mobile phone screen protector, anti-scratch mobile phone body protector and decorating mobile phone body protector according to the function; are divided into transparent screen protector, color pearl screen protector and colored pearlescent screen protector according to the material; and are divided into adhesive screen protector attaching, electrostatic screen protector attaching, etc. according to the principle of applying or installing the screen protector. The screen protector has brought great convenience to people, the fashionistas can decorate mobile phones by choosing their favorite patterns, bade farewell to the monotonous colors and highlight the personalized style, giving a new visual impact. The mobile phone screen is protected by a formal screen protector, which not only protects the screen from scratches and grease, but also reduces eyestrain when the owner using the mobile phone. More and more people are putting the mobile phone in their pockets, and everyone is disturbed by dust entering the keyboard and screen of mobile phone, these problems can be effectively solved through the mobile phone body protector and mobile phone screen protector.

In the existing mobile phone screen protector attaching process, the key step is accurately positioning the mobile phone screen protector, the positioning of the existing mobile phone screen protector relies on dedicated screen protector attaching machine, and this way is high cost.

SUMMARY

The embodiment of the present application provides a vacuum screen protector attaching machine, which uses an outer package of a mobile phone screen protector to realize the positioning of the mobile phone screen protector, a packing box is reused so that it has the advantage of reducing cost.

The first embodiment of the present application provides a vacuum screen protector attaching machine, comprising an upper cover, a mobile phone screen protector and a blister box screen protector attaching component, wherein the upper cover matches with the blister box screen protector attaching component and they are capable of pressing and positioning the mobile phone screen protector between the upper cover and the blister box screen protector attaching component.

The blister box screen protector attaching component comprises a mobile phone groove, an upper positioning part and a lower positioning part; the mobile phone groove has a size matching with the mobile phone, the mobile phone screen protector comprises an ear film and a protection plate, the protection plate has a size matching with the mobile phone, the ear film fits onto an upper part of the protection plate, and an upper part of the ear film has an upper positioning hole matched with the upper positioning part, a lower part of the ear film has a lower positioning hole matched with the upper positioning part.

The implementation of the embodiment of the present application has the following beneficial effects:

it can be seen that, the technical solution provided in the present application is that modifying the mobile phone screen protector attaching packing box to make the mobile phone screen protector attaching packing box can reuse the vacuum screen protector attaching machine, which can cut down the cost of the mobile phone screen protector attaching machine.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present application is clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, it should be appreciated that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present application, rather than all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without paying any creative efforts will fall in the scope of protection of the present application.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present application provides a perspective view of a vacuum screen protector attaching machine, as shown in FIG. 1, the vacuum screen protector attaching machine comprises: an upper cover 10, a mobile phone screen protector 11 and a blister box screen protector attaching component 12, wherein the upper cover 10 matches with the blister box screen protector attaching component 12 and they are capable of pressing the mobile phone screen protector 11 into a place between the upper cover 10 and the blister box screen protector attaching component 12. As shown in FIG. 2, the blister box screen protector attaching component 12 comprises: a mobile phone groove 121, an upper positioning part 122 and a lower positioning part 123, the size of the mobile phone groove 121 matches with the size of the mobile phone. The mobile phone screen protector 11 comprises: an ear film 111 and a protection plate 112, wherein the size of the protection plate 112 matches with the mobile phone, the ear film 111 fits onto an upper part of the protection plate 112, and an upper part of the ear film 111 has an upper positioning hole which matches with the upper positioning part 122, a lower part of the ear film 111 has a lower positioning hole which matches with the upper positioning part 122.

The technical solution in the present application is to cut down the cost of the mobile phone screen protector attaching machine by modifying the mobile phone screen protector packing box to make the mobile phone screen protector packing box reuse the vacuum screen protector attaching machine.

Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the positioning of the mobile phone screen protector. As shown in FIG. 3, after the mobile phone 80 is put into the mobile phone groove 121, four holes in the ear film 111 are positioned to match with the upper positioning parts 122 and the lower positioning parts 123 on the blister box screen protector attaching component 12 respectively, then the mobile phone, the mobile phone screen protector and the blister box screen protector attaching component 12 are arranged into a vacuum cavity of the vacuum screen protector attaching machine, when the pressure in the vacuum cavity is reduced, an upper airbag will press the ear film of the mobile phone screen protector, and then the protection plate will be pressed and fitted onto the mobile phone, after the fitting process is completed, the mobile phone, the mobile phone screen protector and the blister box screen protector attaching component 12 are taken out, then the ear film is torn down to give a mobile phone with attached screen protector.

Alternatively, the number of the above-mentioned upper positioning part 122 and the number of the lower positioning part 123 are both two and they are set symmetrically.

Alternatively, both the shape of the above-mentioned upper positioning part 122 and the shape of the lower positioning part 123 can be round or regular polygon.

Claims

1. A vacuum screen protector attaching machine comprising an upper cover, a mobile phone screen protector and a blister box screen protector attaching component,

wherein the upper cover matches with the blister box screen protector attaching component and they are capable of pressing the mobile phone screen protector into a place between the upper cover and the blister box screen protector attaching component;
the blister box screen protector attaching component comprises a mobile phone groove, an upper positioning part and a lower positioning part; the mobile phone groove has a size matching with the mobile phone, the mobile phone screen protector comprises an ear film and a protection plate, the protection plate has a size matching with the mobile phone, the ear film fits onto an upper part of the protection plate, and an upper part of the ear film has an upper positioning hole matching with the upper positioning part, a lower part of the ear film has a lower positioning hole matching with the lower positioning part.

2. The vacuum screen protector attaching machine of claim 1, wherein the upper positioning part and the lower positioning part each has a number of two and they are set symmetrically.

3. The vacuum screen protector attaching machine of claim 1, wherein the upper positioning part and the lower positioning part each has a round or regular polygon shape.

4. The vacuum screen protector attaching machine of claim 2, wherein the upper positioning part and the lower positioning part each has a round or regular polygon shape.
