The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electric beds, and discloses a variable chair type electric bed. The variable chair type electric bed comprises a bed frame, a bed board set, an electric telescopic rod and a guide part. After the electric bed is changed into a chair, one end of a bed board serving as a seat board is tilted, so that a human body can sit more stably and safely.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electric bends, in particular to a variable chair type electric bed.

BACKGROUND

Electric beds are relatively common household supplies, bed boards of the electric beds can be adjusted under the role of electric telescopic rods, and the electric beds are applicable for different postures of human bodies and are widely applied.

At present, in a transformation state of a variable chair type electric bed, generally, a backrest of a chair is formed by upwards overturning a bed board on one side, a bed board on the other side is overturned in a vertical state, a bed board keeping in a horizontal state serves as a seat board of the chair between the two sides, after the state is switched, the seat board is in a straight state, and when the center of a human body is near the front, the phenomenon that the human body falls off is easy to occur, so that improvement is needed.

SUMMARY

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a variable chair type electric bed, and after the electric bed is changed into a chair, one end of a bed board serving as a seat board is tilted, so that a human body can sit more stably and safely.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the technical scheme adopted in the present disclosure is as follows:

The variable chair type electric bed comprises:

a bed frame;

a bed board set, being arranged on the bed frame in a sliding mode, and the bed board set at least comprising two bed boards connected in a hinged mode;

an electric telescopic rod, the extending end of which being hinged to the bed board on the outermost side of one side of the bed board set, and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod being hinged to any bed board except the bed board on the outermost side; and

a guide part, being fixedly arranged on the side, located at the output end of the electric telescopic rod, of the bed frame, and the guide part being assembled to enable the extending end of the electric telescopic rod to do lifting motion in the guide part, enable the bed board set to be in a straight state when the extending end ascends to the highest position and enable the bed board connected with the extending end to be in a state that the downward swinging angle is less than 90 degrees when the extending end descends to the lowest position.

Preferably, the bed board set comprises the two bed boards connected in the hinged mode, the extending end and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod are hinged to the two bed boards respectively, and after the extending ends of the two bed boards are assembled to descend, the ends, hinged to the other bed board, of the bed board corresponding to the fixed end can tilt upwards.

Preferably, the bed boards comprise a plurality of bed boards connected in the hinged mode in sequence, one bed board is arranged between the bed board hinged to the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod and the bed board hinged to the extending end of the electric telescopic rod, and after the extending ends of the bed boards descend, the joint of the bed board corresponding to the extending end and the other bed board has an upward lifting process.

Preferably, the guide part is a longitudinally distributed guide rail, the guide rail is provided with a U-shaped guide groove, limiting grooves communicating with the guide groove are formed in the two side faces of the guide rail, the extending end of the electric telescopic rod is located in the guide groove, and limiting rods extending into the limiting grooves are arranged on the two sides of the electric telescopic rod.

Preferably, the variable chair type electric bed further comprises an auxiliary bed frame, the auxiliary bed frame is arranged on the bed frame in the sliding mode, and the bed board set is arranged on the auxiliary bed frame.

Preferably, the bed board set comprises a bed board I, a bed board II, a bed board III, a bed board IV, a bed board V and a bed board VI which are hinged in sequence, the extending end is connected to the bed board II, the fixed end is connected to the bed board IV, and when the bed board I and the bed board II swing downward till vertical states, the connecting end of the bed board III and the bed board II can tilt upwards.

According to the variable chair type electric bed disclosed by the present disclosure, after the chair is changed, one end of the bed board serving as the bed board of the chair can tilt upwards, and the gravity center of the human body can deviate backwards after the human body sits on the bed board, so that the bed is more stable and is not easy to slide off from the electric bed after the chair is changed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The technical schemes according to embodiments of the present disclosure are clearly and completely described in the following with reference to the attached figures in the present disclosure. Apparently, the embodiments in the following description are merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiment in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by the ordinary technical staff in the art under the premise of without contributing creative labor belong to the scope protected by the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the present disclosure provides a variable chair type electric bed, comprising:

a bed frame 1;

a bed board set 2, being arranged on the bed frame 1 in a sliding mode, and the bed board set 2 at least comprising two bed boards connected in a hinged mode;

an electric telescopic rod 3, the extending end of which being hinged to the bed board on the outermost side of one side of the bed board set 2, and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod 3 being hinged to any bed board except the bed board on the outermost side; and

a guide part 4, being fixedly arranged on the side, located at the output end of the electric telescopic rod 3, of the bed frame 1, and the guide part 4 being assembled to enable the extending end of the electric telescopic rod 3 to do lifting motion in the guide part, enable the bed board set 2 to be in a straight state when the extending end ascends to the highest position and enable the bed board connected with the extending end to be in a state that the downward swinging angle is less than 90 degrees when the extending end descends to the lowest position.

When the electric telescopic rod 3 retracts, the extending end of the electric telescopic rod 3 can move downwards in the guide part 4 and drives the bed board on the outermost side to swing downwards, and when the extending end descends to the lowest position in the guide part 4, the extending end is located at a fixed position along with continuous retraction of the electric telescopic rod 3, the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod 3 can drive the whole bed board set 2 to move towards the extending end on the bed frame 1, right now, the bed board on the outermost side continues to swing downwards, the end, connected with the bed board on the outermost side, of the other bed board connected to the bed board on the outermost side can be lifted upwards and gradually tilted, at the moment, after a human body sits on the electric bed capable of changing into the chair, the human body can sit on the tilted bed board, the gravity center of the human body can deviate backwards, the human body can be prevented from sliding off the bed board, and after the electric bed with the changed chair is changed into the chair, the human body is supported more stably.

In an embodiment, the bed board set 2 comprises the two bed boards connected in the hinged mode, the extending end and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod 3 are hinged to the two bed boards respectively, and after the extending ends of the two bed boards are assembled to descend, the ends, hinged to the other bed board, of the bed board corresponding to the fixed end can tilt upwards.

In an embodiment, the bed boards comprise a plurality of bed boards connected in the hinged mode in sequence, one bed board is arranged between the bed board hinged to the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod 3 and the bed board hinged to the extending end of the electric telescopic rod, and after the extending ends of the bed boards descend, the joint of the bed board corresponding to the extending end and the other bed board has an upward lifting process.

The guide part 4 is a longitudinally distributed guide rail 41, the guide rail 41 is provided with a U-shaped guide groove 42, limiting grooves 43 communicating with the guide groove 42 are formed in the two side faces of the guide rail 41, the extending end of the electric telescopic rod 3 is located in the guide groove 42, and limiting rods 44 extending into the limiting grooves 43 are arranged on the two sides of the electric telescopic rod 3; when the electric telescopic rod 3 retracts, the telescopic end can drive the limiting rods 44 to move downwards in the limiting grooves 43, and the extending end of the electric telescopic rod 3 can synchronously move downwards; meanwhile, the bed board on the outermost side can swing downwards along with the extending ends; when the limiting rods 44 move to the bottom of the guide groove, the downward swinging angle of the bed board on the outermost side is smaller than 90 degrees, and at the moment, the bed board on the outermost side has a continuous swinging space, the extending end cannot continue to move along with continuous retracting of the electric telescopic rod 3; at the moment, the fixed end is driven to move, then the bed board set 2 is driven to move towards the extending end, the bed board connected with the bed board on the outermost side tilts upwards, the technical effect of the scheme is achieved, and the technical problem is solved.

The variable chair type electric bed further comprises an auxiliary bed frame 5, the auxiliary bed frame 5 is arranged on the bed frame 1 in the sliding mode, and the bed board set 2 is arranged on the auxiliary bed frame 5. Specifically, grooves are formed in the two sides of the bed frame 1, each groove is internally provided with a rollable idler wheel, and the idler wheels are mounted on the side faces of the auxiliary bed frame 5, so that the auxiliary bed frame 5 can translate under the role of the electric telescopic rod 3.

The bed board set 2 comprises a bed board I 21, a bed board II 22, a bed board III 23, a bed board IV 24, a bed board V 25 and a bed board VI 16 which are hinged in sequence, the extending end is connected to the bed board II 22, the fixed end is connected to the bed board IV 24, and when the bed board I 21 and the bed board II 22 swing downward till vertical states, the connecting end of the bed board III 23 and the bed board II 22 can tilt upwards. It needs to be noted that an electric telescopic rod 3 further can be arranged in order to improve the practicability after the electric bed becomes the chair, after the electric bed is such assembled that the extending end is extended, the bed board III 23 can tilt upwards, after the electric bed becomes the chair, a backrest can be formed by the bed board III 22, in order to further improve the practicability, the bed board 121 and the bed board II 22 are detachably connected, the bed board VI 26 and the bed board V 25 are detachably connected, the overall length of the bed board I 21, the bed board II 22, the bed board III 23, the bed board IV 24 and the bed board V 25 is matched with the length 1 of the bed frame, when the bed board I 21 and the bed board VI 26 are both in the straight state, the overall length of the bed board set 2 is greater than that of the bed frame 1, the electric bed has a longer bed surface, after the detachable bed board I 21 and the detachable bed board 26 are disassembled, the bed surface is recovered to be the same as the length of the bed frame 1, and then expansion can be achieved on the length of the bed surface according to requirements, wherein handrails 6 are detachably mounted on the two sides of the bed board IV 24 through bolts.

Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have already been illustrated and described, various changes, modifications, replacements and transformations can be made by those skilled in the art under the condition of without departing from the principle and the spirit of the present disclosure, and thus the scope of the present disclosure should be restricted by claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims

1. A variable chair type electric bed, comprising:

a bed frame;
a bed board set, being arranged on the bed frame in a sliding mode, and the bed board set at least comprising two bed boards connected in a hinged mode;
an electric telescopic rod, the extending end of which being hinged to the bed board on the outermost side of one side of the bed board set, and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod being hinged to any bed board except the bed board on the outermost side; and
a guide part, being fixedly arranged on the side, located at the output end of the electric telescopic rod, of the bed frame, and the guide part being assembled to enable the extending end of the electric telescopic rod to do lifting motion in the guide part, enable the bed board set to be in a straight state when the extending end ascends to the highest position and enable the bed board connected with the extending end to be in a state that the downward swinging angle is less than 90 degrees when the extending end descends to the lowest position.

The electric bed according to claim 1, wherein the bed board set comprises the two bed boards connected in the hinged mode, the extending end and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod are hinged to the two bed boards respectively, and after the extending ends of the two bed boards are assembled to descend, the ends, hinged to the other bed board, of the bed board corresponding to the fixed end can tilt upwards.

The electric bed according to claim 1, wherein the bed boards comprise a plurality of bed boards connected in the hinged mode in sequence, one bed board is arranged between the bed board hinged to the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod and the bed board hinged to the extending end of the electric telescopic rod, and after the extending ends of the bed boards descend, the joint of the bed board corresponding to the extending end and the other bed board has an upward lifting process.

The electric bed according to claim 1, wherein the guide part is a longitudinally distributed guide rail, the guide rail is provided with a U-shaped guide groove, limiting grooves communicating with the guide groove are formed in the two side faces of the guide rail, the extending end of the electric telescopic rod is located in the guide groove, and limiting rods extending into the limiting grooves are arranged on the two sides of the electric telescopic rod.

5. The electric bed according to claim 1, further comprising an auxiliary bed frame, wherein the auxiliary bed frame is arranged on the bed frame in the sliding mode, and the bed board set is arranged on the auxiliary bed frame.

6. The electric bed according to claim 2, further comprising an auxiliary bed frame, wherein the auxiliary bed frame is arranged on the bed frame in the sliding mode, and the bed board set is arranged on the auxiliary bed frame.

7. The electric bed according to claim 3, further comprising an auxiliary bed frame, wherein the auxiliary bed frame is arranged on the bed frame in the sliding mode, and the bed board set is arranged on the auxiliary bed frame.

8. The electric bed according to claim 4, further comprising an auxiliary bed frame, wherein the auxiliary bed frame is arranged on the bed frame in the sliding mode, and the bed board set is arranged on the auxiliary bed frame.

9. The electric bed according to claim 5, wherein the bed board set comprises a bed board I, a bed board II, a bed board III, a bed board IV, a bed board V and a bed board VI which are hinged in sequence, the extending end is connected to the bed board II, the fixed end is connected to the bed board IV, and when the bed board I and the bed board II swing downward till vertical states, the connecting end of the bed board III and the bed board II can tilt upwards.
