A platform generates a specific symbol according to an objective code and an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the platform. The specific symbol contains a communication protocol and a communication number set by the platform. The objective code comprises a customer code, a product code, and/or a service code. The IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform. The platform receives a communication request from a user device upon the user device decoding the specific symbol. The platform establishes a first communication with the user device responsive to receiving the communication request. The platform connects with a receiver device according to a setting of the communication protocol and the communication number. The platform sends unit information of the objective code to the receiver device such that the receiver device outputs the unit information responsive to receiving the unit information.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATION(S)

The present disclosure is part of a U.S. utility patent application based on and claiming the priority benefit of China Patent Application Nos. 202010034950.1 and 202010155018.4 filed on 14 Jan. 2020 and 9 Mar. 2020, respectively, the contents of which being incorporated by reference in their entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure is generally related to communication technologies and, more specifically, to a communication method and a communication system.

BACKGROUND

Unless otherwise indicated herein, approaches described in this section are not prior art to the claims listed below and are not admitted as prior art by inclusion in this section.

Many enterprises provide customer service calls for the inquiries of its services or products when customers are in need. Currently, customers need to provide their background information, product information and/or service information when they make a customer service call. For example, in a car accident, a car insurance customer would need to spend time to provide or otherwise express his/her personal information, insurance policy information and information related to the accident (e.g., location), but this may result in a delay in the emergency service to be rendered to the accident venue. Therefore, there is a need for a communication method and a communication system as a solution to address aforementioned issue of low efficiency in making a customer service call.

That is, the following summary is provided to introduce concepts, highlights, benefits and advantages of the novel and non-obvious techniques described herein. Select implementations are further described below in the detailed description. Thus, the following summary is not intended to identify essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended for use in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter.

Under various proposed schemes in accordance with the present disclosure, a user device may decode a specific symbol and initiate a communication request to an associated platform based on the symbol. In response, the platform may establish a communication with the user device. The symbol may be created by the platform and may be embedded with an objective code and the platform's Internet Protocol address (herein referred to as “IP address”) which is associated with the platform. The symbol may define a method of communication and a communication number in the platform. The objective code may include at least one of the following: customer code, product code, and service code. The platform may send the communication request to a receiver device based on a setting of the symbol regarding a communication protocol and a communication number. The receiver device may accept the communication request, thereby resulting in a communication established between the user device and the receiver device. The platform may retrieve and send information of the objective code to the receiver device, which may output information to a user of the receiver device. Under certain emergency situations, the receiver device may provide information in time for improving communication efficiency.

It is noteworthy that, although description provided herein may be in the context of certain communication technologies, networking topologies and protocols, the proposed concepts, schemes and any variation(s)/derivative(s) thereof may be implemented in, for and by other types of communication technologies, networking topologies and protocols. Thus, the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to the examples described herein.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED IMPLEMENTATIONS

Detailed embodiments and implementations of the claimed subject matters are disclosed herein. However, it shall be understood that the disclosed embodiments and implementations are merely illustrative of the claimed subject matters which may be embodied in various forms. The present disclosure may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the exemplary embodiments and implementations set forth herein. Rather, these exemplary embodiments and implementations are provided so that description of the present disclosure is thorough and complete and will fully convey the scope of the present disclosure to those skilled in the art. In the description below, details of well-known features and techniques may be omitted to avoid unnecessarily obscuring the presented embodiments and implementations.

Overview

Various proposed schemes in accordance with the present disclosure pertain to a communication method and a communication system that address the aforementioned issue of low efficiency in making customer service calls.

A communication method in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure may include certain steps to address the aforementioned issue, as described below.

At Step S1, a user device decodes the specific symbol, and initiates the communication request to the platform based on the specific symbol. The platform establishes the communication with the user device.

The specific symbol is generated by the platform according to the objective code and the associated internet IP address of the platform. The specific symbol contains the communication protocol and the communication number set by the platform. The objective code includes, at least one of, the customer code, product code and service code. The internet IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform.

Step S2, the platform connects the communication with a receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number.

At Step S3, the receiver device replies the communication request, and the communication established between the user device and the receiver device.

At Step S4, the platform sends the unit information of the associated objective code to the receiver device.

At Step S5, the receiver device receives and outputs the unit information to the display of the receiver device for a user of the receiver device to view/watch.

Furthermore, Step S1 mentioned above involves Step S11, during which the platform detects the language setting of the user device and confirms the language set.

At Step S2, the platform connects the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number.

Furthermore, the communication method also includes additional steps as described below.

At Step S51, the platform detects the internet IP address of the user device.

At Step S52, the platform decodes the internet IP address of the user device for obtaining the location on the electronic map, and sends the location information to the receiver device.

At Step S53, the receiver device outputs the electronic map and displays the location of the user device on the electronic map.

Alternatively, the communication method also includes additional steps as described below.

At Step S54, the platform detects and obtains the GPS information of the user device.

At Step S55, the platform decodes the GPS information of the user device for obtaining the location on the electronic map, and sends the location information to the receiver device.

At Step S56, the receiver device outputs the electronic map and displays the location on the electronic map.

The action of S1 may include Step S1a, in which the user device is to decode the specific symbol during scanning the specific symbol and initiate the communication request to the platform. Thereafter, the platform establishes the communication with the user device.

Furthermore, Step S1 may also include certain steps as described below.

At Step S1b, the user device outputs the specific symbol through touch panel display.

At Step S2b, the platform is to establish the communication with the user device upon receiving the communication request initiated by the user device while the latter decodes the Specific symbol touched by the user.

Alternatively, Step S1 may also include certain steps as described below.

At Step S3b, the user device outputs the specific symbol through the display of the receiver device.

At Step S4b, the platform is to establish the communication with the user device upon receiving the communication request initiated by the user device while the latter decodes the specific symbol clicked by the user's mouse.

Furthermore, the user device outputs the indicating message used to remind the user to undertake the procedure for communication, of which the procedure includes touching or mouse-clicking the specific symbol.

Furthermore, the communication protocol includes voice communication, video communication and text communication.

Furthermore, the communication numbers includes the phone numbers provided by the telecom operators and the virtual phone numbers generated by the platform.

At Step S12, the platform sends the inquiry message to the user device for detecting the objective information of the user device. The objective information includes the phone number of the user device, the username of the user device, the GPS information of the Device, the language setting of the user device and the internet IP address of the user device.

At Step S13, the platform starts to detect the objective information and process the objective information after receiving the confirmation message from the user device.

The action of Step S2 may involve the platform initiating the communication with the receiver device and sending the processed objective information to the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication numbers associated.

The present disclosure provides a technical solution for solving the technical issues mentioned above, such as a communication system including the user device, the platform and the receiver device. The platform, furthermore, includes a symbol module, a communication module and a symbol database module.

The symbol module is used to generate the specific symbol, according to the objective code and the internet IP address of the platform, and send the specific symbol to the symbol database module. The objective code includes, at least one of, the customer code, the product code and the service code. The internet IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform.

The symbol database module is used to store and update the specific symbol, and also manages the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number of the specific symbol.

The user device is used to decode the specific symbol, and initiate the communication request to the communication module. The communication module establishes the communication with the user device.

The communication module is used to establish the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number associated.

The receiver device is used to reply the communication request from the platform, and then the communication is established with the user device.

The symbol database module is used to send the receiver device the unit information associated with the objective code.

The receiver device is to receive and output the unit information for the user of the user device.

Furthermore, the platform may also include detection module.

The detection module is used to detect the language setting of the user device for communication after the user device decodes the specific symbol and initiates the communication request to the platform.

The communication module receives the communication request and connects the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number associated. The action for the mentioned above which is the communication module receives the communication request ad connects the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number associated.

Furthermore, the platform may also include a map database module.

The detection module is used to detect and retrieve the internet IP address information of the user device, and send the internet IP address information to the map database module.

The map database module is used to decode the internet IP address information of the user device and obtain the location on electronic map, and then, send the location information to the receiver device.

The receiver device is used to output the electronic map and display the location on the electronic map.

Alternatively, the platform may include a map database module.

The detection module is used to detect and retrieve the GPS information of the user device, and send the GPS information to the map database module.

The map database module is used to decode the GPS information of the user device and obtain its location on electronic map, and then, send the location information to the receiver device through the communication module.

The receiver device is to output the electronic map and display the location on the electronic map.

The present disclosure provides a communication method and a communication system with certain advantages compared with current technology, as described below.

Firstly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the specific symbols, contains a communication protocol and the communication number, generated by the platform based on the Objective Code and the internet IP address associated with the platform, and the user device, which decodes the specific symbol for initiating the communication request to the platform, and the platform connects the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number, which results in the communication established in between the user device and the receiver device. On the other hand, the platform retrieves the unit information, according to the objective code associated, and sends it to the receiver device. The receiver device receives the unit information and outputs the unit information on display for the user.

The user device could undertake the communication with the receiver device through the specific symbol, which contains the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number associated. The platform can retrieve and send the unit information, associated with the objective code, to the receiver device without the oral statement of the content of the objective code by the user of the user device. Thus, it could increase the communication efficiency for obtaining service during emergency situation. Besides, the user device undertakes the communication with the receiver device, which is associated with the setting of the communication number. It is not necessary to bind a certain receiver device for the communication with the user device as long as the receiver device is associated with the communication number set by the platform.

Secondly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the platform detects the language setting and confirms the language used on the user device before connects the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of a communication protocol, a communication number and the language setting. For example, the user device's language setting is Chinese which indicates that the language used by the user of the user device is Chinese. Then, the platform is to connect the receiver's device according the setting of the communication protocol, the communication number and the Chinese language associated for better communication efficiency. This is to avoid the difference of languages used between the user device and the receiver device, which would delay the communication undertaken in an emergency situation.

Thirdly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the platform can detect the internet IP address and the GPS information, and decode the internet IP address and the GPS information for obtaining its location on electronic map. Then, the platform sends the location information to the receiver device. After receiving the location information, the receiver device is to output the electronic map and display the location on the electronic map. For example, in case of a car accident happened, the car insurance client could use the user device to decode the specific symbol provided by the car insurance company for communication with the insurance company's customer service, and, at the same time, the platform can detect and retrieve the user device's internet IP address or GPS information, after being decoded, to obtain the associated location on electronic map, which is the exact location of the car accident, then, send the location to the receiver device. This helps the car insurance company's customer service arriving at the car accident location at earliest time without having the car insurance client's oral description of the car accident location. It improves not only the efficiency of the communication but the quality of the service.

Fourthly, the present disclosure provide a communication method of which the user device, can be used to scan and decode a specific symbol by the user, initiates and sends a communication request to the platform according to the communication setting of the specific symbol. The application of the present disclosure allows any carrier can be used for displaying the specific symbol as long as where the specific symbol can be scanned. This is to save time and improve communication efficiency for avoiding dialing a series of phone numbers.

Fifthly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the user device outputs a specific symbol and decodes the specific symbol while the user device's screen is touched where the specific symbol is displayed. For example, the specific symbol is displayed on the website, shown on the user device's panel screen, and touched or mouse-clicked by the user, which allows the user device decodes the specific symbol and initiates a communication request to the platform according to the setting of the communication of the specific symbol. This kind of communication is easy, convenient, time-saving and efficient. Besides, the user device can display indicating message for undertaking communication along with the specific symbol, such as Touch for Call or Click for Call, which reminds the user could undertake communication with the receiver device through touching or mouse-clicking the specific symbol shown on the display. This is to improve the user experience of communication.

Sixthly, the present disclosure of the communication method, of which the communication numbers include the phone numbers provided by the telecom operators and the virtual phone numbers set up with the platform. The communication between the user device and the receiver device can be established via either PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) or VoIP in between the platform and the receiver device. The above communication of VoIP by using virtual phone numbers is undertaken through either the receiver device downloaded and registered the App associated with the platform, or the receiver device set up directly with the platform with a virtual phone number. The present disclosure provides a variety way of communication, of which, especially, the VoIP communication saves certain amount of expenses compared with that of traditional PSTN communication.

Seventhly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the user device decodes a specific symbol and initiates communication request to the platform according to the communication setting of the specific symbol before the platform establishes the communication with the user device. Then, the platform detects and retrieves the objective information form the user device after the message sent by the platform to the user device for the inquiry of objective information was confirmed.

The objective information not only includes the phone number, the name and the language set of the user device, but also the GPS information and the internet IP address of the user device. The platform establishes the communication with both of the user device and receiver device, which results in the communication established between the user device and the receiver device. The platform sends the information to the receiver device after processing the objective information and related information from its database. The user of the receiver device can undertake communication with the user of the user device for confirming or processing some issues on behalf of their interest avoiding being hurt.

Besides, the platform sends the information, including the objective information and that being processed with the information from its database, to the receiver device, and the receiver device receives and outputs the information for the user of the user device. The information provides the communication between the users of the user device and the receiver device more efficiently.

Lastly, but not least, the present disclosure provides a communication system which is equipped with the same advantages mentioned above.

Illustrative Implementations

The procedure undertaken below is to describe the purpose, the solution and the advantages of the present disclosure more detailed, together with illustrations and examples, which is used to explain, but not limit, the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1, the first application of the present disclosure is to provide a communication, which includes the steps below:

At Step S1, the user device decodes the specific symbol and sends communication request to the platform according to the setting of communication of the symbol, then the platform establishes the communication with the user device.

The specific symbol is generated by the platform based on the objective code and the internet IP address. The specific symbol contains the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number. The objective code include, at least one of, the customer code, the product code and the service code. The platform's internet IP address is dedicated to the platform.

At Step S2, upon the communication request, the platform connects the communication with the receiver device based on the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number.

At Step S3, the receiver device replies the request of communication, then, the communication with the user device is established.

At Step S4, the platform sends the unit information, associated with the objective code, to the receiver device.

At Step S5, the receiver device receives the unit information, and outputs the unit information to the user of the receiver device.

Furthermore, the receiver device can be either one of cellular phone, portable pad, smart watch, personal digital assistant, mobile internet device, touch screen, display, and etc., which is able to decode the specific symbol and undertake the communication function. Furthermore, the receiver device can be either one of desktop computer, laptop notebook, cellular phone, portable pad, smart watch, personal digital assistant, mobile internet device, display, and etc., which is able to output the unit information, associated with the objective code, and undertake the communication function.

Furthermore, the specific symbol could be either one of two-dimension code or Bar Code, or any symbol carries specific information, which is available in the application of the present disclosure. Furthermore, the two-dimension code can be either standardized QR Code or Data Matrix Code. Furthermore, the carriers used to display the specific symbol include, but not subject to, paper, plastic, metal, glass, wood, display, and etc., such as credit cards, car insurance contract paper, cellular phone's display, and etc. Furthermore, the ways of the specific symbol carried on the carrier include, but not subject to, printing, spreading, laser-beam, electronic digital display, and etc. Every mean is acceptable as long as which carries the specific symbol with dedicated information.

In some cases, the specific symbol can be either one or a combination of figure, number, alphabet and sign, which is acceptable as long as the specific symbol can be decoded by the user device and can be used to establish the communication with the receiver device.

Furthermore, the communication protocol includes voice communication, video communication and text communication.

Furthermore, the mentioned phone numbers include the phone numbers provided by the telecom operators and the virtual phone numbers set up with the platform. The communication between the user device and the receiver device is undertaken by Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) if the phone number, provided by the telecom operators, is used by the receiver device. The communication between the user device and the receiver device is undertaken by Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) if the virtual phone number is used, set up by the platform, is used by the receiver device.

The virtual phone number is obtained once the receiver device downloads the Application (App) associated with the platform and completes the registration on the Application, or the receiver device is directly set up for communication with the platform.

There is variety of choosing two kinds of phone numbers for use, and, especially, the use of virtual phone number for communication much lowers the communication expense incurred either paid by the user of the user device or the user of the receiver device.

In the application of the present disclosure, the objective code includes, at least one of, the customer code, the product code and the service code. The unit information associated to the objective code is the customer information, if the objective code is the customer code. For example, the unit information is the customer's age, photo, and etc. The unit information associated to the objective code is the product information, if the objective code is the product code. For example, the unit information is the product's category, description, and etc. The unit information associated to the objective code is the service information, if the objective code is the service code. For example, the unit information is the service's category, description, and etc.

For better understanding, the assumptions of the application of the present disclosure is that the specific symbol is the QR Code printed on the credit card, the user is the credit card user, the user of the receiver device is the Bank's customer service, the communication protocol is voice communication, the, communication number is the phone number of 1234567 provided by the telecom operator, the objective code is the customer code of the credit card, and the unit information associated with the objective code is the information of the credit card customer.

The credit card user uses the user device decodes QR Code printed on the credit card, then, the user device initiates communication request to the platform, then, the platform connects the communication request to the receiver device, associated with the phone number of 1234567, for voice communication, then, the receiver device replies the communication request, then, the communication established between the user device and the receiver device, then, the platform retrieves the unit information associated with the customer code, which is credit card customer's information, sent to the receiver device associated with the phone number of Ser. No. 12/345,567, hen, the bank's customer service views the customer's information shown on the receiver device.

In some cases of the application, the receiver device is linked with multiple extensions. For example, there are some extensions of the phone number of 1234567 for answering the incoming calls, of which one extension is being occupied, and the other extensions are available for other upcoming incoming calls while the phone number of 1234567 is being connected continuously. This is to reduce the waiting time for connection and improve the communication efficiency.

In the application of the present disclosure, after the user device decodes the specific symbol, the communication is to be established between the user device and the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number associated at the platform. The platform is able to retrieve the unit information, associated with the objective code, and send to the receiver device, which results in avoiding the oral statement of the unit information for the required service, and improving the communication efficiency. Besides, for the communication between the user device and the receiver device, there is no necessity of setting binding relationship for these two devices, of which the receiver device is changeable as long as the receiver device is associated with the phone number set up at the platform.

Referring to FIG. 2, as an application of the present disclosure, the above S1 followed by the step described below.

At Step S11, the platform detects the language setting and confirms the language set at the user device.

In the action of Step S2, the platform connects the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol, the communication number and the language setting.

The user chooses his familiar language to be set up for use at the user device, of which the language is the requirement to be met for communication besides setting of the communication protocol and the communication number. For example, the communication language is Chinese, the communication protocol is voice communication, and the communication number is 1234567. The user device decodes the QR Code printed on the credit card, according to the QR Code, initiates the communication request to the platform, then, the platform connects to the receiver device, which associated with the phone number of 1234567 and which credit card customer service can speak Chinese, for voice communication. In above case, the language setting of Chinese prevents credit card customer service from non-Chinese speaker which allows both users of the user device and the receiver device can undertake the communication immediately and the quality of customer service improved.

Referring to FIG. 3, as an application of the present disclosure, the communication method certain steps described below.

At Step S51, the platform detects and obtains the internet IP address associated with the user device.

At Step S52, the platform obtains the user device location on electronic map after decoding the user device's internet IP address, and, then, sends the user device's location information to the receiver device.

At Step S53, the receiver device outputs the electronic map and displays the user device's location on electronic map.

Nevertheless, Step 51 can be executed before or after Step S5, of which the sequence is not restricted in the application of the present disclosure.

For better understanding, the application of the present disclosure which includes the QR Code is the specific symbol displayed on the car or car insurance contact, the user is the car insurance client, the user device is set at Chinese, the receiver device is car insurance customer service, the communication protocol is video communication, and the virtual phone number is 11111111111 set associated with the receiver device connected with the platform.

The objective code includes the customer code and the product code, the associated unit information of the customer code and the produce code is the client's personal information and the insurance contract information, the card insurance client encountered a car accident which needs to contact the car insurance customer service, the car insurance client use the user device to decode the QR code and initiate the communication request to the platform, the platform detects the language setting is Chinese on the user device which is language used for communication, the platform connects the communication with the receiver device associated with the phone number of 11111111111 of which the car insurance customer service speaks Chinese for video communication, the receiver device replies the communication request and the communication established between the user device and the receiver device, the platform retrieves and the unit information associated with the objective (the car insurance client's personal information and the car insurance contract information) to the receiver device associated with the phone number of 11111111111, the receiver device receives and outputs the car insurance client's personal information and the car insurance contact information for the use of car insurance customer service, the platform detects and retrieves the internet IP address of the user device and decodes the internet IP address for obtaining the location on the electronic may where is the car accident location, the platform sends the associated car accident location information to the receiver device, the receiver device outputs the electronic map and displays the associated car accident location on the map, the car insurance customer service arrives the location of the car accident with convenience and provides required assistance in time without having the oral statement of the location of the car accident for enhancing the efficiency of communication and service.

Referring to FIG. 4, for the application, the present disclosure includes certain steps described below.

At Step S54, the platform detects and obtains the GPS information of the user device.

At Step S55, the platform decodes the GPS information and obtaining the associated location on the electronic map, and sent the associated location information to the receiver device.

At Step S56, the receiver device outputs the electronic map and displays the associated location on the electronic map.

Nevertheless, Step 54 can be executed before or after Step S5, of which the sequence is not restricted in the application of the present disclosure.

The platform is able to detect and obtain the GPS (Global Positioning System) information of user device, which GPS information generated by the GPS module loaded in the user device.

In some cases of application, the user device can be loaded with other satellite positioning system similar to the GPS for obtaining the positioning information to be decoded and displayed on the electronic map, which includes Chinese Baidu satellite positioning system (BDS), European Galileo satellite positioning system (GALILEO) and Russian GLONASS satellite positioning system (GLONASS).

Referring to FIG. 5, as an application, Step S1 includes the step described below.

At Step S1a, the user device is able to decode the specific symbol, scanned by the user device, and initiate the communication request to the platform according to the setting of communication of the specific symbol. Then, the platform establishes the communication with the user device.

The user can use the user device to scan the specific symbol, after the user device decodes the specific symbol and sends the communication request to the platform, for communication which avoiding the user's dialing as series of number for saving time and improving communication efficiency. The carrier of the specific symbol is not restricted to any material as long as the specific symbol can be scanned by the user device.

Referring to FIG. 6, as an application, Step S1 includes certain steps described below.

At Step S1b, the user device outputs the specific symbol via touch panel.

At Step S2b, the user device starts to decode the specific symbol when the user device receives the signal that the specific symbol is being touched by the user, and initiate the communication request to the platform according to the setting of the communication of the specific symbol. Then the platform establishes the communication with the user device.

Referring to FIG. 7, as an application, Step S1 includes certain steps described below.

At Step 3b, the user device outputs the specific symbol via panel.

At Step S4b, the user device starts to decode the specific symbol when the user device receives the signal that the specific symbol is being clicked via the mouse by the user, and initiate the communication request to the platform according to the communication of the specific symbol. Then the platform establishes the communication with the user device.

In some cases of the application, the user device can display indicating message for undertaking the communication along with the specific symbol, such as Touch for Call or Click for Call, which reminds the user could undertake communication with the receiver device through touching or mouse-clicking the specific symbol shown on the display. The format of the indicating message is not restricted as long as which is able to remind the users to undertake communication through the specific symbol.

The user device outputs a specific symbol and decodes the specific symbol while the user device's screen is touched where the specific symbol is displayed. For example, the specific symbol is displayed on the website, shown on the user device's panel screen, and touched or mouse-clicked by the user, which allows the user device decodes the specific symbol and initiates a communication request to the platform according to the setting of the communication of the specific symbol. This kind of communication is easy, convenient, time-saving and efficient. Besides, the user device can display indicating message for undertaking communication along with the specific symbol, such as Touch for Call or Click for Call, which reminds the user could undertake communication with the receiver device through touching or mouse-clicking the specific symbol shown on the display. This is to improve the user experience of communication.

Referring to FIG. 8, as an application, Step S1 can be followed by certain steps described below.

At Step S12, the platform sends the user device the inquiry message of detecting the objective information of the user device.

At Step S13, the platform undertakes the detection of the objective information of the user device after receiving the confirmation message from the user device, and undertakes the processing of the objective information.

In the action of Step S2, the platform connects the communication with the receiver device and sends the processed objective information to the receiver device.

The objective information includes the phone number used on the user device, the user's name of the user device, the GPS information of the user device, the language setting of the user device, the internet IP address of the user device, and etc.

The processing of the objective information is to compare the objective information with the standard information, which can be retrieved from the platform or outside database linked with the platform.

The user device decodes the specific symbol and sends the communication request to the associated platform based on the specific symbol, and, then, the platform establishes the communication with the user device, and, then, the platform starts to detects the objective information of the user device, such as the phone number used on the user device, the user's name of the user device, the language setting of the user device, the GPS information of the user device, the internet IP address of the user device, and etc. The platform establishes the communication with the user device and the receiver device, which results in the communication established between the user device and the receiver device. The platform sends the processed objective information to the receiver device as reference for the user of the receiver device.

Besides, the platform sends the unit information associated with the objective code to the receiver device. Then, the receiver device receives and outputs the unit information for the user of the receiver device, which information is helpful for the communication between both users of the user device and the receiver device.

For example, the credit limit of the credit card is set by the issuance bank, which is the maximum, like $100,000, of a single-expenditure amount or the accumulated-expenditures amount paid by the credit card. The credit card holder is required to confirm the identification through using the user device to scan the QR code, printed on the holder's credit card, according to the regulations set by the issuance bank. Then, the user device initiates the communication request to the platform after the QR code is decoded by the user device. Thereafter, the platform establishes the communication with the user device. The platform starts to detect the objective information of the user device, after sending the detection inquiry and receiving the confirmation of the detection inquiry form from the user device, such as the username, phone number used, the language set, the GPS information and the internet IP address of the user device.

The platform is to process the objective information with the stored standard information and, then, send the processed information to the receiver device after the platform establishes the communication with the receiver device. The platform connects the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and communication number associated with the receiver device. After the user device outputs the processed information received, the customer service of credit card issuance bank reviews the processed information and undertakes the communication with the credit card holder for the discussion of the credit limit issue.

Referring to FIG. 9, the application of the present disclosure provides a Communication System 10 which includes the user device 11, the platform 12 and the receiver device 13. Also, the platform includes the symbol module 121, the communication module 122 and the symbol database module 123.

The symbol module 121 is used to generate the specific symbol according the objective code and the internet IP address associated with the platform 12, and sends the specific module to the symbol database module 123. The objective code includes, at least one of, the customer code, the product code and the service code. The internet IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform.

The symbol database module 123 is used to store and update the specific symbols, and set up the communication protocol and the communication number of the specific symbol.

The user device 11 is used to decode the specific symbol and initiate the communication request to the communication module 122 based on the specific symbol, and, then, the communication module 122 establishes the communication with the user device 11.

The communication module 122 is used to connect the communication with the receiver device 13 according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number.

The receiver device 13 is used to reply the communication request for establishing the communication with the user device.

The symbol database module 123 is used to provide the unit information associated with the objective code to the receiver device 13.

The receiver device is used to receive and output the unit information for the user of the receiver device.

Referring to FIG. 10, the platform 12 includes the detection module 124.

The detection module 124 is used to detect the language setting and confirm the language set after the user device decodes the specific symbol and initiates the communication request to the communication module 122.

The communication module 122 connects the communication with the receiver device 13 according to the setting of the communication protocol, the communication number and the associated language.

Referring to FIG. 11, the platform 12 includes the map database module 125.

The detection module 124 is used to detect the internet IP address of the user device and send the internet IP address of the user device to the map database module 125.

The map database module 125 is used to decode the internet IP address of the user device 11 for obtaining the location of the user device 11 shown on the electronic map, and output the location information to the receiver device 13.

The receiver device 13 is used to output electronic map and display the associated location on the electronic map.

As an application of the present disclosure, the platform 12 includes the map database module 125.

The detection module 124 is used to detect the GPS information of the user device and send the GPS information of the user device 11 to the map database module 125.

The map database module 125 is used to decode the GPS information of the user device 11 for obtaining the location of the user device 11 shown on the electronic map, and output the location information to the receiver device 13.

The receiver device 13 is used to output electronic map and display the associated location on the electronic map.

Additional Notes

In the application of the present disclosure, the above modules mentioned include units of the processor, the memory, the electronic parts, the related circuits, printed circuit board, and the related software. It's optional to choose the some or all units mentioned above for the implementation of the application.

In the application of the present disclosure, “B is associated with A” means “B and A is related” and “B is defined by A”. Furthermore, “B is defined by A” not only means “B is defined only by A” but also “B can be defined by A and/or others”.

The “as an application” mentioned means at least one of the characters, the structures and the functions included in the application of the present disclosure. Therefore, there are some “as an application” appears in different sections doesn't mean the same application. Besides, there are various combinations of the characters, the structures and the functions as different application. The examples of the application mentioned above are executable but not the necessary to the present disclosure.

In the application of the present disclosure, the ascending sequential numbers of the STEP doesn't mean the necessary sequence of the STEP during the implementation. The sequence of the STEP during the implementation depends on the associated functions and the logic, and which should not be defined and restricted in the present disclosure.

The flowchart and the blocks shown the figures in the present disclosure illustrate the possible application of the structures, functions and operations in the system. Every block may represent a module or a process or a part of the code shown on the flowchart or blocks. In some applications, some functions incurred not necessary as the sequence shown. For example, the linkage of two blocks means the two blocks may do execution at the same time but also can do execution in different direction.

The present disclosure provides a communication method and a communication system with more advantages compared with current technologies, as described below.

Firstly, the present disclosure provides a communication method. It includes the specific symbol, generated by the platform according to the objective code and the internet IP address of the platform, which set with the communication protocol and the communication number at the platform. It also includes the user device to decode the specific symbol and initiate the communication request to the platform based on the specific symbol. It also includes the platform to connect the communication with the user device and, meanwhile, connect the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number with the receiver device associated, which results in the establishment of the communication between the user device and the receiver device. At the same time, the platform may retrieve and send the unit information, associated with the objective code, to the receiver device. The receiver device outputs the unit information for the user of the receiver device. Therefore, The user device could undertake the communication with the receiver device through the specific symbol, which contains the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number associated. Besides, the user device undertakes the communication with the receiver device, which is associated with the setting of the communication number. It is not necessary to bind a certain receiver device for the communication with the user device as long as the receiver device is associated with the communication number set by the platform.

Secondly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the platform detects the language setting and confirms the language used on the user device before connects the communication with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol, the communication number and the language setting. For example, the user device's language setting is Chinese which indicates that the language used by the user of the user device is Chinese. Then, the platform is to connect the receiver's device according the setting of the communication protocol, the communication number and the Chinese language associated for better communication efficiency. This is to avoid the difference of languages used between the user device and the receiver device, which would delay the communication undertaken in an emergency situation.

Thirdly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the platform can detect the internet IP address and the GPS information, and decode the internet IP address and the GPS information for obtaining its location on electronic map. Then, the platform sends the location information to the receiver device. After receiving the location information, the receiver device is to output the electronic map and display the location on the electronic map. For example, in case of a car accident happened, the car insurance client could use the user device to decode the specific symbol provided by the car insurance company for communication with the insurance company's customer service, and, at the same time, the platform can detect and retrieve the user device's internet IP address or GPS information, after being decoded, to obtain the associated location on electronic map, which is the exact location of the car accident, then, send the location to the receiver device. This helps the car insurance company's customer service arriving at the car accident location at earliest time without having the car insurance client's oral description of the car accident location. It improves not only the efficiency of the communication but the quality of the service.

Fourthly, the present disclosure provides a communication method of which the user device, can be used to scan and decode a specific symbol by the user, initiates and sends a communication request to the platform according to the communication setting of the specific symbol. The application of the present disclosure allows any carrier can be used for displaying the specific symbol as long as where the specific symbol can be scanned. This is to save time and improve communication efficiency for avoiding dialing a series of phone numbers.

Fifthly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the user device outputs a specific symbol and decodes the specific symbol while the user device's screen is touched where the specific symbol is displayed. For example, the specific symbol is displayed on the website, shown on the user device's panel screen, and touched or mouse-clicked by the user, which allows the user device decodes the specific symbol and initiates a communication request to the platform according to the setting of the communication of the specific symbol. This kind of communication is easy, convenient, time-saving and efficient. Besides, the user device can display indicating message for undertaking communication along with the specific symbol, such as Touch for Call or Click for Call, which reminds the user could undertake communication with the receiver device through touching or mouse-clicking the specific symbol shown on the display. This is to improve the user experience of communication.

Sixthly, the present disclosure of the communication method, of which the communication numbers include the phone numbers provided by the telecom operators and the virtual phone numbers set up with the platform. The communication between the user device and the receiver device can be established via either PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) or VoIP in between the platform and the receiver device. The above communication of VoIP by using virtual phone numbers is undertaken through either the receiver device downloaded and registered the App associated with the platform, or the receiver device set up directly with the platform with a virtual phone number. The present disclosure provides a variety way of communication, of which, especially, the VoIP communication saves certain amount of expenses compared with that of traditional PSTN communication.

Seventhly, the present disclosure provides a communication method, of which the user device decodes a specific symbol and initiates communication request to the platform according to the communication setting of the specific symbol before the platform establishes the communication with the user device. Then, the platform detects and retrieves the objective information form the user device after the message sent by the platform to the user device for the inquiry of objective information was confirmed.

The objective information not only includes the phone number, the name and the language set of the user device, but also the GPS information and the internet IP address of the user device. The platform establishes the communication with both of the user device and receiver device, which results in the communication established between the user device and the receiver device. The platform sends the information to the receiver device after processing the objective information and related information from its database. The use of the receiver device can undertake communication with the user of the user device for confirming or processing some issues on behalf of their interest avoiding being hurt.

Besides, the platform sends the information, including the objective information and that being processed with the information from its database, to the receiver device, and the receiver device receives and outputs the information for the user of the user device. The information provides the communication between the users of the user device and the receiver device more efficiently.

Eighthly, the present disclosure provides a communication system which is equipped with the same advantages mentioned above.

The present disclosure of a communication method and a communication system is described above. The description is made based on the principles and the applications of the present disclosure even there may be some modifications required for different scope of applications. This description should not be treated as the limit to the present disclosure, and any modification of the principles of the present disclosure as the replacement or improvement shall be covered by the privileges of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A communication method, comprising:

a user device decoding a specific symbol to initiate a communication request to a platform based on the specific symbol such that the platform establishes a first communication with the user device, wherein: the specific symbol is generated by the platform according to an objective code and an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the platform, the specific symbol contains a communication protocol and a communication number set by the platform, the objective code comprises at least one of a customer code, a product code, and a service code, and the IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform;
the platform connecting with a receiver device according to a setting of the communication protocol and the communication number;
the receiver device replying to the communication request to establish a second communication with the user device;
the platform sending unit information of the objective code to the receiver device; and
the receiver device outputting the unit information responsive to receiving the unit information.

2. The communication method of claim 1, wherein the platform is configured to detect and confirm a language setting of the user device, and wherein the platform connects with the receiver device according to the language setting of the user device in addition to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number.

3. The communication method of claim 1, wherein:

in connecting with the receiver device, the platform performs operations comprising: detecting an IP address of the user device; decoding the IP address of the user device to obtain a location of the user device on an electronic map; and sending information of the location of the user device to the receiver device, and
the receiver device outputs the electronic map and displays the location of the user device on the electronic map.

4. The communication method of claim 1, wherein:

in connecting with the receiver device, the platform performs operations comprising: detecting Global Positioning System (GPS) information of the user device; decoding the GPS information of the user device to obtain a location of the user device on an electronic map; and sending information of the location of the user device to the receiver device, and
the receiver device outputs the electronic map and displays the location of the user device on the electronic map.

5. The communication method of claim 1, wherein, in decoding the specific symbol, the user device decodes the specific symbol during scanning of the specific symbol to initiate the communication request to the platform to result in the platform establishing the first communication with the user device.

6. The communication method of claim 1, wherein:

the user device outputs the specific symbol through a touch panel display, and
the platform establishes the first communication with the user device upon receiving the communication request initiated by the user device while the user device decodes the specific symbol which is touched by a user via the touch panel display.

7. The communication method of claim 6, wherein the user device outputs a message used that reminds the user to undertake a communication procedure which involves touching or mouse-clicking the specific symbol.

8. The communication method of claim 6, wherein The communication protocol comprises voice communication, video communication and text communication.

9. The communication method of claim 1, wherein:

the user device outputs the specific symbol through a display of the user device, and
the platform establishes the first communication with the user device upon receiving the communication request initiated by the user device while the user device decodes the specific symbol clicked by a user via a mouse connected to the user device.

10. The communication method of claim 9, wherein the user device outputs a message used that reminds the user to undertake a communication procedure which involves touching or mouse-clicking the specific symbol.

11. The communication method of claim 9, wherein The communication protocol comprises voice communication, video communication and text communication.

12. The communication method of claim 1, wherein the communication number comprises a phone number provided by a telecom operator and a virtual phone numbers set up by the platform.

13. The communication method of claim 1, wherein:

the platform sends an inquiry message to the user device in detecting objective information of the user device,
the objective information comprises a phone number of the user device, a username of the user device, Global Positioning System (GPS) information of the user device, a language setting of the user device, and an IP address of the user device, and
the platform starts to process the objective information after receiving a confirmation message from the user device.

14. A communication system, comprising:

a user device;
a platform comprising a symbol module, a communication module and a symbol database module; and
a receiver device,
wherein: the symbol module is configured to generate a specific symbol, according to an objective code and an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the platform, and provide the specific symbol to the symbol database module, the objective code comprises at least one of a customer code, a product code, and a service code, the IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform, the symbol database module is configured to store and update the specific symbol, the symbol database module is also configured to manage a setting of a communication protocol and a communication number of the specific symbol, the user device is configured to decode the specific symbol and initiate a communication request to the communication module, the communication module is configured to establish a first communication with the user device, the communication module is further configured to communicate with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number, the receiver device is configured to reply to a communication request from the platform, thereby resulting in a second communication established between the receiver device and the user device, the symbol database module is configured to send the receiver device unit information associated with the objective code, and the receiver device is configured to receive and output the unit information.

15. The communication system of claim 14, wherein the platform further comprises a detection module, and wherein:

the detection module is configured to detect a language setting of the user device for communication after the user device decodes the specific symbol and initiates the communication request to the platform,
the communication module communicates with the receiver device according to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number as well as the language setting.

16. The communication system of claim 15, wherein the platform further comprises a map database module, and wherein:

the detection module is configured to detect and retrieve information of an IP address of the user device and provide the IP address of the user device to the map database module,
the map database module is configured to decode the IP address of the user device to obtain a location of the user device on an electronic map,
the map database module is further configured to send information of the location of the user device to the receiver device through the communication module,
the receiver device is configured to output the electronic map and display the location of the user device on the electronic map.

17. The communication system of claim 15, wherein the platform further comprises a map database module, and wherein:

the detection module is configured to detect and retrieve Global Positioning System (GPS) information of the user device and provide the GPS address of the user device to the map database module,
the map database module is configured to decode the GPS information of the user device to obtain a location of the user device on an electronic map,
the map database module is further configured to send information of the location of the user device to the receiver device through the communication module,
the receiver device is configured to output the electronic map and display the location of the user device on the electronic map.

18. A communication method, comprising:

generating, by a platform, a specific symbol according to an objective code and an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the platform, wherein: the specific symbol contains a communication protocol and a communication number set by the platform, the objective code comprises at least one of a customer code, a product code, and a service code, and the IP address of the platform is dedicated to the platform;
receiving, by the platform, a communication request from a user device upon the user device decoding the specific symbol;
establishing, by the platform, a first communication with the user device responsive to receiving the communication request;
connecting, by the platform, with a receiver device according to a setting of the communication protocol and the communication number; and
sending, by the platform, unit information of the objective code to the receiver device such that the receiver device outputs the unit information responsive to receiving the unit information.

19. The communication method of claim 18, wherein the generating of the specific symbol comprises detecting a language setting of the user device, and wherein the platform connects with the receiver device according to the language setting of the user device in addition to the setting of the communication protocol and the communication number.

20. The communication method of claim 18, wherein the connecting comprises:

detecting an IP address or Global Positioning System (GPS) information of the user device;
decoding the IP address or the GPS information of the user device to obtain a location of the user device on an electronic map; and
sending information of the location of the user device to the receiver device.
