DETAIL DESCRIPTION

For a better understanding and implementation, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in combination with accompanying drawings.

In some embodiments, a multifunctional hand warmer, illustrated by FIGS. 1-3, including a base 10, a net cover 20, a partition plate 12, a heating component 30, and a heat transfer plate 40; the net cover 20 is arranged on the base 10, the heat transfer plate 40 is arranged on the top of the net cover 20, and an cavity is defined between the net cover 20 and the base 10 and the heat transfer plate 40. The heating component 30 and the partition plate 12 is arranged in the cavity.

In some embodiments, the base 10 is a semi-enclosed structure. In some embodiments, the base 10 is a semi-enclosed bowl-like structure; an opening is provided on the top of the base 10, and the plane on which the top of the base 10 is located is round; some holes 111 are arranged along the side wall of the base 10 in the circumferential direction for decoration.

In some embodiments, a cavity to accommodate some parts of the warmer is defined between the net cover 20 and the base 10. The net cover 20 is a ring structure, of which the cross section is round and gradually increases in diameter from top to bottom, and the diameter of the circular plane where the bottom of the net cover 20 is located is slightly smaller than or equal to the diameter of the base 10. The top of the net cover 20 is a circular mounting hole to mount the heat transfer plate 40; the side of the net cover 20 is provided with some closely arranged ventilation holes, and the ventilation holes may be circular or any other geometric shapes such as a triangle or a square. In some embodiments, the net cover 20 is a flame-retardant net cover made of a flame retardant plastic such as PET, which can not only prevent hands from burns when touching the net cover 20, but also prevent the net cover 20 from being burnt and damaged due to excessive temperature to ensure safety.

The heat transfer plate 40 is arranged on the top of the net cover 20, and the heat transfer plate 40 is a metal flat plate. In some embodiments, the material of the heat transfer plate 40 is a metal with good thermal conductivity. In some embodiments, the heat transfer plate 40 is a circular flat plate, and the diameter of the circular flat plate is slightly smaller than or equal to the diameter of the circular plane on which the top of the net cover 20 is located. In some embodiments, the heat transfer plate 40 is integrally formed with the net cover 20. In some embodiments, the heat transfer plate 40 is detachably disposed on the net cover 20.

The partition plate 12 is arranged in the cavity covering the open end of the base 10, and divides the cavity into an upper cavity 50 and a lower cavity 60. In some embodiments, the partition plate 12 is a trapezoid-shaped shell buckled in the opening of the base 10, which is mounted on the base 10 by screws, dividing the cavity into an upper cavity 50 and a lower cavity 60.

The heating component 30 is arranged in the upper cavity 50. In some embodiments, the heating component 30 is arranged in the middle of the upper cavity 50. In some embodiments, the heating pipe is mounted through at least one bracket 31 on the top surface of the partition plate 12, so that the heating pipe can be horizontally installed in the upper cavity 50 and surrounded by the net cover 20. In some embodiments, the heating pipe is a ring structure. In some embodiments, the heating pipe is a heating pipe with a circular ring structure, the center of the heating pipe is located on the central axis of the net cover 20, and the distance from any position of the heating pipe to the net cover 20 is the same, so that any position around the net cover can obtain relatively even heat. In some embodiments, the heating pipe is electrically connected to an external power via a supply circuit, and a power-on switch 112 is provided thereon. After powering on, the heating pipe generates heat. In some embodiments, an appropriate diameter for the heating pipe can be chosen in advance according to its heating power and the shape characteristics of the net cover 20 to determine the distance between them, thereby the outer surface of the net cover 20 is maintained at a suitable temperature. Since the net cover 20 is mounted on the base 10 by screws, when the heating pipe needs to be replaced, it is convenient to remove and replace.

In use, connecting the supply circuit to an external power, after the heating pipe is connected, heat is generated. Part of the heat dissipates from the ventilation holes on the side wall of the net cover 20 due to air convection, and the other part of the heat rises and transmits to the heat transfer plate 40. A user can cover the outside of the net cover 20 with both hands for warming. The user can also place objects such as tea cups on the heat transfer plate 40 to fully utilize the heat generated by the heating pipe for thermal insulation of the objects.

In some embodiments, illustrated by FIG. 4, a multifunctional hand warmer includes like structures with the warmers in above embodiments, except that further includes a fan 70, which blows the heat from the heating component 30 out of the net cover 20.

In some embodiments, the fan 70 is arranged in the lower cavity 60 and is located directly below the heating component 30; a through hole is arranged at the top of the partition plate 12 which airflow can blow through; the airflow generated by the fan 70 blows through the through hole then through the heating component, and further blows the heat generated by the heating component 30 out of the net cover 20. The fan 70 speeds up the heat dissipation which is generated by the heat pipe, and a user can feel the hot air near the hand warmer, which is convenient for use.

In some embodiments, the fan and the heating pipe can be connected to the same supply circuit in series and controlled by a switch, that is, when the switch is pressed, the heating pipe and the fan are turned on simultaneously, then the heating pipe generates heat and the fan generates airflow. In some embodiments, the fan and the heating pipe are connected in parallel and controlled by two different switches. A user can press different switches depending on his actual need, turning on the heating pipe to work as a hand warmer, or turning on the heating pipe and the fan simultaneously to work as a small heater.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiments above provides a multifunctional hand warmer. With the adaptable setting of the heating pipe and the net cover, part of the heat generated by the heating pipe is transmitted out through the net cover via natural convection of air, while other part of the heat rises and is stored in the heat transfer plate which is on the top of the net cover; when in use, the user can cover his hands outside the net cover to warm his hands, and the user can also place water cups and other items on the heat transfer plate for insulation. The warmers in above embodiments make full use of the thermal energy generated by the heating component to realize the multifunctionality of the hand warmer.

Although the present invention has been disclosed in the form of preferred embodiments and variations thereon, it will be understood that numerous additional modifications and variations could be made thereto without departing from the scope of the invention.

For the sake of clarity, it is to be understood that the use of ‘a’ or ‘an’ throughout this application does not exclude a plurality.
