Convertible Wrap-Around Pants to A Jumpsuit
An exemplary approach toward convertible wrap around pants to jumpsuit formation where the ties on the side of a regular wrap pants can be grabbed and wrapped around neck and the rest of the fabric is hanged. The other two ties are pulled between the legs and brought to the waist level on the back. The ties are brought to the front or belly button and this creates open back jumpsuit with a cowl décolletage hanging at the front allowing ease use ability and portability. This approach is universal in size and fits to all.

BACKGROUND Field of the InventionThe present invention relates to a garment for the lower body, and particularly to a garment to be worn where the wrap pants are converted into a jumpsuit.
Description of the Related ArtFor many individuals before 2011, jumpsuits were worn largely by inmates, toddlers, and those otherworldly fashion people who are always just a few too many years ahead of the rest of us. But now, it seems the jumpsuit and its short-legged sister, the romper, are everywhere. Nearly every designer is offering a take on the trend. Jumpsuits have made red carpet appearances and Google searches for “jumpsuit” have risen steadily in the past three years, and Net-a-porter now has an entire “jumpsuits” category on its dropdown menu. As it is explained, these onesies have become an unlikely moneymaker for designers and retailers. This glorious rise of jumpsuits is attributed to its comfort and simplicity in recent fashion.
Jumpsuits having selectively opening flaps are well known in the art. There are many inventions that have been found in prior art regarding bringing advancement in clothing items. For instance, a US patent on Action jeans bearing U.S. Pat. No. 3,80,0330A is issued to D Bowcut. The patent is on action jeans formed of two basic side pieces joined at the crotch seam and each formed into a leg portion by a slidefastener outseam and with no seam or interruption on the adjacent, inner-leg surfaces.
Another U.S. Pat. No. 4,068,315A on Multi-layered garment for the lower body is issued to Lucien G. Rainville. The patent is on a garment for the lower body, particularly for use by indigent or bedridden patients is disclosed. The garment comprises two lateral side panels of pentagonal configuration secured together along a central seam, and a central panel extending centrally from the side panel in generally T-configuration. The central panel is formed of two panels of pentagonal configuration secured together along a central seam, and secured along upper edges to lower edges of the two lateral side panels. The garment has a central fullness for fit in the crotch area when in use and the side panels cover the side and front side areas of the abdomen of the patient and the front panels cover the crotch portion and the frontal portion of the abdomen. Means preferably in the form of drawstrings are provided to secure side edges of the front panel to respective side edges of the side panels along lines of joinder frontally of the patient, with the lines of joinder extending from the waist of the patient to mid-thigh.
A British patent 2,340 729A on Wrap-around Divided Skirt is issued to Brian Cook. The patent is on a wrap-around divided skirt-like garment constructed from an essentially U-shaped piece of material (1) provided with two pairs of ties (2,3,4,5) which, when brought together and tied up at each side of the general waistline area of the wearer, secure the garment in place. The garment is worn by straddling the U-shaped cut-out which defines the crotch, wrapping the material areas (A,C) and (B,D) in either direction around the body so that the ties (2,3) and (4,5) are brought together and tied to secure the garment around the wearer. Alternatively, the garment may be made of two pieces of material connected at and below the crotch level by ties.
Another U.S. Pat. No. 2,006,0137075A1 on Convertible garment is issued to Nike Inc. The patent discusses garments which are convertible between multiple configurations so as to have an alternate appearance and/or be wearable as a different type of garment. Pants may be alternately configured so as to expose one of at least two possible surface treatments. The pants include a reversing panel having front and rear flaps that can be alternately wrapped around the left or right side. A garment alternately configurable for wear as a skirt or as a pair of short pants includes front and rear conversion tails. The front conversion tail is alternately affixable to the front or to the rear of the garment; the rear conversion tail is alternately affixable to the rear or to the front of the garment. A garment is also alternately configurable for wear in a sleeveless, wraparound manner, or for wear as a sleeved garment.
A U.S. Pat. No. 2,012,0047629A1 on Trouser and method for easing the strain on legs and knees when moving is issued to Alyx Fier. The patent is on trousers and methods for reducing muscle fatigue and overcoming range of motion restrictions in the legs caused by the friction created by trouser legs rubbing against the knee portion of a person's leg when they are moving are disclosed. In certain embodiments, the trousers and methods use (1) an engineered dart in the mid-thigh region of the trouser, or (2) a zipper to decrease the vertical linear fabric surface in the mid-thigh region of the trouser such that the resulting tension causes the trouser fabric in the knee region to lift out and away from the knee portion of the wear's leg, thusly eliminating or greatly reducing contact between the trouser leg and the wearer's knee and the resulting strain.
Another Japanese patent 3,110,396U on Clothes that wrap around the waist and thighs with zipper that slides sideways is issued to Japanese inventor. The patent provides clothing that can easily remove a penis from clothes and urinate even for a handicapped person or child due to illness or disability, and completely shake residual urine even in trousers that adhere to the crotch Provide clothing that can be dropped. In a garment that wraps the waist and thighs such as underpants, under summer trousers, under winter trousers, trousers, coveralls, etc., the length is 10 to 20 cm above the crotch seam, preferably 5 to 15 cm above. A zipper that slides sideways was provided.
A U.S. Pat. No. 4,447,991 shows a jumpsuit having hidden access flaps in the seat portion which can be easily opened and closed to allow the wearer to use toilet facilities without completely removing the garment. The access flaps are formed from a horizontal separation across the garment back at the waist and an invisible zipper which starts at the crotch rear area and extends vertically to and intersects the waistline area at the separation. A piece of elasticized material is attached to the garment above the separation and extends downward and covers the separation when the zipper is closed. A plurality of snaps or hook fasteners are spaced apart along the edges of the waist separation to secure the flaps to the upper waist portion of the garment. In another embodiment, the elasticized material is integral with the garment giving a more finished appearance.
Another U.S. Pat. No. 4,535,480 consists of a one piece garment in which the back is separated into two parts, upper and lower, by a horizontal opening formed in the small of the back and which is connected at both extremities to vertical slits formed along both sides of the garment. The upper half of the back has fastener members on its lower corners with which it can be secured to the front. The lower half has an elastic belt at its upper edge and fasteners along the slits, which together make the garment fit the wearer well at work or during exercise.
Furthermore a U.S. Pat. No. 4,607,396 describes a coverall type garment comprised of integrally formed upper blouse or shirt portion and a lower pants portion. The pants portion has an integrally formed panel to permit a person wearing the garment to comfortably use restroom facilities. The panel is uniquely formed to be completely concealed and also as a fashion feature when the garment is being worn. The concealment is accomplished by forming the panel as a part of the waistband and belt and side pockets. The rear seam of the opening of the opening entrance to the side pockets forms a seam for the panel so that seams for the panel are completely concealed. The flaps of the material forming the pocket are constructed to unfold when the panel is released providing a wide opening.
Another U.S. Pat. No. 5,014,356 shows a jumpsuit with an improved, utilitarian drop seat having a bodice attached to pants at the front waist seam. The pants have hidden, inseam side pockets that facilitate the opening of the drop seat area. The drop seat area has a back, elasticized waistband and side tabs having fasteners that, when fastened, secure the drop seat in closed position with the appearance of a normal jumpsuit.
Although jumpsuits designs have sought ways to ease the processes of relieving bodily needs, none are specifically tailored to accommodate the anatomical differences of women. Drop seat covers for buttocks, whether “C” or “U” shaped, do not allow the garment to be removed from the area directly below the crotch, and as such are not sufficient for a woman to meet multiple requirements.
The current invention proposes to provide a wrap pants which converts into a jumpsuit. The invention discloses an enhanced methodology of wearing jumpsuit which solves a problem of sizing and is fit for all. The size is managed by the ties. Its utility is also enhanced for packaging and traveling.
None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.
SUMMARYIn light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.
It is therefore the purpose of the invention to alleviate at least to some extent one or more of the aforementioned problems of the prior art and/or to provide the relevant public with a suitable alternative thereto having relative advantages.
The primary object of the invention is related to a Convertible wrap-around pants to a jumpsuit.
It is further the objective of the invention to provide comfortable clothing which is not only easy-fitting and suitable for various occasions, but also slenderizing and pleasing to the wearer.
It is also the objective of the invention to provide a convertible wraparound jumpsuit assembly which can be made of any clothing material.
It is also the objective of the invention to provide the assembly which is suitable for any size of wearer.
It is furthermore the objective of the invention to provide user with aesthetic satisfaction by the beautiful and light weight design, which is easy to wear and portable.

As stated above, fused pants and tops have come to reign in fashion as they combine the classiness of a dress with the comfort of pants, can be dressed down or dressed up with different shoes and accessories, and unlike separate shirts and pants combinations, conveniently require no matching skills.
The current invention in its preferred embodiment discloses an advancement in a Convertible wrap-around pants to a jumpsuit assembly. The assembly is in form of regular wrap pant shape in which wearer control the adjustment that how high to bring the ties around wearer's waist. If the pants are under the bellybutton the pants can hang and if wearer decides to make it high waisted it looks like normal pants at the crotch.
In accordance with a further embodiment of the invention, a jumpsuit for a woman, includes a body having a central axis, a waist, a front side, an upper portion, and a lower portion. A fastener means is provided for selectively connecting the upper portion to the lower portion. The assembly as per its further embodiments allows the wrap pants to convert into a jumpsuit. If wearer grabs the ties on the short side and wrap it around neck and let the rest of the fabric hang. Furthermore, the wearer will pull the other 2 ties threw the legs and bring them to the waist level and wrap the ties to the front/the belly button and tie.
This will create an open back jumpsuit with a cowl décolletage hanging at the front. At the bottom part the material is open to the outside of the legs but still overlapping.
This design is fit for all and provides universal sizing. The size is controlled by the ties. It is furthermore great for packing and traveling, thus providing ease in portability.
While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many variations are possible. With time, additional features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used.

I: The present invention is a unique system of convertible wrap around pants to jumpsuits assembly where:
- the assembly according to claim I, is a regular high wasted wrap pants with ties;
- the assembly according to claim I, where the ties can be grabbed and wrapped around neck and the rest of the fabric is hanged;
- the assembly according to claim I, where the other two ties are pulled;
- the assembly according to claim I, where ties are thrown in between the legs, and pant is brought to the waist level;
- the assembly according to claim I, where the wrap is tied to the front or belly button and;
- the assembly according to claim I, where the wrap procedure creates open back jumpsuit with a cowl décolletage hanging at the front.
