Adjustable Hair Curler

The invention discloses an adjustable hair curler, comprising a hair curling assembly which comprises a main body and at least two heating bodies, and an adjuster which comprises a connecting member, a connecting plate and a rotating member. An arc-shaped slot is provided on the rotating member, of which one end is arranged close to the center of the rotating member, the other end is arranged close to the edge of the rotating member. When the rotating member sleeved on the first protrusion which is provided on one side of the connecting plate rotates, the connecting member moves in the arc-shaped slot to drive the heating body to be close to or away from the main body. When the connecting member abuts against the arc-shaped slot's end part, a tight locking state is achieved, the hair curler's diameter cannot be continuously changed, the hair curler is convenient to use.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application is a continuation of International Application No. PCT/CN2020/128556 filed on Nov. 13, 2020, which claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201922097305.X filed on Nov. 28, 2019. Both applications are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the technical field of hairdressing tools, in particular to an adjustable hair curler.

BACKGROUND

A hair curler is a hairdressing tool in which the main heating body emits heat and transfers the heat to the hair so that the protein structure of the hair is changed to curl the hair and the hair curling effect is achieved. In the existing hair irons, a hair iron capable of reeling the diameter in a telescopic manner exists. As disclosed in the application CN201820492448.3, a hair curler can change its diameter, but the limiting track is of a closed annular structure so that locking the diameter of the hair curler is difficult as found in practical use, the diameter size of the hair curler is easy to change during use, and the normal use of the hair curler is influenced.

SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is providing an adjustable hair curler with tight locking.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is: an adjustable hair curler including a hair curling assembly and an adjuster. The hair curling assembly includes a main body and at least two heating bodies, and the adjuster includes a connecting member, a connecting plate and a rotating member. One end of the main body is fixedly connected to the connecting plate, one end of each of the heating bodies is connected with the connecting members in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the connecting plate is provided with a radial slot, the radial slots are correspondingly arranged with the connecting members, one side of the connecting plate facing away from the main body is provided with a first protrusion, and the rotating member can be rotatably sleeved on the first protrusion; the rotating member is provided with an arc-shaped slot correspondingly arranged with the connecting member, one end of the arc-shaped slot is arranged close to the center of the rotating member, and the other end of the arc-shaped slot is arranged close to the edge of the rotating member.

Further, the connecting member comprises a connecting block and a connecting shaft, one side of the connecting block is provided with a second protrusion, the second protrusion is slidably provided in the radial slot, and the other side of the connecting block is connected with the heating body through the connecting shaft.

Further, both ends of the hair curling assembly are provided with the adjusters.

Further, a handle is comprised, one end of the hair curling assembly is connected with the handle through the adjuster.

Further, the heating body comprises an arc-shaped plate and a heater accommodated in the arc-shaped plate, and two ends of the arc-shaped plate are respectively provided with the connecting members.

Further, one accommodating position is provided in the arc-shaped plate, the heater is accommodated in the accommodating position and a pressing plate is further comprised, and the pressing plate is provided between the bottom of the heater and the accommodating position.

Further, the pressing plate comprises a flat plate part and an elastic part which are connected, the elastic parts are respectively provided at two end parts of the flat plate part, and the free end of the elastic part is in contact with the accommodating groove.

Further, a rubber pad is provided between the connecting plate and the rotating member.

Further, the number of the heating body and the radial slot is three respectively, and the included angle between two adjacent radial slots is 120°.

Further, the main body, the connecting plate and the rotating member are arranged coaxially.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the rotating member sleeved on the first protrusion rotates, the connecting member moves in the arc-shaped slot on the rotating member to drive the heating body to be close to or away from the main body, and when the connecting member abuts against the end part of the arc-shaped slot, the tight locking state can be achieved so that the diameter of the hair curler is prevented from being continuously changed, and the hair curler is convenient for users to use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to explain the technical content, achieved object and effect of the present invention in detail, the description will be given below in conjunction with the implementations and the accompanying drawings.

The key idea of the invention is as follows: when a rotating member sleeved on a first protrusion rotates, a connecting member moves in an arc-shaped slot on the rotating member to drive a heating body to be close to or away from the main body; when the connecting member abuts against the end part of the arc-shaped slot, the tight locking state can be achieved so that the diameter of the hair curler is prevented from being continuously changed, and the hair curler is convenient for users to use.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 12, an adjustable hair curler includes a hair curling assembly and an adjuster 1. The hair curling assembly includes a main body 2 and at least two heating bodies 3, and the adjuster 1 includes a connecting member 4, a connecting plate 5 and a rotating member 6. One end of the main body 2 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 5, one end of each of the heating bodies 3 is connected with the connecting members 4 in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the connecting plate 5 is provided with a radial slot 52, the radial slots 52 are correspondingly arranged with the connecting members 4, one side of the connecting plate 5 facing away from the main body 2 is provided with a first protrusion 51, and the rotating member 6 can be rotatably sleeved on the first protrusion 51; the rotating member 6 is provided with an arc-shaped slot 61 correspondingly arranged with the connecting member 4, one end of the arc-shaped slot 61 is arranged close to the center of the rotating member 6, and the other end of the arc-shaped slot 61 is arranged close to the edge of the rotating member 6.

The working principle of the invention is briefly described as follows: the main body is connected with the connecting plate, the rotating member rotates around the first protrusion on the connecting plate, and the connecting member and the arc-shaped slots on the rotating member are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, so that the connecting member moves in the arc-shaped slot along with the rotation of the rotating member to drive the heating body to move close to or away from the main body, and the diameter size of the hair curler is adjusted.

As can be seen from the above description, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the rotating member sleeved on the first protrusion rotates, the connecting member moves in the arc-shaped slot on the rotating member to drive the heating body to be close to or away from the main body, and when the connecting member abuts against the end part of the arc-shaped slot, the tight locking state can be achieved so that the diameter of the hair curler is prevented from being continuously changed, and the hair curler is convenient for users to use.

Further, the connecting member 4 comprises a connecting block 41 and a connecting shaft 42, one side of the connecting block 41 is provided with a second protrusion 43, the second protrusion 43 is slidably provided in the radial slot 52, and the other side of the connecting block 41 is connected with the heating body 3 through the connecting shaft 42.

It can be seen from the above description that the second protrusion of the connecting member linearly reciprocates in the radial direction of the radial slot under the driving of the arc-shaped slot, the radial slot plays a guiding role, and the movement of the second protrusion is facilitated.

Further, both ends of the hair curling assembly are provided with the adjusters 1.

As can be seen from the above description, both ends of the hair curling assembly are provided with adjusters, so that the hair curler can change different shapes, and various use requirements of users are met.

Further, a handle 7 is comprised, one end of the hair curling assembly is connected with the handle 7 through the adjuster 1.

Further, the heating body 3 comprises an arc-shaped plate 31 and a heater 32 accommodated in the arc-shaped plate 31, and two ends of the arc-shaped plate 31 are respectively provided with the connecting members 4.

Further, one accommodating position 33 is provided in the arc-shaped plate 31, the heater 32 is accommodated in the accommodating position 33 and a pressing plate 34 is further comprised, and the pressing plate 34 is provided between the bottom of the heater 32 and the accommodating position 33.

It can be seen from the above description that the heater is provided in the accommodating position with a stable structure and is not prone to deviation.

Further, the pressing plate 34 comprises a flat plate part 35 and an elastic part 36 which are connected, the elastic parts 36 are respectively provided at two end parts of the flat plate part 35, and the free end of the elastic part 36 is in contact with the accommodating groove.

As can be seen from the above description, the elastic part of the pressing plate jacks up the heating body, so that the heating body is more fitted to the hair, and the heat conduction efficiency is improved.

Further, a rubber pad 8 is provided between the connecting plate 5 and the rotating member 6.

It can be seen from the above description that the rubber pad provided between the connecting plate and the rotating member can prevent the continuous rotation of the rotating member and play a limiting role.

Further, the number of the heating body 3 and the radial slot 52 is three, and the included angle between two adjacent radial slots 52 is 120°.

As can be seen from the above description, the uniformly arranged radial slots are correspondingly arranged with the heating body, so that the heating area of the heating body can be facilitated.

Further, the main body 2, the connecting plate 5 and the rotating member 6 are arranged coaxially.

As can be seen from the above description, the coaxially arranged main body, connecting plate and the rotating member facilitate mutual rotation.

EMBODIMENT 1

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 11, the embodiment 1 of the present invention is as follows: an adjustable hair curler comprises a hair curling assembly comprising a main body 2 and at least two heat bodies 3, and an adjuster 1 comprising a connecting member 4, a connecting plate 5 and a rotating member 6.

Referring to FIGS. 2, 3 and 6, one end of the main body 2 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 5, one end of each heating body 3 is connected to the connecting member 4 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, a first protrusion 51 is provided on one side of the connecting plate 5 facing away from the main body 2, and the rotating member 6 is rotatably sleeved on the first protrusion 51.

Alternatively, the connecting plate 5 is provided with the radial slot 52 which is arranged corresponding to the connecting member 4.

In the embodiment, both ends of the hair curling assembly are provided with the adjusters 1, and a handle 7 is comprised. One end of the hair curling assembly is provided with the adjuster 1, and the other end of the hair curling assembly is connected with the handle 7 through the adjuster 1.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the rotating member 6 is provided with an arc-shaped slot 61 arranged corresponding to the connecting member 4, one end of the arc-shaped slot 61 is arranged close to the center of the rotating member 6, the other end of the arc-shaped slot 61 is arranged close to the edge of the rotating member 6, and in detail, a rubber sleeve is wound on the outer side of the rotating member 6 in FIG. 4. A rotating member 6 with a rubber sleeve is located between the hair curling assembly and the handle 7.

Preferably, the connecting member 4 comprises a connecting block 41 and a connecting shaft 42. One side of the connecting block 41 is provided with a second protrusion 43, the second protrusion 43 is slidably arranged in a radial slot 52, and the other side of the connecting block 41 is connected with the heating body 3 through the connecting shaft 42.

It is easy to understand that the main body 2 is connected with the connecting plate 5, the rotating member 6 rotates around the first protrusion 51 on the connecting plate 5, and the connecting member 4 is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the arc-shaped slot 61 on the rotating member 6. Specifically, the second protrusion 43 on the connecting member 4 is movably arranged in the arc-shaped slot 61 to drive the heating body 3 to move close to or away from the main body 2 to further adjust the diameter size of the hair curler.

In detail, referring to FIGS. 8, 10 and 11, the heating body 3 comprises an arc-shaped plate 31 and a heater 32 accommodated in the arc-shaped plate 31, and the two ends of the arc-shaped plate 31 are respectively provided with the connecting member 4. Specifically, one accommodating position 33 is provided in the arc-shaped plate 31, and the heater 32 is accommodated in the accommodating position 33. A pressing plate 34 is comprised, arranged between the bottom of the heater 32 and the accommodating position 33. In more detail, the pressing plate 34 comprises a flat plate part 35 and an elastic part 36 which are connected, the elastic parts 36 are provided at two ends of the flat plate part 35 respectively, and the free end of the elastic part 36 is in contact with the accommodating groove.

In the present embodiment, there is further included a rubber pad 8 provided between the connecting plate 5 and the rotating member 6, the rubber pad 8 provided in the present embodiment functioning as a brake for preventing the rotating member 6 from continuously rotating, and the rubber pad 8 being a silica gel pad.

Referring to FIG. 6, preferably, the number of the heating body 3 and the number of the radial slot 52 are both three, and the included angle between two adjacent radial slots 52 is 120°.

Alternatively, the main body 2, the connecting plate 5 and the rotating member 6 are arranged coaxially.

EMBODIMENT 2

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 12, this embodiment differs from the above-described embodiment in that connecting plates 5 having different structures are connected to both sides of the main body 2. In detail, one end of the hair curling assembly is provided with an adjuster 1 as shown in FIG. 12, and the other end of the hair curling assembly is connected with the handle 7 through the adjuster 1 as shown in FIG. 6. Specifically, one end of the hair curling assembly is provided with the connecting plate 5 shown in FIG. 12, the connecting plate 5 is provided with the first protrusion 51, the rotating member 6 rotates around the first protrusion 51, and the heating body 3 moves in the arc-shaped slot 61 of the rotating member 6 through the connecting member 4.

The other end of the hair curling assembly is provided with the connecting plate 5 as shown in FIG. 6, the connecting plate 5 is provided with a radial slot 52, the heating body 3 sequentially penetrates through the radial slot 52 and the arc-shaped slot 61 of the rotating member 6 through a connecting shaft 42, and the connecting shaft 42 linearly reciprocates in the radial slot 52 along with the rotation of the rotating member 6 so as to drive the heating body 3 to move close to or away from the main body 2.

In summary, according to an adjustable hair curler provided by the present invention, when the rotating member sleeved on the first protrusion rotates, the connecting member moves in the arc-shaped slot on the rotating member to drive the heating body to be close to or away from the main body, and when the connecting member abuts against the end part of the arc-shaped slot, the tight locking state can be achieved so that the diameter of the hair curler is prevented from being continuously changed, and the hair curler is convenient for users to use.

Claims

1. An adjustable hair curler, comprising a hair curling assembly and an adjuster, wherein the hair curling assembly comprises a main body and at least two heating bodies, the adjuster comprises a connecting member, a connecting plate and a rotating member, one end of the main body is fixedly connected to the connecting plate, one end of each of the heating bodies is connected with the connecting members in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the connecting plate is provided with a radial slot, the radial slot is correspondingly arranged with the connecting member, a first protrusion is provided on one side of the connecting plate facing away from the main body, and the rotating member is rotatably sleeved on the first protrusion;

wherein the rotating member is provided with an arc-shaped slot correspondingly arranged with the connecting member, one end of the arc-shaped slot is arranged close to a center of the rotating member, and the other end of the arc-shaped slot is arranged close to an edge of the rotating member.

2. The adjustable hair curler of claim 1, wherein the connecting member comprises a connecting block and a connecting shaft, one side of the connecting block is provided with a second protrusion, the second protrusion is slidably provided in the radial slot, and the other side of the connecting block is connected with the heating body through the connecting shaft.

3. The adjustable hair curler of claim 1, wherein both ends of the hair curling assembly are provided with the adjusters.

4. The adjustable hair curler of claim 3, further comprising a handle, wherein one end of the hair curling assembly is connected with the handle through the adjuster.

5. The adjustable hair curler of claim 1, wherein the heating body comprises an arc-shaped plate and a heater accommodated in the arc-shaped plate, and two ends of the arc-shaped plate are respectively provided with the connecting members.

The adjustable hair curler of claim 5, wherein one accommodating position is provided in the arc-shaped plate, the heater is accommodated in the accommodating position and a pressing plate is further comprised, and the pressing plate is provided between a bottom of the heater and the accommodating position.

7. The adjustable hair curler of claim 6, wherein the pressing plate comprises a flat plate part and an elastic part which are connected, the elastic parts are respectively provided at two ends of the flat plate part, and a free end of the elastic part is in contact with the accommodating groove.

8. The adjustable hair curler of claim 1, further comprising a rubber pad provided between the connecting plate and the rotating member.

9. The adjustable hair curler of claim 1, wherein the number of the heating body and the radial slot is three respectively, and an included angle between two adjacent radial slots is 120°.

10. The adjustable hair curler of claim 1, wherein the main body, the connecting plate and the rotating member are arranged coaxially.
