DISPLAY BOX
A jewelry display box comprising a bottom panel; a left panel; a right panel; a top panel; a rear panel; a hanging panel; wherein hanging panel comprises one or more holes; and a cover panel, wherein the jewelry display box is configured for protecting jewelry or delicate objects during shipping and travel while also functioning as a display case that allows the jewelry to be viewed in a hanging configuration by simply opening the cover panel.
This Non-Provisional Patent Application is a Continuation-In-Part of U.S. Design patent application Ser. No. 29/722,852, filed on Feb. 2, 2020, titled “DISPLAY BOX,” by inventor Gavin Kovacs, the contents of which are expressly incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in their entirety.
FIELD OF USEThe present disclosure relates generally to the field of display boxes, and more specifically, to a display box that allows for jewelry to be transported and displayed in a hanging manner.
BACKGROUNDJewelry is widespread and commonly used as personal ornamental decoration. Often, jewelry is made of precious metals that may be forged into delicate structures that may be easily damaged. Because jewelry may be easily damaged, it is typically secured during transport. Jewelry is often secured for transport by affixing the jewelry in a stationary manner within a protective box.
This protective box often does not showcase the jewelry when the box is opened because the jewelry is often secured at the bottom of the box or a padded portion of the box. Sometimes the jewelry is affixed to a card that is hung from a display case. Both of these methods fail to provide a method of protection during transport that is, by itself, able to adequately display the jewelry upon arrival. Specifically, neither of these methods on their own allow for jewelry to be displayed in a hanging fashion, as the jewelry may appear visually when in use.
Thus, what is needed is a device that allows for jewelry to be transported securely and safely that can also serve as a display case to showcase the jewelry in a hanging configuration.
SUMMARYTo minimize the limitations in the cited references, and to minimize other limitations that will become apparent upon reading and understanding the present specification, the present specification discloses a new and improved transport and display device for jewelry.
