DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In order to make the objects, the technical solutions and the advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the present disclosure will be described hereinafter in a clear and complete manner in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments. Obviously, the following embodiments merely relate to a part of, rather than all of, the embodiments of the present disclosure, and based on these embodiments, a person skilled in the art may, without any creative effort, obtain the other embodiments, which also fall within the scope of the present disclosure.

In the related art, a painting display panel includes a display module and a frame surrounding the display module, and a decorative fabric is directly adhered onto a surface of a front frame body of the frame through glue. However, the front frame body is made of plastics, and during the transportation, the fabric is easily, at an edge of the front frame body, separated from the front frame body in the case that an external force is applied thereto, i.e., the fabric is easily turned up at the edge, resulting in a defective product. FIG. 1 shows a conventional frame where a decorative layer 3 is adhered onto a surface of the front frame body, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the conventional frame along line A-A′ in FIG. 1. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the design, the decorative layer 3 is adhered, through glue 2, onto a showing surface 1 of the front frame body 1 of the frame, and the front frame body 1 is made of plastics. In this method, the decorative layer 3 is easily separated from the front frame body 1 at the edge of the front frame body 1, especially at an inner edge and an outer edge of the front frame body 1. During the transportation, the decorative layer 3 is easily turned up at the edge when an external force is applied to the edge of the front frame body, resulting in the defective product.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a display device, so as to prevent the decorative layer from being turned up at the edge while providing the decorative layer for the display device to meet the decoration requirements.

As shown in FIG. 7, which is a sectional view of the display device in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a frame of the display device consisting of first frame bodies, second frame bodies and third frame bodies may be used to decorate and secure a to-be-decorated object of the display device. For example, the to-be-decorated object may be a display module for displaying a painting.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, the present disclosure provides in some embodiments a display device, which includes a plurality of first frame bodies 100 configured to form a first frame for defining an accommodation space. The accommodation space may receive a to-be-decorated object 10, e.g., a display module, i.e., the first frame may surround the to-be-decorated object 10 so as to decorate and secure the to-be-decorated object 10. The plurality of first frame bodies 100 is provided with a showing surface 101 facing a user, i.e., a surface of the plurality of first frame bodies 100 at a same side as a display surface of the display device. A decorative layer 200 may cover the showing surface 101, a groove may be formed in the showing surface 101 at at least one edge, and an edge of the decorative layer 200 may be arranged in the groove, as shown in FIG. 5. To be specific, in FIG. 6, there are four first frame bodies 100 connected in an end-to-end manner to form the first frame (each dotted line in FIG. 6 represents a connection position where adjacent first frame bodies are connected to each other; of course, the adjacent first frame bodies may also be connected to each other at any other positions). In addition, the four first frame bodies may be formed integrally to acquire the first frame.

According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the groove may be provided in at the edge of the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100, so the edge of the decorative layer 200 covering the showing surface 101 of the first frame bodies 100 may be fixedly arranged in the groove. In this way, the edge of the decorative layer 200 may not easily separate from the groove even when an external force is applied to the display device, so it is able to prevent the edge of the decorative layer 200 from being turned up.

In a possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the decorative layer 200 may cover the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100 through an adhesive. Of course, it should be appreciated that, the decorative layer 200 may also cover the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100 in any other manner.

In addition, in a possible embodiment of the present disclosure, the decorative layer 200 may be secured onto the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100 through an adhesive layer, e.g., a hot-melt adhesive layer 102.

When the decorative layer 200 is secured onto the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100 through glue, there is the following problem. At first, it is necessary to apply the glue onto the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100, and then place the decorative layer 200 onto the showing surface 101 of the first frame body 100. In this regard, during the entire adhesion process, the decorative layer 200 may easily be wrinkled, and once there is any wrinkle, it is very difficult to repair.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the adhesive layer, e.g., the hot-melt adhesive layer, may be arranged between the decorative layer and the showing surface, so as to adhere the decorative layer onto the showing surface. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, the adhesion of the decorative layer 200 may be performed as follows. At first, a hot-melt adhesive film and the decorative layer 200 may each be sliced into portions with a small size (the decorative layer 200 is easily deformed due to a stretching force, so a tensile force needs to be controlled during the slicing, so as to prevent the occurrence of threads at the edge of the decorative layer 200). Next, each portion of the hot-melt adhesive film may be adhered onto the corresponding portion of the decorative layer 200 through a thermal laminator (due to the tensile deformation of the decorative layer 200, no tensile force may be applied to the decorative layer 200 during the feeding and delivery of materials, so as to prevent the decorative layer 200 from being deformed due to the tensile force). Next, the portion of the hot-melt adhesive film together with the portion of the decorative layer 200 laminated thereto may be cut into a desired shape through a die-cutting machine (during the cutting, a sharp tool needs to be provided, so as to prevent the edge of the decorative layer 200 from being turned up due to too long broken threads). Next, a waste material, e.g., the superfluous hot-melt adhesive film and decorative layer), may be discharged. Then, the acquired portions of the decorative layer 200 and the hot-melt adhesive layer may be placed onto the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100, and heated to melt a hot-melt adhesive, so as to adhere the decorative layer 200 onto the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100.

Hence, when the decorative layer 200 is adhered onto the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies through the hot-melt adhesive layer, the hot-melt adhesive layer may be laminated onto the decorative layer 200, then then placed onto the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100, and then heated to melt the hot-melt adhesive so as to adhere the decorative layer 200 onto the showing surface 101. In this way, the decorative layer 200 may maintain flat and smooth during the entire adhesion process, and no wrinkle may occur. As a result, it is able to improve the yield of the product as well as lamination flatness of the decorative layer 200.

In addition, in a possible embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, the showing surface 101 may include an inner edge adjacent to a central region of the first frame and an outer edge away from the central region of the first frame. The groove may include a first groove 310 arranged in, and extending along, the outer edge of the showing surface 101 of the plurality of first frame bodies 100, and the outer edge of the decorative layer 200 may be secured into the first groove 310.

The display device may further include a plurality of second frame bodies 400. Each second frame body 400 may be arranged at the outer edge of a corresponding first frame body 100, and fixedly connected to the corresponding first frame body 100. In addition, at least a part of each second frame body 400 may cover an opening of the first groove 310. To be specific, as shown in FIG. 6, the display device may include four second frame bodies 400 connected in an end-to-end manner at positions indicated by the dotted lines in FIG. 6. In addition, the second frame bodies 400 may also be formed integrally.

Each second frame body 400 may be connected to the corresponding first frame body 100 through adhering or clamping.

In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the decorative layer may be made of fabrics or plastics, or any other material, as long as the other functions of the product is not adversely affected by the decorative layer while a decorating function is achieved. The decorative layer may be a complete layer, or a hollowed-out structure. To be specific, a horn may be provided at a lower portion of the showing surface of a corresponding first frame body, and at this time, a hole needs to be formed in the showing surface. In order to prevent an adverse impact on a sound effect of the horn, the decorative layer may be made of air-permeable fabrics.

In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the showing surface may include an inner edge adjacent to a central region of the first frame and an outer edge away from the central region of the first frame. The groove may include a first groove 310 arranged in, and extending along, the outer edge of the showing surface of the plurality of first frame bodies, and the outer edge of the decorative layer may be secured into the first groove, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The display device may further include a plurality of second frame bodies. Each second frame body may be arranged at the outer edge of the showing surface of the corresponding first frame body, and fixedly connected to the corresponding first frame body. In addition, at least a part of each second frame body may cover an opening of the corresponding first groove.
