The present invention discloses a locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand and an umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent, comprising a first component, a second component, first connecting rods, second connecting rods and a locking piece. Second connecting rods are rotatably connected to the second component; the second component is provided with the locking piece; Second connecting, rods are enclosed to form a top frame. First connecting rods are rotatably connected to first component; when the top frame is propped, the first component is lifted and pushed to second component, and the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods rotate relatively; the first component and the second component are close to each other; the locking piece of the second component is inserted into a cavity of first component and locked to restrict the relative motion of first connecting rods and second connecting rods.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor articles, relates to a folding tent umbrella stand, and particularly relates to a locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand and an umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent.

BACKGROUND

To conveniently and quickly build a rest area sheltered from the sun and rain in a trip or, a working place for separating the site and sheltering from the sun and rain in a pitch, a user generally carries a tent that can be folded and transported.

The central position of a tent frame of the existing folding tent is generally locked in order to ensure the entire stability.

For example, the patent with authorized announcement No. of CN110630085A provides a folding tent with a central self-locking structure. In the patent, a locking rod assembly is sheathed on an upper disk assembly, and the locking rod assembly is of a telescopic rod structure. The telescopic end of the locking rod assembly is connected with a lower disk assembly, and the lower disk assembly is connected with a self-locking unit to control the telescopic end of the locking rod assembly. The patent has many components of the central self-locking structure, which are troublesome to assemble.

For example, the patent with authorized announcement No. of CN111287548A provides a central lock and a tent. In the patent, the central lock is complicated in structure, numerous in assemblies and troublesome to assemble.

A locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand with fewer components, simple structure and simple and quick assembling, and an umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent are provided.

SUMMARY

A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a locking support of, a folding tent umbrella stand with fewer components, simple structure and simple and quick assembling, and an umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent.

A technical solution adopted to solve the above technical problems in the present invention is as follows: a locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand comprises a first component installed on the folding tent umbrella stand wherein the first component is rotatably connected with a plurality of connecting rods; the first component is provided with a holding part for holding; the first component is provided with a cavity body into which an additional locking piece is inserted; and when the first component moves, the connecting rods can be driven to move.

Further, the first component comprises a supporting part which is stressed in lifting; the holding part is positioned at one side of the supporting part; and the connecting rods are connected at the other side of the supporting part.

Further, the width size of the supporting part is larger than the width size of the holding part.

Further, a side of the supporting part which faces the holding part is a plane.

Further, the outer edge of the holding part is a curved surface.

Further, a hook is arranged below the holding part.

Further, a hole is arranged on the side wall of the holding part; the hole is communicated into the cavity body of the first component; and the holding part is provided with a button inserted into the hole.

Further, the button is connected with an elastic connecting part; and the button is restricted by the elastic connecting part and can be pressed and reset in the hole.

Further, the hole is arranged on the side wall of the holding part; the hole is communicated into the cavity body of the first component; the holding part is provided with an integrally formed elastic connecting part; one end of the elastic connecting part is provided with a button; and the button is inserted into the hole for pressing and resetting.

Further, the side wall of the holding part is provided with a concave part which is depressed inwards; the elastic connecting part is positioned in the concave part; and the hole is positioned in the concave part.

Further, one end of the elastic connecting part connected with the button is close to the supporting part, and the other end of the elastic connecting part is away from the supporting part.

A locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand comprises a first component installed on the folding tent umbrella stand, wherein the first component comprises a holding part for holding and a supporting part which is stressed in lifting; the holding part is arranged at one side of the supporting part; and a plurality of rotating connection parts of the connecting rods are arranged at the other side of the supporting part.

Further, the hole is arranged on the side wall of the holding part; the hole is communicated into the cavity body of the first component; the first component is provided with an integrally formed elastic connecting part; one end of the elastic connecting part is provided with a button; and the button is inserted into the hole for pressing and resetting.

An umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent comprises the locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand described above, a second component, first connecting rods, second connecting rods and a locking piece.

A plurality of second connecting rods are rotatably connected to the second component; the second component is provided with the locking piece: the plurality of second connecting rods are enclosed to form a top frame.

A plurality of first connecting rods are rotatably connected to the first component; the first connecting rods are respectively hinged with the second connecting rods.

When the top frame is propped, the first component is lifted and pushed to the second component, and the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods rotate relatively; the first component and the second component are close to each other; and the locking piece of the second component is inserted into the first component and locked to restrict the relative motion of the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods.

Further, the locking piece on the second component comprises a straight rod having a spring pin; the straight rod can be inserted into the cavity body of the first component; and the spring pin is also clamped in the cavity body of the first component.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages that: the connection and disassembly of the first component and the second component are simple and quick in operation; the folding or unfolding of the folding tent umbrella frame is convenient; and the first component is simple in structure and convenient in production and assembling.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. Those skilled in the art will understand that the descriptions are only descriptive and exemplary, and shall not be interpreted to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that similar reference signs indicate similar items in the following drawings. Therefore, a certain item may not be further defined and explained in the subsequent drawings once defined in one drawing.

To conveniently and quickly build a rest area sheltered from the sun and rain in a trip or a working place for separating the site and sheltering from the sun and rain in a pitch, a user generally carries a tent that can be folded and transported.

The central position of a tent frame of the existing folding tent is generally locked in order to ensure the entire stability.

The present embodiment mainly illustrates a locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand with fewer components, simple structure and simple and quick assembling, and an umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent as follows.

As shown in FIGS. 1-5, a locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand and an umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent comprise the locking support, and a second component 2, first connecting rods 3 and second connecting rods 4 of the folding tent umbrella stand; and the locking support comprises a first component 1.

A plurality of second connecting rods 4 are rotatably connected to the second component 2; the plurality of second connecting rods 4 are enclosed to form a top frame; and, the second component 2 is provided with a locking piece which is used for connecting the first component 1.

Preferably, the locking piece comprises a straight rod 2-1 having a spring pin 2-2.

A plurality of first connecting rods 3 are rotatably connected to the first component 1, wherein one end of the first connecting rods 3 is rotatably connected to the first component 1 and the other end is, hinged, on the second connecting rods 4; and the first connecting rods 3 hinged with the first component 1 are positioned below the first component 1.

The first component 1 is provided with a holding part 1-1 for holding, and a cavity body 1-2 into which the straight rod 2-1 of the second component 2 is inserted; and a hole 1-5 is arranged on the side wall of the holding part 1-1 of the first component 1.

When the top frame is propped, the first component 1 is lifted and pushed upward to the second component 2; the straight rod 2-1 arranged on the locking piece of the second component 2 is inserted into the cavity body 1-2 of the first component 1 until the spring pin 2-2 on the straight rod 2-1 is clamped into the hole 1-5 on the side wall of the holding part 1-1 of the first component 1; and the spring pin 2-2 is matched with the hole 1-5 to restrict the first component 1 from separating from the second component 2 downwards.

To ensure that the spring pin 2-2 on the straight rod 2-1 does not influence the insertion when the straight rod 2-1 of the second component 2 is inserted into the cavity body 1-2 of the first component 1, a mouth of the cavity body 1-2 of the first component 1 is open.

The first component 1 is provided with a supporting part 1-3. When a user holds and lifts the supporting part 1-3 of the first component 1, the supporting part 1-3 is abutted against the first web of the hand; the holding part 1-1 is positioned at one side of the supporting part 1-3, and the other side of the supporting part 1-3 is provided with a plurality of rotating connection parts 1-9. The rotating connection parts 1-9 are hinged with the first connecting rods 3. Preferably, the holding part 1-1 is arranged below the supporting part 1-3, and the rotating connection parts 1-9 are arranged above the supporting part 1-3.

To ensure the stability of pushing the holding part 1-1 upwards, the outer size of the supporting part 1-3 of the first component 1 is larger than the outer size of the holding part 1-1. Preferably, the side of the supporting part 1-3 which faces the holding part 1-1 is a plane.

The holding part 1-1 of the first component 1 is provided with an integrally formed elastic connecting part 1-6; the side wall of the holding part 1-1 is provided with a concave part 1-8 which is depressed inwards for clamping the hole 1-5 of the spring pin 2-2 into the concave part 1-8; one end of the elastic connecting part 1-6 is connected with the holding part 1-1, and a button 1-7 is arranged inside the other end; and the button 1-7 is inserted into the hole 1-5 or reset as the elastic connecting part 1-6 is changed.

The elastic connecting part 1-6 is stressed and positioned in the concave part 1-8. The button 1-7 is inserted into the hole 1-5. The button 1-7 pushes out the spring pin 2-2 of the first component 1, so that no foreign object is clamped between the first component 1 and the second component 2 and the first component 1 and the second component 2 can be separated.

Preferably, one end of the elastic connecting part 1-6 connected with the button 1-7 is close to the supporting part 1-3, and one end of the elastic connecting part 1-6 connected to the holding part 1-1 is arranged away from the supporting part 1-3.

To ensure the comfort of holding the holding part 1-1, the outer edge of the holding part 1-1 is a curved surface.

A hook 1-4 for hanging objects can be arranged below the holding part 1-1 of the first component 1.

The first component 1 can comprise the supporting part 1-3 and the hook 1-4 which, are integrated, and the holding part 1-1 and the elastic connecting part 1-6 which are integrated. The rotating connection parts 1-9 and the hook 1-4 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the supporting part 1-3. The cavity body 1-2 of the first component 1 is communicated with the rotating connection parts 1-9 and the supporting part 1-3 and used to clamp the hole 1-5 of the spring pin 2-2 of the second component 2 to be positioned between the supporting part 1-3 and the hook 1-4.

The concave part 1-8 arranged on the holding part 1-1 is communicated with the inner cavity of the holding part 1-1. The holding part 1-1 is sheathed and installed below the supporting part 1-3. The hole 1-5 between the supporting part 1-3 and the hook 1-4 is positioned in the concave part 1-8 of the holding part 1-1; and the hook 1-4 integrally formed with the supporting part 1-3 is exposed from the lower part of the holding part 1-1.

The folding tent umbrella stand also comprises a side stand connecting mechanism. The side stand connecting mechanism is provided with a plurality of vertical columns 5, and a shear shank 12 is hinged between two adjacent vertical columns 5.

Each vertical column 5 is provided with a first connecting piece 6 and a second connecting piece 7. The first connecting piece 6 is fixed to an upper port of the vertical column 5, and the second connecting piece 7 is slidably installed on the vertical column 5.

The end parts of two hinging rods hinged crosswise on both ends of the shear shank 12 are respectively hinged on the first connecting piece 6 and the second connecting piece 7.

A plurality of second connecting rods 4 rotatably connected with the first component 1 are also rotatably connected to the first connecting pieces 6; and third connecting rods 8 are arranged and rotatably connected with the second connecting pieces 7 and the second connecting rods 4.

To ensure the overall height of the umbrella stand, telescopic rods 9 which can be telescopic up and down along the vertical columns 5 are arranged in the vertical columns 5 of the side stand connecting mechanism. A lower port of each vertical column 5 is provided with a locking sleeve 10 that restricts the expansion and contraction of the telescopic rods 9. Preferably, stand feet 11 are fixed to the lower ends of the telescopic rods 9.

It should be noted in the description of the present invention that terms such as “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “inner” and “outer” indicate direction or position relationships shown based on the drawings or direction or position relationships in which the product of the present invention is usually placed in use, and are only intended to facilitate the description of the present invention and the simplification of the description rather than to indicate or imply that the indicated device or element must have a specific direction or constructed and operated in a specific direction, and therefore, shall not be understood as a limitation to the present invention.

The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand and the umbrella stand for quick splicing of the folding tent provided by the present invention are described in detail above. Specific individual cases are applied herein for elaborating the principle and embodiments of the present invention. The illustration of the above embodiments is merely used for helping to understand the present invention and the core thought. It should be noted that for those ordinary skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made to the present invention without departing from the principles of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications shall also fall into the protection scope of claims of the present invention.

Claims

1. A locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand, comprising a first component installed on the folding tent umbrella stand, wherein the first component is rotatably connected with a plurality of connecting rods; the first component is provided with a holding part for holding; the first component is provided with a cavity body into which an additional locking piece is inserted; and when the first component moves, the connecting rods can be driven to move.

2. The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand according to claim 1, wherein the first component comprises a supporting part which is stressed in lifting; the holding part is positioned at one side of the supporting part; and the connecting rods are connected at the other side of the supporting part.

3. The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand according to claim 2, wherein the width size of the supporting part is larger than the width size of the holding part, and a side of the supporting part which faces the holding part is a plane.

4. The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand according to claim 1, wherein the outer edge of the holding part is a curved surface, and a hook is arranged below the holding part.

5. The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand according to claim 1, wherein a hole is arranged on the side wall of the holding part; the hole is communicated into the cavity body of the first component; the holding part is provided with an integrally formed elastic connecting part; one end of the elastic connecting part is provided with a button; and the button is inserted into the hole for pressing and resetting.

6. The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand according to claim 5, wherein the side wall of the holding part is provided with a concave part which is depressed inwards; the elastic connecting part is positioned in the concave part; and the hole is positioned in the concave part.

7. The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand according to claim 2, wherein one end of the elastic connecting part connected with the button is close to the supporting part, and the other end of the elastic connecting part is away from the supporting part.

8. The locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand according to claim 5, wherein one end of the elastic connecting part connected with the button is close to the supporting part, and the other end of the elastic connecting part is away from the supporting part.

9. A locking support of a folding tent umbrella stand, comprising a first component installed on the folding tent umbrella stand, wherein the first component comprises a holding part for holding, and a supporting part which is stressed in lifting; the holding part is arranged at one side of the supporting part; and a plurality of rotating connection parts of the connecting rods are arranged at the other side of the supporting part.

10. An umbrella stand for quick splicing of a folding tent, comprising the locking support of the folding tent umbrella stand of claim 1, a second component, first connecting rods, second connecting rods and a locking piece, wherein

a plurality of second connecting rods are rotatably connected to the second component; the second component is provided with the locking piece; the plurality of second connecting rods are enclosed to form a top frame;
a plurality of first connecting rods are rotatably connected to the first component; the first connecting rods are respectively hinged with the second connecting rods;
when the top frame is propped, the first component is lifted and pushed to the second component, and the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods rotate relatively; the first component and the second component are close to each other; and the locking piece of the second component is inserted into the first component and locked to restrict the relative motion of the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods.

11. The umbrella stand for quick splicing of the folding tent according to claim 10, wherein the locking piece on the second component comprises a straight rod having a spring pin; the straight rod can be inserted into the cavity body of the first component; and the spring pin is also clamped in the cavity body of the first component.
