A MAGNETIC PUMP WITH A SEALING STRUCTURE

The present invention provides a magnetic pump with a sealing structure, and belongs to the field of mechanical equipment. The magnetic pump includes a bearing housing, a pump cover, an external magnet, an internal magnet, and an isolation sleeve, the bearing housing is connected to the external magnet by using a drive shaft, the external magnet is sleeved outside the isolation sleeve, the isolation sleeve is sleeved outside the internal magnet, an end, distal from the external magnet, of the internal magnet is connected to a pump shaft, a support is disposed between the pump cover and the bearing housing, a sealing apparatus is disposed at a connection between the support and each of the pump cover and the bearing housing, and a magnetic sealing apparatus configured to prevent a medium in the support from leaking is disposed on the drive shaft. The magnetic pump has a plurality of sealing structures, which can completely prevent medium leakage when the isolation sleeve leaks. The magnetic pump has a good sealing effect and is suitable for large-scale industrial application.

Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The present invention relates to the field of mechanical equipment, and specifically, to a magnetic pump with a sealing structure.

BACKGROUND

The magnetic pump is also referred to as a magnetic drive pump, and mainly includes a pump cover, a magnetic driver, and a motor. The magnetic driver includes an external magnet, an internal magnet, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the external magnet to rotate, a magnetic field can pass through an air gap and a non-magnetic material to drive the internal magnet connected to an impeller to rotate synchronously, thereby implementing non-contact transmission of power and converting dynamic sealing into static sealing. Compared with a traditional mechanical sealing pump, the magnetic pump has better sealing characteristics and is widely used in key equipment for conveying flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and high-risk media, and precious liquids.

Use of the magnetic pump when the magnetic pump is empty-loaded, conveys media with granular impurities, or deviates from a flow point causes dry grinding and breakage to some components, and the media leaks from the pump cover, thereby causing environmental pollution and endangering personal safety.

SUMMARY

For disadvantages existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a magnetic pump with a sealing structure. The magnetic pump has a plurality of sealing structures, and can seal a medium in a pump cover when an isolation sleeve leaks, thereby preventing medium leakage.

To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention uses the following technical solutions for implementation: A magnetic pump with a sealing structure is provided, where the magnetic pump includes a bearing housing, a pump cover, an external magnet, an internal magnet, and an isolation sleeve, the bearing housing is connected to the external magnet by using a drive shaft, the external magnet is disposed outside the isolation sleeve, the isolation sleeve is sleeved outside the internal magnet, an end, distal from the external magnet, of the internal magnet is connected to a pump shaft, a support is disposed between the pump cover and the bearing housing, and a sealing apparatus is disposed at a connection between the support and each of the pump cover and the bearing housing. The support is added between the pump cover and the bearing housing, and can seal a medium in the support when the isolation sleeve leaks, thereby preventing medium leakage. The sealing apparatus is disposed at contact portions at two ends of the sealing support, so that a sealing effect of the support can be further enhanced.

Further, a magnetic sealing apparatus configured to prevent a medium in the support from leaking is disposed on the drive shaft. When the isolation sleeve leaks, some corrosive or granular media enter the bearing housing to corrode or block components, thereby playing a role of isolation and protection. When the magnetic sealing apparatus is configured for sealing, mounting is convenient and a sealing effect is desirable.

Further, the magnetic sealing apparatus is fixed on the bearing housing.

Further, the magnetic sealing apparatus includes a rotating seal ring, a stationary seal ring, a stationary seal ring O-shaped circle, a magnet, a rotating seal ring seat, a rotating seal ring O-shaped circle, and a compensation ring, the rotating seal ring is disposed on the rotating seal ring seat, the rotating seal ring O-shaped circle is disposed at a lower end of the rotating seal ring seat, the stationary seal ring is magnetically connected to the rotating seal ring, the magnet is disposed at a lower portion, proximal to the rotating seal ring seat, of the stationary seal ring, the stationary seal ring O-shaped circle is disposed at an upper end of the stationary seal ring, and the compensation ring is disposed between the rotating seal ring seat and the stationary seal ring, and is disposed proximal to the rotating seal ring. The stationary seal ring O-shaped circle plays a role of sealing the stationary seal ring, and the rotating seal ring O-shaped circle plays a role of sealing the rotating seal ring. The magnet is disposed to enable the rotating seal ring seat and a bottom portion of the stationary seal ring to be magnetically combined, so that the entire magnetic sealing apparatus has a better sealing effect. The compensation ring is disposed to form an elastic buffering effect between the stationary seal ring and the rotating seal ring seat, thereby further enhancing a sealing effect.

Further, the sealing apparatus is a sealing gasket or a sealing ring. The sealing gasket or the sealing ring described in this application is made of one of fluoroplastics, engineering plastics, fluororubber, engineering rubber, and graphite. The sealing gasket or the sealing ring has a good sealing effect. Raw materials have good corrosion resistance, a low price, and wide sources.

Beneficial effects: Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: For the magnetic pump with the sealing structure provided in the present invention, the support is disposed at contact positions between the pump cover and the bearing housing. When the isolation sleeve leaks, leakage of the medium can be prevented to seal the medium in the support. The sealing apparatus is disposed at a connection between two ends of the support and each of the pump cover and the bearing housing, thereby further enhancing a sealing effect. In addition, the magnetic sealing apparatus configured to prevent a medium in the support from leaking is disposed on the drive shaft, so that the medium can be prevented from flowing into the bearing housing to damage the components. The magnetic pump with the sealing structure provided in the present invention has a simple structure, a reasonable design, and the plurality of sealing structures, which can completely seal the medium in the support and prevent medium leakage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present invention is further described with reference to accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1, a magnetic pump with a sealing structure is provided, where the magnetic pump includes a bearing housing 1, a pump cover 2, an external magnet 3, an internal magnet 4, and an isolation sleeve 5, the bearing housing 1 is connected to the external magnet 3 by using a drive shaft 11, the external magnet 3 is disposed outside the isolation sleeve 5, the isolation sleeve 5 is sleeved outside the internal magnet 4, an end, distal from the external magnet 3, of the internal magnet 4 is connected to a pump shaft 7, a support 21 is disposed between the pump cover 2 and the bearing housing 1, and a sealing apparatus 22 is disposed at a connection between the support 21 and each of the pump cover 2 and the bearing housing 1.

The sealing apparatus 22 is a sealing gasket or a sealing ring.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 1, a magnetic pump with a sealing structure is provided, where the magnetic pump includes a bearing housing 1, a pump cover 2, an external magnet 3, an internal magnet 4, and an isolation sleeve 5, the bearing housing 1 is connected to the external magnet 3 by using a drive shaft 11, the external magnet 3 is disposed outside the isolation sleeve 5, the isolation sleeve 5 is sleeved outside the internal magnet 4, an end, distal from the external magnet 3, of the internal magnet 4 is connected to a pump shaft 7, a support 21 is disposed between the pump cover 2 and the bearing housing 1, and a sealing apparatus 22 is disposed at a connection between the support 21 and each of the pump cover 2 and the bearing housing 1. A magnetic sealing apparatus 6 configured to prevent a medium in the support from leaking is disposed on the drive shaft 11. The magnetic sealing apparatus 6 is fixed on the bearing housing 1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the magnetic sealing apparatus 6 includes a rotating seal ring 61, a stationary seal ring 62, a stationary seal ring O-shaped circle 63, a magnet 64, a rotating seal ring seat 65, a rotating seal ring O-shaped circle 66, and a compensation ring 67, the rotating seal ring 61 is disposed on the rotating seal ring seat 65, the rotating seal ring O-shaped circle 66 is disposed at a lower end of the rotating seal ring seat 65, the stationary seal ring 62 is magnetically connected to the rotating seal ring 61, the magnet 64 is disposed at a lower portion, proximal to the rotating seal ring seat 65, of the stationary seal ring 62, the stationary seal ring O-shaped circle 63 is disposed at an upper end of the stationary seal ring 62, and the compensation ring 67 is disposed between the rotating seal ring seat 65 and the stationary seal ring 62, and is disposed proximal to the rotating seal ring 61.

In addition, the sealing apparatus 22 is a sealing gasket or a sealing ring.

The foregoing is only several implementations of the present invention. It should be pointed out that, for those of ordinary skills in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention. These modifications should also be considered as falling into the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A magnetic pump with a sealing structure, wherein the magnetic pump comprises a bearing housing, a pump cover, an external magnet, an internal magnet, and an isolation sleeve, the bearing housing is connected to the external magnet by using a drive shaft (11), the external magnet is disposed outside the isolation sleeve, the isolation sleeve is sleeved outside the internal magnet, an end, distal from the external magnet, of the internal magnet is connected to a pump shaft, a support is disposed between the pump cover and the bearing housing, and a sealing apparatus is disposed at a connection between the support and each of the pump cover and the bearing housing.

2. The magnetic pump with the sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein a magnetic sealing apparatus configured to prevent a medium in the support from leaking is disposed on the drive shaft.

3. The magnetic pump with the sealing structure according to claim 2, wherein the magnetic sealing apparatus is fixed on the bearing housing.

The magnetic pump with the sealing structure according to claim 2, wherein the magnetic sealing apparatus comprises a rotating seal ring, a stationary seal ring, a stationary seal ring O-shaped circle, a magnet, a rotating seal ring seat, a rotating seal ring O-shaped circle, and a compensation ring, the rotating seal ringer is disposed on the rotating seal ring seat, the rotating seal ring O-shaped circle is disposed at a lower end of the rotating seal ring seat, the stationary seal ring is magnetically connected to the rotating seal ring, the magnet is disposed at a lower portion, proximal to the rotating seal ring seat, of the stationary seal ring, the stationary seal ring O-shaped circle is disposed at an upper end of the stationary seal ring, and the compensation ring is disposed between the rotating seal ring seat and the stationary seal ring, and is disposed proximal to the rotating seal ring.

5. The magnetic pump with the sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the sealing apparatus is a sealing gasket or a sealing ring.
