ANTI-THEFT CONTAINERS

Abstract

The present invention provides an anti-theft container having a body, a first cover, a second cover, a pulling structure, and an accommodating recess. The body comprising a convex fastening portion; the first cover comprising a plurality of first coupling portions and a tab; the second cover comprising a top, a bottom, a groove portion, a plurality of second coupling portions and a tear line; the tear line enclosing a shaped area along the second cover and the pulling structure is able to be randomly disposed within the circumferential region. When the convex fastening portion is inserted to the retaining groove portion relative to each other, the convex fastening portion is disabled to be separated from the retaining groove portion, an external force is required to be applied to the pulling structure in order to lift the pulling structure along with the circumferential region so as to be separated from the second cover. When the first cover combined with a plurality of the second coupling portions of the second cover through a plurality of the first coupling portions, the tab which needs to be applied to an external force in order to lift the first cover and separated from the second cover.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention

This invention is related to the construction of container and more particularly to a single-use, anti-theft container to prevent the container from being opened by thieves. And design the other container cover cloud be the reusable product.

Background Information

The formation of the industrial and commercial society has changed the eating habits of human beings, resulting in a significant increase in the population of fast-food junkie. Boxed meal or fast food is the most convenient way for a fast-food junkie to order takeout or food delivery.

In addition, due to the current global epidemic, not only the fast-food junkie but also other people have gradually relied on takeout or food delivery to reduce the risk of being infected. However, there have been a recent cases of food delivery person stealing food during the delivery, which not only causes losses and panic to consumers, but also affects the reputation of food catering service companies and restaurants.

Therefore, in order to increase the safety and convenience for consumers, delivery service companies and restaurants, many businesses have also improved and researched on many containers to make them more convenient for people. The prior art discloses an anti-opening container, the container with at least one identification assembly comprising a male fasten portion and a female fasten portion disposed on the container cover edge. The male fasten portion comprising a limit slot, an identification element and a tear line.

The identification element is disposed on the bottom of the male fasten portion, the tear line is disposed at the outer periphery of the identification element, the female fasten portion is disposed at the edge of the cover and against to the limit slot. In order to provide the container that can identify whether it has been opened or not. Although this prior art can be used to identify whether the container has been opened by others, the container with the tear line which is disposed at the bottom of the male fasten portion and along with the outer edge of the identification element. When restaurant's service staff pack the food in to the container or the delivery person delivers the container, the container may be impacted by external forces which encounters the tear line on the identification element will cause identification problem in the container. It will not only arouse consumers' suspicion that the food in the container has been eaten, but also directly affects the reputation of restaurants and food catering service companies. Therefore, the prior art has problems to be solved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the foregoing, and in order to solve the above problem, it is the principal object of the present invention to provide an anti-theft container that will overcome the defects in the prior art. The following technical solutions are exemplified by the embodiments of the present invention.

An anti-theft container, comprising a body comprising a convex fastening portion; a first cover comprising a plurality of first coupling portions and a tab; a second cover comprising a top, a bottom, a retaining groove portion, a plurality of second coupling portions, and a tear line, the tear line enclosing a circumferential region along the second cover; a pulling structure comprising a first groove, a second groove, and a pulling point, the pulling structure disposed at a point within the circumferential region; an accommodating recess located on top of the second cover to storing a tableware; and wherein the body and the second cover closely matched with each other, when the convex fastening portion is inserted to the retaining groove portion relative to each other, the convex fastening portion is disabled to be separated from the retaining groove portion, an external force is required to be applied to the pulling structure in order to lift the pulling structure along with the circumferential region so as to be separated from the second cover.

In one aspect of the present invention, when the first cover combined with a plurality of the second coupling portions of the second cover through a plurality of the first coupling portions, the tab which needs to be applied to an external force in order to lift the first cover and separated from the second cover.

By foregoing technical solutions of the present invention, the container cloud be used an external force to pull the pulling structure up by user's hand. In order to open the circumferential region and separated from the second cover and destroy the second cover. Not only providing consumers with peace of mind to enjoy the food in the food container, but also protecting restaurants and food ordering and delivery service companies by preventing who is intended to stealing food from the food container. Because the second cover is only for single use, in addition to the above, the present invention further provides a plurality of first coupling portions of the first cover in combination with a plurality of second coupling portion of the second cover to be a reusable container.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

In order to describe of the purpose, structural composition, applied technical features and their efficacy in further detail to achieve the embodiments of the present invention. Examples of embodiments are as follow.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, an anti-theft container 100 comprises a body 1, a first cover 2, a second cover 3, a pulling structure 4 and an accommodating recess 5. Each component is discussed in detail below.

As shown in FIG. 1, the body 1 comprises a convex fastening portion 11 which formed at the top of outer edge of the body 1. The accommodating space in the body 1 can be used to hold food. In this embodiment, the body shape is not limited.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 2, the first cover 2 comprises a plurality of first coupling portion 21 and a tab 22. The plurality of first coupling portions 21 are disposed at the edges of the first cover 2, also having a laterally raised shape at the edges of the first cover 2. And the first coupling portions 21 are separated by a certain distance. The tab 22 is shaped slightly like a tongue, which can be disposed in either side of the first cover 2.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 2, the second cover 3 comprises a top 31, a bottom 32 (not shown), a retaining groove portion 33, a plurality of second coupling portions 34, and a tear line 35. The retaining groove portion 33 is disposed at the edge of the second cover 3, also can be fastened together with the convex fastening portion 11 to form a fastening structure 6, and at the same time the body 1 and the second cover 3 can be tightly combined with each other. In other words, the fastening structure 6 of the present invention is designed to be a thiefproof structure. When the body 1 and the second cover 3 are closely matched with each other, the convex fastening portion 11 is inserted to the retaining groove portion 33 relative to each other. And the fastening structure 6 enables the body 1 to be tightly integrated with the second cover 3.

As shown in FIG. 2, The plurality of second coupling portions 34 are disposed at the outer edge of the tear line 35, also forming with a laterally recessed groove at the edge of the tear line 35, and the second coupling portions 34 are separated by a certain distance between two portions. The first coupling portion 21 is capable of binding with the second coupling portion 34 in a transverse direction.

The tear line 35 appears as a single dotted line and along with the second cover body 3. The tear line 35 is visible at the top 31 and bottom 32 of the second cover 3. In this embodiment, the design of the tear line is not limited. The tear line 35 encloses a circumferential region 36 along with the top 31 of the second cover 3. The circumferential region 36 is an area where the tear line 35 encloses on the second cover 3. Furthermore, the tear line 35 encloses the circumferential region 36 near the edge of the second cover 3, as to the circumferential region 36 is between the second cover 3 and the retaining groove portion 33. In this embodiment, the shape of the circumferential region is not limited.

The pulling structure 4 comprises a first groove 41, a second groove 42, and a pulling protrusion 43. The first groove 41 and the second groove 42 are formed and projected from a concave interior of the top 31 of the second cover 3 to a projection of the second cover bottom 32. In this embodiment, the first and second recesses are not limited to the disclosed forms in shape, and the projection may be semi-circular or semi-oval in shape.

As shown in FIGS. 3C to 4, when the first cover 2 is combined with a plurality of second coupling portions 34 of the second cover 3 through a plurality of first coupling portions 21. The first cover 2 is able to cover an opening caused by a damaged second cover 3. This allows the user temporarily to stop eating the food in the container, while the first cover 2 will protects the food from outside dust and insects. If the user wants to open the first cover 2, an external force may be applied to the tab 22 to pull the first cover 2 up so as to separate the first cover 2 from the second cover 3. Not only the first cover 2 is combined with a plurality of second coupling portions 34 of the second cover 3 through a plurality of first coupling portions 21 of method cloud prevents the food in the container from dust or insects, but also makes it to be a reusable container.

As shown in FIG. 1, the accommodating recess 5 is not limited in its shape, which is arranged on top 31 of the second cover 3 to storing a tableware. The accommodating recess 5 is able to be randomly arranged within the circumferential region.

Claims

1. An anti-theft container, comprising:

a body comprising a convex fastening portion;

a first cover comprising a plurality of first coupling portions and a tab;

a second cover comprising a top, a bottom, a retaining groove portion, a plurality of second coupling portions, and a tear line, the tear line enclosing a circumferential region along the second cover;

a pulling structure comprising a first groove, a second groove, and a pulling point, the pulling structure disposed at a point within the circumferential region;

an accommodating recess arranged on top of the second cover to storing a tableware; and

wherein the body and the second cover closely matched with each other, when the convex fastening portion is inserted to the retaining groove portion relative to each other, the convex fastening portion is disabled to be separated from the retaining groove portion, an external force is required to be applied to the pulling structure in order to lift the pulling structure along with the circumferential region so as to be separated from the second cover.

2. The anti-theft container of claim 1, wherein the convex fastening portion forms the edge of the body, the retaining groove portion forms the edge of the second cover; and both of which could be closely fastened to each other to form a fastening structure.

3. The anti-theft container of claim 1, wherein the accommodating recess is able to be randomly arranged within the circumferential region.

4. The anti-theft container of claim 1, when the first cover is combined with a plurality of the second coupling portions of the second cover through a plurality of the first coupling portions, the tab is required to be applied with an external force in order to lift the first cover and be separated from the second cover.
