A shoe heel protector includes a sheet body including a heel portion and two wing portions connected to opposing left and right ends of the heel portion and facing each other, and a plurality of elastic bumps bilaterally symmetrically arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the sheet body to provide a stable elastic support effect on the heel, so as to achieve the effect of improving wearing comfort.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to shoe technology and more particularly, to a shoe heel protector that can stably support the heel.

2. Description of the Related Art

When a consumer buys a more suitable shoe, the heel usually directly contacts the entire inner surface of the heel of the shoe, which makes the consumer less comfortable to wear. Even during walking, due to repeated friction with the heel of the shoe, blisters or broken skin appear on the heel, which seriously affects wearing comfort. However, if you choose a looser shoe, although you can avoid the friction of the heel directly with the heel of the shoe, it may be in the dilemma of loose shoes when walking or running because of insufficient fit.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view. It is the main object of the present invention to provide a shoe heel protector, which can stably support the heel and improve wearing comfort.

To achieve this and other objects of the present invention, a shoe heel protector comprises a sheet body and a plurality of elastic bumps. The sheet body comprises a heel portion and two wing portions. The two wing portions are connected to opposing left and right ends of the heel portion and face each other. In addition, the sheet body defines an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface. The elastic bumps are bilaterally symmetrically arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the sheet body.

Preferably, the elastic bumps include two first elastic bumps and two second elastic bumps. The two first elastic bumps are located on the inner peripheral surface of the heel portion. The two second elastic bumps are respectively located on the inner circumferential surface of the two wing portions.

Preferably, the heel portion has a transverse edge and two first oblique edges provided at a top side thereof The two first oblique edges have a respective top end thereof respectively and integrally connected to opposing left and right ends of the transverse edge. The two first oblique edges are bilaterally symmetric to the transverse edge. Each wing portion has a second oblique edge provided at a top side thereof. The tilt direction of each second oblique edge is opposite to the tilt direction of each first oblique edge. The second oblique edge of each wing portion has a bottom end thereof connected to a bottom end of one respective first oblique edge. The two first elastic bumps are located below the two first oblique edges and extend along the oblique direction of the two first oblique edges. The two second elastic bumps are located below the two second oblique edges and extend along the oblique direction of the two second oblique edges.

Preferably, the length of each first elastic bump is smaller than the length of each second elastic bump.

Preferably, each first elastic bump and each second elastic bump have an egg shape.

Preferably, the sheet body further comprises a plurality of pyramid-shaped convex portions located on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and the pyramid-shaped convex portions are arranged bilaterally symmetrically.

The detailed structure, characteristics, assembly or use of the shoe heel protector provided by the present invention will be described in the subsequent detailed description of the preferred embodiment. However, those with ordinary skill in the art should be able to understand that the description and the specific example listed in the preferred embodiment of the present invention are only used to illustrate the present invention, not to limit the scope of patent applications for the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The applicant first states here that in the entire specification, including the preferred embodiment described below and the claims in the scope of patent application, the directional terms are based on the directions in the drawings. In the preferred embodiment and drawings, the same element numbers represent the same or similar elements or their structural features.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 6, a shoe heel protector 10 in accordance with the present invention is connected to the rear end of a shoe body 12 and corresponds to the heel 14 of the user. Referring also to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the shoe heel protector 10 comprises a sheet body 20 and a plurality of elastic bumps 52,54.

The sheet body 20 is made of a foamed material, comprising a heel portion 30 and two wing portions 40. The two wing portions 40 are integrally connected to the left and right ends of the heel portion 30 and face each other. Referring also to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the heel portion 30 has a transverse edge 31 and two first oblique edges 32 provided at a top side thereof The two first oblique edges 32 have a respective top end thereof respectively and integrally connected to opposing left and right ends of the transverse edge 31. The two first oblique edges 32 are bilaterally symmetric to the transverse edge 31. Each wing portion 40 has a second oblique edge 41 provided at a top side thereof. The tilt direction of each second oblique edge 41 is opposite to the tilt direction of each first oblique edge 32. Furthermore, the second oblique edge 41 of each wing portion 40 has a bottom end thereof connected to a bottom end of one respective first oblique edge 32. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2-4, the sheet body 20 further comprises a plurality of pyramid-shaped convex portions 50 arranged in a symmetrical manner (11 in this embodiment, but not limited to this). Most of the pyramid-shaped convex portions 50 are distributed on the outer circumferential surface 34 of the heel portion 30, and a small portion of the pyramid-shaped convex portions 50 are distributed on the outer circumferential surface 43 of the two wing portions 40.

The elastic bumps 52, 54 are made of a foamed material. There are a total of four elastic bumps in this embodiment, two first elastic bumps 52 and two second elastic bumps 54, respectively. As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the two first elastic bumps 52 protrude integrally from the inner peripheral surface 33 of the heel portion 30 and are located below the two first oblique edges 32 and extend along the oblique direction of the two first oblique edges 32, and, the two second elastic bumps 54 protrude integrally from the inner circumferential surface 42 of the two wing portions 40 in a one-to-one manner and are located below the two second oblique edges 41 and extend along the oblique direction of the two second oblique edges 41. In this way, the two first elastic bumps 52 are presented in a bilaterally symmetrical manner, and the two second elastic bumps 54 are also presented in a bilaterally symmetrical manner. In addition, each first elastic bump 52 and each second elastic bump 54 have an egg shape with a narrow upper and a wide lower, and the length of each first elastic bump 52 is smaller than the length of each second elastic bump 54.

As can be seen from the above, the shoe heel protector 10 of the present invention uses multiple elastic bumps 52, 54 arranged in a symmetrical manner to provide a stable elastic support effect on the heel 14 (as shown in FIG. 6), in order to achieve the purpose of improving wearing comfort. However, the last thing to add is that the number of elastic bumps is not limited to four, as long as at least two are set in a symmetrical manner.

Claims

1. A shoe heel protector, comprising:

a sheet body comprising a heel portion and two wing portions, said two wing portions being connected to opposing left and right ends of said heel portion and facing each other, said sheet body defining an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface; and
a plurality of elastic bumps bilaterally symmetrically arranged on said inner circumferential surface of said sheet body.

The shoe heel protector as claimed in claim 1, wherein said elastic bumps include two first elastic bumps and two second elastic bumps, said two first elastic bumps being located on the inner peripheral surface of said heel portion, said two second elastic bumps being respectively located on the inner circumferential surface of said two wing portions.

The shoe heel protector as claimed in claim 2, wherein said heel portion has a transverse edge and two first oblique edges provided at a top side thereof, said two first oblique edges having a respective top end thereof respectively and integrally connected to opposing left and right ends of said transverse edge, said two first oblique edges being bilaterally symmetric to said transverse edge, each said wing portion having a second oblique edge provided at a top side thereof, the tilt direction of each said second oblique edge being opposite to the tilt direction of each said first oblique edge, said second oblique edge of each said wing portion having a bottom end thereof connected to a bottom end of one respective said first oblique edge; said two first elastic bumps are located below said two first oblique edges and extend along the oblique direction of said two first oblique edges, and said two second elastic bumps are located below said two second oblique edges and extend along the oblique direction of said two second oblique edges.

4. The shoe heel protector as claimed in claim 3, wherein the length of each said first elastic bump is smaller than the length of each said second elastic bump.

5. The shoe heel protector as claimed in claim 2, wherein each said first elastic bump and each said second elastic bump have an egg shape.

6. The shoe heel protector as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sheet body further comprises a plurality of pyramid-shaped convex portions located on the outer circumferential surface thereof.

7. The shoe heel protector as claimed in claim 6, wherein said pyramid-shaped convex portions are arranged bilaterally symmetrically.

8. The shoe heel protector as claimed in claim 1, wherein each said elastic bump has an egg shape.
