The Utility Model discloses a reinforced sealing barrel cover.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

In order to facilitate the automatic production of barrel cover and barrel body, the combination of barrel cover and barrel has changed. More automatic production lines are provided with a first clamping strip at the barrel rim and a second clamping strip on the barrel cover, and the first clamping strip is clamped into the second clamping strip by mechanically forcing the barrel cover and the barrel body. Thus, the barrel cover is combined with the barrel body.

Obviously, this combination way meets the needs in general technical fields, but it is far beyond the technical fields with sealing requirements. Although the barrel cover is combined with the barrel rim, it can only prevent the problem of falling easily. When the size difference between the barrel cover and the barrel rim is within the allowable range, the barrel cover can shake downwards relative to the barrel rim, and when the gap is exposed due to the relative movement of the second clamping strip and the first clamping strip, water can leak from the gap, and bacteria can enter and exit from the gap.

CONTENT OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Due to the above technical problems in the prior art, the application provides a reinforced sealing barrel cover, which aims to overcome the problem that the sealing of the prior barrel cover cannot be realized under the condition of maintaining the structural advantages of the prior barrel cover and the barrel body.

In order to achieve the above technical purpose, the application adopts the following technical solution:

A reinforced sealing barrel cover, comprising a flip barrel cover and a cover body. A clamping strip is extruded around the inner wall of the cover body, a sealing strip is set around the inner side of the cover body and above the clamping strip, and when the cover body and the barrel rim are pressed together, the sealing strip is tightly attached to the outer side of the barrel rim.

Preferably, the number of the sealing strips is 1 to 12.

Preferably, the sealing strip is integrated from the cover body.

Due to the above-mentioned technical solution, the reinforced sealing barrel cover can realize the sealing connection between the barrel cover and the barrel body under the condition of maintaining the structural advantages of the existing barrel cover and the barrel body, and can meet the sealing requirements during repeated use.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

In the following, the technical solution of the Utility Model will be further explained in detail through examples and with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the reinforced seal type barrel cover of the present application includes a flip barrel cover 1 and a cover body 2. A clamping strip 3 is extruded around the inner wall of the cover body 2, and the clamping strip is used to be clamped with the clamping strip at the barrel rim through the mechanical pressure on the production line. Besides, a sealing strip 4 is set around the inner side of the cover body 2 and above the clamping strip 3, and the number of the sealing strip 4 is not limited, preferably, 1-12. When the cover body and the barrel rim are pressed together, the sealing strip 4 is tightly attached to the outer side of the barrel rim so as to solve the sealing and anti-leaking problems. When the cover body has a certain allowance range from the barrel rim, the sealing strip 4 is tightly attached to the outer four walls of the barrel rim without leaving any gap, thus preventing the loss of water or the invasion of bacteria.

The sealing strip 4 of the application can be integrated from the cover body, and is firmly attached to the outer four walls of the barrel mouth through the elastic force of plastic materials. The sealing strip 4 and the cover body are integrally formed of the same material, which is beneficial to the reuse of the barrel cover and the sealing performance is not reduced.

The reinforced sealing barrel cover in this application can realize the sealing of the barrel cover and the barrel body under the condition of maintaining the structural advantages of the existing barrel cover and the barrel body.

A reinforced sealing barrel cover, comprising a flip barrel cover and a cover body, a clamping strip is extruded around the inner wall of the cover body, a sealing strip is set around the inner side of the cover body and above the clamping strip, and when the cover body and the barrel rim are pressed together, the sealing strip is tightly attached to the outer side of the barrel rim.

2. The reinforced sealing barrel cover according to claim 1, wherein the number of the sealing strip is 1 to 12.

3. The reinforced sealing barrel cover according to claim 1, wherein the sealing strip is integrated from the cover body.
