The present invention discloses an advance assembly of footwear which combine the exercising, comfort and grip level of sneakers and slides/sandals. One aspect of the present invention is keeping the focus of comfort of person wearing footwear being able to move heels and toes freely avoids cramps, discomfort and other aspect is to keep the feet remain gripped thus allowing all type of movements and activities.

Description
BACKGROUND Field of the Invention

The disclosure relates generally to footwear, and more particularly relates to a footwear which incorporates a blend between sneakers and slides/sandals allowing feet to be comfortable and relaxed.

Description of the Related Art

Articles of footwear can generally be described as having two primary elements, an upper for enclosing the wearer's foot, and a sole structure attached to the upper. The upper generally extends over the toe and instep areas of the foot, along the medial and lateral sides of the foot and around the back of the heel. The sole structure may include an insole, a midsole, and an outsole. The insole is in close contact with the wearer's foot or sock, and provides a comfortable feel to the sole of the wearer's foot. The midsole generally attenuates impact or other stresses due to ground forces as the wearer is walking, running, jumping, or engaging in other activities. The outsole generally carries a tread pattern to ensure a firm contact with the ground or playing surface. For some activities, the outsole may also use cleats, spikes or other protrusions to engage the ground or playing surface and thus provide additional traction.

There are multiple inventions that have been seen in prior art. For instance, Article of footwear with lightweight sole assembly bearing U.S. Pat. No. 8,809,408B2 is issued to Nike Inc. The patent is on an article of footwear includes an upper and a sole assembly secured to the upper. The sole assembly includes a first portion having a lower ground engaging surface, an upper surface, and a recess formed in the upper surface. The upper surface of the first portion is in contact with the upper. A second portion is seated in the recess in the first portion and has an upper surface, with the upper surface of the second portion being in contact with the upper. The second portion comprises a foam material having a density less than 0.25 g/cm3.

Another invention on Article of footwear for sand sports bearing U.S. Pat. No. 7,082,703B2 is issued to Nike Inc. The patent is on an article of footwear for sand sports includes an outsole and an upper secured to the outsole. The upper has a first toe pocket configured to receive a big toe of a user and a second toe pocket configured to receive at least some of the remaining toes of the user. A wrap extends around a midfoot portion of the outsole and the upper, and around a heel portion of the upper. A plurality of cleats may be secured to a lower surface of the outsole.

Another invention on Lightweight and flexible article of footwear bearing U.S. Pat. No. 8,458,928B2 is issued to Nike Inc. The patent is on an article of footwear with an outer member including slots that increase flexibility is disclosed. The outer member also includes an inner plate including a set of protective strips. The inner plate is disposed along an inner surface of the outer member so that the protective strips are aligned with and cover the slots in the outer member.

A Ground-Engaging Structures for Articles of Footwear bearing US patent 2,018,0206599A1 is issued to Nike Inc. The patent is on a ground-engaging components for articles of footwear include: (a) an outer perimeter boundary rim that at least partially defines an outer perimeter of the ground-engaging component; and (b) an inner perimeter boundary rim that at least partially defines an inner perimeter of the ground-engaging component, wherein an open space is defined between a lateral side portion of the inner perimeter boundary rim and a medial side portion of the inner perimeter boundary rim.

Another patent on Footwear having sensor system bearing U.S. Pat. No. 9,924,760B2 is issued to Nike Inc. The patent is on an article of footwear includes an upper member and a sole structure, with a sensor system connected to the sole structure. The sensor system includes a plurality of sensors that are configured for detecting forces exerted by a user's foot on the sensor. The sensor system also includes a port that is configured to receive a module to place the module in communication with the sensors. The port includes a housing with a chamber configured to receive the module and an interface engaged with the housing and having at least one electrical contact exposed to the chamber. Additional retaining structure and interface structure may be included.

Another patent on Footwear with improved sole assembly bearing U.S. Pat. No. 9,072,336B2 is issued to Salomon SAS. The patent is on an article of footwear, including a sole assembly and an upper, the article of footwear extending lengthwise from a rear end to a front end, widthwise between a lateral side and a medial side, and heightwise from the outer sole assembly to an upper end, the article of footwear including a first fitting element as well as a second fitting element. The first fitting element includes a first envelope and a first sole of the strobel type, the first envelope being fixed to the first strobel sole at least with stitching. The second fitting element includes a second envelope and a second sole of the strobel type, the second envelope being fixed to the second strobel sole at least with stitching.

Another Intelligent footwear system bearing U.S. Pat. No. 8,056,268B2 is issued to Adidas International Marketing BV. The patent is on an intelligent system for articles of footwear that adjust automatically in response to a measured performance characteristic. The intelligent systems include one or more adjustable elements coupled to a mechanism that actuates the adjustable elements in response to a signal from a sensor to modify the performance characteristic of the article of footwear. The intelligent system adjusts the performance characteristics of the article of footwear without human intervention.

There are multiple solutions that have been presented in prior art. However, these solutions are limited and restricted to their conventional architecture, ease of wearing and have considerable shortcomings which adversely affect the convenience and comfort with which they can be used. The prior systems have certain limitations including the design of assemblies which make them not suitable for every type of user. Moreover, the ease of use ability of these assemblies is also questionable.

Looking at the prior art in similar field, these solutions are found to be limited and restricted to their conventional methodologies and techniques. Therefore, an assembly is required which is a right blend between sneakers and sandals allowing to enhance the ease of wearing them, enhanced level of comfort and stability for daily routine, is desirable. The prior art has not successfully addressed these deficiencies.

None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.

SUMMARY

In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.

The primary desirable object of the present invention is to provide a novel and improved form of footwear assembly which incorporates a blend between sneakers and slides/sandals.

It is also a primary object of the invention to provide a comfortable footwear which allows comfort of sneakers as the grip remains strong and avoids cramps and discomfort to.

Another object of the invention is to provide a foot wear with enhanced design where it keep the feet stable and avoids causing injury.

It is also the object of the invention to provide an ease of use where the user can easily wear the show by simply sliding in.

It is further the objective of the invention to provide a footwear which is made of lightweight sole assembly. This allows the footwear to be highly responsive while reducing the weight of the footwear, thereby improving performance and comfort.

Yet another object is to provide an improved assembly which simplifies the shoe manufacturing process and lowers the production costs.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a new and improved assembly which is of a durable and reliable construction.

The invention has a further object to provide user with aesthetic satisfaction by showcasing a beautiful and smart design of footwear.

Still yet another object of the present invention is to provide a new and improved blend between sneakers and slides/sandals which provides in the apparatuses and methods of the prior art some of the advantages thereof, while simultaneously overcoming some of the disadvantages normally associated therewith.

The present invention is directed to an assembly which provides a combination of sneaker and slides/sandals enhancing the comfort and grip level of footwear article.

The footwear assembly as per its preferred embodiments consist of three parts including an upper, midsole, outsole. The upper is only connected to the slide/sandal (sole) by the balls of the feet. The rest of the upper is not attached to the slide/sandal allowing the heels and toes to move freely.

The footwear allows person wearing footwear to move feet freely without shoe/footwear falling off. Upper part of footwear is attached only at balls of feet while the rest of the upper part is not attached to the slide/sandals/sole part of the footwear making it possible for person wearing to move toes and heels freely.

The present invention may be embodied in various forms. The footwear may be any suitable footwear such as running shoes or basketball shoes where light weight, high bouncing, properties are desired. Running shoes, for example, can be made that are less than half the weight of other conventional running shoes. It can also be used as a casual wear shoes where it can wear easily, and the feet have also space of breathing and moving.

The assembly as per its further embodiments consist of camo structured knit (1) and thick rib knit elastic (2) to provide maximum support to user. The upper strap (3) which is rubber with soft-touch-finish and also has debossed dots (4).

The assembly of footwear also includes PU leather footbed with grain leather texture (5), 1 mm embossed stitching imitation (6), a rubber outsole (7) and rubberized dipping/print (8) at bottom.

The sole structure of proposed footwear generally exhibits a layered configuration that may include a comfort-enhancing insole, a resilient midsole formed from a polymer foam material, and a ground-contacting outsole that provides both abrasion-resistance and traction. The midsole is the primary sole structure element that imparts cushioning and controls foot motions. Suitable polymer foam materials for the midsole include ethylvinylacetate or polyurethane, which compress resiliently under an applied load to attenuate ground reaction forces created by the impacts of running and jumping.

While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many variations are possible. With time, additional features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used.

1: A footwear article which is cross of sneakers and slides/sandals comprising;

a camo structured knit (1);
thick rib knit elastic (2) to provide maximum support to user;
an upper strap (3) which is rubber with soft touch finish;
debossed dots on upper strap (4);
PU leather footbed with grain leather texture (5);
1 mm embossed stitching imitation (6);
rubber outsole (7) and;
rubberized dipping/print (8) at bottom.

2: An enhanced footwear assembly is designed in such a way that it provides maximum comfort to wearer's feet and allows person to move feet freely without shoe/footwear falling off.
