A cleaning wipe holding apparatus suited for hoisting cleaning wipes along a wall or any suitable vertical surface is presented. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus contains a mounting bracket, at least one mounting element, and a fastening element. The mounting bracket contains a mounting surface and a fastening surface. The mounting surface traverses along the mounting bracket. The fastening surface traverses along the mounting bracket, opposite to the mounting surface. The at least one mounting element is distributed about the mounting surface. The fastening element is connected adjacent to the fastening surface.

Description

The current application claims a priority to the U.S. Provisional Patent application Ser. No. 63/027,830 filed on May 20, 2020.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention generally relates to a mounting system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a holder for a box of rags.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A wall mounting device that can hold boxes is in demand. People, especially when doing laundry or organizing their garages, need an easily accessible location to keep rags and accessories organized, allowing them to keep their laundry or garage spaces clean. In a laundry area, for example, many items may be found, including clothing, detergent, and laundry containers, and boxes of rags may be scattered around such an area, unorganized. In addition, storage areas in a laundry room or a garage can become disorganized and cluttered as items accumulate. As a result, items within a disorganized laundry room or disorganized storage area can be difficult to find when needed and can frequently be damaged or broken upon contacting other items or being stepped on.

Companies have attempted to manufacture various storage organizers, including racks, shelves, and drawers. However, such organizers have numerous drawbacks. Items stored in them frequently become cluttered and disheveled on the shelves or racks themselves. In addition, such organizers' structural designs make them difficult to install. Some organizers are designed to conceal the items being stored in such a way that the items can be dislodged or damaged when a user attempts to view and identify the stored items. Other organizers' structural design increases aesthetic appeal at the expense of stability, simplicity, and affordability. Accordingly, there is a need for a device that solves these problems.

The present invention is intended to address problems associated with and/or otherwise improve on conventional devices through an innovative holding device whose structure is simple and lightweight and that is easy to install while incorporating other problem-solving features.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is a cleaning wipe holding apparatus suited for hoisting cleaning wipes along a wall or any suitable vertical surface. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus comprises a mounting bracket, at least one mounting element, and a fastening element. The mounting bracket comprises a mounting surface and a fastening surface. The mounting surface traverses along the mounting bracket. The fastening surface traverses along the mounting bracket, opposite to the mounting surface. The at least one mounting element is distributed about the mounting surface. The fastening element is connected adjacent to the fastening surface.

 DETAIL DESCRIPTIONS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is to be described in detail and is provided in a manner that establishes a thorough understanding of the present invention. There may be aspects of the present invention that may be practiced or utilized without the implementation of some features as they are described. It should be understood that some details have not been described in detail in order to not unnecessarily obscure focus of the invention. In reference to FIGS. 1-4, the present invention is a cleaning wipe holding apparatus 1 suited for hoisting cleaning wipes 2 along a wall or any suitable vertical surface. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus 1 comprises a mounting bracket 11, at least one mounting element 13, and a fastening element 14, as shown in FIGS. 1-4. In reference to FIGS. 2-5, the mounting bracket 11 comprises a mounting surface 111 and a fastening surface 112. The mounting surface 111 traverses along the mounting bracket 11. The fastening surface 112 traverses along the mounting bracket 11, opposite to the mounting surface 111. The at least one mounting element 13 is distributed about the mounting surface 111. The fastening element 14 is connected adjacent to the fastening surface 112. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket 11 is made out of any suitable material such as, but not limited to steel, aluminum, polymer, wood, or any other suitable material. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket 11 may take form of any size that accommodates any size of cleaning wipe 2. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the at least one mounting element 13 may take the form of wall mounting implements, such as, but not limited to screws, bolts, hooks, adhesive, or any other type of mounting implement. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fastening element 14 may take the form of a fastening implement that holds cleaning wipes 2 along the fastening surface 112, such as, but not limited to belts, clips, nets, or any other suitable type of fastening implement.

In reference to FIGS. 2-5, the mounting bracket 11 further comprises a mounting panel 113 and a base panel 114. The base panel 114 is connected perpendicular to the mounting panel 113. The mounting surface 111 traverses along the mounting panel 113. The fastening surface 112 traverses along the mounting panel 113, opposite to the mounting surface 111. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting panel 113 serves as the panel to mount the mounting bracket 11 to the wall. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base panel 114 serves as the panel to secure and support the cleaning wipes 2 fastened along the mounting panel 113.

In reference to FIGS. 2-5, the mounting bracket 11 further comprises at least one mounting slot 115. The at least one mounting slot 115 traverses through the mounting bracket 11. The at least one mounting slot 115 is distributed about the mounting bracket 11. The fastening element 14 traverses along the at least one mounting slot 115. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket 11 further comprises a first mounting slot 116 and a second mounting slot 117. The first mounting slot 116 and the second mounting slot 117 is horizontally distributed about the mounting bracket 11. The first mounting slot 116 and the second mounting slot 117 traverses through the mounting bracket 11. The fastening element 14 traverses through the first mounting slot 116 and the second mounting slot 117.

In reference to FIGS. 2-5, the mounting bracket 11 further comprises at least one mounting aperture 118. The at least one mounting aperture 118 traverses through the mounting bracket 11. The at least one mounting aperture 118 is distributed about the mounting bracket 11. Each of the at least one mounting element 13 is distributed about each of the at least one mounting aperture 118. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket 11 further comprises a first mounting aperture 119 and a second mounting aperture 121. The first mounting aperture 119 and the second mounting aperture 121 traverses through the mounting bracket 11. The first mounting aperture 119 and the second mounting aperture 121 is vertically distributed about the mounting bracket 11. Each of the at least one mounting element 13 is distributed about each of the at least one mounting aperture 118.

In reference to FIGS. 1-4, and 6, the fastening element 14 comprises a strap body 141, a first end 142, a second end 143, and a connection element 144. The strap body 141 is connected adjacent to the fastening surface 112. The first end 142 and the second end 143 are positioned terminally opposite to each other along the strap body 141. The first end 142 and the second end 143 are removably attached to each other through the connection element 144. The strap body 141 traverses along the at least one mounting slot 115. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the strap body 141 traverses through the first mounting slot 116 and the second mounting slot 117. The first end 142 and the second end 143 are positioned terminally opposite to each other along the strap body 141. The first end 142 and the second end 143 are removably attached to each other through the connection element 144.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the strap body 141 is connected adjacent to the fastening surface 112. The connection element 144 further comprises a first connector 145, a second connector 146, and an adjustment element 147. The first connector 145 is connected adjacent to the first end 142. The second connector 146 is positioned adjacent to the first connector 145, opposite to the first end 142. The adjustment element 147 is connected adjacent to the second end 143. The second end 143 traverses through the adjustment element 147, where the first end 142 is configured to adjust the strap body 141 in length in a taut configuration. The first connector 145 is removably attached to the second connector 146, where the first connector 145 is configured to connect the first end 142 to the second end 143 in a strapped configuration. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first connector 145 and the second connector 146 may take the form of a hook and loop fastener implement but may take form of any other suitable fastener implement, such as, but not limited to buttons, locking tabs, ties, or any other suitable fastener implement. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adjustment element 147 may take the form of a buckle type adjustment implement but may take the form of any other suitable adjustment implement.

In reference to FIGS. 1-4, the cleaning wipe holding apparatus 1 further comprises a cleaning wipe receptacle 15. The cleaning wipe receptacle 15 comprises a receptacle cavity 151, a cap 152, and a wipe slot 153. The cleaning wipe receptacle 15 is removably attached along the fastening surface 112 through the fastening element 14. The receptacle cavity 151 traverses within the cleaning wipe receptacle 15. The wipe slot 153 traverses through the cleaning wipe receptacle 15. The cap 152 is connected adjacent to the receptacle cavity 151. The cleaning wipe receptacle 15 serves as an integrated dispenser unit that allows a user to place a roll of cleaning wipes 2 in the receptacle cavity 151 and feed the wipes through the wipe slot 153. In another embodiment, the cleaning wipe holding apparatus 1 further comprises a lamp 16, as shown in FIG. 1. The lamp 16 is connected adjacent to the mounting bracket 11. The lamp 16 serves as an illumination element that allows the user to see the cleaning wipes 2 in dim areas.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

Claims

1. A cleaning wipe holding apparatus comprising:

a mounting bracket;
at least one mounting element;
a fastening element;
the mounting bracket comprising a mounting surface and a fastening surface;
the mounting surface traversing along the mounting bracket;
the fastening surface traversing along the mounting bracket, opposite to the mounting surface;
the at least one mounting element being distributed about the mounting surface; and
the fastening element being connected adjacent to the fastening surface.

2. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the mounting bracket further comprising a mounting panel and a base panel;
the base panel being connected perpendicular to the mounting panel;
the mounting surface traversing along the mounting panel; and
the fastening surface traversing along the mounting panel, opposite to the mounting surface;

3. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the mounting bracket further comprising at least one mounting slot;
the at least one mounting slot traversing through the mounting bracket;
the at least one mounting slot being distributed about the mounting bracket; and
the fastening element traversing along the at least one mounting slot.

4. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the mounting bracket further comprising a first mounting slot and a second mounting slot;
the first mounting slot and the second mounting slot being horizontally distributed about the mounting bracket;
the first mounting slot and the second mounting slot traversing through the mounting bracket; and
the fastening element traversing through the first mounting slot and the second mounting slot.

5. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the mounting bracket further comprising at least one mounting aperture;
the at least one mounting aperture traversing through the mounting bracket;
the at least one mounting aperture being distributed about the mounting bracket; and
each of the at least one mounting element being distributed about each of the at least one mounting aperture.

6. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the mounting bracket further comprising a first mounting aperture and a second mounting aperture;
the first mounting aperture and the second mounting aperture traversing through the mounting bracket;
the first mounting aperture and the second mounting aperture being vertically distributed about the mounting bracket; and
each of the at least one mounting element being distributed about each of the at least one mounting aperture.

7. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the fastening element comprising a strap body, a first end, a connection element, and a second end;
the strap body being connected adjacent to the fastening surface;
the first end and the second end being positioned terminally opposite to each other along the strap body; and
the first end and the second end being removably attached to each other through the connection element.

8. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the fastening element comprising a strap body, a first end, a connection element, and a second end;
the mounting bracket further comprising at least one mounting slot;
the at least one mounting slot distributed about the mounting bracket;
the at least one mounting slot traversing through the mounting bracket;
the strap body traversing along the at least one mounting slot the first end and the second end being positioned terminally opposite to each other along the strap body; and
the first end and the second end being removably attached to each other through the connection element.

9. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the fastening element comprising a strap body, a first end, a connection element, and a second end;
the mounting bracket further comprising a first mounting slot and a second mounting slot;
the first mounting slot and the second mounting slot being horizontally distributed about the mounting bracket;
the first mounting slot and the second mounting slot traversing through the mounting bracket;
the strap body traversing through the first mounting slot and the second mounting slot;
the first end and the second end being positioned terminally opposite to each other along the strap body; and
the first end and the second end being removably attached to each other through the connection element.

10. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

the fastening element comprising a strap body, a first end, a connection element, and a second end;
the connection element further comprising a first connector, a second connector, and an adjustment element;
the strap body being connected adjacent to the fastening surface;
the first end and the second end being terminally positioned opposite to each other along the strap body;
the first connector being connected adjacent to the first end;
the second connector being positioned adjacent to the first connector, opposite to the first end;
the adjustment element being connected adjacent to the second end;
the second end traversing through the adjustment element, wherein the first end is configured to adjust the strap body in length in a taut configuration; and
the first connector being removably attached to the second connector, wherein the first connector is configured to connect the first end to the second end in a strapped configuration.

11. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

a cleaning wipe receptacle;
the cleaning wipe receptacle comprising a receptacle cavity, a cap, and a wipe slot;
the cleaning wipe receptacle being removably attached along the fastening surface through the fastening element;
the receptacle cavity traversing within the cleaning wipe receptacle;
the wipe slot traversing through the cleaning wipe receptacle; and
the cap being connected adjacent to the receptacle cavity.

12. The cleaning wipe holding apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprising:

a lamp; and
the lamp being connected adjacent to the mounting bracket.
