BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a fitting for mask wearing, and more particularly to an innovative type of a regulator for regulating mask wearing tightness.

2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98

A mask comprises a cover and two elastic hanging strings, the hanging strings are disposed on both sides of the cover, and both ends of each hanging string are in contact with the cover respectively. When the mask is worn, the cover covers the user's mouth and nose, the midsections of the hanging strings pass by the user's ears, so that the hanging strings are hung on the user's ears respectively.

However, this structure type still has the following problems according to practical experience. Different users sometimes have different head forms, the hanging strings are elastic, but they may be too loose for some users, so that the periphery of the cover fails to cling to the user's face tightly. For some other users, the strings may be too tight, paining ears even failing wearing, moreover, the sizes of the hanging strings are sometimes inconsistent during the production of masks.

Therefore, for said problems in wearing resulted from the known mask structure, how to develop an innovative structure with more ideal practicability is what the users desire, as well as the objective and direction of research and development the related suppliers shall break through. In view of this, based on years' experience in manufacturing, developing and designing related products, this inventor made detailed design and careful evaluation for said objective, the present invention with practicability was obtained eventually.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a regulator for regulating mask wearing tightness. The technical problem to be solved is to break through how to develop a novel structure type of a regulator for regulating mask wearing tightness with more ideal practicability.

Based on said object, the present invention provides a regulator for regulating mask wearing tightness, which comprises a main patch. The main patch is a long patch extended to both sides respectively. The main patch goes through two through grooves and two embedding grooves, the through grooves are close to both sides of the main patch respectively, and the embedding grooves are connected to the through grooves respectively, the width of the embedding groove is smaller than the width of the through groove.

The embedding grooves are located between both sides of the through grooves and the main patch respectively.

Two hook-shaped pieces are disposed on both ends in length direction of the main patch. The hook-shaped piece comprises a connecting part and a hook part. The front end of the connecting part is in contact with the main patch. The hook part is in contact with the back end of the connecting part, and the hook part extends towards the rear side of the main patch, the connecting part laterally penetrates a through hole.

Based on the innovative structure type and technical characteristic, in comparison to prior art, the present invention can regulate the tightness of mask hanging strings, achieving practical progressiveness.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIG. 1 to FIG. 8 disclose the preferred embodiments of the regulator for regulating mask wearing tightness of the present invention, but the embodiments are for illustration only, the patent application is not limited to this structure.

Said regulator for regulating mask wearing tightness has a main patch 10, wherein the main patch 10 is a long patch extended to both sides respectively. The main patch 10 goes through two through grooves 12 and two embedding grooves 14, the through grooves 12 are close to both sides of the main patch 10 respectively, and the embedding grooves 14 are connected to the through grooves 12 respectively. The width in vertical direction of the embedding groove 14 pointed to the main patch 10 is smaller than the width in vertical direction of the through groove 12 pointed to the main patch 10, and the embedding grooves 14 located between both sides of the through grooves 12 and the main patch 10 respectively are better implementation.

Based on said structural composition type and technical characteristic, the use of the present invention is described below. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, when a user 90 wears a mask 92, the hanging string 94 of the mask 92 goes through the through groove 12 from front to back, and the hanging string 94 is moved transversely, so that the hanging string 94 is embedded in the embedding groove 14, the hanging string 94 and the main patch 10 are positioned relatively, the main patch 10 leans against the backside of head of user 90, the front side of the main patch 10 is opposite to the head of the user 90, and the hanging strings 94 pass by both sides of the head of the user 90 respectively. The main patch 10 is regulated to be close to or far from the back end of the hanging string 94, the tightness of the hanging string 94 can be regulated when wearing the mask 92, to avoid the hanging string 94 being too loose, and it is unnecessary to hang the hanging string 94 on the ear 96 of the user 90, there will be no pain in the ear 96 due to the hanging string 94, favorable for long-term wearing of the mask 92. For easy identification of the morphology of the hanging string 94 embedded in the embedding groove 14, the hanging string 94 extended through the embedding groove 14 to the back side of the main patch 10 is not shown in FIG. 5.

Two hook-shaped pieces 20 are disposed on both ends in length direction of the main patch 10. The hook-shaped piece 20 comprises a connecting part 22 and a hook part 24. The front end of the connecting part 22 is in contact with the main patch 10. The hook part 24 is in contact with the back end of the connecting part 22, and the hook part 24 extends towards the back side of the main patch 10, the connecting part 22 laterally penetrates a through hole 222.

As shown in FIG. 6, the user 90 can put the back end of the hanging string 94 through the through groove 22 from front to back, and put the back end of the hanging string 94 through the through hole 222, and then the user 90 can grip the part of the hanging string 94 out of the through hole 222 and the part of the hanging string 94 at the front edge of the main patch 10, and pull the hanging string 94 outwards, so that the hanging string 94 can be embedded in the embedding groove 14 easily.

As shown in FIG. 7, the user 90 can put the back end of the hanging string 94 in the through hole 222, so that the hanging string 94 is placed between the hook part 24 and the main patch 10, and the back end of the hanging string 94 is fitted over the hook part 24, the hanging string 94 is in contact with the hook-shaped piece 20, so as to regulate the tightness of the hanging string 94, to avoid the hanging string 94 being too tight.

As shown in FIG. 8, the user 90 can put the back end of hanging string 94 on one side of the mask 92 in the through hole 222 of an hook-shaped piece 20, so that the hanging string 94 is placed between the hook part 24 and the main patch 10, and then the back end of the hanging string 94 is fitted over the hook part 24, the hanging string 95 on the opposite side of the mask 92 is directly hung on the hook part 24 of the other hook-shaped piece 20, so as to enhance the convenience of wearing or removing the mask 92.

As shown in FIG. 2, the orthographic projection of the end 242 of the hook part 24 on the main patch 10 located between the connecting part 22 and the embedding groove 14 is a preferred implementation choice, hereby, when the hanging string 94 passes through the through groove 12 and slides in the embedding groove 14, the hook part 24 will not obstruct the part of the hanging string 94 behind the main patch 10.

As shown in FIG. 9, said preferred embodiment can be changed to another embodiment, another embodiment has a main patch 10, wherein the main patch 10 goes through two through grooves 12 and two embedding grooves 14, the major difference between another embodiment and the preferred embodiment is that another embodiment lacks the hook-shaped piece 20 of the preferred embodiment.
