Gaming Apparatus

It is the object of the present invention to provide gaming apparatus and a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the kit includes elements configured to facilitate improved removal of the film superposed the upper surface of the scratch-off style lottery tickets. The elements will include various sizes and grip members that will reduce the pressure necessary to remove the film from lottery style tickets and will reduce significant pressure needed and that can be challenging for elderly and others that are physically challenged.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

It is the object of the present invention to provide a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the kit includes elements configured to facilitate improved removal of the film superposed the upper surface of the scratch-off style lottery tickets.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a gaming interaction apparatus that includes multiple elements configured to facilitate improved engagement of scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the present invention includes at least one film removal apparatus FIG. 3.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the film removal apparatus includes a body that is generally cylindrical in shape having a first end and a second end FIG. 2.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a gaming interaction apparatus that includes multiple elements configured to facilitate improved engagement of scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the first end of the film removal apparatus is configured to be planar in manner having an edge operable to engage the film superposed on a scratch-off style lottery ticket FIG. 1.

An additional object of the present invention is to provide a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the first end is generally square in shape and thin in configuration having a leading edge that is the full width thereof FIG. 1.

Yet a further object of the present invention is to provide a gaming interaction apparatus that includes multiple elements configured to facilitate improved engagement of scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the second end of the film removal apparatus includes a brushing element integrally formed thereon FIG. 5.

Another object of the present invention is to a provide a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the brushing element can be manufactured from synthetic or natural materials FIG. 5.

An alternate object of the present invention is to provide a gaming interaction apparatus that includes multiple elements configured to facilitate improved engagement of scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the film removal apparatus further includes a grip member FIG. 4.

Still a further object of the present invention is to provide a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the grip member is centrally intermediate the first end and the second end of the film removal apparatus FIG. 4.

An additional object of the present invention is to provide a gaming interaction apparatus that includes multiple elements configured to facilitate improved engagement of scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the film removal apparatus can be manufactured from materials such as but not limited to wood or metal and can further be provided in many sizes FIG. 3.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the present invention further includes a support element, wherein the support element is rigid in manner and of suitable size to accommodate a lottery ticket superposed thereon.

An alternative objective of the present invention is to provide a gaming interaction apparatus that includes multiple elements configured to facilitate improved engagement of scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the present invention further includes an illumination device configured to provide light on a lottery ticket superposed the support element.

Yet a further object of the present invention is to provide a lottery ticket engagement kit that provides improved interaction with scratch-off style lottery tickets wherein the support element is provided in alternate colors and has various logos imprinted there on.

To the accomplishment of the above and related objects the present invention may be embodied in the form illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Attention is called to the fact that the drawings are illustrative only. Variations are contemplated as being a part of the present invention, limited only by the scope of the claims.

Claims

1. I, Lori Martin, claim the functional and ornamental design for Gaming Apparatus, as shown and described; the functional and ornamental design for the Gaming Apparatus Kit, as described which includes a complete kit of parts configured to facilitate improved engagement with scratch-off style Lottery tickets and the improved removal of the film superposed on the surface of the scratch-off style lottery tickets including, but not limited to, storage, a hard scratching surface, an illuminating device, a writing instrument, a magnification device and a disposal unit. The Gaming Apparatus and Gaming Apparatus Kit including the parts are intended to remove the utilization of keys or coins and the requirement of additional pressure to remove the film as the aforementioned do not have surface edges that are optimal for the removal of the film. This additional pressure can be challenging for elderly and others that are physically challenged.
