The invention provides a shoe spike with elasticity and grip, comprising a mounting part arranged at the bottom of a shoe sole, wherein the bottom of the mounting part is provided with a guiding column, and the top of the guiding column is clamped into the inside of the mounting part; an elastic part is provided on the bottom of the mounting part and on the surface of the guiding column, and the elastic part is hollow. When the wearer steps on the ground to make the ground contacting part contact the ground and receives pressure, the elastic part and the ground contacting part move upwards along the guiding column for a certain distance synchronously; the elastic part shrinks and produces elastic deformation, thereby generating elastic force; the ground contacting part is made of hard material, which produces sufficient grip.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to the field of sports clothing, in particular to a shoe spike with elasticity and grip.

2. Description of the Related Art

Sports shoes are often equipped with spikes to increase the traction between the shoes and the ground. The spikes protrude from the sole of the shoe and are in contact with soft ground such as turf, artificial turf, clay tennis court, etc. The spikes penetrate into the soft ground under the weight of the wearer of the sports shoe, and provide the wearer with good grip, which is convenient for running and emergency stop.

The spikes of the existing sports shoes are generally a whole structure, which is a relatively hard material made of one-piece injection molding. Such spikes generally have good grip, but due to the lack of a shock absorption structure, the vibration during running and emergency stops will be transmitted to the legs, which may cause serious damage to the joints when worn for a long time.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a shoe spike with elasticity and grip to solve the above technical problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention provides a shoe spike with elasticity and grip, which solves the problems that the spikes of the existing sports shoes are generally a whole structure, which is a relatively hard material made of one-piece injection molding. Such spikes generally have good grip, but due to the lack of a shock absorption structure, the vibration during running and emergency stops will be transmitted to the legs, which may cause serious damage to the joints when worn for a long time.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the invention provides a shoe spike with elasticity and grip, comprising a mounting part arranged at the bottom of a shoe sole, wherein the bottom of the mounting part is provided with a guiding column, and the top of the guiding column is clamped into the inside of the mounting part; an elastic part is provided on the bottom of the mounting part and on the surface of the guiding column, and the elastic part is hollow; the bottom of the elastic part is provided with a hard ground contacting part; the bottom end of the guiding column extends into the ground contacting part.

Preferably, the elastic part and the ground contacting part are bonded and formed by over-molding.

Preferably, the guiding column comprises a mounting piece at the top and a guiding rod arranged vertically at the bottom of the mounting piece; the top of the mounting piece is provided with a boss; the diameter of the guiding rod and the boss are both smaller than the diameter of the mounting piece.

Preferably, the middle part of the elastic part is vertically penetrated with a through hole; the upper surface of the ground contacting part is provided with a downwardly recessed groove; the diameter of the groove is the same as the diameter of the through hole, and the diameter of the groove and the diameter of the through hole are adapted to the diameter of the guiding rod.

Preferably, the bottom of the mounting part is provided with a mounting groove adapted to the mounting piece.

Compared with the prior art, the shoe spike with elasticity and grip provided by the invention has the following advantageous effects:

The invention provides a shoe spike with elasticity and grip. By providing the elastic part and the ground contacting part arranged at the bottom of the elastic part, when the wearer steps on the ground to make the ground contacting part contact the ground and receives pressure, the elastic part is squeezed upward to cause the elastic part to shrink and produce elastic deformation, thereby generating elastic force, and the elastic part and the ground contacting part move upwards along the guiding column for a certain distance synchronously. The ground contacting part is made of hard material, which is in full contact with the ground and produces sufficient grip; at the same time, the elastic force can offset a part of the pressure received, thereby producing a buffering effect, reducing the impact and vibration of the leg joints; while providing good grip, it can improve the protection effect of leg joints and avoid serious damage to leg joints caused by long-term exercise.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The invention will be further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings and embodiments.

With reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3; FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of a preferred embodiment of the shoe spike with elasticity and grip provided by the invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the installation of the shoe spike with elasticity and grip shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the structure of the shoe spike with elasticity and grip shown in FIG. 1. A shoe spike with elasticity and grip, comprising a mounting part 1 arranged at the bottom of a shoe sole 9, wherein the bottom of the mounting part 1 is provided with a guiding column 2, and the top of the guiding column 2 is clamped into the inside of the mounting part 1; an elastic part 3 is provided on the bottom of the mounting part 1 and on the surface of the guiding column 2, and the elastic part 3 is hollow; the bottom of the elastic part 3 is provided with a hard ground contacting part 4; the bottom end of the guiding column 2 extends into the ground contacting part 4.

The elastic part 3 is a soft and elastic plastic, which can provide a buffering effect.

The elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 are bonded and formed by over-molding. The middle part of the elastic part 3 is vertically penetrated with a through hole 7; the upper surface of the ground contacting part 4 is provided with a downwardly recessed groove 8; the diameter of the groove 8 is the same as the diameter of the through hole 7, and the diameter of the groove 8 and the diameter of the through hole 7 are adapted to the diameter of the guiding rod 2.

The elastic part 3 has the same hole diameter as the through hole 7 and the groove 8 in the ground contacting part 4, and the inner wall is smooth; when subjected to pressure, the ground contacting part 4 squeezes the elastic part 3 upward, so that the elastic part 3 generates elastic force to counter a part of the pressure, and reduces the vibration of the leg joints.

The fitting relationship between the guiding column 2 and the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 is a clearance fit or a transition fit, which provides a guiding effect for the movement of the guiding column 2 and the elastic part 3, so that the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 will only move along the length of the guiding column 2 without moving to the side to cause bending, so as to avoid accidents such as falling due to the bending of the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 as a whole.

The guiding column 2 comprises a mounting piece 21 at the top and a guiding rod 22 arranged vertically at the bottom of the mounting piece 21; the top of the mounting piece 21 is provided with a boss 23; the diameter of the guiding rod 22 and the boss 23 are both smaller than the diameter of the mounting piece 21.

The guiding rod 22 is located through the through hole 7 and extends into the groove 8. When under no pressure, there is a certain gap between the bottom end of the guiding rod 22 and the bottom of the groove 8 for the ground contacting part 4 to move upward for a certain distance when under pressure.

The bottom end of the guiding rod 22 is provided with a buffering cushion 5 to further improve the buffering effect when the ground contacting part 4 contacts the guiding rod 22.

The bottom of the ground contacting part 4 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 6 to further improve the frictional force when the ground contacting part 4 contacts the ground.

When in assembly, the whole of the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 is sleeved outside the guiding rod 22, and then the whole formed by the elastic part 3, the ground contacting part 4 and the guiding column 2 is put into the mold for integral injection to realize the integral molding of the shoe sole 9 and the mounting part 1, which enables the whole formed by the elastic part 3, the ground contacting part 4 and the guiding column 2 to be connected to the mounting part 1 for forming.

Since the diameter of the mounting piece 21 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 7, during the injection molding process, the mounting piece 21 can block the glue from entering the through hole 7 and affect the fit between the guiding rod 22 and the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4; after the injection is completed, the boss 23 is located inside the injection-molded mounting part 1, so that the connection between the guiding column 2 and the mounting part 1 is more stable; at the same time, the downward force of the glue acting on the guiding column 2 can be blocked during the injection molding process, and the elastic deformation of the elastic part 3 can be avoided.

The working principle of the shoe spike with elasticity and grip provided by the invention is as follows:

when the wearer steps on the ground to make the ground contacting part 4 contact the ground and receives pressure, the elastic part 3 is squeezed upward so that the elastic part 3 shrinks and deforms, thereby generating elastic force; the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 move upwards along the guiding column 2 for a certain distance synchronously; the elastic force can offset a part of the pressure received, thereby generating a buffering effect; at the same time, since the ground contacting part 4 is made of a hard material, it can fully contact the ground and generate sufficient grip.

Compared with the prior art, the shoe spike with elasticity and grip provided by the invention has the following advantageous effects:

by providing the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 arranged at the bottom of the elastic part 3, when the wearer steps on the ground to make the ground contacting part 4 contact the ground and receives pressure, the elastic part 3 is squeezed upward to cause the elastic part 3 to shrink and produce elastic deformation, thereby generating elastic force, and the elastic part 3 and the ground contacting part 4 move upwards along the guiding column 2 for a certain distance synchronously. Claims

1. A shoe spike with elasticity and grip, comprising a mounting part (1) arranged at the bottom of a shoe sole (9), wherein the bottom of the mounting part (1) is provided with a guiding column (2), and the top of the guiding column (2) is clamped into the inside of the mounting part (1); an elastic part (3) is provided on the bottom of the mounting part (1) and on the surface of the guiding column (2), and the elastic part (3) is hollow; the bottom of the elastic part (3) is provided with a hard ground contacting part (4); the bottom end of the guiding column (2) extends into the ground contacting part (4).

2. The shoe spike with elasticity and grip according to claim 1, wherein the elastic part (3) and the ground contacting part (4) are bonded and formed by over-molding.

The shoe spike with elasticity and grip according to claim 1, wherein the guiding column (2) comprises a mounting piece (21) at the top and a guiding rod (22) arranged vertically at the bottom of the mounting piece (21); the top of the mounting piece (21) is provided with a boss (23); the diameter of the guiding rod (22) and the boss (23) are both smaller than the diameter of the mounting piece (21).

The shoe spike with elasticity and grip according to claim 3, wherein the middle part of the elastic part (3) is vertically penetrated with a through hole (7); the upper surface of the ground contacting part (4) is provided with a downwardly recessed groove (8); the diameter of the groove (8) is the same as the diameter of the through hole (7), and the diameter of the groove (8) and the diameter of the through hole (7) are adapted to the diameter of the guiding rod (2).

5. The shoe spike with elasticity and grip according to claim 4, wherein the diameter of the through hole (7) is smaller than the diameter of the mounting piece (21).

6. The shoe spike with elasticity and grip according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the ground contacting part (4) is provided with a plurality of protrusions (6).
