SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAID SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a scaffolding system with at least one scaffold decking (30). The scaffold deckings (30) preferably have identical fittings (10) which are connected to decking profiles (32) of different heights, in particular in an identical manner. Particularly preferably, the scaffolding system has at least two scaffolding deckings (30), each having identical fittings (10) but decking profiles (32) with different maximum heights (H32), wherein further preferably the length (L32) of the decking profile (32) with lower maximum height (H32) is shorter than for the decking profile with higher maximum height (H32). In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the scaffolding system comprises at least three scaffold decks (30), each having identical fittings (10) but decking profiles (32) with different maximum heights (H32), wherein further preferably the decking profiles (32) are of different lengths and have greater maximum heights (H32) with increasing length (L32).
The invention relates to a scaffolding system according to the generic term of claim 1. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing such a scaffolding system.
It is known to provide scaffolding systems, especially working and facade scaffolding systems, with a certain load class. Such scaffolding systems comprise in particular several scaffold deckings. The known scaffold deckings of a load class have decking profiles of the same height. The height of the decking profiles corresponds to the height of the fittings of the scaffold deckings connected to the decking profiles in each case. The height of the decking profiles is generally independent of the length of the scaffold deckings. However, since the load capacity of the scaffold deckings depends on the length of the respective scaffold deckings, short scaffold deckings are oversized compared to long scaffold deckings with the same height of the decking profiles.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTIONIt is therefore the object of the invention to provide a scaffolding system and a method for manufacturing this scaffolding system, whereby the scaffolding system can carry loads particularly effectively and at the same time can be finished in a simplified manner.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONThis object is solved according to the invention by a scaffolding system according to claim 1 and a method for manufacturing this scaffolding system according to claim 14. The subclaims give preferred embodiments.
The designations “height”, “length”, “width”, “top”, “bottom”, etc. refer to the assembled state of the scaffolding system.
The scaffolding system can include only the first scaffold decking or additional scaffold deckings.
The object according to the invention is thus solved by a scaffolding system with a first scaffolding decking, wherein the first scaffolding decking has a first decking profile for supporting a walkable first decking panel and a first fitting for connecting the first scaffolding decking to a first horizontal ledger. The first fitting comprises a one-piece first fitting body fixedly connected to the first decking profile. The maximum height of the first decking profile exceeds the maximum height of the first fitting body, in particular by a factor max Kh=1.5 to 2.5.
According to the invention, it is thus provided that the first scaffold decking has a fitting for reversibly releasably connecting the first scaffold decking to a first horizontal ledger. The height of this fitting (in the vertical direction) is less than the height of the first decking profile, which is preferably non-detachably connected to the first fitting. In this way, the first scaffold decking is suitable for carrying large loads and can still have a standardized first fitting.
Preferably, the first fitting body is made of sheet metal. This enables particularly simple and cost-effective production.
The first fitting body can have two corner areas, each with surfaces bent at right angles, on which the first decking or covering profile rests in sections. This ensures particularly reliable load transfer from the decking profile to the fitting.
The first scaffold decking can have an anti-lift device. The anti-lift device preferably has a bracket that can be moved relative to the fitting body to engage under the first horizontal ledger.
In a preferred embodiment of the first scaffold covering, the first decking profile is attached to the first fitting body with at least one L-shaped screw, rivet, tox and/or welded connection. Such a welded connection enables reliable and simple fabrication of the first scaffold decking.
Particularly preferably, the underside of the first decking profile is rounded towards the first fitting. Notch stresses in the area of the underside of the first framework covering can thus be avoided.
The advantages of the invention are particularly evident in a previously described scaffolding system with a second scaffold deck, the second scaffold decking having a second decking profile for supporting a walkable second decking and a second fitting for connecting the second scaffold decking to a second horizontal ledger, the second fitting having a one-piece, i.e. integral, second fitting body firmly connected to the second decking profile, the second fitting being of the same design as the first fitting and the maximum height of the second decking profile being lower than the maximum height of the first decking profile, the second fitting having a one-piece second fitting body fixedly connected to the second decking profile, the second fitting being of the same design as the first fitting and the maximum height of the second decking profile being lower than the maximum height of the first decking profile. Preferably, the factor mid Kh is equal to 1.1 to 1.5. In this way, decking profiles of different heights can be used with identical, in particular identically designed, fittings and can preferably be connected in an identical manner (bolting, riveting, toxing and/or welding).
Particularly preferably, the second lining profile is shorter than the first lining profile. The second, shorter lining profile then has a lower lining profile height than the first lining profile. In other words, the second, shorter, decking profile is thus not oversized and can be formed more easily.
Further preferably, the scaffolding system comprises a third scaffold deck, the third scaffold decking comprising a third decking profile for supporting a walkable third decking and a third fitting for connecting the third scaffold decking to a third horizontal ledger, the third fitting comprising a one-piece third fitting body fixedly connected to the third decking profile;
wherein the third fitting is formed the same as the second fitting and the maximum is height of the third decking profile is lower than the maximum height of the second decking profile.
The maximum height of the third decking profile can be matched to the maximum height of the third fitting body, in particular it can correspond to the maximum height of the third fitting body.
In a further preferred embodiment of the scaffolding system, the third decking profile is shorter than the second decking profile. The height of the decking profile is preferably lower the shorter the decking profile. In this way, the scaffolding system can be designed to be particularly weight- or load-effective.
The object according to the invention is further solved by a method for manufacturing a previously described scaffolding system, comprising the method step:
- A) Fastening, in particular in the same way, preferably welding, of the first decking profile to the first fitting body.
Preferably, the method comprises the following additional process step:
- B) Fastening, in particular in the same way, preferably welding, of the second decking profile to the second fitting body.
Further preferably, the method comprises the following additional process step:
- C) Fastening, in particular in the same way, preferably welding, of the third lining profile to the third fitting body.
Process steps A), B) and C) can be carried out in any order.
Further preferably, the method comprises the following process step:
- D) Reversibly detachably arranging of the first fitting on the first horizontal bar.
Previously, simultaneously or subsequently, the second fitting (and/or the third fitting) can be reversibly releasably arranged on the first horizontal latch.
Further advantages of the invention can be seen from the description and the drawing. Likewise, the above-mentioned and the still further elaborated features can be used according to the invention in each case individually or as a plurality in any desired combination. The embodiments shown and described are not to be understood as a conclusive list, but rather have an exemplary character for the description of the invention.
The first fitting 10 has two corner regions 20a, 20b into which a decking profile can be received. The corner regions 20a, 20b each have surfaces 22a, 22b, 22c, 22d formed at right angles to one another that both facilitate receiving the decking profile and allow effective load transfer from the decking profile into the first fitting 10. The corner portions 20a, 20b may be connected to a front face 24, the front face 24 preferably being connected to the face 22b and/or 22d at right angles.
As exemplarily shown in
The scaffold decks shown in
