Background of the Invention/Description of the Prior Art. This is an article of manufacture. An undergarment that is a tshirt. Tshirts took the apparel industry by storm. Its humble beginnings started as merely an undergarment. However, Tshirts were made popular as outerwear since the early 1900's. The original cape tshirt was made popular for the enjoyment of your favorite superhero fictional characters from cartoons to movie blockbuster hits. This Sleeveless Adjustable Cape T-shirt is a useful and improvement of a cape tshirt. This garment addresses the need to celebrate Real-Life Heroic people, events, places, things, and such like by applying their logo, identifying indicia, and/or graphics onto the front and/or back areas of the garment. This is a garment mainly a tshirt that is to be worn by any person to cover and adorn the body. It is adjustable to fit a range of sizes, the rear view of the front panel has an open back area adding sex appeal, and the back panel is the cape feature to this cape tshirt. It is a fresh take on a cape tshirt. Classy and stylish. Great for indoor and outdoor events.

One size can fit a range of sizes. One can adjust the fit of the garment while securing adjustable straps, securing the front panel in place around the body. Once adjustable straps are secure, this will achieve a fitted to semi-fitted look adding sex appeal. Back panel is the cape feature; it is connected at the shoulder seams hanging down along the back area ending at the buttock in a cape-like fashion. Classy for indoor and outdoor like sporting events, celebrations, parties, corporate events. Especially great for hot outdoor events; such as marathons, sporting events, theme parks, parades and the like.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following detailed description illustrates the invention by way of example and not by way of limitation. This description will clearly enable one skilled in the art to make and use the invention.

The claimed Sleeveless Adjustable Cape T-shirt is an article of manufacture mainly a tshirt that is to be worn by a person to cover and adorn the body. A tshirt that is outerwear. Useful and improvements of a Cape Tshirt. This garment has a superhero flair, created for organizations to celebrate Real-Life Heroic people, events, places, things, and such like. Classy for indoor and outdoor like sporting events, celebrations, parties, corporate events. Especially great for hot outdoor events; such as marathons, sporting events, theme parks, parades and the like.

A garment of manufacture that consists of two sleeveless panels and two adjustable straps that would require the attachment of the front and back panels with a sewn technique using stitches by hand and/or by a sewing machine, needle and thread, creating a (16)-shoulder seam leaving an opening for the head,

(1)-Front panel. Sleeveless panel. The width of the front panel covers the full front top area of the body, some or all of the sides, and ideally leaves some or most of the back uncovered. (19)-Front panel ends along the stomach area as would a shirt.

Front panel has a (14)-advertisement and celebratory function; by applying logo, identifying indicia, and/or graphics onto the front and/or back areas of the garment.

The rear view of the front panel shows an (15)-open back area adding sex appeal, open back area thereof is created when adjustable straps are secured around the body. Ie. all wearers would have full front coverage. However, a smaller frame person (20) would have full side coverage and most back area. A Medium body frame and shape person (21) may have side coverage but less back coverage. A larger size framed person (22) may have little to no side coverage and little back coverage. The sizing is known as free size or OS in the arts. (as seen in FIGS. 9-11).

(4)-Back panel is a Sleeveless panel connected at the shoulder seams. The back panel is the cape feature to this cape tshirt. Cape (7) hanging down freely along the back area, ending at the buttocks, in a cape-like fashion. (18)-Back panel hangs longer than the front panel. Back panel has a (14)-advertisement and celebratory function; by applying logo, identifying indicia, and/or graphics onto the front and/or back areas of the garment.

(5)-Head opening, A head opening with a round neckline having a collar; not limited to round or (23)v-neck collar.

(6)-Round neckline having a Collar standard in the arts. One inch neck collar is added using topstitching sewing technique where the line of stitching is designed to be seen from the outside of the garment that is decorative and common in tshirts. Head opening not limited to round neck line or v-neck.

(2)-Left strap. (3)-right strap. (8)adjustable function. two adjustable straps are sewn onto the front panel.

Uniqueness of the garment shows that it has an adjustable function. One size is adjustable to fit a range of sizes when the adjustable straps are secured around the body by any means known in the arts by means of; bow, knot, velcro, snaps, buttons, loops, holes, hooks, and such like. One size can fit a range of sizes. One can adjust the fit of the garment while securing adjustable straps, securing the front panel in place around the body. Once adjustable straps are secure, this will achieve a fitted to semi-fitted look adding sex appeal.

Adjustable straps that are attached to the front panel on both sides; left and right with a sewn technique using stitches by hand and/or by a sewing machine, needle and thread;

A (11)-fitted piece of clothing is designed so that it is the same size and shape as your body rather than being semi-fitted or loose. (12)-Semi fitted shirts mean shaped to the body but not closely fitted.

Adjustable straps are long enough to achieve a (13)-bow or knot having an excess of strap to adjust to fit a range of wearers. It is created by joining two pieces of fabric together face-to-face by sewing through both pieces, leaving a ⅛ seam allowance with raw edges inside the work. For purposes of showing an example, the straps are secured by knot, however, it may secured by any means known in the arts by means of; bow, knot, velcro, snaps, buttons, loops, holes, hooks, and such like,

Making sure that they will be long enough to tie into a bow or knot with room to fit around the body of the ideal larger body frames and shapes.

Two adjustable straps are attached to the front panel by sewn technique done by the manufacturer to the front panel on each side positioned about a third up from the bottom (as seen in FIG. 1).

Front panel is adjustable to fit a range of body types and sizes. Compliment all body types. One fits most. Free size. fitted to a semi-fitted look.

(10)-FINISH: A finish Left side, right side, and bottom of both panels are finished with a ½ inch seam finish treatment that secures and neaten the raw edges of a plain seam to prevent raveling, by sewing over the raw edges or enclosing them in some sort of binding. On mass-produced clothing, the seam allowances of plain seams are usually trimmed and stitched together with an overlock stitch using a serger;

(17)-FABRIC: Cotton is the most common type of fabric that is used to make t-shirts. Therefore, fabric consists of cotton and cotton blends thereof that is known and used in the art today.

(9)-COLORThis garment would be made in a variety of colors consisting of the colour wheel that is made up of three different types of colors—Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary.

Here it should be noted that alternate forms of identification may be used, for example: identifying indicia such as numbers; names; colors; advertising legends, etc.

It is not intended that the invention be restricted to the specific embodiment shown, but rather the invention comprises all such designs and modifications as come within the scope of the appended claims.
