The present disclosure provides a mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly, including a bag body used to accommodate a mobile phone. The sealing assembly includes: a flip fixture and a fixing part. The flip fixture includes a first clamp plate and a second clamp plate which are integrated; the bag body is spread along an edge of the first clamp plate; a side surface of the bag body is adhered to an inner wall surface of the first clamp plate and/or the second clamp plate; an opening of the bag body is folded by means of flipping the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate, and a sealing fold is formed on the bag body. The bag body is driven to be folded by means of flipping the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate, and then the flip fixture is kept in the closed state.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of mobile phone waterproof bags, and particularly relates to a mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly.

BACKGROUND

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and quality, people often go out to participate in various activities such as rafting, swimming, and water parks. However, it is inconvenient for people to carry and use mobile phones when swimming, rafting, and doing water park activities. In order to meet the needs of people to carry and use mobile phones in water sports such as swimming, rafting, and water park activities, mobile phone waterproof bags for accommodating mobile phones for people to carry and use have been developed on the market.

However, most of the existing mobile phone waterproof bags are folded for multiple times with sealed bags and are fixed with Velcro or buckles. This sealing method is inconvenient to operate, and the Velcro or buckles are easily pulled open in water, which affects the waterproof effect.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly to solve the above-mentioned problems.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure provides a mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly which can prevent the problem that a mobile phone has a water damage because a mobile phone waterproof bag is at an extremely high underwater pressure or is artificially accidentally torn.

In order to solve the above problem, the present disclosure provides the following technical solution: a mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly, including a bag body used to accommodate a mobile phone. The sealing assembly includes:

a flip fixture including a first clamp plate and a second clamp plate which are integrated; the bag body is spread along an edge of the first clamp plate; a side surface of the bag body is adhered to an inner wall surface of the first clamp plate and/or the second clamp plate; an opening of the bag body is folded by means of flipping the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate, and a sealing fold is formed on the bag body; the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate are closed to form a mounting part;

a fixing part provided with an inner cavity for allowing the mounting part to enter; after the mounting part enters the fixing part, fixing fit between the mounting part and the fixing part is completed by means of a locking assembly to keep the flip fixture in a closed state.

In the flip fixture of the present disclosure, the bag body is driven to be folded by means of flipping the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate, and the sealing fold is formed on the bag body, so that the convenience of operation is improved. Furthermore, the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate are closed to form the mounting part. The fixing part is provided with the cavity for allowing the mounting part to enter. After the mounting part enters the fixing part, fixing fit between the mounting part and the fixing part is completed by means of the locking assembly to keep the flip fixture in the closed state. By this sealing method, the mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly is not easily pulled under the water, and the waterproof performance is improved.

As a first preferable structure of the present disclosure, the locking assembly includes a limiting rail in a vertical direction, and limiting buckles arranged at two ends of the mounting part and two ends of the fixing part; positioning is completed under the action of the limiting rail and the limiting buckles after the mounting part is inserted into the fixing part. In this preferable structure, the limiting rail locks the fixing part and the mounting part in a left-right direction, and the limiting buckles lock the fixing part and the mounting part in an up-down direction.

As a second preferable structure of the present disclosure, the locking assembly includes a limiting rail arranged in a horizontal direction; one of the left and right ends of the fixing part is provided with an opening for allowing the mounting part to slide in, and the other end is provided with a stop block for preventing the mounting part from sliding out; the positioning is completed under the action of the limiting rail and the stop block after the mounting part slides into the fixing part. In this preferable structure, the limiting rail locks the fixing part and the mounting part in the up-down direction, and the stop block transversely positions the fixing part and the mounting part. In such a preferable structure, the other end opposite to the stop block is provided with a removable stop sheet. The stop sheet and the stop block form bidirectional limitation to the mounting part, and a better positioning effect can be achieved.

In the above-mentioned two preferable structures, the width of the first clamp plate is greater than 1 cm, and the width of the mounting part is greater than ½ of the width of the first clamp plate. The width of the first clamp plate is designed to be greater than 1 cm. When the bag body is folded, a folding length is greater than 1 cm, and the bag body can be folded more fully. Furthermore, the width of the mounting part is greater than ½ of the width of the first clamp plate so that the size of the mounting part entering the fixing part can provide an enough clamping area for the flip fixture, which improves the fixing stability of the flip fixture.

In the above-mentioned two preferable structures, a sealing strip is provided at the opening of the bag body, which improves the water-resisting property of the bag body itself. In this preferable structure, inner walls of the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate are provided with accommodating slots used to accommodate the sealing strip. When the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate are closed, the sealing strip can also be accommodated inside the flip fixture to effectively isolate the opening of the bag body from underwater sediment or other impurities to improve the sealing property.

In addition, as another preferable structure, the side surface of the bag body is adhered to the inner wall of the second clamp plate, and the adhesion width is less than the width of the bag body. Such a structure can connect the bag body with the flip fixture without affecting an extension size of the opening of the bag body to facilitate the placement of the mobile phone.

In a further setting, the fixing part is provided with a hanging hole for connecting a hanging rope.

In a further setting, the fixing part and the flip fixture are made of a TPU material. TPU has excellent characteristics of high tension, high tensile force, toughness and aging resistance, and is a mature environmentally-friendly material.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Obviously, the drawings in the illustration below are only some embodiments of the present disclosure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the disclosure will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the disclosure, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. It can be understood that the drawings are only provided for reference and illustration, and are not used to limit the present disclosure. The connection relationships shown in the drawings are only for the convenience of clear description, and do not limit the connection methods.

The present disclosure provides a mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly, and aims to solve the problems that an existing mobile phone waterproof bag is not easy enough to operate and is easily pulled in water to cause a waterproof failure.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly includes a bag body 101 used to accommodate a mobile phone. The sealing assembly includes:

a flip fixture 201 including a first clamp plate 202 and a second clamp plate 203 which are integrated; the bag body 101 is spread along an edge of the first clamp plate 202; an edge of an opening of the bag body 101 and the edge of the first clamp plate 202 are basically flush with each other; the bag body is spread to an edge of the second clamp plate 203 along the edge of the first clamp plate 202 so that if the size of the flip fixture 201 is determined, in the folding process, the bag body 101 with a larger size can be folded to make the folded bag body 101 better in stability and not easily restore; a side surface (i.e., the surface of the bag body) of the bag body 101 is adhered to an inner wall surface of the first clamp plate 202 and/or the second clamp plate 203; an opening of the bag body is folded by means of flipping the first clamp plate 202 and the second clamp plate 203, and a sealing fold 204 is formed on the bag body; the first clamp plate 202 and the second clamp plate 203 are closed to form a mounting part 205;

a fixing part 301 provided with an inner cavity 302 for allowing the mounting part to enter; after the mounting part 205 enters the fixing part 301, fixing fit between the mounting part and the fixing part is completed by means of a locking assembly to keep the flip fixture 201 in a closed state.

In the flip fixture 201 of the present disclosure, the first clamp plate 202 and the second clamp plate 203 are folded to fold the opening of the bag body and form the sealing fold 204 on the bag body 101, so that the convenience of a sealing operation for the bag body 101 is improved. Furthermore, the first clamp plate 202 and the second clamp plate 203 are closed to form the mounting part 205. The fixing part 301 is provided with the cavity 302 for allowing the mounting part 205 to enter. After the mounting part 205 enters the fixing part 301, fixing fit between the mounting part and the fixing part is completed by means of the locking assembly to keep the flip fixture 201 in the closed state. By this sealing method, the sealing assembly is not easily pulled under the water, and the waterproof performance is improved.

As shown in FIG. 3, as a first embodiment of the locking assembly of the present disclosure, the locking assembly includes a limiting rail 401 in a vertical direction, and limiting buckles 402 arranged at two ends of the mounting part 205 and two ends of the fixing part 301; positioning is completed under the action of the limiting rail 401 and the limiting buckles 402 after the mounting part 205 is inserted into the fixing part 301. In this structure, the limiting rail 401 locks the fixing part 301 and the mounting part 205 in a left-right direction, and the limiting buckles 402 lock the fixing part 301 and the mounting part 205 in an up-down direction.

As shown in FIG. 4, as a second embodiment of the locking assembly of the present disclosure, the locking assembly includes a limiting rail 404 arranged in a horizontal direction; one of the left and right ends of the fixing part 301 is provided with an opening 304 for allowing the mounting part to slide in, and the other end is provided with a stop block 402 for preventing the mounting part 205 from sliding out; the positioning is completed under the action of the limiting rail 401 and the stop block 402 after the mounting part 205 slides into the fixing part 301. In this preferable structure, the limiting rail 401 locks the fixing part 301 and the mounting part 205 in the up-down direction, and the stop block 402 transversely positions the fixing part 301 and the mounting part 205. In such a preferable structure, the other end opposite to the stop block 402 is provided with a removable stop sheet. The stop sheet and the stop block form bidirectional limitation to the mounting part. That is, when the mounting part 205 slides into the fixing part 301, the stop sheet is mounted. When the mounting part 205 needs to be taken out, the stop sheet is removed to achieve a better positioning effect.

In order to further improve the waterproof performance of the above-mentioned two locking assemblies, as a further structure, the width of the first clamp plate 202 is set to be greater than 1 cm, and the width of the mounting part 205 is greater than ½ of the width of the first clamp plate 202. The mounting part 205 is a part entering the fixing part 301 after the flip fixture 201 is closed. The width of the first clamp plate 202 is designed to be greater than 1 cm. When the bag body 101 is folded, its folding length is greater than 1 cm, and the bag body 101 can be folded more fully. That is, when the bag body 101 is folded, the folding size will not be too small to cause its restoration to affect the folding effect. Furthermore, the width of the mounting part 205 is greater than ½ of the width of the first clamp plate 202 so that the size of the mounting part 205 entering the fixing part 301 can provide the flipping fixture 201 with an enough clamping area to improve the fixing stability of the flipping fixture 201. That is, the size of the mounting part 205 entering the fixing part 301 is large enough so that easy pop out caused to a too small size is avoided, and the stability of underwater operation is improved.

Much further, referring to FIG. 5, a sealing strip 102 is provided at the opening of the bag body 101, which improves the water-resisting property of the bag body 101 itself. In this preferable structure, inner walls of the first clamp plate 202 and the second clamp plate 203 are provided with accommodating slots 206 used to accommodate the sealing strip 102. When the first clamp plate 202 and the second clamp plate 203 are closed, the first clamp plate 202 and the second clamp plate 203 can form a nearly closed environment, and the sealing strip 102 can also be accommodated inside the flip fixture 201 to effectively isolate the opening of the bag body 101 from underwater sediment or other impurities to improve the sealing property.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 5, as another preferable structure, the side surface of the bag body 101 is adhered to the inner wall of the second clamp plate 203 and is not adhered to the first clamp plate 201, and the adhesion width is less than the width of the bag body 101. Such a structure can connect the bag body 101 with the flip fixture 201 without affecting an extension size of the opening of the bag body 101 to facilitate the placement of the mobile phone.

As shown in FIG. 1, the fixing part 301 is provided with a hanging hole 303 for connecting a hanging rope.

In the present disclosure, the fixing part 301 and the flip fixture 201 are made of a TPU material. TPU has excellent characteristics of high tension, high tensile force, toughness and aging resistance, and is a mature environmentally-friendly material. The fixing part and the flip fixture can be kept in a close contact state during assembling.

In the specification and claims of the present disclosure, the words “include/including”, the words “has/includes” and their variants are used to designate the existence of stated features, values, steps or components, but do not exclude the existence or addition of one or multiple other features, values, steps, components, or combinations thereof.

Claims

1. A mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly, comprising a bag body used to accommodate a mobile phone, wherein the sealing assembly comprises:

a flip fixture comprising a first clamp plate and a second clamp plate which are integrated, wherein the bag body is spread along an edge of the first clamp plate; a side surface of the bag body is adhered to an inner wall surface of the first clamp plate and/or the second clamp plate; an opening of the bag body is folded by means of flipping the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate, and a sealing fold is formed on the bag body; the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate are closed to form a mounting part;
a fixing part provided with an inner cavity for allowing the mounting part to enter, wherein after the mounting part enters the fixing part, fixing fit between the mounting part and the fixing part is completed by means of a locking assembly to keep the flip fixture in a closed state.

The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 1, wherein the locking assembly comprises a limiting rail in a vertical direction, and limiting buckles arranged at two ends of the mounting part and two ends of the fixing part; positioning is completed under the action of the limiting rail and the limiting buckles after the mounting part is inserted into the fixing part.

The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 1, wherein the locking assembly comprises a limiting rail arranged in a horizontal direction; one of the left and right ends of the fixing part is provided with an opening for allowing the mounting part to slide in, and the other end is provided with a stop block for preventing the mounting part from sliding out; the positioning is completed under the action of the limiting rail and the stop block after the mounting part slides into the fixing part.

4. The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 3, wherein the other end opposite to the stop block is provided with a removable stop sheet; and the stop sheet and the stop block form bidirectional limitation to the mounting part.

5. The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 1, wherein the width of the first clamp plate is greater than 1 cm, and the width of the mounting part is greater than ½ of the width of the first clamp plate.

6. The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 1, wherein a sealing strip is arranged at the opening of the bag body.

7. The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 6, wherein inner walls of the first clamp plate and the second clamp plate are provided with accommodating slots used to accommodate the sealing strip.

8. The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 1, wherein the side surface of the bag body is adhered to the inner wall of the second clamp plate, and the adhesion width is less than the width of the bag body.

9. The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 1, wherein the fixing part is provided with a hanging hole for connecting a hanging rope.

10. The mobile phone waterproof bag sealing assembly according to claim 1, wherein the fixing part and the flip fixture are made of a TPU material.
