Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a soap liquid storage device, in particular to a soap liquid storage device with a barrel pressure balancing pipe.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

U.S. Patent Publication No. 2004164093A1 and European Patent Publication No. 1058096A2 both disclose soap liquid storage devices. Taking U.S. Patent Publication No. 2004164093A1 as an example, the soap liquid storage device comprises a main soap barrel and an auxiliary soap barrel, wherein the main soap barrel and the auxiliary soap barrel are respectively two independent barrel bodies, and the main soap barrel and the auxiliary soap barrel are respectively connected with a soap delivery pipe of a soap liquid supply device through a connecting manifold. The main soap barrel is stacked on the auxiliary soap barrel. In practice, it still draws the soap liquid in the main soap barrel first and then refills the main soap barrel when the soap liquid in the main soap barrel is emptied. Namely, the auxiliary soap barrel temporarily supplies the soap liquid to the soap liquid supply device only when the soap liquid in the main soap barrel is used off, and the auxiliary soap barrel cannot be filled with the soap liquid. That is, the auxiliary soap barrel actually does not have a function of filling the main soap barrel with soap, but can only be regarded as a capacity expansion barrel of the main barrel. Furthermore, when the main soap barrel in the conventional soap liquid storage device is replaced, the soap liquid needs to be filled by only opening an external supporting tank of the main soap barrel apart from disassembling the connecting manifold, so that it is inconvenient to disassemble/assemble and fill the main soap barrel.

Furthermore, when the main soap barrel supplies soap liquid to the soap liquid supply device, the main soap barrel can fill the auxiliary soap barrel at the same time, and once the pressure in the barrel of the auxiliary soap barrel is higher than that in the main soap barrel, the soap liquid in the main soap barrel would hardly flow into the auxiliary soap barrel, so that the auxiliary soap barrel cannot be reliably filled with the soap liquid. As a result, there is a lack of soap liquid when the soap liquid in the main soap barrel is used completely and no soap liquid is contained in the auxiliary soap barrel.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main object of the present invention aims to solve the problem in the prior art that only draws the soap liquid in the main soap barrel of the soap liquid storage device, and the problems derived therefrom.

The secondary object of the present invention is to solve the problem that the conventional structure of the soap liquid storage device is not conducive to the disassembly and assembly of the main soap barrel.

Still another object of the present invention is to solve the problem in the prior art that the main soap barrel may not reliably fill the auxiliary soap barrel with the soap liquid.

In order to achieve the above objects, the invention provides a soap liquid storage device used together with a soap liquid supply device. The soap liquid storage device comprises a filling barrel and a soap feeding barrel. The soap feeding barrel is arranged lower than the filling barrel, and the soap feeding barrel is connected with the filling barrel through a communication pipe. The soap feeding barrel includes a soap delivery pipe connected with the soap liquid supply device and a barrel pressure balancing pipe exposed outside the soap feeding barrel, wherein an outlet of the barrel pressure balancing pipe is higher than a top surface of the filling barrel.

In an embodiment, the soap delivery pipe is arranged at a bottom edge of the soap feeding barrel, and the barrel pressure balancing pipe is arranged at a top edge of the soap feeding barrel. One end of the communication pipe is connected with the soap feeding barrel, and the other end of the communication pipe is connected with the filling barrel and arranged at a bottom edge of the filling barrel.

In an embodiment, the soap delivery pipe is provided with a first valve, the communication pipe is provided with at least one second valve, and the barrel pressure balancing pipe is provided with a third valve.

In an embodiment, the communication pipe comprises two second valves, and the two second valves are respectively arranged at two ends of the communication pipe.

In an embodiment, the filling barrel is stacked above the soap feeding barrel.

In an embodiment, the soap liquid storage device comprises a plurality of holders for the filling barrel and the soap feeding barrel to be disposed thereon.

In an embodiment, each of the plurality of holders is provided with two retaining walls arranged at an interval to define a receiving position.

In an embodiment, the filling barrel comprises an opening provided at a top end of the filling barrel and a cover provided corresponding to the opening.

Compared with the prior art, the soap liquid storage device of the present invention has the following characteristics: the filling barrel is filled with soap liquid, and the soap liquid is supplied to the soap liquid supply device through the soap feeding barrel, so that a user does not need to fill the soap liquid into the soap feeding barrel. Furthermore, if the user intends to fill the filling barrel with the soap liquid, the filling barrel can be separated from the soap feeding barrel by merely disassembling the communication pipe, thereby convenient for the user to operate. Furthermore, in the present disclosure, the soap feeding barrel includes the barrel pressure balancing pipe, and once the gas pressure in the soap feeding barrel is greater than the gas pressure in the filling barrel, the barrel pressure balancing pipe balances the gas pressures in the soap feeding barrel and the filling barrel, such that the soap liquid in the filling barrel can flow into the soap feeding barrel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The detailed description and technical contents of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings as follows:

With reference to FIG. 1, the invention provides a soap liquid storage device 10 to be used together with a soap liquid supply device 30. The soap liquid storage device 10 and the soap liquid supply device 30 are respectively disposed under a countertop of a countertop washbasin 50 or stowed under the countertop washbasin 50. The soap liquid storage device 10 stores a soap liquid (not shown) and supplies the soap liquid to the soap liquid supply device 30.

Further, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the soap liquid storage device 10 includes a filling barrel 11 and a soap feeding barrel 13. Specifically, the filling barrel 11 is a separate barrel body, and in one embodiment, the filling barrel 11 is arranged on a side plate 51 of the countertop washbasin 50 by an assembly manner such as gluing or hanging. The filling barrel 11 is used for storing the soap liquid and simultaneously providing the user with the function of filling the soap liquid. Also, the soap feeding barrel 13 is a separate barrel body relative to the filling barrel 11. The soap feeding barrel 13 is arranged lower than the filling barrel 11. In one embodiment, the soap feeding barrel 13 is arranged on the side plate 51 by the assembly manner such as bonding or hanging. The soap feeding barrel 13 is connected with the filling barrel 11 through a communication pipe 131. The soap feeding barrel 13 receives the soap liquid from the filling barrel 11 through the communication pipe 131. The soap feeding barrel 13 includes a soap delivery pipe 132 and a barrel pressure balancing pipe 133, wherein two ends of the soap delivery pipe 132 are respectively connected to the soap feeding barrel 13 and the soap liquid supply device 30, so as to provide the soap liquid in the soap feeding barrel 13 to flow into the soap liquid supply device 30. In addition, the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 is exposed outside the soap feeding barrel and communicates with the soap feeding barrel 13. The barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 discharges the gas in the soap feeding barrel 13, thereby balancing the gas pressure between the soap feeding barrel 13 and the filling barrel 11, so as to avoid the soap liquid in the filling barrel 11 does not flow into the soap feeding barrel 13 in view of excessive pressure in the soap feeding barrel 13. Further, a top end of the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 is designed to be higher than a top surface of the filling barrel 11, and the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 includes an outlet 134 disposed at a top end. The outlet 134 is communicated with an inside of the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 so that the gas in the soap feeding barrel 13 is able to be discharged. In this embodiment, in addition to the function of balancing the gas pressure between the filling barrel 11 and the soap feeding barrel 13, the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 allows a part of the soap liquid to flow therein.

Further, the manner of using the soap liquid storage device 10 is described. It is assumed that initially the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 has balanced the gas pressure in the soap feeding barrel 13 and the filling barrel 11. Thereafter, the filling barrel 11 receives the soap liquid filled by a user, and the soap liquid flows into the soap feeding barrel 13 through the communication pipe 131. Next, the soap liquid in the soap feeding barrel 13 is discharged to the soap liquid supply device 30 through the soap delivery pipe 132.

Accordingly, compared with the prior art, the filling barrel 11 of the invention is filled with the soap liquid filled, and the soap feeding barrel 13 supplies the soap liquid to the soap liquid supply device 30, so that the user does not need to fill the soap feeding barrel 13 with the soap liquid. Further, if the user intends to fill the filling barrel 11 with the soap liquid, the filling barrel 11 can be separated from the soap feeding barrel 13 by merely disassembling the communication pipe 131, thereby convenient for the user to operate. Further, considering the soap feeding barrel 13 includes the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133, once the gas pressure in the soap feeding barrel 13 is greater than the gas pressure in the filling barrel 11, the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 balances the gas pressure in the soap feeding barrel 13 and the filling barrel 11, so that the soap liquid in the filling barrel 11 can flow into the soap feeding barrel 13.

Accordingly, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the soap delivery pipe 132 is arranged at a bottom edge of the soap feeding barrel 13. The soap delivery pipe 132 enables the soap liquid in the soap feeding barrel 13 to be concentrated at bottom and to flow toward the soap delivery pipe 132, so that the soap liquid supply device 30 can draw a maximum volume of the soap liquid out of the soap feeding barrel 13 without causing part of the soap liquid to remain in the soap feeding barrel 13 which cannot be drawn out. Further, one end of the communication pipe 131 connected to the filling barrel 11 is arranged at a bottom edge of the filling barrel 11. The communication pipe 131 provides the soap liquid in the filling barrel 11 to be concentrated at the bottom, so that the communication pipe 131 can supply a maximum volume of the soap liquid to the soap feeding barrel 13. Moreover, in this embodiment, the other end of the communication pipe 131 connected to the soap feeding barrel 13 and the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 is arranged at the top edge of the soap feeding barrel 13.

Further, in one embodiment, the soap delivery pipe 132, the communication pipe 131, and the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 can respectively cut off a communication status with connected containers. In particular, the soap delivery pipe 132 is provided with a first valve 135, the communication pipe 131 is provided with at least one second valve 136, and the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 is provided with a third valve 137, wherein the first valve 135, the at least one second valve 136 and the third valve 137 are respectively a two-way valve. In one embodiment, the first valve 135 is arranged on a surface of the soap feeding barrel 13 to respectively communicate with the soap feeding barrel 13 and the soap delivery pipe 132, and the first valve 135 is used for controlling the communication status between the soap feeding barrel 13 and the soap delivery pipe 132. Further, the at least one second valve 136 is selectively provided at one end of the communication pipe 131, which is facing the soap feeding barrel 13 or the filling barrel 11, and thus the at least one second valve 136 can cut off the communication status between the soap feeding barrel 13 and the filling barrel 11 according to implementation requirements. Further, in one embodiment, the communication pipe 131 includes two second valves 136, which are disposed at two ends of the communication pipe 131 and respectively arranged at the filling barrel 11 and the soap feeding barrel 13, where the two second valves 136 are located at the same side of the soap liquid storage device 10. Each of the two second valves 136 is independently operated. In addition, the third valve 137 is arranged on the soap feeding barrel 13, more specifically at the junction of the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 and the soap feeding barrel 13. The third valve 137 and the second valve 136 which is on the soap feeding barrel 13 are not arranged on the same plane. The third valve 137 normally communicates the soap feeding barrel 13 and the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133, so that the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 is able to balance the gas pressure in the soap feeding barrel 13 and the filling barrel 11.

On the other hand, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in one embodiment, the filling barrel 11 is stacked above the soap feeding barrel 13. Further, the communication pipe 131 includes a first section 138 connecting with the filling barrel 11, and a second section 139 connecting with the soap feeding barrel 13, and an engaging section 140 includes two ends to respectively engage with the first section 138 and the second section 139. In detail, the first section 138 and the second section 139 extend in the same direction, and the extension directions of the first section 138 and the second section 139 do not intersect. The first section 138 and the second section 139 are respectively assembled with the two second valves 136 so as to be respectively arranged on the filling barrel 11 or the soap feeding barrel 13. Further, two ends of the engaging section 140 are respectively connected to one end of the first section 138 and one end of the second section 139 to engage the first section 138 and the second section 139. In one embodiment, the engaging section 140 is bent. Further, in one embodiment, the barrel pressure balancing pipe 133 includes a coupling section 141 connected to the soap feeding barrel 13, a bending section 142 connected to the coupling section 141, and an extension section 143 extending from the bending section 142 in a direction which is away from the coupling section 141. Specifically, one end of the coupling section 141 without connecting with the bending section 142 is assembled with the third valve 137, two ends of the bending section 142 are respectively connected with the coupling section 141 and the extension section 143, and the other end of the extension section 143 without connecting with the bending section 142 forms the outlet 134. Further, a length of the extension section 143 determines a position of the outlet 134.

With reference to FIG. 3, in one embodiment, the filling barrel 11 includes an opening 111 and a cover 112 for filling the soap liquid conveniently. The opening 111 is provided at a top end of the filling barrel 11 for a user to fill the soap liquid into the filling barrel 11. Moreover, the cover 112 is provided corresponding to the opening 111. In one embodiment, the cover 112 is coupled to the top end of the filling barrel 11 in a manner of screwing or the like to cover the opening 111.

Furthermore, with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, in one embodiment, the soap liquid storage device 10 includes a plurality of holders 15 that are attachable to the side plate 51 of the countertop washbasin 50. The plurality of holders 15 are respectively provided for the filling barrel 11 and the soap feeding barrel 13 to be disposed thereon. Further, in one embodiment, each of the plurality of holders 15 is provided with two retaining walls 151 arranged at an interval to define a receiving position 152 on which the filling barrel 11 or the soap feeding barrel 13 is placed. The interval between the two retaining walls 151 depends on width of the filling barrel 11 or the soap feeding barrel 13. In different embodiments, each of the retaining walls 151 could be a separate member with respect to the holder 15, or integrally formed directly on the holder 15. Taking an example that each of the retaining walls 151 is integrally formed on the holder 15, each of the plurality of holders 15 is pre-cut at least one punching line (not shown) and directly bent to form the two retaining walls 151 after machining. In this embodiment, each of the plurality of holders 15 also forms two hollow areas 153, which are respectively corresponding to one of the retaining walls 151, while bending out the two retaining walls 151.

In addition, in one embodiment, the filling barrel 11 includes a first handle 114 disposed on a side of the filling barrel 11 for a user to hold, whereby the filling barrel 11 is pulled away from the holder 15 after the user applies force to fill the soap liquid conveniently, as shown in FIG. 3. Further, when the soap liquid filling is completed, the user can push the filling barrel 11 back to its original position by holding the first handle 114, and the drawing of the filling barrel 11 back to its original position is shown in FIG. 4. Further, in another embodiment, the soap feeding barrel 13 is provided with a second handle 144 disposed on a top surface of the soap feeding barrel 13. The second handle 144 is provided for an operator to lift the soap feeding barrel 13 when assembling the soap liquid storage device 10, thereby facilitating mounting of the soap feeding barrel 13 by the operator.

Accordingly, in one embodiment, the soap liquid storage device 10 is used together with a plurality of soap liquid supply devices 30.
