PULL-UP FITNESS EXERCISE MACHINE WITH REMOTE INTELLIGENT CONTROL DEVICE

A pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device, comprising a base stably supporting all components of the invention, a vertical support fixed behind the base, a set of top cantilevers projecting from the vertical support and having a holding crossbar for exercise, and a multi-swiveling rod assembly pivoted below the vertical support and having a horizontal support plate. The multi-swiveling rod assembly is further connected with an auxiliary pushing unit that can adjust the pushing force, so as to provide the multi-swiveling rod assembly with a proper upward pushing force. By using a microcomputer intelligent control device with built-in control software and an operating interface in cooperation with more than two sets of position detectors, the multi-swiveling rod assembly and the auxiliary pushing unit of the pull-up fitness exercise machine can be intelligently controlled. Moreover, the microcomputer intelligent control device is provided with a Bluetooth networking system and a Wi-Fi networking system for remotely controlling the intensity of the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Fields of the Invention

The invention relates to a pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device, and more particularly, to a pull-up fitness exercise machine having a microcomputer intelligent control device that can perform expected automatic and remote intelligent control of the pull-up fitness exercise machine and improve/increase the exercise effect.

2. Description of the Related Art

According to U.S. Pat. Nos. 9,415,293, 9,855,457, and 10,004,944, a pull-up fitness exercise machine disclosed by the same applicant of the invention refers to an indoor sports equipment that simulates the “horizontal bar” or “lifting ring” exercise of gymnastics. It can provide an appropriate and presetable upward pushing force to the support plate by the auxiliary pushing element, so as to help the user to easily apply force and lift his body for taking an expected pull-up exercise. Since the motion mode, the mechanism composition, and related operation and usage of the “pull-up fitness exercise machine” have already been detailed in the previous application documents, they will not be repeated here.

However, the number of taking exercise is often reduced and the duration of taking exercise time cannot be sustained due to the high difficulty of this type of exercise. Even though there are related auxiliary pushing forces to help users perform smoothly, they may have to stop the exercise session to adjust the pushing forces from time to time to meet individual sports needs, which makes users feel extremely inconvenient and lose interest in using them early. Therefore, the conventional pull-up fitness exercise machine is required to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A primary object of the invention is to provide a pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device, wherein by using a microcomputer intelligent control device 30 with built-in control software and an operating interface 31 in cooperation with more than two sets of position detectors, the multi-swiveling rod assembly 16 and the auxiliary pushing unit 20 of the pull-up fitness exercise machine 10 can be intelligently controlled. In addition to automatically setting and suggesting the best exercise intensity for a specific user to choose the exercise program according to their physical fitness status, the pull-up fitness exercise machine can also detect and clearly grasp the user's real exercise situation from time to time, and can make adjustment in time to provide the optimal auxiliary pushing force, so that the user can smoothly and continuously use the pull-up fitness exercise machine to perform the expected exercise and achieve a better exercise and fitness effect. Moreover, the microcomputer intelligent control device is provided with a Bluetooth networking system and a Wi-Fi networking system for remotely controlling the intensity of the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine.

According to the invention, a pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device, comprising a base stably supporting all components of the invention, a vertical support fixed behind the base, a set of top cantilevers projecting from the vertical support and having a holding crossbar for exercise, and a multi-swiveling rod assembly pivoted below the vertical support and having a horizontal support plate. The multi-swiveling rod assembly is further connected with an auxiliary pushing unit that can adjust the pushing force, so as to provide the multi-swiveling rod assembly with a proper upward pushing force. By using a microcomputer intelligent control device with built-in control software and an operating interface in cooperation with more than two sets of position detectors, the multi-swiveling rod assembly and the auxiliary pushing unit of the pull-up fitness exercise machine can be intelligently controlled. Moreover, the microcomputer intelligent control device is provided with a Bluetooth networking system and a Wi-Fi networking system for remotely controlling the intensity of the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The present invention will now be described in more detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings that show various embodiments of the invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 4, a pull-up fitness exercise machine 10 according to the invention includes a base 11 stably supporting all components of the invention, a vertical support 12 fixed behind the base 11, a set of top cantilevers 14 projecting from the vertical support 12 and having a holding crossbar 13 for exercise, and a multi-swiveling rod assembly 16 pivoted below the vertical support 12 and having a horizontal support plate 15. The multi-swiveling rod assembly 16 is further connected with an auxiliary pushing unit 20 that can adjust the pushing force, so as to provide the multi-swiveling rod assembly 16 with a proper upward pushing force. The auxiliary pushing unit 20 is positioned between the base 11 and the multi-swiveling rod assembly 16, and has two pneumatic cylinders 21 and a motor drive member 22. The pushing positions of the two pneumatic cylinders 21 driven by the motor drive member 22 can be changed to form pushing forces of different intensities. By using a microcomputer intelligent control device 30 with built-in control software and an operating interface 31 in cooperation with more than two sets of position detectors 40, 50, the multi-swiveling rod assembly 16 and the auxiliary pushing unit 20 of the pull-up fitness exercise machine 10 can be intelligently controlled. The microcomputer intelligent control device 30 is provided with a Bluetooth networking system 33 and a Wi-Fi networking system 34 for remotely controlling the intensity of the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine 10.

Both of the position detectors 40, 50 are respectively installed at the pivot point of the pneumatic cylinder 21 and the pivot point of the multi-swiveling rod assembly 16 for detecting the pivoting angle of the specific pivot joint. In this way, it is possible to smoothly detect and grasp the pushing force of the auxiliary pushing unit 20 acting on the support plate 15 and the actual movement stroke of the multi-swiveling rod assembly 16 and support plate 15 at the other end thereof.

Therefore, the operation steps of the invention are as follows:

Step 1: Entering the user's height and weight into the operating interface 31;

Step 2: Automatically activating an intelligent exercise control function by use of a built-in program of the control device 30;

Step 3: Automatically setting the lifting force intensity (such as strong, medium, and weak) of the support plate 15 and the lifting stroke of the support plate 15 by use of the function of the position detectors 40, 50;

Step 4: Selecting one of the exercise intensity so that the auxiliary pushing unit 20 will automatically adjust to the expected position according to the selected exercise intensity and provide a corresponding and appropriate pushing force, whereafter the user can start exercising at any time;

Step 5: Detecting the actual movement stroke of the support plate 15 throughout the whole exercise session by use of the intelligent exercise control function;

Step 6-1: Automatically adjusting the auxiliary pushing unit 20 gradually to enhance the lifting force of the support plate 15 if it is detected that the actual movement stroke of the support plate 15 is incomplete and the user's physical condition may be poor. In this way, the user can be helped to be able to really complete the entire exercise stroke and smoothly continue the exercise to achieve the best exercise effect;

Step 6-2: Automatically adjusting the auxiliary pushing unit 20 gradually to reduce the lifting force of the support plate 15 if it is detected that the actual movement stroke of the support plate 15 meets the basic setting and the user's physical condition may be strong. In this way, the best exercise effect can be achieved according to the user's physical state.

The Bluetooth networking system 33 and the Wi-Fi networking system 34 of the microcomputer intelligent control device 30 are used for the user's smartphone 35 and remote computer 36 or another remote smartphone 37 to be connected to the Internet. The expected purpose of mutual data transmission and remote control can be achieved through the corresponding built-in software. In this way, it can be used as a way to remotely control the intensity of the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine 10.

In fact, the manager of the aforementioned remote computer 36 or another remote smartphone 37 is mainly a professional fitness trainer. Its function is to allow the professional fitness trainer to clearly know and grasp the actual real exercise and physiological state of the specific user at the remote end, thereby adjusting the intensity of the push-up force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine 10 at any time. As a result, excellent effects such as remote teaching, training and indirect observation and protection of the safety of users can be achieved. When the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine 10 has been controlled by any remote control, the user's smartphone 35 will also be notified immediately. Meanwhile, a warning page will be displayed or a warning sound will be given at any time to remind the user to react correspondingly.

In order to avoid any misunderstanding or obvious conflict between the operation of the remote fitness trainer and the actual use of the user, such as the fitness trainer misreading or pressing the wrong button, and any unexpected accident, its built-in control software is based on the basic design. In other words, the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine 10 is controlled by the actual information obtained by itself. That is, if the built-in control software determines that there is any improper remote control, the built-in control software will not execute the remote command, thus completely ensuring the safety of use.

The aforementioned built-in control software is not within the scope of the invention. The so-called intelligent exercise control function is also designed based on statistical parameters to determine what a person with specific height and weight may be able to bear and how much exercise load his body may complete. The information is purely for reference only and is not an absolute value when the user takes exercise. Furthermore, the position detectors 40, 50 can usually use passive components such as variable resistors or infrared detectors to achieve the desired detection purpose and effect. All electronic components that can achieve the above-mentioned equivalent effects are understood to belong to the applicable scope of the present invention and are not subject to any restriction.

In order to effectively improve the safety of use, the pull-up fitness exercise machine in accordance with the invention can further provide a heartbeat detector 32 that can be connected to the control device 30 for the user to wear and for monitoring the heartbeat rate of the user at any time. If the heartbeat rate exceeds a preset warning value, the control device 30 will immediately emit a warning sound and simultaneously increase the auxiliary pushing force, and even force the operation of the pull-up exerciser 10 to stop to fully ensure the safety of the user.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the pull-up fitness exercise machine of the invention can also cooperate with a cloud system 60 to achieve the aforementioned one-to-one remote intelligent control purpose as well as one (professional trainer)-to-many (users) remote intelligent control and teaching purpose. However, the so-called cloud system 60 is the infrastructure of network equipment, and it is not the subject of the invention so that no further descriptions thereto are given hereinafter.

Many changes and modifications in the above-described embodiment of the invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof. Accordingly, to promote the progress in science and the useful arts, the invention is disclosed and is intended to be limited only by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims

1. A pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device, comprising a base stably supporting all components of the invention, a vertical support fixed behind the base, a set of top cantilevers projecting from the vertical support and having a holding crossbar for exercise, and a multi-swiveling rod assembly pivoted below the vertical support and having a horizontal support plate, the multi-swiveling rod assembly being further connected with an auxiliary pushing unit that can adjust the pushing force, so as to provide the multi-swiveling rod assembly with a proper upward pushing force, the auxiliary pushing unit being positioned between the base and the multi-swiveling rod assembly, and having two pneumatic cylinders and a motor drive member, whereby the pushing positions of the two pneumatic cylinders driven by the motor drive member can be changed to form pushing forces of different intensities,

wherein by using a microcomputer intelligent control device with built-in control software and an operating interface in cooperation with more than two sets of position detectors, the multi-swiveling rod assembly and the auxiliary pushing unit of the pull-up fitness exercise machine can be intelligently controlled, and wherein the microcomputer intelligent control device is provided with a Bluetooth networking system and a Wi-Fi networking system for remotely controlling the intensity of the pushing force of the pull-up fitness exercise machine.

The pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device as recited in claim 1, wherein both of the position detectors are respectively installed at the pivot point of the pneumatic cylinder and the pivot point of the multi-swiveling rod assembly for detecting the pivoting angle of the specific pivot joint.

3. The pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device as recited in claim 1, wherein a heartbeat detector is connected to the control device for the user to wear and for monitoring the heartbeat rate of the user at any time.

4. The pull-up fitness exercise machine with a remote intelligent control device as recited in claim 1, wherein the pull-up fitness exercise machine cooperates with a cloud system to achieve the remote intelligent control purpose.
