Abstract

Embodiments disclose herein an all-inclusive system for organizing, storing, and using interchangeable tools with the enhanced design of Acrylic wall mounted magnetic shelf for magnetic eyelash extension pallet. The magnetic acrylic shelf also has additional magnets to hold eyelash extension tweezers where the squares on the shelf are removable magnetic eyelash extension pallets.

BACKGROUND

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to cosmetics. More particularly, implementations of the present invention provides a wall mounted magnetic acrylic shelf and palettes.

Description of the Related Art

The present invention is directed to cosmetics and cosmetics tools; more particularly, to methods and apparatus for storing, transporting, and presenting cosmetics and cosmetic tools for personal and professional use; and most particularly to an all-inclusive system for organizing, storing, transporting, and using interchangeable cosmetics and cosmetic tools wherein each cosmetic and tool includes a permanent magnet, and each associated storage or carrying case, and cosmetic and tool rest comprises a ferromagnetic material for retaining at least one magnetic cosmetic and/or magnetic tool.

In the prior art, facial cosmetics (also referred to herein interchangeably as “makeup”) may be classified generally as cheek cosmetics, e.g., blush, bronzes, foundation, tinted moisturizer, alphabet cream and face powders, such as highlighter, finishing powders; eye makeup cosmetics, e.g., eyeliner, mascara, eye shadows, eye primer, highlighter, eye brow filler; lip cosmetics, e.g., lip stick, lip liner, and lip gloss, and liquid makeup that is a non-powder cosmetic applied to the face to create an even color to the complexion, to cover flaws or to change the skin tone. Coverage varies from sheer to light, to medium, to full. The names for liquid makeup includes: foundation, tinted moisturizer and “alphabet” creams, e.g. BB, CC, and the like.

These and other types of cosmetics typically are packaged in various shapes and sizes of containers, with or without a carrying case including a makeup mirror, and are sold individually or in sets, known generally in the art as “palettes”, that vary only in the hue of the particular type of cosmetic.

Cosmetics typically are applied via one or more specialized tools, specialty brushes, e.g., foundation brush, concealer brush, powder brush, blush brush, bronzer brush, eye shadow brush, eye liner brush, eye shadow smudge brush, eyebrow brush, eye shadow blending brush, eye shadow crease brush, and lip brush. Each of these different types of brushes is specifically configured for the application of each type of makeup, and each specific configuration is designed to assist the user to achieve different effects. Very few palettes offer full sized-makeup brushes within the makeup kit. Most offer sponge applicators or tiny brushes. It is known to provide one or more such tools in combination with a cosmetic palette.

There are multiple types of patents that that have been presented in prior art. For instance, a U.S. Pat. No. 10,219,604 B1 Face palette cosmetic case is issued to Janine Fung Hing LeeMinhtran Thanh Nguyen. The patent is on a cosmetic case which is provided that includes a top case hinge attached to a bottom case. A cosmetic tray is positioned in the bottom case. The cosmetic tray includes a plurality of cosmetic recesses forming a face palette of recesses. The cosmetic recesses contain cosmetics that form a face palette of cosmetics. Shapes and sizes of the cosmetic recesses indicate an application shape and an application extent of the cosmetics on a user's face to achieve an aesthetic cosmetic appearance.

Another patent on Cosmetic container with removable palette bearing US patent 2,019,0059557A1 is issued to Research Council of Makeup Artists Inc. The patent generally relates to a cosmetic case or compact, and more specifically relates to a cosmetic case or compact featuring one or more removable cosmetic inserts and a removable palette.

Another patent on Face palette cosmetic case bearing U.S. Pat. No. 10,219,604B1 is issued to Janine Fung Fling LeeMinhtran Thanh Nguyen. The patent is on a cosmetic case is provided that intent is eludes a top case hinge attached to a bottom case. A cosmetic tray is positioned in the bottom case. The cosmetic tray includes a plurality of cosmetic recesses forming a face palette of recesses. The cosmetic recesses contain cosmetics that form a face palette of cosmetics. Another patent on Device and method for producing a customized cosmetic composition bearing U.S. Pat. No. 9,498,974B2 is issued to Gracemink Inc. The patent is on a device for producing a cosmetic composition is in the form of a printer that is modified to receive and process cosmetic components. The device includes a printer housing that includes at least one print head and an opening for receiving a substrate and allow positioning of the substrate in relation to the at least one print head. At least one replaceable cartridge is provided and contains a cosmetic substance. The at least one replaceable cartridge is operatively coupled to the at least one print head such that the cosmetic substance can be applied to the substrate through the at least one print head. The resulting cosmetic composition is made of at least one cosmetic substance and the cosmetic composition is a transferable material that can be removed from the substrate and applied to a part of a human body.

Another patent on Disposable Cosmetic Makeup Palette bearing US patent 2,012,0255572A1 is issued to Lorraine Ellen Dan. The patent is on a method or process to apply powder makeup without messy spilling of powder from the makeup. The process utilizes a disposable, biodegradable, and/or recyclable and electrostatically-charged material that attracts dust particles. This electrostatically-charged material is used to to blot excess powder from cosmetic applicators, and also serves as a palette to mix powder cosmetics for application. Furthermore, it is used to cleanup the area at which the cosmetics are applied.

Another patent on Apparatus and method for custom cosmetic dispensing bearing U.S. Pat. No. 8,573,263B2 is issued to Cosmetic Tech LLC. The patent is on improved custom cosmetic formulation dispensing system including ingredients reservoirs for syringe dispensing. The ingredients reservoirs are carried by a translatable carrier to bring the respective reservoirs into dispensing alignment with a package, into which a preselected amount of the ingredient is dispensed.

Another patent on Cosmetic palette assembly and method of making the same bearing US patent 2,015,0257508A1 is issued to Mei Shual Cosmetics Co Ltd. The patent is on a method of making a cosmetic palette assembly includes: forcing a pigmented cake unit that includes a first pigmented cake, sad a second pigmented cake which is in a color different from that of the first pigmented cake; disposing the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake into a holder; and filling a filler into the holder to form a soft base such that the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base. The cosmetic palette assembly is also disclosed.

There are multiple solutions that have been presented in prior art. However, these solutions are limited and restricted to their conventional systems. Responding to the demand for high-quality, eyelash extension palette, however, presents notable disadvantages which have not been adequately addressed in prior art devices.

The current invention is focused on presenting an assembly which is directed to an Acrylic eyelash extension palette which has a new magnetic feature on the palette, which allows the magnetic eyelash extension palette to be easily stored to the acrylic Magnetic shelf. The magnetic acrylic shelf can store up to 6 acrylic magnetic palettes and metal tools used for eyebrows or eyelash extension application. Furthermore, the shelf portion can also hold additional products.

None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.

SUMMARY

In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.

The primary desirable object of the present invention is to provide a novel and improved form of a wall mounted acrylic magnetic shelf for eyelash extension palettes and eyelash tools.

It is further the objective of the invention to ensure magnetic feature with Acrylic eyelash extension palette.

It is also the objective of the invention presenting a magnetic eyelash extension palette which can be easily stored to the acrylic Magnetic shelf.

It is further the objective of the invention to provide a magnetic acrylic shelf which can store up to 6 acrylic magnetic palettes and metal tools used for eyebrows or eyelash extension application.

It is also the objective of the invention to provide an invention which can be screwed to the wall along side of the lash technicians working station.

Another object of this invention is to provide a new and improved device where the magnetic features give the technicians easy access to their magnetic eyelash extension palettes.

It is moreover the objective of the invention to provide an assembly which is easy to use and the magnetic acrylic shelf also has additional magnets to hold eyelash extension tweezers.

It is an additional object of the invention to provide such an improved assembly which makes it possible to rapidly and reliably clean the assembly without any effect on the device placement.

It is another object to provide a filter assembly which is easy to place and easy to use.

It is further the objective of the invention that is universal in nature and can be adjusted with multiple requirements.

It is another objective of the invention to provide a main assembly made of high-quality material mostly acrylics and magent to provide an improved assembly and can be utilized for longer period of time without effecting its performance.

It is also the object of the invention to provide an assembly which is consistent, reusable and can very simply and safely be manipulated by the average user without other equipment's, training or more than ordinary, dexterity.

The object of the invention is to provide an assembly of the above-mentioned kind, which is simple and inexpensive in construction, manufacturing, filling and refilling.

Thus, it is the objective to provide a new and improved magnetic eyelash extension palette assembly. Other aspects, advantages and novel features of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed description of the invention when considered in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

The present invention is directed to provide an improved Acrylic eyelash extension palette which has a new magnetic feature on the palette where the magnetic eyelash extension palette can be easily stored to the acrylic Magnetic shelf.

As shown in FIG. 1, Acrylic eyelash extension palette container 100 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a hanging slots 103 and a bottom case 101. The assembly 100 base plate 105 may be sealed in a closed position through the use of a screw openings 107. The exterior surface 105 of the assembly may contain decorative or informational matter, such as a manufacturer's name or logo or a decorative design. In an alternative embodiment, the exterior surface may contain instructions for using the eyelashes extension palette 100 contained therein.

As shown, the Acrylic eyelash extension palette container 100 forms a rectangular prism with straight corners. The height of the Acrylic eyelash extension palette container 100 is substantially less than its length or depth. In an embodiment, the cosmetic container 100 is half an inch tall, 6 and 3/16ths of an inch long, and 4 and ¾ths of an inch deep. In an embodiment, squares are size is 3×5 inches. The cosmetic container 100 may be made from acrylic, plastic, metal, or another suitable material that is sufficiently rigid to maintain its shape and securely contain cosmetics within the interior of the container 100.

As shown in FIG. 2, the front perspective view of assembly is disclosed. The palette case 100 of the cosmetic container contains a plurality of interior partitions 109 forming a grid, with each space in the grid sized so as to hold a insert. As shown, the grid is regular, with the distance between each of the walls substantially equivalent.

The FIG. 3, shows the back view of the Acrylic eyelash extension palette which has a new magnetic feature on the palette, which allows the magnetic eyelash extension palette to be easily stored to the acrylic Magnetic shelf.

FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are disclosing the top to down and bottom to up views of the Acrylic eyelash extension palette. The FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are disclosing both sideways of the assembly. The magnetic shelf gets mounted to the wall with two screws one each of its side where one screw is on the left and one on the right. The magnetic palette sticks to the magnetic portion of wall mounted shelf if their designated place. The eyelash extension tools stick to the magnets on the shelves magnets in their designated spot.

Claims

I: An all-inclusive system for organizing, storing and using interchangeable eyelash extension tools, comprising:

a) at least one case;

b) at least one replaceable eyelash extension tool set disposed in said at least one carrying case; and

c) at least one cosmetic tool disposed in said case;

where the:

acrylic magnetic shelf for eyelash extension palettes and eyelash tools can be mounted on the wall;

the magnets on the wall mounted shelf for additional eyelash extension and eyebrow tools;

the magnetic shelf gets mounted to the wall with two screws one each of its side where one is on the left and other on the right; and

the magnetic palette sticks to the magnetic portion of wall mounted shelf; and
