Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a shoe insert for footwear, especially to a non-slip shoe insert set that allows a shoe wearer to slide the foot into a shoe with ease.

2. Description of the Prior Art(s)

A 1 millimeter (mm) shoe insert is removably placed on an insole of a shoe for the purpose of wear comfort, arch support, enhancing athletic performance, and so forth. In order to allow a shoe wearer to walk or run steadily without his/her feet sliding back and forth in the shoes, a conventional non-slip shoe insert is provided. The convention non-slip shoe insert is removably attached securely to the insole of the shoe. A top surface of the conventional non-slip shoe insert has a high coefficient of friction, so as to provide good traction to a bottom of the shoe wearer's sock-wearing foot.

However, when the coefficient of friction of the top surface of the conventional non-slip shoe insert is so high, it is difficult for the sock-wearing foot to slide all the way to the front of the shoe. Moreover, with the traction existing between the conventional non-slip shoe insert and the foot of the shoe wearer, a peripheral edge of the conventional non-slip shoe insert is easily peeled off the insole by the foot of the shoe wearer. In particular, the medial side of the conventional non-slip shoe insert, which corresponds in position to a side of a great toe of the shoe wearer, is especially easy to be peeled off

To overcome the shortcomings, the present invention provides a non-slip shoe insert set to mitigate or obviate the aforementioned problems. The non-slip shoe insert set serves the function of a “sock horn” to the sock-wearing foot in allowing the foot to easily slide into the shoe in much the same way as a shoe horn facilitates the insertion of the foot into a shoe.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a non-slip shoe insert set that allows a shoe wearer to wear a shoe with ease. The non-slip shoe insert set has a shoe insert and a shoe wearing aid.

The shoe insert has a main foot resting portion and at least one reinforcing tab. The main foot resting portion has an attaching surface and a non-slip surface. The at least one reinforcing tab protrudes from a peripheral edge of the main foot resting portion and is bendable to hold an insole of the shoe between the main foot resting portion and the at least one reinforcing tab.

The shoe wearing aid is formed as a smooth sheet, is bendable, is placed on the shoe insert, and is slidable relative to the shoe insert. The shoe wearing aid has a slidable foot resting portion and at least one holding protrusion.

With the smooth shoe wearing aid, a foot of the shoe wearer can easily slide into the shoe and the shoe wearing aid that is held between the shoe insert and the foot of the shoe wearer can be easily drawn out of the shoe. The shoe insert that has the non-slip surface allows the shoe wearer to walk or run steadily and securely. With the at least one reinforcing tab holding the insole, the peripheral edge of the main foot resting portion of the shoe insert is not peeled off the insole easily.

Other objectives, advantages and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a first preferred embodiment of a non-slip shoe insert set in accordance with the present invention is used to be disposed on an insole 31 of a shoe 30 and comprises a shoe insert 10 and a shoe wearing aid 20.

With further reference to FIG. 4, the shoe insert 10 may be made of polyurethane (PU), is attached to an upper surface 311 of the insole 31 of the shoe 30, and has a main foot resting portion 11 and at least one reinforcing tab 12.

The main foot resting portion 11 is disposed on the upper surface 311 of the insole 31, corresponds in shape to the insole 31, and is smaller or equal to the insole 31 in size. The main foot resting portion 11 has an attaching surface 111 and a non-slip surface 112. The attaching surface 111 and the non-slip surface 112 are defined oppositely on the main foot resting portion 11. The attaching surface 111 faces and is removably attached to the upper surface 311 of the insole 31 and may be attached to the insole 31 by adhesive.

The at least one reinforcing tab 12 protrudes from a peripheral edge of the main foot resting portion 11 and is bendable to be attached to a lower surface of the insole 31, such that the insole 31 is held between the main foot resting portion 11 and the at least one reinforcing tab 12.

Preferably, the main foot resting portion 11 has a front part for a forefoot of a shoe wearer to be placed thereon. The at least one reinforcing tab 12 is disposed at the front part of the main foot resting portion 11. In the first preferred embodiment, the front part of the main foot resting portion 11 has a medial side corresponding in position to the side of the great toe of the shoe wearer. The at least one reinforcing tab 12 is disposed at the medial side of the front part of the main foot resting portion 11.

Moreover, a number of the at least one reinforcing tab 12 may be one or more than one as long as the insole 31 can be held between the main foot resting portion 11 and the at least one reinforcing tab 12. In the first preferred embodiment, the at least one reinforcing tab 12 includes a plurality of reinforcing tabs 12. When there is only one reinforcing tab 12, the reinforcing tab 12 may have a larger width.

The shoe wearing aid 20 is formed as a smooth sheet, is bendable, is placed on the shoe insert 10, and is slidable relative to the shoe insert 10. Specially, the shoe wearing aid 20 is made of plastic such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene (PE), or polypropylene (PP), and the like. The shoe wearing aid 20 has a slidable foot resting portion 21, at least one holding protrusion 22, and at least one through hole 23. The slidable foot resting portion 21 corresponds in shape to and overlaps with the main foot resting portion 11 of the shoe insert 10. The at least one holding protrusion 22 protrudes from a rear end of the slidable foot resting portion 21. The at least one through hole 23 is formed through the at least one holding protrusion 22.

With reference to FIGS. 3 and 5, when the non-slip shoe insert set is put in the shoe 30, the at least one holding protrusion 22 of the shoe wearing aid 20 extends along a counter 32 of the shoe 30 to protrude out of the shoe 30. When wearing the shoe 30, since the shoe wearing aid 20 is smooth, it is easy for the shoe wearer to slip his/her foot 41 into the shoe 30.

With further reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, as the foot 41 of the shoe wearer is fully inserted into the shoe 30, the shoe wearer can hold the at least one holding protrusion 22 of the shoe wearing aid 20 with one or two of his/her hands 42 and pull the shoe wearing aid 20 out of the shoe 30. When holding the at least one holding protrusion 22, a thumb and an index finger of one of the hands of the shoe wearer may abut against each other in the through hole 23, so as to securely hold the shoe wearing aid 20.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, a number of the at least one holding protrusion 22 may be one or more than one and a number of the at least one through hole 23 may also be one or more. In the first preferred embodiment, the at least one holding protrusion 22 includes two holding protrusions 22 and the at least one through hole 23 includes two through holes 23. The two through holes 23 are formed through the two holding protrusions 22 respectively.

With further reference to FIG. 8, in a second preferred embodiment, the at least one holding protrusion 22A of the shoe wearing aid 20A includes one holding protrusion 22A and the at least one through hole 23A of the shoe wearing aid 20A includes one through hole 23A formed through the holding protrusion 22A. Otherwise, the number of the at least one holding protrusion 22, 22A and the number of the at least one through hole 23, 23A are not limited to the same. The at least one holding protrusion of the shoe wearing aid may include one holding protrusion and the at least one through hole may include multiple through holes separately formed through the holding protrusion.

The non-slip shoe insert set as described has the following advantages. With the shoe wearing aid 20, 20A, which is smooth, disposed on the shoe insert 10, the foot 41 of the shoe wearer can easily slide into the shoe 30 and the shoe wearing aid 20, 20A that is held between the shoe insert 10 and the foot 41 of the shoe wearer can be easily drawn out of the shoe 30. The shoe insert 10 that has the non-slip surface 112 allows the shoe wearer to walk or run steadily and securely. Furthermore, with the at least one reinforcing tab 12 holding the insole 31, the peripheral edge of the main foot resting portion 11 of the shoe insert 10 is not peeled off the insole 31 easily.
