Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to cleaning and maintenance of toilets, more specifically but not by way of limitation, a protector that is configured to be superposed the surface of the water disposed in a toilet wherein the protector is operable to inhibit fecal marks on the surface of the bowl.

BACKGROUND

All households and commercial facilities have toilets installed for use by the occupants of the buildings. Bathroom appliances include but are not limited to urinals and toilets. For the latter, the design thereof has been relatively unchanged for decades. While urinals are conventional utilized by males, toilets are utilized by all individuals and more particularly when performing a bowel movement. The toilet design functions to capture the bowel movement and transfer to the proper sewage pipe and is subsequently transferred to a sewage treatment plant for processing. As is known in the art, toilets require routine cleaning and are typically cleaned with a strong disinfectant and cleaned with specially designed brushes.

During the cleaning process, the objective is to remove hard water stains, urination splatter and fecal matter that may be present on various surface areas of the toilets. While routine cleaning is desired it sometimes cannot be executed with the desired frequency. During use of the toilet, it can be common that during execution of a bowel movement a mark is left on the surface of the toilet wherein the mark is commonly under the resting water surface that is present in the bowl. In between routine cleanings, the presence of these bowel movement marks can be undesirable and be unpleasant for those who desire to utilize the toilet.

Accordingly, there is a need for a toilet bowl surface protector that is configured to be superposed the surface of the water wherein the protector functions to inhibit fecal marking of the toilet bowl surface during a user performing a bowel movement.
