Description

I Cathleen Rearick of Metairie Louisiana have designed new and improved features to the toothbrush and how you can use it in conjunction with toothpaste as a unit.

The toothbrush will either be pre-filled with toothpaste as a single unit or the toothbrush will have a changeable toothpaste filled cartridge that will attach to the toothbrush. The toothpaste will release with a push or a press of a button, lever, slide or any other way necessary to allow toothpaste to expel through an opening either manually or electronically in the brushing area.

The toothbrush will come inclusive of a toothbrush and toothpaste combined with in the same unit comprising a handle, brushing head, opening for the release of toothpaste onto the brushing head and a mechanism such as but not limited to a button, lever, slide etc. that with each activation will release a pre-determined amount of toothpaste to expel through the opening in the brushing head onto/into the brushing area to make the brushing of teeth a one step process. When activation/pressure release of toothpaste onto/into the brushing area it will cause the retraction of the toothpaste to move in an upward motion bringing the toothpaste closer towards the head/brush area ready and waiting for the next use.

If an electronic unit is desired then you would have a toothbrush comprising a handle, brushing head, opening for the release of toothpaste onto the brushing head, a mechanism such as but not limited to a button, lever, slide etc. that with each activation will release a pre-determined amount of toothpaste to expel through the opening into/onto the brushing head, a removable/changeable pre filled toothpaste cartridge that connects when inserted and a battery area to make the brushing of teeth a one step process.

The purpose of this invention is to make the teeth brushing process easier and a one step process. Because the toothbrush and toothpaste will come as a unit it will reduce the mess of a separate container/tube of toothpaste, the loss of the cap of the toothpaste, drying out of the toothpaste, reduce the over use of toothpaste, easy one step travel accessory, promotes the use of changing and using new toothbrushes (as recommended) etc.
