Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention relates to the field of a building including plural floors and plural residence units.

BACKGROUND

In downtown, a townhouse and a large wide unit at a single floor of a residence building of multiple floors are quite popular. A townhouse's advantage includes relatively high efficiency on land utilization rate and also a ground outdoor field dedicated to the townhouse. But a townhouse has a big defect—the face width of each townhouse cannot be wide, so a townhouse has very small width for each floor, and so each room of a townhouse is narrow and not comfortable enough. At the same time, a large wide unit at a single floor of a residence building of plural floors can make a residence unit have living space with big width and so be comfortable enough, but only the residence units at the ground floor of the building can have its own dedicated ground outdoor field. Until now, there is no such a residence building which can combine the advantages of a townhouse and a large wide unit at a single floor of a residence building of plural floors which include big width and dedicated outdoor field.

FIG. 2 is horizontal cross section illustration of the 1st floor of the building of this example, and FIG. 2 is vertical perspective view from top to bottom of the building, and the upper direction of FIG. 2 is north.

In FIG. 2, there are totally 3 residence units which are R-1, R-2 and R-3, and the areas enclosed by the solid lines in the FIG. 2 are the living spaces included by the 3 residence units. Furthermore, the usable height of the living spaces at the 1st floor is more than 3 or 4 or 5 meters. Furthermore, Wa-1, Wa-2 and Wa-3 are the widths of the southern interfaces of the living spaces included by R-1, R-2 and R-3 respectively, and Wa-1=Wa-2=Wa-3=8 meters.

The living space at the 1st floor included by each of R-1, R-2 and R-3 includes a French window at its southern interface, and the widths of the 3 French windows are Wi-1, Wi-2 and Wi-3 respectively, and Wi-1=Wi-2=Wi-3=6 meters, and the altitude of the lower edge of a said French window is equal to or slightly higher than the altitude of the floor outside the French window, and the altitude of the upper edge of a said French window is 3 or 4 meters higher than the altitude of the floor outside the French window. Furthermore, each residence unit of the 3 residence units includes a door (or an elevator) with lock and the door is on the French window which is on the southern interface of the living space at the 1st floor included by the each residence unit, and a resident is capable of walking to outdoor through the door.

For each residence unit of the residence units R-1, R-2 and R-3, there is an outdoor garden or yard or field dedicated to the each residence unit and the outdoor garden or yard or field is outside the southern interface of the living space at the 1st floor included by the each residence unit. Furthermore, the dedicated outdoor gardens or yards or fields for R-1, R-2 and R-3 are RG-1, RG-2 and RG-3 respectively, and the areas of RG-1, RG-2 and RG-3 in FIG. 2 are the areas enclosed by the dot dash line and labeled as RG-1, RG-2 and RG-3 respectively. Furthermore, the dedicated outdoor gardens or yards or fields are separated from the public area by fence or wall.
