Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a hair comb structure which is capable of adjusting a distance between any two adjacent first columns and any two adjacent second columns.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Combs are an indispensable product for grooming and grooming hair in daily life.

A conventional comb is disclosed in TW Publication No. 20215516 and contains: a body formed in an elongated pen shape, and the body includes a first rotatable connection portion and a second rotatable connection portion.

The body further includes a first combing element rotatable connected with the first rotatable connection portion, a second combing element rotatable connection with the second rotatable connection portion, such that the hair comb is used as a pen to write words and to comb a user's hairs.

However, when rotating the first combing element or the second combing element, they move easily with respect to the writing portion. Furthermore, it is difficult to comb the hairs when holding the first combing element and the second combing element in a small area.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary aspect of the present invention is to provide a hair comb structure which is capable of adjusting a distance between any two adjacent first columns and any two adjacent second columns so as to various using requirements.

To obtain above-mentioned aspect, a hair comb structure provided by the present invention contains: a first combing element and a second combing element.

The first combing element has a first flat sheet, a grip which extends from an end of the flat sheet, a slidable rail defined on an outer side of the first flat sheet, a positioning portion extending adjacent to the grip, and multiple first spaced columns formed opposite to the slidable rail.

The second combing element has a second flat sheet stacked with the first flat sheet, and the second flat sheet has a root abutting against the grip, a slidable protrusion formed on an outer side of the second flat sheet and corresponding to the slidable rail so that the second combing element slides linearly along the first combing element. The second flat sheet further has a push button located on the root and corresponding to the positioning portion of the first combing element. The push button has a guiding portion formed on a bottom thereof parallel to the slidable protrusion and corresponding to the positioning portion. The guiding portion has a first dent and a second dent which are formed on two ends of the guiding portion and are configured to engage with the positioning portion so that the second combing element slides relative to the first combing element. The positioning portion is moved between the first dent and the second dent so as to adjust a distance between any two adjacent first spaced columns and a distance between any two adjacent second spaced columns of multiple second spaced columns.

Thereby, the second combing element is stacked on the first combing element so as to be pushed to change a position of the second combing element with respect to the first combing element, thus adjusting a distance between any two adjacent first columns and any two adjacent second columns to comb based on various using requirements.

The push button is pushed forward on the first combing element so as to remove from the positioning portion in the first dent of the guiding portion, and the root is movably detached from the grip, the second dent of the guiding portion is movably engaged with the positioning portion, the protective groove is engaged with the rib so that the slidable protrusion of the second combing element moves linearly and securely.

The push button is pushed to adjust a distance between any two adjacent first columns and any two adjacent second columns easily.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

With reference to FIGS. 1, 2 and 5, a hair comb structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a body 10 formed in a flat comb shape and including:

a first combing element 20 having a first flat sheet 21 and a grip 22 which extends from an end of the flat sheet 21, wherein a thickness of the grip 22 is more than a thickness of the first flat sheet 21, and the first combing element 20 has a slidable rail 23 defined on an outer side of the first flat sheet 21, and the slidable rail 23 has a rib 231 extending from an outer side of the slidable rail 23, a positioning portion 24 extending adjacent to the grip 22, and multiple first spaced columns 25 formed opposite to the slidable rail 23;

a second combing element 30 having a second flat sheet 31, and the second flat sheet 31 having a root 311 connected on an end of the second flat sheet 31, a slidable protrusion 32 formed on an outer side of the second flat sheet 31 and corresponding to the slidable rail 23 so that the second combing element 30 slides linearly along the first combing element 20, wherein the slidable protrusion 32 has a protective groove 321 defined adjacent to an outer wall thereof and configured to engage with the rib 231, such that the second combing element 30 covers the first combing element 20 by using the protective groove 321, and the first combing element 20 and the second combing element 30 do not remove from the slidable rail 23 and the slidable protrusion 32, the second flat sheet 31 further has a push button 33 on which rough patterns are formed, and the push button 33 is located on the root 31 and corresponds to the positioning portion 24 of the first combing element 20, the push button 33 has a guiding portion 34 formed on a bottom thereof parallel to the slidable protrusion 32 and corresponding to the positioning portion 24, wherein the guiding portion 34 is a gourd-shaped recess and has a first dent 341 and a second dent 342 which are formed on two ends of the guiding portion 34 and are configured to engage with the positioning portion 24, a trench 343 is defined and communicates between the first dent 341 and the second dent 342, and the second flat sheet 31 has multiple second spaced columns 35 opposite to the slidable protrusion 32, wherein a distance between any two adjacent first spaced columns 25 or any two adjacent second spaced columns 35 is identical so that the second combing element 30 is stacked with the first combing element 20, the first flat sheet 21 is connected with the second flat sheet 31, the multiple first spaced columns 25 are connected with the multiple second spaced columns 35, and the protective groove 321 is engaged with the rib 231. A distal end of the root 311 of the second combing element 30 abuts against the grip 22 so that the second flat sheet 31 and the grip 22 are flat and flush with each other, the first dent 341 of the guiding portion 34 is engaged with the positioning portion 24, wherein a width of the trench 343 is less than a width of each of the first dent 341 and the second dent 342 so as to increase a contact area of the positioning portion 24 covered by the first dent 341 or the second dent 342, such that the first dent 341 and the second dent 342 do not remove from the positioning portion 24, thus connecting the body 10, as shown in FIG. 1.

Referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the push button 33 pushes the first dent 341 of the guiding portion 34 to engage with the positioning portion 24, such that the first combing element 20 and the second combing element 30 do not move, the multiple first spaced columns 25 are stacked with the multiple second spaced columns 35, wherein a distance S between any two adjacent first spaced columns 25 or any two adjacent second spaced columns 35 is identical, such that the distance S combs hairs with a large area or combing wet hairs.

As shown in FIGS. 5-7, the push button 33 is pushed forward on the first combing element 20 so as to remove from the positioning portion 24 in the first dent 341 of the guiding portion 34, and the root 311 is movably detached from the grip 22, the second dent 342 of the guiding portion 34 is movably engaged with the positioning portion 24, the protective groove 321 is engaged with the rib 231 so that the slidable protrusion 32 of the second combing element 30 moves linearly and securely, the first combing element 20 is intersected with the second combing element 30, the multiple second spaced columns 35 move forward with the second combing element 30 and are not stacked with the multiple first spaced columns 25 on an original position, hence the distance 51 between any two adjacent first spaced columns 25 or any two adjacent second spaced columns 35 is less than the distance S of FIG. 3, thus combing the hairs with a small area. In contrast, when combing the hairs with the distance S, the push button 33 is pushed backward to drive the multiple second spaced columns 35 to move back to the original position of FIG. 3, and the multiple second spaced columns 35 are stacked with the multiple first spaced columns 25.

While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention and other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
