The intelligent splicing air purifier is consist of several single units. Each unit is equipped with at least one side with the first air outlet, external power interface and switch; at least one other side with internal power interface along with a control panel inside the unit. Two separated air purifiers can be connected via a conductive connector that connect the internal power interface of both units. The control box is able to connect via the wireless transmission module with the control panel of the units. It can control the operation status of the air purifier unit in a wireless way. The intelligent splicing air purifier is convenience to use because through the connection between cell phone terminal and the control box of units, customer is able to control one or more air purifier unit simultaneously.

Description
FIELD OF INNOVATION

The present invention relates to the field of air purifying product and more particularly to a type of intelligent splicing air purifier.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Air purifying products are widely used in both households and offices environment. Every households and offices, however, are varied in different sizes and spatial structures. The air purifying products on the current market are fixed in shape and size. Customer cannot put the air purifier in the desire position due to the unchangeable shape and size of the air purifier which cause inconvenience to the customer. Although there are some splicing air purifiers in the market, each unit can only be controlled individually when they are connected. Customer are required to switch them on one by one when using the product. Thus, the control system and product design of the splicing air purifiers on the current market are inflexible and inconvenience to operate.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

This innovation aims to solve at least one of the problems existed in the current technology. Thus, this innovation purpose a new type of intelligent splicing air purifier.

The technical solution applied in the innovation of intelligent splicing air purifier included: Multiple single units, each unit is equipped with at least one side with the first air outlet, external power interface and switch; at least one other side with internal power interface along with a control panel inside the unit. Two separated air purifiers can be connected via a conductive connector that connect the internal power interface of both units.

The control box is able to connect via the wireless transmission module with the control panel of the mentioned separate units. It can control the operation status of the air purifier unit in a wireless way.

Furthermore, this single air purifier unit consist of housing, and there is a cavity inside the housing. The first air inlet is equipped on the bottom of housing and it is connected with the cavity;

Wind-exporting assembly is set inside the cavity;

Filter membrane is set between the wind-exporting assembly and the first air inlet.

Further, the wind-exporting assembly included:

Installation bracket is set inside the housing;

Wind-exporting shroud is installed on the bracket. The shroud possesses the second air outlet which is set right opposite to the first air outlet, along with the second air inlet that is connected to the cavity;

Motor is set inside the wind shroud.

Furthermore, the conductive connector consists of: Connector panel had protruded parts on both sides; Conductive core runs through the connector panel and extends outside of connector panel;

Connector slot is set on the second side of the separate unit. The built-in power interface is set inside the connector slot. The protruded part goes into the connector slot and it is connected with the slot via the connecting structure. The conductive core is inserted into the built-in power interface of two separate air purifier units simultaneously.

Connecting structure consists of the first slot and the first hook. Either the first slot or the first hook can be set on the protruded part; then another can be set on the connecting slot. The head of the first hook can be set inside the first slot.

The intelligent splicing air purifier also consists of a removeable cover that can be use to open or close the connecting slot.

The removable structure consists of the second slot and the second hook. Either of them is set on the connecting slot; and the other is set on the cover. The head of the second hook is set inside the second slot.

The wireless transmission module consists of a Bluetooth module or a Wi-Fi module or a GPRS module.

The outline of the cross-section for the separate unit is a regular polygon.

The intelligent splicing air purifier also consists of a decorative panel on the top of the external cover.

FIGS. 1 to 4 is describing the intelligent splicing air purifier, which included: Multiple single units 10, each unit 10 is equipped with at least one side with the first air outlet 11, external power interface 12 and switch 13; at least one other side with internal power interface 14 along with a control panel inside the unit 10. Two separated air purifiers can be connected via a conductive connector that connect the internal power interface 14 of both units 10.

The control box is able to connect via the wireless transmission module with the control panel of the mentioned separate units 10. It can control the operation status of the air purifier unit 10 in a wireless way.

In this innovation, the air purifier can be freely spliced and combined using multiple single air purifier unit 10. The cross-section shape of the air purifier unit 10 can be regular triangles, regular quadrilaterals, regular pentagons, regular hexagons, regular heptagons, etc. The number of the units 10 combination can be any positive integer greater than 1. When splicing, the conductive connectors are connected to the internal power interface 14 on the second side of any two units 10, which serves the purpose to connect the two separate units 10. Conductive connectors also play the role of electric transmission between the two units 10. When using the product, the power cord can be plugged into the external power interface 13 on one of the units 10, and the remaining units 10 will pass through the single unit 10 that is connected to the external power supply to obtain power. Since different customers or different spaces require different air volumes, the switch 13 can be divided into controlling the working state of a single unit 10 or controlling the working state of all the units 10 spliced together depending on the length of time of the press or the number of times of pressed. This innovation has flexible control system.

The unit 10 include a cavity inside the housing 15. The first air inlet 151 is equipped on the bottom of housing 15 and it is connected with the cavity; Wind-exporting assembly is set inside the cavity;

Filter membrane is set between the wind-exporting assembly and the first air inlet 151. Wind-exporting assembly inhale the external air into the housing 15. When the external air enters the housing 15, it is filtered by the filter membrane in order to purify the external air, and then it is blown out from the first air inlet 151 through the wind-exporting assembly and provide purified air to outside. Certainly, items or devices such as fragrance or anion generator or ozone generator can be installed in the housing 15 to further purify the air and improve the purifying performance and effect.

Wind-exporting assembly included: Installation bracket 21, it is set inside the housing 15; Wind-exporting shroud 22 is installed on the bracket 21. The shroud 22 possesses the second air outlet 23 which is right opposite to the first air outlet 11, as well as the second air inlet 24 which is connected to the cavity;

Motor (not shown in the attached figures) is set inside the wind shroud 22. The motor inhales the external air into the first air inlet 151. Then the air is push into the wind shroud 22 through the second air inlet 24. The air is blow out of the second air outlet 23 by the motor again from the wind-exporting shroud 22.

The conductive connector consists of: Connector panel 31 had protruded parts 32 on both sides; Conductive core 33 runs through the connector panel 31 and extends outside of connector panel 31;

Connector slot 34 is set on the second side of the separate unit 10. The built-in power interface 14 is set inside the connector slot 34. The protruded part 32 goes into the connector slot 34 and it is connected with the slot 34 via the connecting structure. The conductive core 33 is inserted into the built-in power interface 14 of two separate air purifier units 10 simultaneously. The conductive core 33 plays the role of electric power and control signals transmission. During installation, the protruded part 32 on the side of the connector panel 31 first extends into the connector slot 34 on one of the units 10 and passes through the first slot 41 and the first hook 42 and fixed using a snap-fit method. The protruded part 32 on the other side of the connector panel 31 extends into the connector slot 34 of the other units 10. The first slot 41 and the first hook 42 are fixed using snap-fit method. While the protruded part 32 extends into the connector slot 34, the conductive core 33 is inserted into the built-in power interface 14.

Connecting structure consists of the first slot 41 and the first hook 42. Either the first slot 41 or the first hook 42 can be set on the protruded part 32; then another can be set on the connecting slot 34. The head of the first hook 42 can be set inside the first slot 41.

The intelligent splicing air purifier also consists of the cover 50 of the connecting slot 34 can be structurally removed or close or open; The cover 50 can cover the connecting slot 34 when the connecting slot 34 of separate unit 10 is not connected to other units which can help keep dust outside.

The removable structure consists of the second slot 61 and the second hook 62. Either of them is set on the connecting slot 34; and the other is set on the cover 50. The head of the second hook 62 is set inside the second slot 61.

The wireless transmission module consists of a Bluetooth module or a Wi-Fi module or a GPRS module.

The intelligent splicing air purifier also consists of a decorative panel on the top of the external cover 15 and a decorative board 70 with a decorative pattern. Different patterns, texts and colors can be set on the decorative board 70 according to the needs of users, so that the purifier has an artistic design; Furthermore, the decorative board 70 can be connected via card block and slot or using magnetic method. In addition, the filter membrane is replaceable. It can be replaced after a period of use to ensure the effect of air purification. Claims

1. A new type of intelligence splicing air purifier, the characteristics of the product included:

Multiple single units 10, each unit 10 is equipped with at least one side with the first air outlet 11, external power interface 12 and switch 13; at least one other side with internal power interface 14 along with a control panel inside the unit 10. Two separated air purifiers can be connected via a conductive connector that connect the internal power interface 14 of both units 10.
The control box is able to connect via the wireless transmission module with the control panel of the mentioned separate units 10. It can control the operation status of the air purifier unit 10 in a wireless way.

2. The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the single unit 10 consist of housing 15. There is a cavity inside the housing 15. The first air inlet 151 is equipped on the bottom of housing 15 and it is connected with the cavity; Wind-exporting assembly is set inside the cavity; Filter membrane is set between the wind-exporting assembly and the first air inlet 151.

The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 2, wherein the wind-exporting assembly included: Installation bracket 21, it is set inside the housing 15; Wind-exporting shroud 22 is installed on the bracket 21. The shroud 22 possesses the second air outlet 23 which is right opposite to the first air outlet 11, as well as the second air inlet 24 which is connected to the cavity. Motor is set inside the wind shroud 22.

5. The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 4, wherein the connecting structure consists of the first slot 41 and the first hook 42. Either the first slot 41 or the first hook 42 can be set on the protruded part 32; then another can be set on the connecting slot 34. The head of the first hook 42 can be set inside the first slot 41.

6. The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 4, wherein the intelligent splicing air purifier also consists of the cover 50 of the connecting slot 34 can be structurally remove or close or open.

7. The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 6, wherein the removable structure consists of the second slot 61 and the second hook 62. Either of them is set on the connecting slot 34; and the other is set on the cover 50. The head of the second hook 62 is set inside the second slot 61.

8. The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wireless transmission module consists of a Bluetooth module or a Wi-Fi module or a GPRS module.

9. The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outline of the cross-section for the separate unit is a regular polygon.

10. The intelligence splicing air purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intelligent splicing air purifier also consists of a decorative panel on the top of the external cover 15 and a decorative board 70 with a decorative pattern.
