A heating device includes a heating element and a high-frequency heating assembly. In a power-on state, the heating element and the high-frequency heating assembly operate to generate heat and heat tobacco materials in the heating device to produce smoke or vapor.

Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

Pursuant to 35 U.S.C.§ 119 and the Paris Convention Treaty, this application claims foreign priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202110142552.6 filed Feb. 2, 2021, and to Chinese Patent Application No. 202120294144.8 filed Feb. 2, 2021. The contents of all of the aforementioned applications, including any intervening amendments thereto, are incorporated herein by reference. BACKGROUND

The disclosure relates to a heating device comprising a heating element and a high-frequency heating assembly.

Conventional heating devices include a single high-frequency heating assembly to heat tobacco materials. Thus, the heating devices have low heating output, low work efficiencies, and low smoke or vapor amount.

SUMMARY

The disclosure provides a heating device, comprising a heating element and a high-frequency heating assembly; in a power-on state, the heating element and the high-frequency heating assembly operate to generate heat and heat tobacco materials in the heating device to produce smoke or vapor.

In a class of this embodiment, the high-frequency heating assembly comprises an induction coil and a container for holding the tobacco materials, and the container is disposed in the induction coil.

In a class of this embodiment, the high-frequency heating assembly further comprises a variable-frequency power supply; an output terminal of the variable-frequency power supply is connected to an input terminal of the induction coil; when the variable-frequency power supply is energized, an alternating current is produced and passes through the induction coil, whereby an alternating magnetic field is produced; and the container in the alternating filed is heated and transfer the heat to the tobacco materials.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating element is disposed on the container so that the tobacco materials are covered in the container.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating element comprises a main body provided with a plurality of through holes.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating element further comprises a plurality of heating wires disposed in the plurality of through holes, respectively.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating device further comprises a power supply board for supplying power to the heating element; the plurality of heating wires each comprises a lead wire connected to the power supply board; and the power supply board is electrically connected to the variable-frequency power supply.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating device further comprises a temperature probe; the temperature probe comprises a lead wire connected to the power supply board and a body disposed in the container; when the temperature is higher than a set point, the temperature probe provides protection against overheating.

In a class of this embodiment, the container comprises a metal, or a non-metal comprising an embedded metal; and the container is circular, square, quadrilateral, polygonal or other irregular shape.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating element is circular or other suitable shape; the plurality of heating wires may be of any suitable shape and disposed at any position of the main body of the heating element.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating device further comprises a socket; and the socket is used to connect the heating device to an external adapter or an external battery pack.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating device further comprises a top panel; and the power supply of the heating device is turned on by touching the top panel.

In a class of this embodiment, the heating device further comprises a smoke filter; the smoke passes through the smoke filter and inhaled by a smoker.

In a class of this embodiment, the smoke filter comprises a water container, a smoke guide pipe, and an exhaust pipe; the smoke guide pipe comprises a first end connected to the heating device and a second end disposed below a liquid level of the water container; the exhaust pipe comprises a first end part communicating with a mouthpiece, and a second end part disposed above liquid level of the water container; when in use, the smoke flows through the smoke guide pipe, filtered by water, flows out of the exhaust pipe, and enters into the mouthpiece.

The disclosure provides a heating device, the tobacco materials of which can be heated by two different heating methods. Specifically, a high-frequency heating assembly and a heating element are disposed in the heating device to generate heat and heat the tobacco materials, which improves the work efficiency and increases the amount of the smoke. An external power supply is used to power the heating device, which reduces the overall volume of the heating device and is convenient to carry the heating device. The external power supply further solves the shortcomings of an internal power supply, such as large power consumption and long working hours. The heating device uses the high-frequency heating assembly and the heating element to generate heat and the amount of the smoke produced can be consumed by users. An inductive probe is disposed in the heating device to detect temperature changes and provide protection against overheating.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

To further illustrate, embodiments detailing a heating device comprising a heating element and a high-frequency heating assembly are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.

The principle of high-frequency induction heating is as follows: an alternating current passes through an induction coil, whereby an alternating magnetic field is produced; the metal conductor in the alternating magnetic field generates an eddy current flowing through the metal conductor; the eddy current causes the atoms in the metal conductor to collide and the metal conductor generates heat.

The term “tobacco materials” as used herein refers to the tobacco, e-liquid, tobacco paste, and other materials used to produce smoke.

The term “smoke filter” as used herein refers to a device that filters out of the harmful substances in the smoke and lowers the temperature of the smoke when the smoke produced from heating tobacco materials passes through the water.

The disclosure provides a heating device adopting two heating methods, and further provides a smoke filter used in combination with the heating device.

Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the heating device comprises a top panel 1, a first cover 2, a heat sink 3, a thermal conductive silica gel 4, a variable-frequency power supply 5, a sub board 6, a power supply board 7, a silicone tube 8, a bracket 9, a plurality of heating wires 10, a temperature probe 11, a sleeve 12, a fixing seat 13, a heating element 14, a first seal 15, a thermally-insulated tube 16, an induction coil 17, a second seal 8, a second cover 19, a ceramic gasket 20, a container 21, a ceramic sleeve 22, a screw 23, and a silicone sleeve 24. An output terminal of the variable-frequency power supply 5 is connected to an input terminal of the induction coil 17; when the variable-frequency power supply 5 is energized, an alternating current is produced and passes through the induction coil 17, whereby an alternating magnetic field is produced. The thermally-insulated tube 16 is disposed in the induction coil 17 to prevent thermal conduction and protect the induction coil 17. The first seal 15 and the second seal 18 are respectively disposed on both ends of the thermally-insulated tube 16 to fix the induction coil 17. The container 21 is used to hold the tobacco materials and is fixedly disposed in the ceramic sleeve 22. The ceramic sleeve 22 is fixedly disposed in the thermally-insulated tube 16. The container 21 in the alternating magnetic field is heated and transfer the heat to the tobacco materials. The ceramic gasket 20 is disposed on the opening of the ceramic sleeve 22 to isolate the ceramic sleeve 22 from the fixing seat 13. The induction coil 17 is disposed in the second cover 19 and the lower part of the ceramic sleeve 22 extends out of the bottom of the second cover 19 to connect the smoke filter. The silicone sleeve 24 is disposed into the bottom of the ceramic sleeve 22 to seal the gap between the ceramic sleeve 22 and the smoke filter. The heating element 14 comprises a main body provided with a plurality of through holes. The plurality of heating wires 10 disposed in the plurality of through holes, respectively. The heating element 14 is disposed on the ceramic gasket 20. The fixing seat 13 is disposed on the heating element 14 and is fixedly disposed in the second cover 19. The sleeve 12 is wrapped around the temperature probe 11 to protect the temperature probe 11. The temperature probe 11 comprises a lead wire connected to the power supply board 7 and a body penetrating through the heating element 14 and inserting into the container 21; when the temperature is higher than the set point, the temperature probe 11 provides protection against overheating. The plurality of heating wires comprises a lead wire connected to the heating element 14 to the power supply board 7; and the power supply board is electrically connected to the variable-frequency power supply 5. The silicone tube 8 is disposed on an air flow switch of the power supply board 7 to protect the air flow switch; when a user smokes the tobacco materials, the airflow passes through the air flow switch and the heating device starts to generate heat. The power supply board 7 is fixedly disposed on the bracket 9 and the bracket 9 is disposed on the fixing seat 13. The sub board 6 is inserted into the variable-frequency power supply 5 to perform electrical functions. The thermal conductive silica gel 4 is disposed on the heat sink 3 and disposed on the variable-frequency power supply 5 to dissipate heat. The variable-frequency power supply 5 is fixedly disposed in the first cover 2. The first cover 2 is connected to the second cover 19; the screw 23 is inserted through the second cover 19 and into the first cover 2, thereby locking and fastening the first cover 2 and the second cover 19. The top panel 1 is disposed at the top of the first cover 2 and the power supply of the heating device is turned on by touching the penal 1. The first cover 2 comprises a socket 2-1 used to connect the input terminal of the variable-frequency power supply 5 to an external adapter or an external battery pack.

The thermally-insulated tube 16 comprises ceramic, glass, quartz, agate, mica, or jade, which are heating insulating materials and protects the induction coil from overheating.

The container 21 may be of any suitable shape, may be prepared by means of any suitable method, and comprises at least one metal.

The disclosure further comprises a smoke filter designed to be hand-held and portable.

The smoke filter is used in combination with the heating device; the smoke passes through the smoke filter and inhaled by a smoker.

The smoke filter comprises a water container A, a smoke guide pipe B and an exhaust pipe C; the smoke flows from the heating device into one end of the smoke guide pipe B, and is then discharged from one end of the exhaust pipe C to a mouthpiece D; the other end of the smoke guide pipe B is disposed below the surface of the water in the water container A; and the other end of the exhaust pipe C is disposed above the surface of the water in the water container A; the smoke flows through the smoke guide pipe B, into the water, flows out of the exhaust pipe C, and enters into the mouthpiece D.

The following advantages are associated with the heating device of the disclosure:

1. the heating device comprises a heating element and a high-frequency heating assembly, both of which generate heat to heat tobacco materials thus improving the work efficiency and increasing the amount of smoke;

2. the heating device further comprises a socket used to connect the heating device to an external power supply, which reduces the overall volume of the heating device and is convenient to carry the heating device;

3. the heating element and the high-frequency heating assembly generate heat together and the amount of the smoke produced can be consumed by users; and

4. the heating device further comprises an inductive probe that detects the temperature changes and provides protection against overheating.

It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made, and therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications.

Claims

1. A heating device, comprising a heating element and a high-frequency heating assembly; wherein in a power-on state, the heating element and the high-frequency heating assembly operate to generate heat and heat tobacco materials in the heating device to produce smoke or vapor.

2. The heating device of claim 1, wherein the high-frequency heating assembly comprises an induction coil and a container for holding the tobacco materials, and the container is disposed in the induction coil.

3. The heating device of claim 2, wherein the high-frequency heating assembly further comprises a variable-frequency power supply; an output terminal of the variable-frequency power supply is connected to an input terminal of the induction coil; when the variable-frequency power supply is energized, an alternating current is produced and passes through the induction coil, whereby an alternating magnetic field is produced; and the container in the alternating filed is heated and transfers the heat to the tobacco materials.

4. The heating device of claim 1, wherein the heating element is disposed on the container so that the tobacco materials are covered in the container.

5. The heating device of claim 1, wherein the heating element comprises a main body provided with a plurality of through holes.

6. The heating device of claim 5, wherein the heating element further comprises a plurality of heating wires disposed in the plurality of through holes, respectively.

7. The heating device of claim 6, wherein the heating device further comprises a power supply board for supplying power to the heating element; the plurality of heating wires each comprises a lead wire connected to the power supply board; and the power supply board is electrically connected to the variable-frequency power supply.

8. The heating device of claim 7, wherein the heating device further comprises a temperature probe; the temperature probe comprises a lead wire connected to the power supply board and a body disposed in the container.

9. The heating device of claim 2, wherein the container comprises a metal, or a non-metal comprising an embedded metal; and the container is circular, square, quadrilateral, or polygonal in shape.

10. The heating device of claim 6, wherein the heating element is circular, and the plurality of heating wires is disposed on the heating element.

11. The heating device of claim 1, wherein the heating device further comprises a socket.

12. The heating device of claim 6, wherein the heating device further comprises a top panel.

13. A hookah, comprising the heating device of claim 1 and a smoke filter connected to the heating device; when in use, the smoke produced by the heating device passes through the smoke filter and is inhaled by a smoker.

14. The heating device of claim 13, wherein the smoke filter comprises a water container, a smoke guide pipe, and an exhaust pipe; the smoke guide pipe comprises a first end connected to the heating device and a second end disposed below a liquid level of the water container; the exhaust pipe comprises a first end part communicating with a mouthpiece, and a second end part disposed above liquid level of the water container; when in use, the smoke flows through the smoke guide pipe, is filtered by water, flows out of the exhaust pipe, and enters into the mouthpiece.
