FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

The present disclosure relates to a clothing, and more particularly to a functional clothing having improved pockets.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

In present society, people emphasize portability and efficiency. Therefore, people usually only carry valuable personal items when going out. Most commercial clothing has pockets for users to place small items, such as change, keys, and wallets. However, the pockets on such clothing generally only provide storage for the items, and too many different items will cause difficulties for the user when attempting to take a certain one out.

For instance, when a key, a business card and change are placed in the same pocket and the user takes out the key, the business card or change may be caught on and brought along with the key to fall out of the pocket. In addition, most of the pockets are made of non-elastic plain woven fabrics. Therefore, when the user changes posture or moves, the items in the pockets may easily slip out of the pocket and be lost. Although most of valuable items (such as credit cards, ID cards, banknotes, change, etc.) are placed in a wallet, when the wallet is placed in the pocket of a pair of pants, the pocket may bulge out and affect the aesthetic appearance.

In conventional technologies, zippers or buttons are arranged at an opening of the pocket, so as to prevent items from slipping out of the pockets. However, the zippers or buttons are hard parts that cause wearing discomfort to the user.

Therefore, how to enhance convenience and security of the pockets through structural design improvements, whilst taking into account the aesthetic appearance of the clothing to overcome the above-referenced technical inadequacies, has become an important issue yet to be solved in this field.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

Poorly designed clothing pockets may result in difficulty of sorting items or the items slipping out of the pockets easily. Therefore, the present disclosure provides a functional clothing having improved pockets. In the functional clothing, a card holder pocket and an inner pocket are respectively disposed in two pocket spaces, which can properly store the items (such as cards and change), so as to prevent property losses due to valuable items slipping out of a pocket opening. Furthermore, the improved pockets of the functional clothing have no hard parts (such as zippers and buttons), thereby not causing discomfort to a user.

First Embodiment

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, a first embodiment of the present disclosure provides a functional clothing C, which is a top, a coat, a vest, a pair of pants, or a skirt. In this embodiment, the functional clothing C is a pair of trousers. The functional clothing C at least includes a clothing body 10, a first pocket 20, a card holder pocket 30, a second pocket 40, and an inner pocket 50. The first pocket 20 is disposed on the clothing body 10 and has a first pocket space 21. The card holder pocket 30 is disposed in the first pocket space 21, and the card holder pocket 30 has at least one card holder pocket space 31. The second pocket 40 is disposed on the clothing body 10 and has a second pocket space 41. The inner pocket 50 is disposed in the second pocket space 41, and the inner pocket 50 has an inner pocket space 51. In this embodiment, the functional clothing C can further include a waist pocket 60 and other pockets (for instance, two back pockets, which are not shown). However, the aforementioned description for the functional clothing C of the first embodiment is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the first pocket 20 and the second pocket 40 are respectively disposed on corresponding sides of the clothing body 10, and the clothing body 10 includes a first outer cloth 11, a first inner cloth 12, a second outer cloth 13, a second inner cloth 14, and a waist part 15. The first outer cloth 11 is connected to a portion of the first inner cloth 12 so as to form the first pocket space 21, and the card holder pocket 30 is disposed on the first inner cloth 12. The second outer cloth 13 is connected to a portion of the second inner cloth 14 so as to form the second pocket space 41, and the inner pocket 50 is disposed on the second inner cloth 14. The waist pocket 60 is disposed at the waist part 15 and has a waist pocket space 61.

In this embodiment, the first pocket 20, the second pocket 40, and the waist pocket 60 are inside pockets. In other words, the first pocket 20, the second pocket 40, and the waist pocket 60 are hidden in the clothing body 10. In certain other embodiments, positions of the first pocket and the second pocket can be not symmetrical. In addition, when the functional clothing is the pants or the skirt, the functional clothing can be configured to have the waist pocket for placing keys in practical application, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

Referring to FIG. 4, the card holder pocket 30 includes an inner card holder pocket cloth 32 and a plurality of outer card holder pocket cloths 33 that overlap, and the at least one card holder pocket space 31 includes an inner card holder pocket space 311 and a plurality of outer card holder pocket spaces 312. In addition, the inner card holder pocket cloth 32 is connected to a portion of the first inner cloth 12 to form the inner card holder pocket space 311, and the plurality of outer card holder pocket cloths 33 are sequentially arranged on an outer side of the inner card holder pocket cloth 32 to form the plurality of outer card holder pocket spaces 312. For instance, a width of the inner card holder pocket cloth 32 and the outer card holder pocket cloths 33 can range from 48 mm to 52 mm (which is shorter than widths of commercially available cards), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Specifically speaking, each card holder pocket space 31 has a corresponding card holder opening. In this embodiment, two of the outer card holder pocket cloths 33 are sequentially and downwardly arranged, and are partially overlapped on the outer side of the inner card holder pocket cloth 32. As such, each card holder opening is sequentially and downwardly arranged. Therefore, during use, cards stored in each card holder pocket space 31 may not overlap completely, so as to prevent the first pocket 20 from bulging and affecting the appearance. Further, the first pocket 20 includes a first pocket bottom 22, and the card holder pocket 30 is spaced from the first pocket bottom 22 (preferably, a distance between the card holder pocket 30 and the first pocket bottom 22 is about 2 to 15 cm). In other words, during use, items in the first pocket 20 will not completely overlap with the cards in the card holder pocket 30, so as to prevent the first pocket 20 from bulging and affecting the aesthetic appearance.

Referring to FIG. 5, when in use, the card holder pocket 30 is suitable for storing a plurality of cards 80 (such as credit cards, ID cards, ATM cards, etc.), and surface areas of the inner card holder pocket cloth 32 and the outer card holder pocket cloths 33 are about 80% to 90% of a standard card size. Therefore, each of the cards 80 can be completely clamped in the card holder pocket 30, and is partially exposed so as to be easily taken out by the user. It should be noted that in order to prevent the valuable items from slipping out of the pocket, a material of the card holder pocket 30 can be an elastic cloth, which has a stretching rate ranging from 3% to 10% (preferably, from 5% to 8%). Furthermore, the cloth conventionally used to make pockets is plain woven fabric, which has no elasticity. Therefore, items may easily move in the pocket during wear, or the card may be difficult to take out. The material of the card holder pocket 30 of the present disclosure is a knitted fabric with elasticity, which allows the card holder pocket space 31 to be relatively stretchable, so that the user can take the cards 80 out conveniently. Moreover, the card holder pocket 30 having a stretching rate within a specific range can hold the cards 80, so as to ensure that the cards 80 will not easily slip out of the card holder pocket space 31.

Referring to FIG. 6, the inner pocket 50 includes an inner pocket cloth 52, and the inner pocket cloth 52 is connected to a portion of the second inner cloth 14 so as to form the inner pocket space 51. Referring to FIG. 7, in practice, the inner pocket 50 can be used to store banknotes or change. In addition, the second pocket 40 includes a second pocket bottom 42, and the inner pocket 50 is spaced apart from the second pocket bottom 42 (preferably, a distance between the inner pocket 50 and the second pocket bottom 42 is about 2 to 15 cm). In other words, during use, items in the second pocket 40 will not completely overlap with the cards in the inner pocket 50, so as to prevent the second pocket 40 from bulging and affecting the aesthetic appearance.

Second Embodiment

Referring to FIG. 8 to FIG. 9, a functional clothing C′ of a second embodiment of the present disclosure is an outer garment. The structure of the functional clothing C′ of the second embodiment of the present disclosure is essentially the same as the structure of the functional clothing C of the first embodiment of the present disclosure, and will not be reiterated herein. The difference between the second embodiment of the present disclosure and the first embodiment is that a clothing body 10 of the second embodiment includes a first outer cloth 11 and a second outer cloth 13. The first outer cloth 11 is connected to a portion of the clothing body 10 so as to form a first pocket space 21, and a card holder pocket 30 is disposed on the clothing body 10. The second outer cloth 13 is connected to another portion of the clothing body 10 so as to form a second pocket space 41, and an inner pocket 50 is disposed on the clothing body 10. In this embodiment, the first pocket 20 and the second pocket 40 are outside pockets. That is to say, the first pocket 20 and the second pocket 40 are shown on the clothing body 10. It should be noted that in this embodiment, an inner card holder pocket cloth 32 of the card holder pocket 30 is connected to a portion of the clothing body 10 to form an inner card holder pocket space 31, and an inner pocket cloth 52 of the inner pocket 50 is connected with another portion of the clothing body 10 to form an inner pocket space 51.

Beneficial Effects of the Embodiments

One of the advantages of the present disclosure is that, by virtue of “the card holder pocket being disposed in the first pocket space, and the card holder pocket having the at least one card holder pocket space” and “the inner pocket being disposed in the second pocket space, and the inner pocket having the inner pocket space”, the functional clothing having improved pockets provided by the present disclosure improves a spatial distribution in the pocket, enhances convenience for the users and the security of the items, and has both aesthetic appeal and comfort when worn by the user.

Furthermore, by virtue of “a material of the card holder pocket being an elastic cloth, and the elastic cloth having a stretching rate ranging from 3% to 10%”, in use, the items can be fixed in the card holder pocket and be prevented from slipping out, whilst being convenient for the user to take out.

The foregoing description of the exemplary embodiments of the disclosure has been presented only for the purposes of illustration and description and is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the disclosure to the precise forms disclosed. Many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching.

The embodiments were chosen and described in order to explain the principles of the disclosure and their practical application so as to enable others skilled in the art to utilize the disclosure and various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated. Alternative embodiments will become apparent to those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains without departing from its spirit and scope.
