The present invention belongs to the technical field of seat mesh, in particular to an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, wherein it comprises a seat body, and a seat reinforcement is fixed to the inner wall of the seat body by welding. A mesh body is laid on the side of the seat body. A mesh connecting rod is fixed at one end of the mesh body. The mesh connecting rod rounds the side of the seat body and embedded into the inner side of the seat reinforcement. During the installation of the mesh, the fixing bolt is removed from the seat reinforcement, and the mesh connecting rod rounds the side of the seat body and embedded into the inner side of the seat reinforcement, i.e. the mesh body is preliminarily fixed. Then, the mesh body is completely fixed on the seat body by turning the fixing bolt on the seat reinforcement. The embedded fixing structure of the mesh can effectively prevent the mesh body from falling and facilitate the installation of the mesh body.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention belongs to the technical field of seat mesh, in particular to an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The mesh stretching for E-sports chairs on the current market is mostly performed by fixing mesh on plastic frame with reinforced steel nails by nail gun, which is prone to damage the performance of mesh itself, making mesh fall off chairs after a period of use with short service life. In addition, the quantity of gun nails used to fix mesh on a chair is not expressly specified, which completely depends on the experience of workers and repeated adjustments, resulting in waste of materials and time and non-standard mesh stretching technique. To solve the problems in the current process of mesh fixation, it is necessary to improve and optimize the fixing structure of mesh.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to solve the above-described problems in the prior art, the present invention provides an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, which is easy to install and free from falling off.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh comprising a seat body, wherein a seat reinforcement is fixed to the inner wall of the seat body by welding. A mesh body is laid on the side of the seat body. A mesh connecting rod is fixed at one end of the mesh body. The mesh connecting rod rounds the side of the seat body and embedded into the inner side of the seat reinforcement. A through hole is opened respectively in the seat reinforcement and the outer surface of the seat body. A fixing bolt is arranged to penetrate through the holes, and a limit assembly is arranged between the seat reinforcement and the seat body.

As the preferred technical scheme, the present invention provides an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, wherein the limit assembly comprises a limit piece and a retracting groove. The retracting groove is arranged on the outer surface of the seat body. The limit piece is integrally arranged on the outer wall of the seat reinforcement, and embedded into the inside of the retracting groove.

As the preferred technical scheme, the present invention provides an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, wherein an auxiliary rubber strip is fixed on the surface of the mesh body at the side close to the fixing bolt by injection molding, and the auxiliary rubber strip is a strip component.

As the preferred technical scheme, the present invention provides an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, wherein the mesh connecting rod and the seat reinforcement are both solid cylindrical components. Rubber sheaths are sleeved on the outer wall of the mesh connecting rod and the seat reinforcement by injection molding.

As the preferred technical scheme, the present invention provides an embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, wherein the limit piece is an isosceles-trapezoidal rubber component, and the retracting groove is embedded with the limit piece.

Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: During the installation of the mesh, the fixing bolt is removed from the seat reinforcement, and the mesh connecting rod rounds the side of the seat body and embedded into the inner side of the seat reinforcement, i.e. the mesh body is preliminarily fixed. Then, the mesh body is completely fixed on the seat body by turning the fixing bolt on the seat reinforcement. The embedded fixing structure of the mesh can effectively prevent the mesh body from falling and facilitate the installation of the mesh body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The technical solutions provided in the embodiment of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below in accordance with the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiment is merely a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments made by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiment of the present invention without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Embodiment

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: An embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, wherein it comprises the seat body 1, and the seat reinforcement 2 is fixed to the inner wall of the seat body 1 by welding. The mesh body 3 is laid on the side of the seat body 1. The mesh connecting rod 31 is fixed at one end of the mesh body 3. The mesh connecting rod 31 rounds the side of the seat body 1 and embedded into the inner side of the seat reinforcement 2. The through hole 21 is opened respectively in the outer surface of the seat reinforcement 2 and the seat body 1. The fixing bolt 4 is arranged to penetrate through the through holes 21, and the limit assembly is arranged between the seat reinforcement 2 and the seat body 1. In this embodiment, the mesh body 3 can be further locked by the fixing bolt 4 to improve the stability of the mesh body 3 and prevent the mesh body 3 from falling.

Specifically, the limit assembly comprises the limit piece 22 and the retracting groove 11. The retracting groove 11 is opened on the outer surface of the seat body 1. The limit piece 22 is integrally arranged on the outer wall of the seat reinforcement 2, and embedded into the inside of the retracting groove 11. In this embodiment, the limit assembly improves the stability of the mesh body 3 when fixing it.

Specifically, the auxiliary rubber strip 32 is fixed on the surface of the mesh body 3 at the side close to the fixing bolt 4 by injection molding, and the auxiliary rubber strip 32 is a strip component. In this embodiment, the auxiliary rubber strip 32 improves the wear resistance of side surfaces of the mesh body 3, and prevents wire rods on the side of the mesh body 3 from fracture.

Specifically, the mesh connecting rod 31 and the seat reinforcement 2 are both solid cylindrical components. The rubber sheaths 5 are sleeved on the outer wall of the mesh connecting rod 31 and the seat reinforcement 2 by injection molding. In this embodiment, the rubber sheaths 5 protect the mesh connecting rod 31 and the seat reinforcement 2 to prevent the mesh connecting rod 31 and the seat reinforcement 2 from being deformed.

Specifically, the limit piece 22 is an isosceles-trapezoidal rubber component. The retracting groove 11 is embedded with the limit piece 22. In this embodiment, the limit piece 22 limits the mesh body 3 to prevent it from being worn when moving back and forth.

The working principle and operating process of the present invention: During the installation of the mesh, the fixing bolt 4 is removed from the seat reinforcement 2, and the mesh connecting rod 31 rounds the side of the seat body 1 and embedded into the inner side of the seat reinforcement 2, i.e. the mesh body 3 is preliminarily fixed. Then, the mesh body 3 is completely fixed on the seat body 1 by turning the fixing bolt 4 on the seat reinforcement 2. The fixing bolt 4 remains connected to the seat reinforcement 2 and the seat body 1 through threads, enabling the mesh body 3 to be fixed on the seat body 1. The limit piece 22 is embedded into the inside of the retracting groove 11, and limits the mesh body 3 and the auxiliary rubber strip 32 to prevent the mesh body 3 from excessive wear. The rubber sheath 5 can prevent the seat reinforcement 2 and the mesh connecting rod 31 from being deformed due to excessive extrusion pressure caused by collision between the seat reinforcement 2 and the mesh connecting rod 31. The embedded fixing structure of the mesh can effectively prevent the mesh body 3 from falling and facilitate the installation of the mesh body 3.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiment, those skilled in the art can still modify the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiment, or substitute some of the technical features of the embodiment. Claims

1. An embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh, wherein it comprises a seat body (1), and a seat reinforcement (2) is fixed to the inner wall of the seat body (1) by welding. A mesh body (3) is laid on the side of the seat body (1). A mesh connecting rod (31) is fixed at one end of the mesh body (3). The mesh connecting rod (31) rounds the side of the seat body (1) and embedded into the inner side of the seat reinforcement (2). A through hole (21) is opened respectively in the seat reinforcement (2) and the outer surface of the seat body (1). A fixing bolt (4) is arranged to penetrate through the holes (21), and a limit assembly is arranged between the seat reinforcement (2) and the seat body (1).

2. The embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh according to claim 1, wherein the limit assembly comprises a limit piece (22) and a retracting groove (11). The retracting groove (11) is arranged on the outer surface of the seat body (1). The limit piece (22) is integrally arranged on the outer wall of the seat reinforcement (2), and embedded into the inside of the retracting groove (11).

3. The embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh according to claim 1, wherein an auxiliary rubber strip (32) is fixed on the surface of the mesh body (3) at the side close to the fixing bolt (4) by injection molding, and the auxiliary rubber strip (32) is a strip component.

4. The embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh according to claim 1, wherein the mesh connecting rod (31) and the seat reinforcement (2) are both solid cylindrical components. Rubber sheaths (5) are sleeved on the outer wall of the mesh connecting rod (31) and the seat reinforcement (2) by injection molding.

5. The embedded anti-falling and easy-to-install seat mesh according to claim 1, wherein the limit piece (22) is an isosceles-trapezoidal rubber component, and the retracting groove (11) is embedded with the limit piece (22).
