WET TISSUE USABLE AS DISPOSABLE BAG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A wet tissue usable as a disposable bag and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. The method includes steps of winding, first bonding, cutting, second bonding, packaging, immersing and sealing. According to the wet tissue usable as the disposable bag and the manufacturing method therefor, the wet tissue is taken out sheet by sheet from a sealed pack and used to wipe off contaminants such as dust or foreign matter, and then contains contaminants or garbage in the wet tissue.

TECHNICAL FIELDThe present disclosure relates generally to wet tissue usable as a disposable bag and a manufacturing method therefor. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a wet tissue usable as a disposable bag and a manufacturing method therefor in which the wet tissue is taken out sheet by sheet from a sealed pack and is used to wipe off contaminants such as dust or foreign matter, and then can contain contaminants or garbage therein.
BACKGROUNDWet tissue is made by dampening a fabric resistant to moisture, that is, a non-woven fabric made by blending rayon and polyester with purified water (and other additives), and is generally used to wipe off various contaminants. Generally, multiple wet tissues are piled on each other in a vertical direction and are stored in a packaging container (or a packaging pack) such that a user can easily use the wet tissue by taking out the tissue sheet by sheet through an exit hole formed in the upper surface of the packaging container.
Recently, as culture that pursues simplicity and an atmosphere that emphasizes hygiene spread, the range of consumption groups of wet tissues has gradually expanded and accordingly, consumption thereof has rapidly increased. Accordingly, wet tissues are manufactured to be used for various purposes such as cleansing tissues for removing cosmetics, wet tissues for cleaning, and wet tissues for patients, etc. and are sold on the market.
In addition, in response to changes in consumer demand, a functional wet tissue with antibacterial and sterilization functions, a moisturizing function, a skin protection function, a deodorization function, and an insect repelling function, etc. are being developed beyond a wet tissue with a simple cleaning function.
Korean Patent No. 10-1373409 discloses a technology about wet tissues with the combined function of antibacterial, cleaning, moisturizing, and deodorizing functions, and Korean Patent No. 10-0431487 discloses a technology about a disposable wet tissue with an insect repelling function.
As such, a wet tissue is convenient to be used, is used in a daily life, and is usually easily pulled out for one-time use. However, the wet tissue cannot be reused, so the wet tissue is generally discarded immediately after use. The discarded wet tissue is harmful waste, and the amount of discarded waste is also increasing as the use of a wet tissue increases.
SUMMARYThe present disclosure is intended to propose a wet tissue usable as a disposable bag and a manufacturing method therefor in which the wet tissue is used to wipe off contaminants such as dust or foreign matter, and then can contain contaminants or garbage therein.
The objectives of the present disclosure are not limited to the above-mentioned objectives, and other objectives not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
In order to accomplish the above objectives, the present disclosure provides a manufacturing method for a wet tissue usable as a disposable bag, the method including: a winding step at which a non-woven fabric is wound in a cylindrical shape such that width-directional opposite ends of the non-woven fabric are in contact with each other; a first bonding step at which the width-directional opposite ends of the wound non-woven fabric are bonded to each other; a cutting step at which the non-woven fabric having the cylindrical shape is cut to have a predetermined length so as to form a tissue; a second bonding step at which an open portion of a lower end of the tissue is bonded such that the tissue has an envelope shape open only at an upper end thereof; a packaging step at which a plurality of tissues having envelope shapes is alternately piled on each other and is inserted into a packaging pack having an insertion hole formed by opening a side thereof; an immersing step at which by putting undiluted wet tissue liquid into the packaging pack through the insertion hole, the tissue is immersed in the undiluted wet tissue liquid; and a sealing step at which the insertion hole is adhesively sealed and a cover is attached to an exit hole formed in an upper surface of the packaging pack such that the exit hole is opened and closed by the cover.
In this case, the method may further include: a grip part cutting step, after the cutting step or the second bonding step, in which the tissue is cut by a predetermined length at a portion of an upper end part thereof to have a grip part such that a finger is inserted into the grip part.
The wet tissue usable as a disposable bag of the present disclosure includes: a tissue made of a non-woven fabric and immersed in undiluted wet tissue liquid, the tissue being formed by bonding an open portion of a lower end of the tissue such that the tissue has an envelope shape open only at an upper end thereof after width-directional opposite ends of the tissue are bonded to each other while being in contact with each other;
a packaging pack having an exit hole formed in a center of an upper surface thereof, the packaging pack being configured to seal a plurality of tissues introduced into the packaging pack and piled alternately on each other in a vertical direction; and a cover attached to the upper surface of the packaging pack so as to open and close the exit hole, the cover being configured to prevent evaporation of moisture of the tissue and contamination of an inside of the packaging pack.
Preferably, the wet tissue usable as a disposable bag of the present disclosure may be cut by a predetermined length at an upper end part thereof to have a grip part such that a finger is inserted into the grip part.
The wet tissue of the present disclosure is used to wipe off contaminants such as dust or foreign matter, and then can be recycled as a disposable bag which can contain contaminants or garbage therein, thereby reducing the use of plastic bags to be economical and contributing to environmental protection.

Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Irrespective of the drawings, like reference numerals refer to like elements, and “and/or” includes each and every combination of mentioned items.
Although terms such as the first and second, etc. are used to describe various elements, these elements are not limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one component from another. Accordingly, it goes without saying that the first component mentioned below may be the second component within the spirit of the present disclosure.
Terms used in this specification are intended to describe the embodiments, but are not intended to limit the present disclosure. In this specification, a singular term also includes a plural term unless otherwise specified herein. “Comprise” and/or “comprising” used in this specification do not exclude the presence or addition of one or more other components in addition to a stated component.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein may be used to have meanings commonly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains. In addition, terms defined in a commonly used dictionary are not to be interpreted ideally or excessively unless clearly specifically defined.

Specifically, the winding step S10 is a step of winding a non-woven fabric in a cylindrical shape such that the width-directional opposite ends of the non-woven fabric are in contact with each other after unwinding the non-woven fabric wound in the shape of a roll. Through the winding step S10, the shape of the non-woven fabric can be processed such that a tissue 10 having an envelope shape to be described later has a reception space therein, that is, such that the tissue 10 can have space in which contaminants or garbage can be contained after the tissue 10 is used to wipe off contaminants such as dust or foreign matter.
The width-directional opposite ends of the non-woven fabric wound at the winding step S10 are bonded to each other such that the wound non-woven fabric can maintain a cylindrical shape, and thus a side edge bonded part 12 is formed at S20.
Here, the bonding refers to bonding the width-directional opposite ends of the non-woven fabric to each other by applying heat and pressure to the width-directional opposite ends of the non-woven fabric through thermal bonding, high-frequency welding, and ultrasonic bonding, and is distinguished from coupling in a sewing method. In consideration of productivity, price competitiveness, and bonding characteristics of a synthetic resin material such as a non-woven material, an ultrasonic bonding method is preferably selected for the bonding, but the bonding is not limited thereto.
Through the first bonding step S20, the non-woven fabric maintains a cylindrical shape thereof and later is cut to have a predetermined length to form the tissue 10 at S30.
In this case, the tissue 10 is open at upper and lower ends thereof, and thus through the second bonding step S40, the tissue 10 has an envelope shape open only at the upper end thereof as illustrated in
Specifically, at the second bonding step S40, by using one method selected among thermal bonding, high-frequency welding, and ultrasonic bonding, the open portion of the lower end of the tissue 10 is bonded to form a lower end bonded part 14 such that the tissue 10 has an envelope shape.
The tissue 10 formed to have an envelope shape through the second bonding step S40 may include a plurality tissues piled alternately on each other in a vertical direction, and the plurality of tissues is inserted into a packaging pack (not shown) having an insertion hole formed by opening a side thereof and is packaged to have the shape of a normal wet tissue at S50.
In this case, the packaging pack (not shown) is made of paper or vinyl, an inner surface of which is coated with a synthetic resin material such as poly ethylene (PE), poly ethylene (PET), or linear low density poly ethylene (LLDPE), so the packaging pack is waterproof such that undiluted wet tissue liquid to be described later does not leak or evaporate to the outside.
Next, the undiluted wet tissue liquid is inserted into the packaging pack (not shown) through the open insertion hole of the packaging pack (not shown) to immerse the tissues in the undiluted wet tissue liquid at S60.
Generally, in most cases, a user directly grips a wet tissue and wipes a contaminated target surface with the wet tissue, so the wet tissue is basically required to have high water content and an excellent cleaning power, and to have safety and excellent antibacterial properties for the skin. Accordingly, the undiluted wet tissue liquid may include purified water, a surfactant, a disinfectant, a skin moisturizer, a fungicide, an antibacterial agent, a preservative, and other additives.
When the undiluted wet tissue liquid sufficiently wets the tissue 10 at the immersing step S60, the insertion hole of the packaging pack (not shown) is adhesively sealed, and a cover (not shown) is attached to an exit hole formed in the center of the upper surface of the packaging pack (not shown) such that the exit hole is opened and closed by the cover at S70.
The cover (not shown) covers and seals the exit hole, and can prevent moisture contained in the tissue 10 from evaporating such that the tissue 10 is prevented from losing a function thereof as a wet tissue. Furthermore, the cover can prevent dust from being introduced through the exit hole into the packaging pack (not shown) such that the undiluted wet tissue liquid is prevented from being contaminated.
Specifically, the cover (not shown) is made of synthetic resin and is attached to the surrounding upper surface of the exit hole such that the cover can be opened and closed on a hinge. When a user intends to use a wet tissue, the user rotates the cover (not shown) on a hinge in one direction to open the cover, and may take out the tissue 10 as required sheet by sheet through the exit hole to use the tissue. Furthermore, a detachable sticker (not shown) may be attached to the exit hole so as to increase the sealing force of the packaging pack (not shown).

Specifically, the tissue 10 is cut by a predetermined length at the center of the upper end part thereof to have the grip part 18 such that a finger can be inserted into the grip part 18. Accordingly, after contaminants or garbage is put into the tissue 10, the finger is inserted into the grip part 18 to grip the tissue such that the tissue is easily carried to a place in which the tissue can be discarded, that is, to a position at which a trash can is disposed.
In this case, the grip part 18 is preferably cut in a straight line with a minimum length such that the tissue 10 is prevented from being torn due to the grip part 18 held by the uneven surface of an object when the tissue 10 is used to wipe off contaminants, but is not limited thereto, and may be processed into various shapes such as circular and oval shapes.
Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described with reference to the above and the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains will be able to understand that the present disclosure may be embodied in other specific forms without changing the technical spirit or essential features of the present disclosure. Therefore, it should be understood that the embodiments described above are illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
Claims
1. A manufacturing method for a wet tissue usable as a disposable bag, comprising the following steps:
- a winding step, comprising: winding a non-woven fabric in a cylindrical shape, wherein width-directional opposite ends of the non-woven fabric are in contact with each other;
- a first bonding step, comprising: bonding the width-directional opposite ends of the non-woven fabric to each other;
- a cutting step, comprising: cutting the non-woven fabric having the cylindrical shape to have a predetermined length to form a tissue;
- a second bonding step, comprising: bonding an open portion of a lower end of the tissue, wherein the tissue has an envelope shape open only at an upper end of the tissue;
- a packaging step, comprising: alternately piling a plurality of tissues having envelope shapes on each other and inserting the plurality of tissues into a packaging pack having an insertion hole formed by opening a side of the packaging pack;
- an immersing step, comprising: putting an undiluted wet tissue liquid into the packaging pack through the insertion hole, and immersing the tissue in the undiluted wet tissue liquid; and
- a sealing step, comprising: adhesively sealing the insertion hole and attaching a cover to an exit hole formed in an upper surface of the packaging pack, wherein the exit hole is opened and closed by the cover.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
- a grip part cutting step, after the cutting step or the second bonding step, comprising: cutting the tissue by the predetermined length at a portion of an upper end part of the tissue to have a grip part, wherein a finger is able to be inserted into the grip part.
3. A wet tissue usable as a disposable bag, comprising:
- a tissue made of a non-woven fabric, wherein the tissue is immersed in an undiluted wet tissue liquid, the tissue is formed by bonding an open portion of a lower end of the tissue, the tissue has an envelope shape open only at an upper end of the tissue after width-directional opposite ends of the tissue are bonded to each other while being in contact with each other;
- a packaging pack having an exit hole formed in a center of an upper surface of the packaging pack, wherein the packaging pack is configured to seal a plurality of tissues introduced into the packaging pack and piled alternately on each other in a vertical direction; and
- a cover attached to the upper surface of the packaging pack, wherein the cover is configured to open and close the exit hole, the cover is configured to prevent an evaporation of a moisture of the tissue and contamination of an inside of the packaging pack.
4. The wet tissue of claim 3, wherein the tissue is cut by a predetermined length at an upper end part of the tissue to have a grip part, and a finger is able to be inserted into the grip part.
