CLOTHES DRYING DEVICE

Disclosed is a clothes drying device, including a clothes drying chamber, a dryer and a hose. A sealed space, in which a clothes hang-out set is arranged, is formed in the chamber; and the dryer includes an evaporator, an air blower, an exhaust fan, a compressor and a condenser. High-temperature heat of the dryer can be fully used by the additional chamber, and all types of clothes can be completely dried without being damaged or shrinkage. The sterilization effect is also very strong due to a higher temperature. In addition, the present disclosure has a strong dehumidification function, can be used in any place indoors or outdoors, effectively controls high temperature and high humidity generated between the condenser and a stand set of the device, ensures that high-temperature air is effectively circulated in the dryer, and can quickly and effectively realize drying of clothes.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to the field of drying equipment, and in particular, to a clothes drying device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

During the plum rain season, a long rainy season and severe outdoor air pollution make it difficult for people to dry clothes naturally, and the clothes can only be dried slowly in the shade for a long period of time.

A clothes dryer is a clean household appliance which utilizes electric heating to evaporate and dry water in washed clothes in real time, and is particularly necessary for a situation that the clothes are difficult to dry in winter in the north and in “Huinantian” in the south. A household clothes dryer is generally referred to as a household simple clothes dryer, which is mainly composed of a stand, a warm air blower and an outer hood. Heat energy is fed into a clothes drying hood composed of the stand and the outer hood by means of the warm air blower. Moisture of clothes is exhausted from an exhaust hole through a circulation convection principle of hot air so as to achieve a clothes drying effect, so that clothes drying is not limited by weather conditions. The household clothes dryer has the characteristics of moderate price, simplicity and easiness, low failure rate, and suitability for being used by general families or students and flowing population.

However, in a conventional clothes dryer, during the plum rain season, there is much moisture in air because the weather is humid. When the warm air blower blows hot air into the clothes drying hood, part of the moisture in the air enters the clothes drying hood along with the hot air as well to cause the clothes drying degree to be not enough, so that a consumer needs to add extra drying for drying clothes, which is complicated in operation, causes waste of time and energy and is disadvantageous for care of clothes.

Therefore, there is a need for a solution to the above problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to remedy some of the deficiencies in the prior art, the present disclosure is directed to provide a clothes drying device.

The technical scheme adopted by the present disclosure for achieving the purpose is as follows: a clothes drying device, including:

a clothes drying chamber, a sealed space being formed in the clothes drying chamber, and a clothes hang-out set being arranged in the sealed space;

a dryer, the dryer including an evaporator, an air blower, an exhaust fan, a compressor and a condenser, the compressor being respectively connected with the evaporator and the condenser, the evaporator being connected with the condenser, the exhaust fan being arranged at an inner side of the condenser, and the air blower being arranged at an inner side of the evaporator; and

a hose, one end of the hose being connected to a bottom of the clothes drying chamber, and the other end of the hose being connected with the exhaust fan.

The present disclosure has the effects that: in order to generate high-temperature heat, the dryer of the present disclosure is provided with the evaporator and the condenser, and the compressor is also mounted to enable the evaporator and the condenser to operate steadily; the condenser can provide hot air, and is connected to the specially designed clothes drying chamber by means of the provided hose; the high-temperature heat generated by the condenser can be fully used by the additional clothes drying chamber to dry any wet clothes; all types of clothes can be completely dried without being damaged or shrinkage; furthermore, the sterilization effect is also very strong due to a higher temperature; the provided evaporator can carry out dehumidification, has a strong dehumidification function, can be used in any place indoors or outdoors, effectively controls high temperature and high humidity generated between the condenser and a stand set of the clothes drying device, and ensures that high-temperature air is effectively circulated in the dryer to dry the wet clothes 100% within a short time, thereby forming an efficient and fast portable clothes drying system which can fast and effectively realize drying of the clothes; and the clothes drying device is convenient to use, easy to operate and higher in drying efficiency.

In some implementation modes, the dryer is also provided with a housing; the evaporator, the air blower, the exhaust fan, the compressor and the condenser are all arranged in the housing; the evaporator is arranged above the condenser; the housing is provided with an air inlet hole at a position corresponding to the condenser; and the housing is provided with an air outlet hole at a position corresponding to the evaporator. Therefore, one evaporator is mounted at a top, and the condenser which generates high-temperature heat is mounted at a lower part of the unit; the condenser at the low part may generate high-temperature air at 45 to 65 DEG C., and the evaporator at the upper part may generate cold air at 12 to 17 DEG C.; and the dryer integrates a high-temperature dehumidification function and a dehumidification function, and is convenient to use.

In some implementation modes, the housing is provided with a liquid storage box at a bottom; the liquid storage box is removable from a bottom plate of the housing; a bottom of the evaporator is provided with a liquid storage tank; and the liquid storage tank is connectable to the liquid storage box. Therefore, the dehumidification function of the dryer intensively collects a large amount of evaporated water, produced in a drying process of the clothes drying chamber, into the carried liquid storage box.

In some implementation modes, the clothes drying chamber is provided with a vent at a top. Therefore, high-temperature and high-humidity air which is discharged from the dryer and passes through wet clothes is discharged by means of the vent at the top.

In some implementation modes, the evaporator and the condenser are connected by means of an expansion valve. Therefore, the expansion valve is mounted to enable the dryer to operate steadily.

In some implementation modes, the clothes drying chamber includes a supporting frame used for providing a supporting function, a clothes hang-out set and an outer hood; the outer hood covers the supporting frame to form a sealed space; and the clothes hang-out set is mounted on the supporting frame. It is ensured that the high-temperature air in the provided clothes drying chamber to flow smoothly, and six surfaces (four peripheral surfaces, the top and the bottom) of the clothes drying chamber are all sealed.

In some implementation modes, the supporting frame is a cuboid supporting frame formed by connecting a plurality of supporting rods having different lengths, and the clothes hang-out set is connected inside the cuboid supporting frame. Therefore, installation and removal of the clothes drying chamber are facilitated.

In some implementation modes, the clothes hang-out set is a plurality of clothesline poles connected to the supporting frame. Therefore, clothes may be hung out by means of the clothesline poles.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure is further described in detail below in combination with the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 schematically illustrates a clothes drying device used for drying clothes according to the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 8, the clothes drying device includes a clothes drying chamber 1, a dryer 2 and a hose 3. A sealed space is formed in the clothes drying chamber 1; a clothes hang-out set 4 is arranged in the sealed space, and may be used to place wet clothes for drying; the dryer 2 includes an evaporator 21, an air blower 22, an exhaust fan 23, a compressor 24 and a condenser 25; the compressor 24 is respectively connected with the evaporator 21 and the condenser 25; the evaporator 21 is connected with the condenser 25 to form an air conditioner-similar structure in the dryer 2; the exhaust fan 23 is arranged at an inner side of the condenser 25; one end of the hose 3 is connected to a bottom of the clothes drying chamber 1, and the other end of the hose is connected with the exhaust fan 23; external air which is heated by the condenser 25 may be supplied into the clothes drying chamber 1 for drying by means of the exhaust fan 23; the air blower 22 is arranged at an inner side of the evaporator 21; and the air blower 22 may blow air to the evaporator 21 to generate cold air. Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the clothes drying chamber 1 includes a supporting frame 11 used for providing a supporting function, a clothes hang-out set 12 and an outer hood 13. The supporting frame 11 is a cuboid supporting frame formed by connecting, by means of first connection members 112, a plurality of supporting rods 111 having different lengths to facilitate installation and removal of the clothes drying chamber 1. The clothes hang-out set 12 is a plurality of clothesline poles connected, by means of second connection members 121, to the supporting frame, so that the clothes hang-out set 12 is connected inside the cuboid supporting frame, and the installation and removal of the clothes hang-out set 12 is also facilitated. In some implementation modes, the first connection members 112 include sleeves 1121 capable of being sleeved on the supporting rods 111, and two first interfaces 1122 which are perpendicular to the sleeves 1121 and perpendicular to each other; the sleeves 1121 may be sleeved on the supporting rods 11, or the first interfaces 1122 may be connected to one ends of the supporting rods 111. The second connection members 121 include connection plates 1211 and second interfaces 1212 perpendicularly connected to the connection plates; the connection plates 1211 may be fixed on the supporting rods 111; the clothesline poles 122 may be connected into the second interfaces 1212; bolt fixing slots 1213 are formed on the sleeves 1121, the first interfaces 1122 and the second interfaces 1212; bolt holes 1214 are formed in the connection plates 1211; the first connection members 112 or the second connection members 121 may be fixed by means of bolts; the outer hood 13 covers he supporting frame 11 to form a sealed space, so that six surfaces (four peripheral surfaces, a top and a bottom) of the clothes drying chamber 1 are all sealed. The clothes hang-out set 12 is mounted on the supporting frame 11 to ensure that high-temperature air in the provided clothes drying chamber 1 to flow smoothly. Furthermore, the clothes drying chamber 1 is provided with a vent 131 at the top, and the vent 131 is arranged on the outer hood 13, so that high-temperature and high-humidity air which is discharged by the dryer 2 and passes through the wet clothes is discharged by means of the vent 131 at the top.

Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 6, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the dryer 2 is also provided with a housing 26; the evaporator 21, the air blower 22, the exhaust fan 23, the compressor 24 and the condenser 25 are all arranged in the housing 26. The evaporator 21 and the condenser 25 are connected by means of an expansion valve 27. The dryer 2 may operate steadily by means of the expansion valve 27. Furthermore, the housing 26 is provided with an air inlet hole 261 at a position corresponding to the condenser 25, so that air may be fed by means of the air inlet hole 261. The housing 26 is provided with an air outlet hole 262 at a position corresponding to the evaporator 21, so that air may be discharged by means of the air outlet hole 262. The evaporator 21 is arranged above the condenser 25, so that the housing 26 is provided with one evaporator 21 at a top of the housing 26, and is provided with the condenser 25 capable of generating high-temperature heat at a lower part of the housing 26. The condenser 25 at the lower part would generate high-temperature air at 45 to 65 DEG C., and the high-temperature air at 45 to 65 DEG C. may be exhausted by the exhaust fan 23 and supplied into the clothes drying chamber 1. The evaporator 21 at the upper part would

generate cold air at 12 to 17 DEG C.; and the air blower 22 arranged at the inner side of the evaporator may blow air to the evaporator 21, and the generated cold air is blown out from the air outlet hole 262, thereby facilitating the use. Furthermore, the housing 26 is provided with a base 263 at a bottom; a liquid storage box 264 is arranged in the base 263; the liquid storage box 264 is removable on the housing base 263; an outer shell of the air blower 22 extends to form a liquid storage tank 221; the liquid storage tank 221 is located at a bottom of the evaporator 21; the evaporator 21 condensates moisture in air during making of cold air; the condensed moisture drips onto the liquid storage tank 221, and the liquid storage tank 221 may be connected to the liquid storage box 264 by means of a pipeline, so that the liquid storage box 264 may collect cooling water; therefore, the evaporator 21 of the dryer 2 may remove the moisture from the high-temperature and high-humidity air discharged from the clothes drying chamber; the dryer 2 integrates a high-temperature dehumidification function and a dehumidification function; and the dehumidification function of the dryer 2 may intensively collect a large amount of evaporated water generated in a drying process of the clothes drying chamber 1 into the carried liquid storage box 264, thereby facilitating the use.

A working principle is that: during use of the present disclosure, wet clothes are put into the clothes drying chamber 1, and hung on the clothesline poles 122 of the clothes hang-out set 12; the dryer 2 is turned on; air outside the dryer 2 is exhausted by the exhaust fan 23 after being heated by the condenser 25, and then is conveyed to the bottom of the clothes drying chamber 1 from the hose 3 connected to the bottom of the clothes drying chamber 1; hot air at the bottom of the clothes drying chamber 1 passes through the wet clothes in the clothes drying chamber 1; and the high-temperature and high-humidity air passing through the wet clothes is discharged by means of the vent 131 at the top, thus the clothes are dried. In addition, the high-temperature and high-humidity air discharged by the vent 131 is sucked by the air blower 22 in the dryer 2, and then is cooled by the evaporator 21; moisture of the high-temperature and high-humidity air drips onto the liquid storage tank 221 after being cooled, and then is discharged into the liquid storage box 264 for storage, so that the dryer 2 may effectively control high temperature and high humidity generated between the condenser 25 and the clothes drying chamber 1, and ensure that the high-temperature air is effectively circulated in the dryer to dry the wet clothes 100% within a short time, thereby forming an efficient and fast clothes drying system which may fast and effectively realize drying of the clothes.

In order to generate the high-temperature heat, the dryer of the present disclosure is provided with the evaporator and the condenser, and the compressor is also mounted to enable the evaporator and the condenser to operate steadily; the condenser can provide hot air, and is connected to the specially designed clothes drying chamber by means of the provided hose; the high-temperature heat generated by the condenser can be fully used by the additional clothes drying chamber to dry any wet clothes; all types of clothes can be completely dried without being damaged or shrinkage; furthermore, the sterilization effect is also very strong due to a higher temperature; the provided evaporator can carry out dehumidification, has a strong dehumidification function, and can be used in any place indoors or outdoors, so that the clothes drying device can effectively controls high temperature and high humidity generated between the condenser and a stand set of the clothes drying device, and ensures that high-temperature air is effectively circulated in the dryer to dry the wet clothes 100% within a short time, thereby forming an efficient and fast portable clothes drying system which can fast and effectively realize drying of the clothes; and the clothes drying device is convenient to use, easy to operate and higher in drying efficiency.

The above only describes some implementation modes of the present disclosure. Those of ordinary skill in the art can also make several transformations and improvements without departing from the creation idea of the present disclosure, and these transformations and improvements shall all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A clothes drying device, characterized by comprising:

a clothes drying chamber, a sealed space being formed in the clothes drying chamber, and a clothes hang-out set being arranged in the sealed space;
a dryer, the dryer comprising an evaporator, an air blower, an exhaust fan, a compressor and a condenser, the compressor being respectively connected with the evaporator and the condenser, the evaporator being connected with the condenser, the exhaust fan being arranged at an inner side of the condenser, and the air blower being arranged at an inner side of the evaporator;
and a hose, one end of the hose being connected to a bottom of the clothes drying chamber, and the other end of the hose being connected with the exhaust fan.

The clothes drying device according to claim 1, wherein the dryer is further provided with a housing; the evaporator, the air blower, the exhaust fan, the compressor and the condenser are all arranged in the housing; the evaporator is arranged above the condenser; the housing is provided with an air inlet hole at a position corresponding to the condenser; and the housing is provided with an air outlet hole at a position corresponding to the evaporator.

The clothes drying device according to claim 2, wherein the housing is provided with a liquid storage box at a bottom; the liquid storage box is removable from a bottom plate of the housing; a bottom of the evaporator is provided with a liquid storage tank; and the liquid storage tank is connectable to the liquid storage box.

4. The clothes drying device according to claim 1, wherein the drying chamber is provided with a vent at a top.

5. The clothes drying device according to claim 1, wherein the evaporator and the condenser are connected by means of an expansion valve.

The clothes drying device according to claim 1, wherein the clothes drying chamber comprises a supporting frame used for providing a supporting function, a clothes hang-out set and an outer hood; the outer hood covers the supporting frame to form a sealed space; and the clothes hang-out set is mounted on the supporting frame.

7. The clothes drying device according to claim 6, wherein the supporting frame is a cuboid supporting frame formed by connecting a plurality of supporting rods having different lengths, and the clothes hang-out set is connected inside the cuboid supporting frame.

8. The clothes drying device according to claim 6, wherein the clothes hang-out set is a plurality of clothesline poles connected to the supporting frame.
