Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to wearable jewelry. More particularly, the present invention relates to customizable wearable jewelry devices. Conventional jewelry typically maintains a fixed ornamental or decorative appearance with a fixed size, which cannot be altered, interchanged, or customized. If a user wants to wear a jewelry piece with a different ornamental appearance, the user would need to purchase another entirely new piece of jewelry. Customizable jewelry predominantly consists of bracelets or necklaces that include a fixed size band or chain with the option of putting on one or multiple jewels, trinkets or other attachments that can be placed onto the band or chain of the bracelet or necklace. While these attachments can somewhat alter the ornamental look of the bracelet or necklace, interchanging the attachments on the band can be cumbersome, difficult and will still be the same fixed size.

Some of the known arts allow for customizing between different types of jewelry but do not allow for size and charm modification. U.S. Pat. No. 10,736,386 B1 issued to Cody Hutchins and Jeremy Raley on Aug. 11, 2020 discloses a continuous ring shape with a removable decorative band that is worn as a bracelet. U.S. Pat. No. 10,722,007 B2 issued to Donnese Upson-Tyler on Jul. 28, 2020 discloses a chain attached to a pendant with an ornament on the front side. The pendant has an adhesive backing that is removable that is worn as a necklace. U.S. Pat. No. 7,980,095 B1 issued to Sheila A. Masterson on Jul. 19, 2011 discloses a plurality of jewelry strands with multi-connectors with loops to make multiple layered jewelry worn as a necklace, bracelet and chain belts.

In light of the previously described deficiencies associated with customizable jewelry, the present invention is a method and system that allows for combinations of different detachable charms and customizable sizes of necklaces, waist chains, bracelets and anklets to form a single customizable jewelry system. In this regard the present invention substantially fulfills the need of a jewelry that can be altered in appearance and size in the same piece of jewelry.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention in its several disclosed embodiments alleviates the drawbacks described before with respect to methods and systems for customizable jewelry. The general objective of the present invention is to provide a new and improved wearable customizable interchangeable jewelry device.

The present invention described herein is a wearable customizable interchangeable jewelry device that employs combinations of multiple interchangeable charms with jewelry chains to form customizable jewelry suitable for creating necklaces, bracelets, waist chains, anklets or other areas on a human.

Different from band or fixed jewelry size in most conventional jewelry, the wearable customizable interchangeable jewelry device used in this invention has interchangeable charms with the option of adjusting the size of the chain attached to said charms.

The option of the interchangeable charms gives the user the ability to alter the overall appearance of the wearable customizable interchangeable jewelry device. Such interchangeability will allow the user to customize the charms, which can be words, pictures or jewels for a particular occasion, desired look or mood or even to wear with a bikini, when nude or over clothing. Other methods allow adjustable size of said wearable chain.
