PRESENTATION CONTAINER

A presentation container comprising components such as a cylindrical container, a closure cover and removably attachable perimeter rings. That upon assembly imitates a real cake that is adapted to accept removably attachable components, repeatedly. The presentation container components are configured to attachably accept at least one perimeter ring that is further adapted to be snugly nestled thereabout presentation container in a plurality of locations. A closure cover that is circular in shape that is further adapted to cooperate with the container and a removably attachable perimeter ring, whereby the container and removably attachable perimeter ring components are adapted to receive drawn on embellishment, the container does not need to be used for its utility purpose for container to be appreciated.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED DOCUMENTS

The present application claims priority to provisional patent application No. 62/898,102 filed on Sep. 10, 2019 and provisional patent application No. 62/961,832 filed on Jan. 16, 2020, disclosures of which are incorporated herein at least by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is in the field of containers and more specifically, a container that has a unique method capable of being transformed, repeatedly if so desired, into a toy presentation container that looks like a real cake, that does not have to be used for its storage ability of food and non-food items and or any items at all for the device to be utilized and appreciated.

2. Background of the Invention

Embellishing a real cake is fun and a great creative outlet, however it is surprisingly challenging to frost and decorate a real cake, especially one that looks like someone skilled in the art did it. Further, while people may love to receive a real cake, they may not want a real cake for various reasons.

The presentation container is an improvement to current solutions presently on the market because lacking in the industry is a device that allows for multiple uses, a device that not only encourages and allows the appearance to be repeatedly embellished if so desired, in a unique and elegant method, that also enables creative expression, a device that does not scream one of its utility functions, but a device that can be disguised to look like a real professionally embellished cake. A device that is exciting to look at, fun to use by both children and adults and fun to receive, regardless as to whether or not the interior storage area of the device is used or not.

Further, it would be desirable for a presentation container to allow its components to be elegantly assembled and un-assembled and re-assembled repeatedly into a plurality of configurations, a device that can be washable, if re-use is so desired. Also, once the presentation container is newly assembled in a preferred way, it's appearance may further be customized and may be kept indefinitely in the new customized appearance. Moreover, it would be desirable for the presentation container to be able to store its components within the device's cavity when the device is no longer needed to function as a faux cake, whereby the components may be malformed into a fitting configuration and stored within the interior of the device, and upon removal of the malformed components, they spring back into the proper configuration and are ready for use once again.

Therefore, the disclosed device and associated methods of use advantageously fill these needs and addresses the aforementioned deficiencies by providing a multi-use device, that disguises its storage utility, entertains with repeatable play, and allows for creative expression by people of all ages, that when not in use, may be conveniently stored away.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In one embodiment of the invention a presentation container that upon assembly imitates a toy cake is provided, comprising a cylindrical shaped container that is adapted to cooperate with R A perimeter ring, comprising a substantially flat top end that is parallel to the opposing open end with a defined space therewithin, that comprises a smooth exterior surface that is configured to removably cooperate with R A perimeter ring, the cavity of the container does not need to be employed for the device to still be appreciated, whereby the open end of container is situated facing down and the exterior is used as a blank canvas. One or more R A perimeter ring is configured to emulate that of a real circular frosting perimeter ring that is molded within the visible portion of the body that is further adapted to be removably attached to perimeter areas of presentation container perimeters whereby the non-visible side of R A perimeter ring is adapted to snugly nestle thereabout presentation container in a plurality of locations. A closure cover that is circular in shape that is situated to cooperate with the container open and or closed end, it has a top closed flat side opposite the interior cavity that is situated on a surface with its cavity side facing down, whereby it may function to enclose contents of a container but closure cover does not need to be used for that utility purpose for it to be appreciated, whereby the containers open end perimeter edge rests upon the upper flat side surface of the closure.

Also in one embodiment the container exterior surface is solid white and functions as a blank canvas that is adapted to be enhanced by way of drawn on embellishment. Also in one embodiment the one or more R A perimeter ring is solid white and functions as a blank canvas that is adapted to be enhanced by way of drawn on embellishment. Also in one embodiment the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to snugly nestle in a removably attachable manner thereabout the upper closed flat end, thereabout perimeter area of container. Also in one embodiment the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted removably attachably snugly nestle therearound the lower perimeter area of container. Also in one embodiment the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to removably attachably snugly nestle therearound the perimeter area of closure cover. Also in one embodiment one or more R A perimeter ring that can be housed within container cavity in a malformed configuration, that upon removal from interior cavity springs back into its original desired configuration. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring is configured to snugly nestle therearound perimeter areas of presentation container with the aid of the R A perimeter ring comprising a tacky composite such as silicone and or rubber and or the like. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring is configured to snugly nestle therearound perimeter areas of presentation container as the non-visible cooperating and corresponding perimeter profile is strategically disposed on the non-visible side of R A perimeter ring, the area that is snugly nestled thereabout corresponding perimeter areas of presentation container perimeters are the non-visible side portions of said R A perimeter ring. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring has a surface coating of flocking applied to the visible side area of R A perimeter ring. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring has a fiber and or flocking like material embedded within the body of R A perimeter ring. Also in one embodiment the container is white with a surface of flocking.

In another aspect of the invention a method for using presentation container is provided comprising a cylindrical shaped container with vertical side wall and a horizontal flat top with a surface area that is smooth, whereby its perimeter areas is adapted to receive drawn on embellishment, and R A perimeter ring while the open end of container is situated facing down, one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to emulate that of a real perimeter frosting embellishment, whereby the molded textured body is adapted to removably receive drawn on embellishment applied to the visible side area of R A perimeter ring, as the non-visible side shall be situated therearound a plurality of locations thereabout presentation container, and a closure cover that is circular in shape, whereby the container open end perimeter edge rests upon the upper flat side surface of closure cover, while it can function as a lid, it is used as a presentation container pedestal with open cavity side facing down, R A perimeter ring is removably attached in a snug nestled manner therearound closure cover.

In one embodiment of the method the presentation container is in-use mode when at least one or more of the R A perimeter ring is situated there about at least one perimeter area of presentation container. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring is adapted to be removably attachably situated therearound top perimeter edge of container in a snug nestled manner that is removably attached to said container either before or after said container has received drawn on embellishment. Also in one embodiment the container is adapted to be able to remove drawn on embellishment in an elegant manner. Also in one embodiment the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to be able to remove drawn on embellishment in an elegant manner. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring can be stored within container cavity in a malformed configuration, whereby after R A perimeter ring is removed from cavity. it then springs back into its original characteristic. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring is removably attached from presentation container components perimeter areas, so as to allow for repeat creative play. Also in one embodiment the R A perimeter ring is removably attached from presentation container components perimeter areas, as tallow for repeat creative play. Also in one embodiment wherein the presentation container is in-use mode when at least one or more of the R A perimeter ring is situated there about at least one perimeter area of presentation container. Also in one embodiment the presentation container is in non-use mode no R A perimeter ring are situated there about at least one perimeter area of presentation container.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The inventor provides a device that is capable of being transformed into a presentation container upon assembly of structural components, thereby elegantly transforming it into a real looking cake. The present invention is described in enabling detail using following examples which may describe more than one relevant embodiment. It should be understood that the following descriptions are not intended to limit the embodiments, and that such examples fall within the spirt and scope of the present invention.

FIG. 1A is a perspective view of a presentation container 100 according to some embodiments. Presentation container 100 is adapted to look like a real cake such as frosted cakes commonly viewed in grocery stores, bakery's, and the like. Like many real cakes available, they come in all shapes and sizes, comprising various different colored perimeter frosting embellishments, as well as creative colorful enhancements, finishes and applique applied to the surface area of a cake, as such said presentation container 100 may also be of various geometric shapes and sizes, that also can receive creative colorful enhancements, various types of finishes with applique that further may be applied to surface area of device.

Depicted is a presentation container 100 that comprises a internal container 210, said internal container 210 may also be used as an external container 210. Note: going forward the internal container 210 will be referred to as container 210. In an example of said container 210 perimeter wall 101 may comprise at least one wall 101 up to a plurality of wall(s) 101, thus by changing the quantity of wall 101 will help define the configuration of said presentation container 100.

A preferred embodiment of said presentation container 100 shall preferably be of a cylindrical shape with said perimeter side wall 101 vertically reaching that connects to a closed generally flat top end creating a right angle at said junction.

This example preferably includes an opposing end that is open with a defined cavity space therewithin.

In one example, it is preferable that the top closed end be parallel with the opposing open end.

In another embodiment, said top closed end of container 210 preferable comprises generally a same size dimension and shape as opposing open end. In a further example said open end may be greater in dimension than closed top end.

In one embodiment, it is preferable that the upper and lower ends have corresponding geometric shapes. However, another example may have opposing ends that can be of different geometric shapes. Regardless of the geometric configuration and dimensions of presentation container 100, will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a preferred embodiment, a removably attachable perimeter ring 108 C. Note: going forward said removably attachable perimeter ring 108 C shall be referred to as R A perimeter ring 108 C. In this preferred example, R A perimeter ring 108 C preferably can be removably attachable to both upper and lower perimeter areas of presentation container 100. In one embodiment, R A perimeter ring 108 C can either be used singularly. In one embodiment, at least one R A perimeter ring 108 C can be used to comprise presentation container 100, that may be situated singularly on the top side perimeter area of container 210 not depicted but later described in specifications, and or thereabout the generally upper side perimeter area of container 210 depicted in FIG. 1B, FIG. 5 FIG. 6, FIG. 9 and FIG. 13, and or the lower open circumference perimeter area of container 210 not depicted but further described in specifications, and or therearound the perimeter area of a closure cover 314 depicted in FIG. 1B, FIG. 8A to FIG. 8D and FIG. 13.

In a preferred example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C can be used in pairs depicted in FIG. 1A, FIG. 1B, FIG. 10 and FIG. 13. Further example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be used in multiples, not depicted.

Depicted in this preferred example is a plurality of R A perimeter ring 108 C situated thereabout the upper perimeter area of said container 210 and therearound the lower area of presentation container 100. In an embodiment as depicted, both upper and lower R A perimeter ring 108 C can have a different textured surface.

In a further preferred embodiment, R A perimeter ring 108 C, depending on where it and or where they are to be situated thereabout said presentation container 100 component(s) perimeters, will be reflected in said R A perimeter ring 108 C individual profile configuration that shall be configured to cooperate with the particular corresponding area of said component that R A perimeter ring 108 C is decided to be situated to cooperate with, in a snug nestable manner to be further discussed later in specification. R A perimeter ring(s) 108 C function as structural component(s) to frame device, thus camouflaging presentation container 100 components into looking like a real professionally embellished cake. Depicted is an embodiment of three dimensional a removably attachable embellishment 102 B, that can be situated thereabout container 210 perimeter areas, further enabling said device to look even nicer and more realistic. Note: going forward, removably attachable embellishment 102 B shall be referred to as R A embellishment 102 B, said R A embellishment 102 B can comprise three dimensional configurations that preferably can emulate said textures common in the art, further depicted in FIG. 1B, FIG. 2A, FIG. 4.

In a preferred embodiment, said R A perimeter ring 108 can comprise three dimensional configurations that preferably can emulate said textures and configurations common in the art, thereby creating a more structurally realistic component. In one embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B both may comprise the same, and or similar and or a different textured appearances, that may be molded directed within their body polymer and or stamped on and or printed on and or adhered on to said surface areas of R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B and or other methods known in the art may be used, thus installing further realism. Regardless of appearance of R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In one embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B is that both may achieve a realistic appearance by way of manufacturing techniques utilizing indentations and or protrusions made in the surface of the mold cavity used to form R A perimeter ring 108 C and or R A embellishment 102 B. In a further example R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B may both utilize different manufacturing techniques to produce their either three dimensional textured appearance and or a faux textured appearance, if indeed a textured appearance is so desired. Another embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B is they both may comprise manufacturing methods such as injection molding, blow molding, compression molding, extrusion, 3D printing, co molding, rotational molding, stamp molding, but not limited to these methods.

In a further embodiment, R A perimeter ring 108 C can preferably be manufactured out of certain materials that allow them to be bent and or malformed into different configurations that then may sustain the malformed configuration for a period of time that then can preferably spring back into their original characteristic, by preferably using such resilient flexible type materials such as silicone, rubber, polyurethane (PU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based material, or an elastomer material, and or similar composite and or a co-molding of aforementioned composite may be used but not limited to these materials, other composites known in the art may further be used, thus allowing R A perimeter ring 108 C to be malformed if needed and or desired, that then can be stored within device if interior cavity is employable or preferred, as depicted in FIG. 2A. Another example of composites that may be used to create R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B may be plasticine, clay, putty, a malleable polymer, and or a combination thereof and or like materials may be used but not limited to these materials, other materials used in the art may also be used. In yet another embodiment of said R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B is both components may be created from a polymer composite that has an initial characteristic of being malleable but after a period of time, then hardens into permanent configuration. Examples of attaching R A perimeter ring 108 C and or R A embellishment 102 B to container surface areas, also possibly further inclusive of closure cover 314 may be achieved by a means such as gluing, adhesive taping, attaching via sticky PU gel component, decaling, stick able clay, magnets, suction cups, static cling vinyl, peel and stick vinyl, and or a combination thereof materials and or other materials known in the art may further be used. In another embodiment of said R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B is said components may be permanently attached to preferably the exterior side areas of container 210 and possibly inclusive of closure cover 314, situated in at least one location up to a plurality of locations thereabout presentation container 100 by means such as gluing, adhesive tapering, molding, riveting, chemically connecting, but not limited to these ways of permanently connecting components, other ways known in the art may further be used. Regardless of how presentation container 100 components may be removable attached and or may be permanent attached to exterior surface of container 210 that further may be inclusive of said closure cover 314 will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a preferred embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C, is that the removably attachable coupling to said perimeter areas of container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both container 210 and closure cover 314 be achieved by way of a snug nestable, friction fit type method of attachment, and or the like method be used in the art may further be used, to be further discussed in specifications. In yet another embodiment, specific to storing of R A perimeter ring 108 C and or R A embellishment 102 B and or both, and or possibly inclusive of other related accessories and or components related to presentation container 100 is that they may be stored within container cavity 210 while preferably utilizing said closure cover 314 visible in FIG. 3, whereby said closure cover 314 that can be used like other closure covers 314 common in the art of container covers, can be used to secure and contain aforementioned accessories and or components within said container 210. In another embodiment, storing R A perimeter ring 108 may be stored situated thereabout presentation container 100 component(s) in designated preferred removably attachable position. A further embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B may be comprised of a more rigid and less flexible material, such as polyurethane (PU), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based material or polypropylene or a type of resin composite used in the art and or a magnetic composite material may be used and or other types of materials commonly used in the art may further be used and or a combination thereof materials and or co-molding of material used in the art. Regardless of the manufacturing methods and the composite materials used to manufacture the R A perimeter ring(s) 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In another embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C is it may be permanently attached to said container 210 upper and or lower and or both upper and lower perimeter areas of container 210 and may be inclusive of closure cover 314 of presentation container 100. Another embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishment 102 B is they may not be re-attachable to surface area of said container 210 and or closure cover 314 once components have been removed from surface area of presentation container 100. In a further embodiment of removably attachable embellishment 102 B is it may permanently be attached to said exterior surface of said container 210.

In a preferred embodiment said R A perimeter ring 108 C while being removably attached to said container 210 depicted in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 and or inclusive of said closure cover 314 depicted in FIG. 8 A, to FIG. 8 E, such that both upper and lower R A perimeter ring(s) 108 C may be situated in a removably attachably snug nestled structured and stabilized manner thereabout presentation container 100 component profile perimeters that are adapted to function in a cooperating situated position, wherein their corresponding component profiles cooperate to provide an elegant secure removably attachable coupling situation for at least one R A perimeter ring 108 C and or a plurality of R A perimeter ring(s) 108 C. In another embodiment, said R A perimeter ring 108 C may further be removably attachably situated thereabout said lower perimeter edge of open-ended side of container 210 in preferably a snug, wedged, nested removably attachable manner wherein the corresponding profiles of said R A perimeter ring 108 C and said container 210 lower edge, wherein both profile configurations cooperate to provide an elegant removably attachable situation, not depicted but will be explained in further detail related to FIG. 14A. In yet another embodiment of said container 210 depicted in the FIG. 13, the side skirted wall 101 of said container 210 may not be vertical as is depicted, wherein wall 101 is connected to the upper preferably flat top area of container 210 while said wall 101 may be angled to splay out from closed end of container 210 forming an obtuse angle, whereby the top upper area of container 210 perimeter shall be smaller in dimension than that of opposing bottom open ended perimeter area of said container 210. In yet another embodiment of the R A perimeter ring 108 C placement, not depicted in figures, R A perimeter ring 108 C may further be situated on the top upper closed generally flat end of container 210, therebetween the top upper perimeter border of said container 210 and may comprise no overhang.

In a preferred embodiment depicted, said R A perimeter ring 108 C is partially overlapping the upper closed top flat perimeter area of container 210 and partially overhanging side wall area of container 210. Regardless where the R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a further preferred embodiment of presentation container 100 relating preferably to all individual components that comprise presentation container 100 relating to coloration, it is preferred that all individual components such as container 210, said R A perimeter ring(s) 108 C, said closure cover 314, and said R A embellishment 102 B may all preferably be white, said white color may be impregnated therewithin presentation container 100 various components, and or said white color may be applied to exterior areas of components using various techniques known in the art such as painted on, sprayed on, plated on, and or the like. Regardless of how the preferred white color is achieved relating to said presentation container 100 components, will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present the invention. In a further example of the coloration of the individual components such as container 210 and R A perimeter ring 108 C and closure cover 314, and R A embellishment 102 B is that they may all individually be manufactured with their own unique color, and or their own individual finish and or their own individual texture. In an example, said colors may be related to a particular component of said presentation container 100, such as it is preferable that R A perimeter ring 108 C be white. Regardless of the actual finish, texture, and or color that said presentation container 100 components may comprise, be it the same, similar or different, will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In yet another example of the presentation container 100 components such as container 210 and R A perimeter ring 108 C, that may further comprise closure cover 314 and R A embellishment 102 B, is they may all preferably have a white flocked exterior surface finish, such as to more easily receive embellishing effects such as by way of a drawn on embellishment 102 A.

Another example relating to R A perimeter ring 108 C and said particular placement of a texture, color, and or unique finish may be applied in a preferred location such as, the top portion only that is visible to the eye when presentation container 100 is assembled, whereas certain portions of said component, such as the portion of a component, such that when component is situated in designated position, then the non-visible portion of the situated component may not comprise a specific color and or texture textured and or the like, so as to keep that nestable cooperating profile side bare of any possible distractions required of said components desired removably attachable goal. Regardless of the type of unique finish or color and or texture and or lack of unique finish, texture and or color, that may or may not be applied to either a singular or plurality of presentation container 100 component portions or a combination thereof said components, will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention. In one example, said container 210 may be manufactured by way of injection molding, blow molding, compression molding, rotational molding, co molding, thermo forming molding, stamp molding and other methods of manufacturing known in the art may also be used.

In a further embodiment, said container 210 may be preferably manufactured out of a rigid material such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) or a ferromagnetic material, metal, and or other type of composites commonly used in the art may also be used, and or a combination thereof material's may further be used. Regardless what the container 210 is made out of and how the container 210 is made will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

A further embodiment of said container 210 surface area may preferably be smooth in that it may encourage surface to favorably accept different types of embellishments such as depicted a drawn-on embellishment 102 A, said drawn-on embellishment 102 A may be created by way of marking devices such as markers, crayons, paint, glue, colored glue, and or other marking devices known in the art may further be used.

In a further preferred embodiment, it is preferable that R A perimeter ring 108 C have the capacity to accept various types of embellishments by way of a variety of drawn-on embellishment 102 A, to further be able to elegantly enhance surface area with a different colored finish.

In a further example, it is preferable that drawn on embellishment 102 A have the capacity to be elegantly removed from said container 210 surface and R A perimeter ring 108 C surface by ways such as, washing off, wiping off, peeling off, lifting off and other known ways of removing drawn-on embellishment 102 A known in the art may further be used, thus allowing said presentation container 100 to further be decorated, thus can provide the option for repeat play. In yet another embodiment, said drawn-on embellishment 102 A may remain permanently in a non removeable application on surface areas of presentation container 100 components, if so desired. In an embodiment, said removably attachable embellishment 102 B may be adapted to have three dimensional characteristics that may be manufactured to emulate a real cakes decorative elements that are seen in the art, such as frosting dollops and other decorative configured elements that may be used to decorate a cake, such as fruit, candies, candles, toys, letters, images, dripping frosting, and the like. In another example, removable attachable embellishments 102 B and R A perimeter ring 108 C may be permanently connected to said container 210 and may further be permanently connected to closure cover 314 by methods such as adhesive, chemical bonding, riveted, molded as part of container 210 body and molded as part of closure cover 314 body, but not limited to these methods of permanently connecting elements to aforementioned components, further methods used in the art may be used.

FIG. 1B is a side view of said presentation container 100 visible in FIG. 1A situated on top of a stable surface area, however said surface area is not depicted in FIG. 1. For illustration purposes said R A perimeter ring 108 C is visible situated thereabout upper and lower perimeter areas of said container 210 depicting in this embodiment of said R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it can extend therefrom said container 210 perimeter areas.

FIG. 2A is a perspective view of internal container 210 according to some embodiments, depicting some embodiments that may be stored within internal container's cavity. Note: going forward, internal container will be referred to as container.

Depicted in this preferred example, situated inside said container 210 internal cavity may be said R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B as to ensure components of said presentation container 100 do not get lost and when the device is not being used, it allows for the presentation container 100 to be stored in a more portable compact convenient way, however regardless where said R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B may be stored, will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and also other storage devices known in the art may further be used to store presentation container 100 components in.

In this illustration, depicted said container 210 opening is facing up, whereby said R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B can be viewed in a malformed manner situated therewithin confined interior cavity of container 210, because said components are preferably made out of a flexible resilient material as discussed in FIG. 1 and further discussed in specifications and further in FIG. 14A to FIG. 14C, when said components are removed from the interior of container 210, they have the capacity to preferably spring back into their original characteristics. However in another example, a more rigid material may be used to manufacture said R A perimeter ring 108 C and said removably attachable embellishment 102 B and as such, may not be able to fit within container 210 cavity because they may no longer have the bendable flexibly resilient capacity to spring back into original characteristic. However, regardless of flexibility or lack thereof pertaining to said R A perimeter ring 108 C and said R A embellishment 102 B will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a further embodiment depicted therearound said container 210 perimeter border depicting one embodiment of a lip 114. Lip 114 can be slight in nature, such as commonly found on containers common in the art, such as a tin can perimeter lip 114, but not limited to said slight lip 114 configuration, other lip 114 configurations also commonly found in the art may further be used. Regardless of said lip 114 configuration will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a further embodiment said container 210 may be manufactured by way of injection molding, blow molding, compression molding, rotational molding, co molding, thermo forming molding, stamp molding and other methods known in the art may also be used. In a further embodiment, said container 210 may be manufactured out of a rigid composite material such as polyurethane (PU), or ferromagnetic material, metal, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based material, polypropylene or a type of resin, and or a combination thereof said materials and or a co molding of materials may be used, but not limited to these materials, other materials used in the art further may be used and will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In one embodiment, the composite material used to manufacture container 210 may be impregnated with fibrous polymer so as to preferably make the container 210 composite more suitably accepting of various types of drawn on embellishment 102 A, and the like. Further, regardless of the type of manufacturing methods used to manufacturer said container 210, will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a further embodiment of container 210, is it preferable that it can be cylindrical in shape, with a preferable minimum of one closed flat end that is parallel to a opposing end that is open. However, in another embodiment, said container 210 may be of different geometric configurations that comprise one closed end with an opposing end that is preferably left open, regardless of geometric shape used, will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention. Said container 210 structural shape provides a guided stabilized configuration whereby R A perimeter ring 108 C can be strategically situated in preferably a snug nested controlled manner generally thereabout and therearound a range of at least one perimeter area of container 210.

Another preferred embodiment of said container 210 is it structurally set up to be configured to harmonize with said closure cover 314 in a non-traditional manner, such as container 210 that can be situated on the top outside area of closure cover 314 depicted in FIG. 13, functioning as a pedestal type levitating base for container 210 further discussed in specifications.

In one preferred example, said container 210 is white. In another example, further various colors common in the art may also be used, preferably pale lighter diluted color shades. Regardless of color used will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention. In an embodiment of container 210, said surface area may have a fake textured surface area coating that may further be applied to said surface area of container 210 possibly by way of printing on, stamping on, decaling on, lithographing on and the like to said surface areas of container 210 and or other methods used in the art for further embellishing surface of container 210 may further be used, regardless of method used or not used, will not depart from the sprit and scope of the present invention. A further surface embodiment of container 210 can be a flocked surface finish, thus enabling embellisher of device to further elegantly apply drawn on embellishment 102 A to surface area. Regardless if a surface finish is applied to container 210 or not will not, will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Note, how said container 210 is used not in a traditional manner, whereby the user may still entertain themselves and or others even if no elements are ever stored within the device cavity. The enjoyment is received in the act of creating a realistic looking cake. However, the cavity of container 210 can be an added benefit for the user of device to perhaps store and or conceal items within device cavity. FIG. 2B is a perspective view according to some further embodiments of container 210 with the open end facing up, depicting an embodiment of a flange 506 situated at preferably a right angle from wall 101 thereabout open-end portion of said container 210 whereby perimeter flange 506 area is depicted extending outward from wall 101 area. To employ said container 210 flange 506 embodiment, cavity opening of container 210 is placed open side down, then said container 210 may be embellished prior to employing component R A perimeter ring 108 C and or component R A perimeter ring 108 C may be employed after said container 210 has been embellished. To employ R A perimeter ring 108 C disposed into position by situating on top side of said flange 506 nested snugly around wall 101, not depicted. In an example, flange 506 may employ the use of an embodiment of said closure cover 314 depicted in FIG. 3, thereby allowing components and or other accessories that may be stored within said container 210 cavity.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of one example of closure cover 314 according to some embodiments with the inside cavity facing up. Said closure cover 314 may be used as both a closing cover device common in the art, in which to close and contain items within container 210 cavity, such as to store and contain said R A perimeter ring 108 C and R A embellishments, and other related accessories of said presentation container 100 embodiments that may be stored within container 210 for convenient storage of components.

In a further embodiment, said closure cover 314 has preferably a flat top side surface area that may act as a pedestal when inside of closure cover 314 cavity is facing down visible in FIG. 7 to FIG. 8D, and FIG. 10, FIG. 11, and FIG. 13, whereby said container 210 open end perimeter edge then can be situated on the top flat side of closure cover 314 thereabout circumference area of closure cover 314 depicted in FIG. 7, FIG. 8A to FIG. 8D and FIG. 10, FIG. 11 and FIG. 13, whereby profile configuration embodiments of closure cover 314 may be configured to cooperate with the profile circumference of open end circumference of container 210 embodiment configuration. In a further embodiment said container 210 open end perimeter edge may be situated therewithin closure cover 314 cavity area, whereby inside open area cavity of said closure cover 314 is facing upward with said flat top side facing down, thus, ready to accept container 210 perimeter edge circumference that can nestle therewithin said closure cover 314, thereby closure cover 314 no longer functioning as a pedestal when situated in aforementioned disposition, not depicted. In another embodiment, when closure cover 314 is functioning as a cover device common in the art in which said presentation container 100 device components may be disassembled and may preferably be stored within container 210 and or elsewhere, thereby functioning in non-us mode, thus no longer disguising said container 210 to look like a real cake. In a further embodiment of closure cover 314, it may be disposed in a loose manner therearound container 210 wall 101 open edge circumference, thus, closure cover 314 can be disposed with flat closed end against surface and open cavity is facing up, whereby container 210 wall 101 open perimeter area can be situated within and atop closure cover 314, thus said loose fit enables said container 210 wall 101 edge perimeter to be separated from a seated position there within cavity of closure cover 314 with preferably no disruption of closure cover 314 while said container 210 is being lifted off, for example in FIG. 10, said closure cover 314 would be flipped over, whereby topside of closure cover 314 would be facing the other way and further, said R A perimeter ring 108 C depicted in FIG. 10 would further preferably be employed therearound said closure cover 314. In another embodiment, said closure cover 314 may be manufactured by way of injection molding, blow molding, compression molding, rotational molding, co molding, thermo forming molding, stamp molding and other methods known in the art may also be used. In a further embodiment of said closure cover 314 may be manufactured out of a rigid material, or a semi rigid material and or a flexible material and or a combination thereof materials, such composites that may be use to manufacture closure cover may be polyurethane (PU), or silicone, rubber, or ferromagnetic material, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based material, polypropylene or a type of resin, ferromagnetic material, metal, and or a combination thereof said materials and or a co molding of materials may be used and or other composites common in the art may further be used. Regardless of the method of manufacturing and or regardless of said composites materials that may be used will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a further preferred embodiment, closure cover 314 can be circular in shape. However, in another example, closure cover 314 may not be employed as part of the compilation of presentation container 100 components, as such will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention. In one embodiment, closure cover 314 is desired to be white, however, other colors may be used and will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention. In a further embodiment of closure cover 314, it may connect with the open perimeter edge of container 210 wall 101 area in a friction fit and or snap fit and or other methods known in the art further may be used to securely removably couple 210 closure cover 310 to container 210 perimeter open end area.

FIG. 4 is a profile view of one example of three dimensional removably attachable embellishment 102 B according to some embodiments that may preferably used in conjunction with said presentation container 100. Note: going forward, three dimensional removably attachable embellishment 102 B will be referred to as R A embellishment 102 B. Depicted is one example of said R A embellishment 102 B visible in FIG. 1 configured to look like real frosting dollops commonly used to embellish a real cake, thus R A embellishment 102 B further aids in disguising said presentation container 100 to appear as a real embellished cake. In another embodiment said R A embellishment 102B can be of various three-dimensional geometric configurations. Regardless of shape configuration and situated position of said R A embellishment 102 B and whereabouts the R A embellishment 102B may be strategically situated, will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention. In another embodiment of said configured R A embellishment 102 B is that they may be permanently attached to surface of container 210 by varying methods, such as chemically attached, directly molded as part of said container 210 structural body, and or a co molding of components, also by way of glue, rivet, pinned, fastener and other methods known in the art my also be used.

In another embodiment, said R A embellishment 102 B can be manufactured out various materials that may comprise characteristics of a malleable and flexible nature, some such examples of materials that may be used are composite materials that when bent out of shape have the ability to spring back into shape, such as silicone, rubber, polyurethane (PU) and or aforementioned composites may be co molded, but not limited to said materials, other composites such as plastics and other less flexible materials may also be used but not limited to these characteristics of materials, other composites used in the art may also be used. Another example of malleable and flexible materials that may be used to manufacture R A embellishment 102 B can be a composite material that while flexible and malleable in nature, may not have the ability to spring back into a predetermined characteristic for reasons such that they may not harden into a determined characteristic but maintains its ability to be reconfigured repeatedly, some examples of materials that may be used may be, clay, putty, plasticine, and other such composite materials known in the art may further be used. A further example of malleable and flexible material that may also be used to manufacture R A embellishment 102 B components that can further have the ability to be configured into various shapes that comprises said characteristic that can dry out, cure and may become hard, thus maintaining newly configured shape, an example of such materials that may be used can be clay, putty, curing polymers and or like materials common in the art that may further be used. In another embodiment, materials that may be used to manufacture R A embellishment 102 B may comprise characteristics of a moldable flexible composite but not limited to, further polymers common in the art may also be used. Regardless of composite material used to manufacture R A embellishment 102 B will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In a further embodiment of said R A embellishment 102 B is that they may be preferably removeably attached to surface areas of said container 210, using various methods that may be used such as sticky PU gel components, cling vinyl, decals, sticky putty, adhesive, magnets, removeable tape, but not limited to these methods, other methods known in the art may further be used.

In another embodiment of said R A embellishment 102 B is that they preferably be white in color, but not limited to, other colors common in the art of making real cake embellishments may further be used. In a further embodiment of R A embellishment 102 B is that their characteristic surface area may be smooth and or only a portion thereof surface areas. In another embodiment of R A embellishment 102 B, said surface area may comprise texture that emulates a real cake embodiment. In another embodiment of R A embellishment 102 B is that their surface area maybe flocked and or only a portion thereof components surface area may be flocked.

Regardless of how said R A embellishment 102 B may be manufactured and what composite material they be may be made out of will to depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is a portion cross sectional view depicting a preferred embodiment of said R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it may be situated thereabout upper circumference area of an embodiment of container 210 viewed in FIG. 1B taken along line 3-3.

In a preferred embodiment of container 210 upper perimeter circumference depicts a curved profile situated at the junction area where the preferably vertical side wall 101 of container 210 joins with the preferably horizontal flat closed top portion of said container 210. The container 210 upper curved perimeter profile is designed so it can correspond with the curved canal shaped corresponding profile located thereabout the underside of said R A perimeter ring 108 C. Said R A perimeter ring 108 C curved underside profile area cooperates to nestle against container 210 upper perimeter curved area of closed top end. Another example of R A perimeter ring fit may comprise a snug friction type fit and or snap fit may be employed. The curved canal shaped underside area of R A perimeter ring 108 C is no longer visible to said users' eye when it is situated in this designated position there atop containers 210 perimeter area, thus said R A perimeter ring 108 C is now depicted in-use mode. In one embodiment of said R A perimeter ring 108 C may comprise a tacky surface area located in the non-visible portion area of R A perimeter ring 108 C underside portion, such that when R A perimeter ring 108 C is situated atop container 210 perimeter area, said tacky feel may aid in the stay ability, snug ability and stability and the nestle ability of the R A perimeter ring 108 C to stay in designated area once it has be situated into its designated position, as depicted in this FIG. 5 example.

A further example, said underside of R A perimeter ring 108 C may have an applied surface coating that may be adhered to underside surface and or may be co molding to underside surface area and or attached to the underside of R A perimeter ring 108 C using said composite known in the art to aid in the tacky characteristic of said underside area of R A perimeter ring 108 C.

In yet another example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C underside non-visible area of body may comprise tacky characteristic composite that may be applied to underside surface via co molding or surface application by methods known in the art. Some examples of composite material that comprise said tacky characteristic can be silicone, rubber, sticky PU gel, and or like materials known in the art may further be used. A further example, said co molding of non-tacky materials and tacky materials may further comprise said R A perimeter ring 108 C, such that if co molding of composites may be employed, that the non-visible underside portion of R A perimeter ring can then preferably comprise the tacky characteristic. In a further embodiment, said visible side area of R A perimeter ring 108 C may be treated with a surface coating such as flocking so as to aid in the elegant application of drawn on embellishment 102 A. In another example, said flocking fibers and or other fibers that can fulfill the same results as flocking may be impregnated within R A perimeter ring 108 C body composite, so as to aid in the elegant application of drawn on embellishment 102 A.

In a preferred embodiment, said container 210 may nest atop of each other, not depicted, whereas the upper top closed portion of container 210 said curved perimeter area may nest therewithin the open end side of container 210 cavity, thereby allowing said container 210 to be stacked on top of each other in a secure stabilized and controlled manner. In another example, said junction area where wall 101 of container 210 joins closed top portion of container 210, depicted in this example is a curved shape, other perimeter junction shapes may further be used and will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention.

In another preferred embodiment, said container 210 closed upper perimeter end, preferably joins with said wall 101, meeting at a right angle as depicted in FIG. 7.

In a further preferred embodiment of enhancing a secure snug fit of R A perimeter ring 108 C therearound upper portion of container 210, said disposed R A perimeter ring 108 C also further can be viewed in FIG. 9, FIG. 10 and FIG. 13 may be manufactured out of a tacky like composite such as silicone, rubber, and or a combination thereof and other tacky like materials may further be used known in the art, thus, providing a further secure removably attachable connection.

Further, it is to be noted that embodiments of R A perimeter ring 108 C relating to aforementioned embodiments of R A perimeter ring 108 C and thereto come embodiments of R A perimeter ring 108 C, their characteristics of discussed embodiments can be mixed and matched within the different variations of said R A perimeter ring 10 8 C, that will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention

FIG. 6 is a portion cross sectional view of further embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it may be further situated thereabout upper area of an embodiment of container 210 viewed in FIG. 1B taken along line 3-3. In a further embodiment, said of R A perimeter ring 108 C may not have any portion that may overhang down upon container 210 wall 101 area as depicted, but may still further can overlap top perimeter areas of top flat portion of container 210 area. In this example, R A perimeter ring 108 C depicts a protrusion 112 stemming from the preferred underside of said R A perimeter ring 108 C, that preferably snugly nestles within a channel 106 that can be situated thereabout said corresponding profile of upper area of said container 210 as depicted. In a preferred embodiment, R A perimeter ring 108 C depicted may preferably partially overhang container 210 wall 101 area and further overlap top flat area portion depicted, while further aiding in the disguising of said container 210 to resemble a real frosted cake.

In a preferred embodiment, said presentation container 100 is in-use mode when at least one R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated thereabout, or there around or thereatop closed top, perimeter area(s) of container 210 and or therearound closure cover 314.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of container 210 and how it may be situated thereatop the upper closed preferably flat side end of one embodiment of said closure cover 314 with said open-end cavity depicted facing down, further visible in FIG. 8A, FIG. 8B, FIG. 8C, FIG. 8D, FIG. 11, FIG. 13. In a further example said closure cover 314 may not be used as a base for said container 210 not depicted but later described in specifications. Regardless of how said closure cover 314 may be situated with cavity facing up and or down and or even if said closure cover 314 may be used or not used, will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In a further embodiment, said closure cover 314 may be situated on a stable surface area such as a table top and or the like, depicted in FIG. 1B, FIG. 8A, and FIG. 12.

Further in this preferred example, said container 210 preferably has a flat top end that can preferably be connected to wall area via a right-angle configuration.

Depicted in this example, container 210 preferably may sit atop a flat closed end of said closure cover 314 that may also function as a pedestal base that can raise up container 210.

In this preferred example, said presentation container 100 depicted is in non-use mode as said R A perimeter ring 108 C is not yet situated thereabout at least one perimeter area of container 210, be it thereatop, therearound, thereabout said perimeter area, and inclusive of therearound closure cover 314. In a further embodiment, said presentation container 100 may be considered in-use mode if said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be permanently attached to at least one perimeter area of said container 210 and or closure cover 314 perimeter area. In a further example of in-use mode may be considered when said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated therearound lower perimeter wall 101 area of container 210 regardless if flange 506 may be employed or not.

Another example of in-use mode can be when said R A perimeter ring 108 C may further be permanently connected thereabout perimeter area of closure cover 314.

In a further example of in-use mode may be when at least one said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated in at least one pre-determined location of said presentation container 100.

FIG. 8A is a portion cross sectional view depicting another embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it may be situated therearound and therebetween lower area of an embodiment of presentation container 100 viewed in FIG. 1B taken along line 2-2. Said R A perimeter ring 108 C and closure cover 314 are depicted situated preferably on top of a stable surface area. In this example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C is capable of disguising said closure cover 314 common appearance and its utility function, further, said R A perimeter ring 108 C combined with said situated closure cover 314 now functions as a raised pedestal to further levitate container 314.

Said preferred embodiment of a situated R A perimeter ring 108 C depicted in a snug nestled manner therearound closure cover further depicted in FIG. 8B to FIG. 8 D and FIG. 13. Said secure snug fit can be further enhanced by said R A perimeter ring 108 C that may be manufactured out of a tacky like composite such as silicone, rubber, and or a combination thereof and other tacky like materials may further be used known in the art. In another example of enhancing a snug secure fit therebetween R A perimeter ring 108 C and closure cover 314 can be accomplished by said closure cover 314 being manufactured out of a tacky like composite such as silicone, rubber, and or a combination thereof and other tacky like materials may further be used known in the art.

FIG. 8B is a portion cross sectional view depicting a further embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it may be situated thereabout lower area of an embodiment of closure cover 314 viewed in FIG. 1B viewed along line 2-2.

FIG. 8C is a preferred example of a portion cross sectional view depicting another embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it can be adapted to work in conjunction with said corresponding profile of closure cover 314, and situate R A perimeter ring 108 C in designated location depicted therearound area of closure cover 314 viewed in FIG. 1B taken along line 2-2. Depicted in this example, R A perimeter ring 108 C profile depicts channel 106 snugly nested in a cooperating manner with closure cover 314 protrusion 112 profile, thus, enabling said R A perimeter ring 108 C to be situated in an elegantly stabilized nested and controlled manner. Note, said channel 106 and said cooperating protrusion 112 are not limited to these locations, as they may be situated thereabout different areas within presentation container 100 components, that may be preferably used singularly and or in a plurality of strategic locations.

FIG. 8D is a portion cross sectional view depicting yet another embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it may be situated that can work in conjunction with said corresponding profile of closure cover 314, thus, can be used to help elegantly stabilize and situate R A perimeter ring 108 C therearound lower area of an embodiment of closure cover 314 in a controlled manner, viewed in FIG. 1B taken along line 2-2. In a further example of how R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated in a snug manner therearound closure cover 314, herein depicted R A perimeter ring 108 C and closure cover 314 can work together with corresponding perimeter profiles whereby at least one opposing channel and at least one opposing protrusion may be adapted to connect in a snug nestled manner that can elegantly help guide R A perimeter ring 108 C into desired position therearound closure cover 314. Further example of said closure cover 314 may have at least one protrusion situated thereabout closure cover 314 that can work in conjunction with corresponding profile of R A perimeter ring 108 C whereby said protrusion can help to situate and stabilize said R A perimeter ring 108 C in a controlled location.

A further preferred embodiment depicted is preferably how said container 210 wall 101 can nestle fairly securely therebetween closure cover 314 and R A perimeter ring 108 C, said R A perimeter ring 108 C that can preferably be of a height higher than said container 210 lower open end perimeter, thereby helping to stabilize and prevent container 210 from slipping off top side of preferably flat surface of closure cover 314 also visible in FIG. 8A, FIG. 8B, FIG. 8C, FIG. 8D, and FIG. 13.

FIG. 9 is a portion cross sectional view of another embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C and how it may further be situated in a controlled manner adapted to removably attach therearound upper area of an embodiment of container 210 viewed in FIG. 1B taken along line 3-3. Said R A perimeter ring 108 C in this example can be situated in a stabilized nested manner whereby corresponding profiles of R A perimeter ring 108 C channel 106 cooperates with said protrusion 112 that is configured to situated therearound said upper perimeter area of container, further helping to disguise container 210 appearance.

FIG. 10 is an exploded view of some embodiments of presentation container 100 and how said components may be adapted to fit and nestle together.

In this example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C can preferably start off situated on a stable surface. Then in this example said closure cover 314 may be situated in a recessed manner therebetween said R A perimeter ring 108 C preferably with topside facing up. Then in this example said container 210 can be placed on top of said closure cover 314, depicted in this adaption of closure cover 314, said container 210 can further be stabilized in a guided manner to be situated in a designated location therearound said protrusion 112 that is shown in this example stemming from topside area of closure cover 314 situated slightly offset from perimeter further visible in FIG. 11. Then in this example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C can then be situated on top side of container 210 therearound and nestled therewith container 210 protrusion 112. Let it be noted that there may be no particular order that may be followed when assembling said presentation container 100 components, as a different order of assembly may be employed and desired, dependent on said decorative embellishing effects and enhancements employed.

FIG. 11 is an exploded cross-sectional view of an embodiment of closure cover 314 viewed along line 4-4 in FIG. 7. In this example depicted, said protrusion 112 can stem from topside of closure cover 314, off set from perimeter of said closure cover 314, said protrusion 112 stemming from topside functions as a structural guide to better enable perimeter of said container 210 to be situated in a controlled stabilized manner atop said closure cover 314.

FIG. 12 is an exploded cross-sectional view of FIG. 7 viewed along line 4-4 of a further embodiment of closure cover 314. In this example said closure cover 314 can be situated with top flat side facing down on said surface area, such as a table top and or plate and or the like, depicting said inside cavity of closure cover 314 facing upward towards the bottom open end of said container 210, container 210 wall 101 can then cooperate in a situated manner with opposing closure cover 314 perimeter protrusion 112, whereby said wall 101 can be situated in a guided manner and or a loose manner therearound protrusion 112. In another example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated therearound closure cover 314 protrusion 112 in a snug manner not depicted.

FIG. 13 is a cross sectional view of a further embodiment of container 210 visible in FIG. 1B viewed along line 7-7 however as depicted in this FIG. 13 example, said container 210 wall 101 shape is conical whereas depicted in FIG. 1B viewed along line 7-7 said container 210 wall is vertical. Regardless of geometric shape of said container 210 wall 101 will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In this example, said upper and lower R A perimeter ring 108 C both have cooperating profiles related to their opposing designated corresponding component profiles. In this example depicted, upper situated R A perimeter ring 108 C is depicted in-use mode situated thereabout container 210 top perimeter and wall 101 junction area while overhanging side wall 101 area, while further overlapping container 210 top surface area, thereby situated in controlled snug nested position. Further depicted, said lower situated R A perimeter ring 108 C depicted in-use mode nested snugly therearound closure cover 314 while said container 210 wall 101 bottom open edge area is depicted in a preferred disposed location therebelow top surface area of R A perimeter ring 108 C situated on top side of closed end of closure cover 314 and situated in a controlled and secured position therebetween inside circumference of said R A perimeter ring 108 C.

In this embodiment, said closure cover 314 depicted with open side cavity facing down, further preferably depicting said protrusion 112 stemming preferably from inside closure cover 314 cavity circumference lip 114 area projecting preferably towards generally said center area of cavity.

In this preferably example, said channel 106 can preferably be depicted generally situated therebetween top surface area of inside cavity of closure cover 314 and preferably adjacent to said protrusion 112. In this further example depicted is said protrusion 112 situated therearound circumference open end edge of container 210 wall 101 preferably can be situated to project away from container 210 wall 101 as depicted.

FIG. 14A is a perspective view of one example of R A perimeter ring 108 C depicting how in one configured embodiment of how said R A perimeter ring 108 C desired profile may be configured. For illustrative purposes said R A perimeter ring 108 C embodies said channel 106 depicted situated in strategic location. Other examples of situated channel 106 further visible in FIG. 8C, FIG. 8D, FIG. 9, and FIG. 14B, depicting further configured embodiments of said channel 106, and where said channel 106 may be located thereabout and or therewithin and possibly therearound, said R A perimeter ring 108 C is situated such that it may harmoniously cooperate and mate up in a snug, nested, stabilized, controlled manner, in a removably attachable way to said perimeter area of perhaps container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both strategic locations. Further example, said channel 106 may be situated singularly and or in a plurality of designed locations situated thereabout, and or therewithin and or therearound various components of presentation container 100, such as R A perimeter ring 108 C situated to cooperate with corresponding profile of said container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both container 210 and closure cover 314 at the same time. R A perimeter ring 108 C depicted in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 8A to FIG. 9 and FIG. 13, situated therearound and or thereabout and or thereatop specified perimeters area showing how it cooperated with apposing perimeter of upper area of container 210 component. This example depicts one embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C in non-use mode as it has not yet been preferably removably attached to a minimum of at least one strategically designated location, either situated thereabout, thereatop, and or therearound said container 210 perimeter areas and or situated thereabout, thereatop, and or therearound said closure cover 314 and or both said container 210 and closure cover 314 at the same time. A further embodiment of non-use mode can be seen in FIG. 2A, whereby in this example of non-use mode of R A perimeter ring 108 C is depicted being contained within container 210 cavity. In a further example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C is depicted in use-mode depicted in examples such as FIG. 1A and FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 8A to FIG. 8D, FIG. 9 and FIG. 13, but not limited to these situated locations as other embodiment locations further may be employed.

In a preferred embodiment, said R A perimeter ring 108 C can be manufactured preferably out of a composite that is resilient and flexible in nature, such materials may comprise silicone, rubber, polyurethane (PU), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based material, and or a co-molding of aforementioned materials may be used and the like but not limited to these materials, other materials used in the art that are preferably flexible in nature may be used, thus allowing for an elegant experience when attaching and or removing said R A perimeter ring 108 C to configured areas. A further embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 may comprised a more rigid less flexible material that may be used to manufacture R A perimeter ring 108 C, such as firmer polyurethane (PU), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based material, wood, molded bamboo, polypropylene or a type of resin used in the art, and or a magnetic composite material may also be used, but not limited to these materials, other types of composite materials known in the art may further be used and or a combination thereof aforementioned materials and or co-molding of aforementioned materials may be used. Regardless of the composite of particular materials that may be used to manufacture the R A perimeter ring(s) 108 C will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In another embodiment, said R A perimeter ring 108 may be manufactured by way of injection molding, liquid injection molding, extrusion, 3 D printed, co molding, stamp molding and or other methods known in the art may also be used.

It is preferred that said R A perimeter ring 108 C be permanently configured in a predetermined shape as creating real looking frosted perimeter ring(s) can be quite challenging, so as not to concern the user of any required skill level needed, said predetermined configured R A perimeter ring 108 C thus allows user to create a cake with perfectly looking frosted perimeter ring(s), appearing as if someone skilled in the art created it, that may be situated in a plurality of locations useful, predetermined locations.

A further example of composite that may be used to create said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be plasticine, clay, putty, moldable polymer, and or a combination thereof and or like composites may further be used, but not limited to these materials, other materials used in the art may also be used. Where user may create their own R A perimeter ring 108 C, using aforementioned composite materials that comprise a characteristic of not hardening into one predisposed characteristic but can be reshaped repeatedly to emulate various types of frosting perimeter rings and various presentation container 100 embellishment components. However, in a further embodiment, said clay, putty, moldable polymer and the like, may also be used that comprise a characteristic of hardening into a permanent R A perimeter ring 108 C and or other component embellishments, configuration by the user. Further, said plasticine, clay, putty, polymer composite and the like can be sticky in nature and may be molded by the user directly to desired locations thereto said perimeter area(s) of said container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both container 210 and closure cover 314, that can be molded thereto component areas of said presentation container 100, that may either be removably attached and or permanently attached. In another example of composites that may be used to manufacture R A perimeter ring 108 C may comprise one or two-part polymers and or multiple of co molded polymers and or polymer additives may further be used that can contain fillers impregnated within polymer and or other polymers known in the art may further be used to create R A perimeter ring 108 C.

In a further preferred example, said composites and or combined composites, and or surface coated composite components, comprising said R A perimeter ring 108 C, preferably have the characteristic that allows R A perimeter ring 108 C to accept some type of embellishing such as drawn on embellishment 102 A, such as being able to paint over top of said R A perimeter ring 108 C, thus providing user of the device a further opportunity of creative expression opposed to just embellishing just the container 210 component surface areas.

In a preferred example, said paint and or other known mediums of drawn on embellishment 102 A preferably can be applied to R A perimeter ring 108 C, that then if so desired, can be removed in an elegant manner possibly by way of washing off, peeling off, wiping off, pulling off, tugging off and or the like and or other methods known in the art may further be used, thus allowing user the opportunity of preferably repeatedly enhancing the appearance of R A perimeter ring 108 C with preferred drawn on embellishment 102 A medium. In another embodiment of said R A perimeter ring 108 C is that it may be removably attached to surface area of presentation container 100 components by methods such as, washable adhesive, colored washable adhesive, removable adhesive tape, sticky PU gel, decals, clay, tacky composite, magnets, suction cups, static cling, peel and stick vinyl, friction fit, wedged fit, and or a combination thereof methods and materials may be used to R A perimeter ring 108 C to an embodiment of a plurality of desired locations situated thereabout said presentation container 100. Another example of said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated to cooperate with perimeter areas of container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both container 210 and closure cover 314, that can be permanently attached in at least one location up to a plurality of locations, by methods such as permanent adhesive, riveting, chemically connecting, and or molding R A perimeter ring 108 C directly to body and or therewithin body composite, but not limited to these methods of permanently connecting R A perimeter ring 108 C together with container 210 and or closure cover 314, other ways known in the art may further be used, thus, no longer being removably attachable.

In a preferred embodiment pertaining to storage of presentation container 100 components specifically such as R A perimeter ring 108 C, and may also further comprise other embodiment components such as R A embellishment 102 B and further may comprise drawn on embellishment 102 A and possibly other related accessories such as an instruction booklet of presentation container 100 that may be stored within container 210 cavity depicted in FIG. 2A for convenience. Also, said R A perimeter ring 108 C and possibly R A embellishment 102 B and possibly drawn on embellishment 102 A and further possibly other related accessories of said presentation container 100, such as an instruction booklet, and or other related items specifically may not be stored within container 210 cavity, possibly if space is not adequate and or if said composite of R A perimeter ring 108 C is not flexible in nature, or simply is not desired to do so. Regardless of composite that may comprise R A perimeter ring 108 C that has the characteristic of maintaining a predetermined configuration, will not depart form the spirit and scope of the present invention. In a further storage embodiment of presentation container 100 components such as R A perimeter ring 108 C and possibly R A embellishment 102 B, such that they may be stored either thereabout and or therearound and or thereatop and or a combination thereof situated locations cooperating with said container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both container 210 and closure cover 314, in said designated assembled embodiment(s), thus storing presentation container 100 in-use mode.

It is preferable that R A perimeter ring 108 C be preferably removably attachable to the exterior surface of container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both. In a further embodiment, said R A perimeter ring 108 C B may not be re-attachable to perimeter areas of said container 210 and or closure cover 314 once it has been removed from perimeter areas. R A perimeter ring 108 C configuration depicted for illustration purposes only, should not be construed as limiting, is depicted cooperating with upper profile of said container 210 visible in FIG. 1A, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 9 FIG. 10 and FIG. 13 and also further depicting lower situated R A perimeter ring 108 C visible in FIG. 1A, FIG. 8 A, to FIG. 8 D, FIG. 13, and further mentioned in specifications where not illustrated, whereby both upper and lower situated R A perimeter ring 108 C are depicted in a removably attachably secured and snugly nested, and stabilized and controlled manner, thus said R A perimeter ring 108 C can remain in an embodiment of selected location(s) until an elegant disassembly is desired and or required, further, said aforementioned strategic locations and said profile configurations and said profile configuration of cooperating component profile, should not be construed as limiting as other configurations and possible coupling methods may be used, be them either a permanent relationship and or removably attachable affiliation. In another embodiment, said R A perimeter ring 108 C may further be situated in a snug nested removably attachable manner therearound one example of container 210 viewed in FIG. 2B, whereby said R A perimeter ring 108 C profile is configured to cooperate with profile of cooperating container 210, in this example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C can be configured to situate on top side area of flange 506 situated therearound container 210, and thereatop flange 506 topside area nestled there against said wall 101 in a snug manner and or may be situated in a loose manner may also be employed, further in this example said closure cover 314 may not be necessary in this embodiment of said presentation container 100, however it may be used in either a utilitarian manner to cover and contain components within container 210 and or may function as a type of base set up comprising presentation container 100 components, regardless if closure cover 314 is employed in this particular example of presentation container 100 embodiment, will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In a further example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated therearound closure cover 314 perimeter lip 114 and protrusion 112 area of closure cover 314 in a preferably removably attachable snug nestled manner, depicting this example configuration viewed in FIG. 12 while not depicting R A perimeter ring 108 C in this FIG. 12 example.

In a further preferred example, depicted in FIG. 13, said upper and lower situated R A perimeter ring 108 C are not of an equal diameter, also and container 210 upper and lower perimeter area circumferences depicted are not of equal dimensions, as such said container 210 side wall 101 depicted is not vertical, wherein wall 101 that is connected to the upper preferably flat top area of container 210 forms an obtuse angle, thus in FIG. 13 said R A perimeter ring 108 C non-visible profile side of R A perimeter ring 108 C that once it is situated thereto designated obtuse angled corresponding perimeter position, said user of device no longer can view the profile side of R A perimeter ring 108 C that is configured with the cooperating obtuse angle characteristic that is situated into nested position, (note: other non-visible cooperating profile perimeter angle side embodiments situated thereabout R A perimeter ring 108 A may apply), whereby said container 210 depicted in FIG. 7 would require R A perimeter ring 108 C to have a cooperating profile configuration that is right angled. In another embodiment of where the R A perimeter ring 108 C may further be situated, not depicted in figures, however R A perimeter ring 108 C may be further situated on the top upper closed generally flat end side of container 210, preferably therebetween the top upper perimeter border of said container 210 and may comprise no overhang, whereas depicted in FIG. 1 B, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 9, and FIG. 13, said R A perimeter ring 108 C is depicted partially overhanging the upper closed top flat perimeter area. Regardless where the R A perimeter ring 108 C may be situated will not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention. In a further example not depicted, said R A perimeter ring may be situated therearound an upper dome shaped closed perimeter end.

In a further preferred embodiment, R A perimeter ring 108 is desired to be white, thus to allow for multiple color experiences that may be applied to surface area of R A perimeter ring 108 C by way of drawn on embellishment 102 A, further said white color may be opaque in nature, also said R A perimeter ring 108 C composite material may be impregnated with white color therewithin composite material comprising said R A perimeter ring 108 C and or may have a white exterior color finish applied to all and or a particular surface area of R A perimeter ring 108 using various techniques known in the art to apply a surface finish, such as painted on, sprayed on, plated on, and or flocked on and or the like, further other known methods used in the art may also be used. Regardless of how preferred white color is achieved, will not depart from the spirt and scope of the present invention. In another example of coloration, said R A perimeter ring 108 may also be a pale light color, such as pale yellow, pale pink, pale blue, pale green, pale purple and or further pale colors that are known in the art may also be used. In another example, said R A perimeter ring 108 may comprise bright colors. In a further example, said R A perimeter ring 108 can comprise said plurality of various aforementioned colors.

In a preferred embodiment, said plurality of R A perimeter ring 108 C preferably shall be of the same color. In a further embodiment, said composite material of R A perimeter ring 108 C may further comprise sparkles embedded within composite and or applied to the surface area of device, other common embellishment additives commonly used in the art may further be used. In yet another example, said R A perimeter ring 108 C may not be opaque in nature but a degree of translucency may be employed. Another example of R A perimeter ring 108 C relating to said particular placement of texture, color, paint, and or a unique finish such as flocking and or other finishes commonly used in the art, and or a combination thereof aforementioned finishes may be situated in designated area(s) of surface of R A perimeter ring 108 C, depicted in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 8A to FIG. 10, and FIG. 13, but not limited to these specified areas thereto come, the visible area of said R A perimeter ring 108 C that when situated in designated embodiment area, the component visible surface can comprise texture, color, paint, and or a unique finish to better emulate a real frosting appearance, whereas the non-visible surface area side of R A perimeter ring 108 C that nestles there against container 210 and or closure cover 314 may not comprise said texture, color, and or a unique finish such as flocking, so as to better enable said R A perimeter ring 108 C to better snuggly removably attachably connect and cooperate with designated corresponding perimeter areas situated thereabout, therearound and or thereatop said container 210 and or closure cover 314 and or both container 210 and closure cover 314.

FIG. 14B depicts a cross sectional view taken of one embodiment of R A perimeter ring 108 C viewed along lines 6-6 visible in FIG. 14A. In one example depicted for illustration purposes, said R A perimeter ring 108 C depicts a profile configuration that may be of a substantially rectangular channel 106 that can be situated in a particular area and or possibly areas of said R A perimeter ring 108 C.

In a further embodiment, said R A perimeter ring 108 C profile configuration may comprise different profile configurations as illustrated elsewhere further visible in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 8A to FIG. 9 and FIG. 13, whereby particular profile configuration desired can be molded directly within the body of the R A perimeter ring 108 C, thus can enable said R A perimeter ring 108 C to to better cooperate with the corresponding profile of the particular component embodiment said R A perimeter ring 108 C shall be disposed to cooperate with. In a further example this particular profile can further be removably attached to some example embodiments such as outer edge of flange 506 depicted in FIG. 2B and may also be used with further embodiments visible in FIG. 8C, FIG. 9, FIG. 10 and FIG. 12, but not limited to these areas, whereby said R A perimeter ring 108 C may situate with either upper and or lower and or both upper and lower perimeter areas of presentation container 100 components, thus enabling container to look like a real frosted cake once at least one perimeter area has been removably coupled with an embodiment of said R A perimeter ring 108 C.

FIG. 14C is a perspective top view of R A perimeter ring 108 C shown in FIG. 14A. In one embodiment, R A perimeter ring 108 C is textured with a particular appearance disposed on the outer surface area created to emulate a real frosting perimeter appearance common in the art, however because there are many different configurations of textured frosting perimeters employed, the textured appearance is not limited to what is depicted, further, if an upper and lower situated R A perimeter ring 108 B shall be employed, either they may both have the same textured appearance and or as common in the art, R A perimeter ring 108 C may have different textured profile configurations.

The inventor provides a solution for the limited use presentation containers that are currently on the market.

It is to be understood that this disclosure is not limited to any single specific embodiment or enumerated variation. The inventor provides a presentation container that upon assembly of components, adapted with multiple configured embodiments to imitate that of a real frosted and embellished cake thereby disguising a utility function of the device, that further allows the user creative freedom to preferably repeatedly, be able to embellish the presentation container exterior in a plurality of ways, while using a plurality of embodiments that cooperate in harmony with the device and each other. That provide the user with multiple ways of using the device, be it for utility purposes and or creative expression and or a combination thereof. The images depicted are for illustration purposes only and may not depict the exact representation. The illustrative embodiments described in the detailed description and illustrations, are not meant to be limiting. Further, it is noted that embodiments mentioned and other further embodiments may be utilized, can further be arranged and re-arranged and can be mixed and matched within each of the various versions, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention relating to the subject matter presented.

Claims

1. A presentation container that upon assembly imitates a toy cake comprising:

a. a cylindrical shaped container that is adapted to cooperate with R A perimeter ring, comprising a substantially flat top end that is parallel to the opposing open end with a defined space therewithin, that comprises a smooth exterior surface that is configured to removably cooperate with R A perimeter ring, the cavity of the container does not need to be employed for the device to still be appreciated, whereby the open end of container is situated facing down and the exterior is used as a blank canvas;
b. one or more R A perimeter ring is configured to emulate that of a real circular frosting perimeter ring that is molded within the visible portion of the body that is further adapted to be removably attached to perimeter areas of presentation container perimeters whereby the non-visible side of R A perimeter ring is adapted to snugly nestle thereabout presentation container in a plurality of locations; and
c. a closure cover that is circular in shape that is situated to cooperate with the container open and or closed end, it has a top closed flat side opposite the interior cavity that is situated on a surface with its cavity side facing down, whereby it may function to enclose contents of a container but closure cover does not need to be used for that utility purpose for it to be appreciated, whereby the containers open end perimeter edge rests upon the upper flat side surface of the closure.

2. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the container exterior surface is solid white and functions as a blank canvas that is adapted to be enhanced by way of drawn on embellishment.

3. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the one or more R A perimeter ring is solid white and functions as a blank canvas that is adapted to be enhanced by way of drawn on embellishment.

4. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to snugly nestle in a removably attachable manner thereabout the upper closed flat end, thereabout perimeter area of container.

5. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted removably attachably snugly nestle therearound the lower perimeter area of container.

6. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to removably attachably snugly nestle therearound the perimeter area of closure cover.

7. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein one or more R A perimeter ring that can be housed within container cavity in a malformed configuration, that upon removal from interior cavity springs back into its original desired configuration.

8. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the R A perimeter ring is configured to snugly nestle therearound perimeter areas of presentation container with the aid of the R A perimeter ring comprising a tacky composite such as silicone and or rubber and or the like. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the R A perimeter ring is configured to snugly nestle therearound perimeter areas of presentation container as the non-visible cooperating and corresponding perimeter profile is strategically disposed on the non-visible side of R A perimeter ring, the area that is snugly nestled thereabout corresponding perimeter areas of presentation container perimeters are the non-visible side portions of said R A perimeter ring.

9. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the R A perimeter ring has a surface coating of flocking applied to the visible side area of R A perimeter ring.

10. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the R A perimeter ring has a fiber and or flocking like material embedded within the body of R A perimeter ring.

11. The presentation container of claim 1, wherein the container is white with a surface of flocking.

12. A method for using presentation container comprising:

a. a cylindrical shaped container with vertical side wall and a horizontal flat top with a surface area that is smooth, whereby its perimeter areas is adapted to receive drawn on embellishment, and R A perimeter ring while the open end of container is situated facing down;
b. one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to emulate that of a real perimeter frosting embellishment, whereby the molded textured body is adapted to removably receive drawn on embellishment applied to the visible side area of R A perimeter ring, as the non-visible side shall be situated therearound a plurality of locations thereabout presentation container; and
c. a closure cover that is circular in shape, whereby the container open end perimeter edge rests upon the upper flat side surface of closure cover, while it can function as a lid, it is used as a presentation container pedestal with open cavity side facing down, R A perimeter ring is removably attached in a snug nestled manner therearound closure cover.

13. The presentation container of claim 11, wherein the presentation container is in-use mode when at least one or more of the R A perimeter ring is situated there about at least one perimeter area of presentation container.

14. The presentation container of claim 11, wherein the R A perimeter ring is adapted to be removably attachably situated therearound top perimeter edge of container in a snug nestled manner that is removably attached to said container either before or after said container has received drawn on embellishment.

15. The presentation container of claim 11, wherein the container is adapted to be able to remove drawn on embellishment in an elegant manner.

16. The presentation container of claim 11, wherein the one or more R A perimeter ring is adapted to be able to remove drawn on embellishment in an elegant manner.

17. The presentation container of claim 11, wherein the R A perimeter ring can be stored within container cavity in a malformed configuration, whereby after R A perimeter ring is removed from cavity. it then springs back into its original characteristic.

18. The presentation container of claim 11, wherein the R A perimeter ring is removably attached from presentation container components perimeter areas, so as to allow for repeat creative play. The presentation container of claim 11, wherein the R A perimeter ring is removably attached from presentation container components perimeter areas, as tallow for repeat creative play.
