TWO-IN-ONE TOILET BRUSH AND TOILET BRUSH BASE

The present disclosure discloses a two-in-one toilet brush and a toilet brush base. The two-in-one toilet brush includes a brush holder, and also includes a brush head formed by combining a silica gel plate and a brush bristle plate; silica gel pillars are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the silica gel plate; and brush bristles are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the brush bristle plate. The present disclosure provides a two-in-one toilet brush and a toilet brush base, so as to provide a two-in-one brush head with various brush cleaning effects for different corners and different scenarios.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a cleaning tool, specifically to a two-in-one toilet brush and a toilet brush base.

BACKGROUND

A toilet brush is a common cleaning tool (which is used for, for example, cleaning toilets and cleaning washrooms). Current toilet brushes are classified according to materials. A brush cleaning material of a brush head part is silica gel or soft bristles or rigid bristles or a combination of soft bristles and rigid bristles. Although a brush head overall made of silica gel is environmentally friendly and is easy to clean, and hairs are hardly retained on the brush head, its cleaning effect is poor. A brush head with soft bristles or rigid bristles or both soft bristles and rigid bristles has a good cleaning effect, but the bristle part is not easy to clean, and a glaze surface of a toilet is easy to damage. Toilet brushes separately using the above two brush heads hardly meet the demands of users in different scenarios.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure provides a two-in-one toilet brush and a toilet brush base mainly for the above problems, so as to provide a two-in-one brush head with two materials for different corners and different scenarios.

In order to achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides a toilet brush, including a brush holder, further including a brush head formed by combining a silica gel plate and a brush bristle plate; silica gel pillars are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the silica gel plate; and brush bristles are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the brush bristle plate.

Further, the brush head is cylindrical or tongue-shaped or shield-shaped.

Further, the brush bristle plate is of a left-half flat structure, and includes an outer end surface, a contour surface, and an arc surface for connecting the outer end surface to the contour surface; and the brush bristles uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the brush bristle plate include brush bristles distributed on the outer end surface and/or the arc surface, and a circle of brush bristles distributed along the contour surface.

Further, the brush bristle plate is connected to the brush holder.

Further, the silica gel plate is of a right-half flat structure, and includes a soft rubber mass with the silica gel pillars, and a hard rubber mass integrally formed with the soft rubber mass.

Further, the hard rubber mass is provided with a mounting fastener, a positioning insertion block and a positioning pillar; and a fastening port, an insertion hole and a positioning hole which respectively correspond to the mounting fastener, the positioning insertion block and the positioning pillar are formed in the brush bristle plate.

Further, the brush holder includes a first pipe section and a second pipe section; antiskid lines are arranged outside a wall of the first pipe section; and the second pipe section is in threaded connection with the first pipe section.

In order to achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides a toilet brush base, including a base body and a bottom plate; a brush head placement slot used for placing the above-mentioned toilet brush is arranged on the base body; a water passing hole is formed in an inner wall of the brush head placement slot; the bottom plate is configured at a lower end of the base body; and a water collection slot connected to the water passing hole is arranged on the bottom plate.

Further, an outer wall of the base body is provided with an air hole communicated with the brush head placement slot.

Further, a side surface of the bottom plate is provided with a water outlet for discharging redundant water.

Compared with the prior art, according to the two-in-one toilet brush and the toilet brush base provided by the present disclosure, a two-in-one brush head formed by combining a silica gel material and brush bristles is used, and silica gel pillars and brush bristles spread all over the periphery of the brush head, so that a user can adopt different brush head parts to achieve targeted cleaning according to different use scenarios, and the cleaning effect is enhanced.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely described. Obviously, the embodiments described herein are only part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that when a component is referred to as being “fixed” to another element, it can be directly on the other component or an intermediate component may also exist. When one component is considered to be “connected” to another component, it can be directly connected to the other component or an intermediate component may be present at the same time. When one component is considered to be “disposed” on another component, it can be directly disposed on the other component or an intermediate component may be present at the same time. The terms “vertical”, “horizontal”, “left”, “right” and similar representations used herein are only for the purpose of illustration.

Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein are the same as meanings of general understandings of those skilled in the art of the present disclosure. The terms used in the description of the present utility model herein are merely to describe the specific embodiments, not intended to limit the present utility model. The term “and/or” used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more related listed items.

The technical solution of the present disclosure will be described below by taking a toilet brush 100 disclosed in the present disclosure as an example.

According to an example of the present disclosure, it can be seen from the structure of the toilet brush 100 shown in FIG. 2 that the toilet brush 100 may include a whole (a brush holder 10 and a brush head 11) that forms the appearance of the toilet brush. The brush holder 10 and the brush head 11 may be made of a single kind of material or various kinds of materials. For example, the brush holder 10 may include a non-metal material or a metal material, such as plastic, metal, or plastic and metal. One surface of the brush head 11 is a silica gel material or a thermoplastic elastomer (TPR) material, and one surface is a nylon material or a polypropylene material.

The brush head 11 will be described in detail below in combination with specific examples.

As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, the brush head 11 is approximately flat. Of course, in some embodiments, the brush head 11 may be cylindrical or tongue-shaped or shield-shaped. The protection scope of the present disclosure is not limited to this. In this embodiment, the brush head 11 is formed by combining a silica gel plate 110 and a brush bristle plate 111. Silica gel pillars 12 made of silica gel or TPR are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the silica gel plate 110. Brush bristles 13 are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the brush bristle plate 111. The brush bristles 13 include PP bristles, polybutylece terephthalate (PBT) soft bristles, nylon polyamide (PA) bristles, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) composite material sharpened filaments, and the like. The brush bristles 13 may be soft bristles or rigid bristles or both soft bristles and rigid bristles made of the above-mentioned materials. A user can flexibly select the silica gel pillars 12 or the brush bristles 13 to do cleaning according to different use demands. The silica gel plate 110 and the silica gel pillars 12 are integrally formed. The brush bristles 13 are planted into the brush bristle plate 111 by a bristle planting machine. The silica gel plate 110 and the brush bristle plate 111 are combined to form the above-mentioned brush head 11, so as to improve the machining efficiency.

FIG. 4 shows a brush bristle plate 111 which is of a flat structure and is not provided with the brush bristles 13. Specifically, the brush bristle plate 111 is of a left-half flat structure and includes an outer end surface 1110, a contour surface 1111 and an arc surface 1112 for connecting the outer end surface 1110 to the contour surface 1111. The brush bristles 13 are uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the brush bristle plate 111, including: brush bristles 13 distributed on the outer end surface 1110 and/or the arc surface 1112, and a circle of brush bristles 13 distributed along the contour surface 1111. The circle of brush bristles 13 arranged on the contour surface 1111 can clean sanitary dead angles on a rim of a toilet. In addition, the brush bristle plate 111 is connected to the brush holder 10. A connection manner may adopt an internal thread and external thread connection manner, which is convenient for removal.

As shown in FIG. 3, the silica gel plate 110 is of a right-half flat structure and includes a soft rubber mass 1101 with the silica gel pillars 12 and a hard rubber mass 1102 integrally formed with the soft rubber mass 1101. The hard rubber mass 1102 is connected to the brush bristle plate 111 in a manner of clamping, screwing and the like. In this embodiment, the hard rubber mass 1102 is provided with a mounting fastener 1103, a positioning insertion block 1104 and a positioning pillar 1105; and a fastening port 1113, an insertion hole 1114 and a positioning hole 1115 which respectively correspond to the mounting fastener 1103, the positioning insertion block 1104 and the positioning pillar 1105 are formed in the brush bristle plate 111. During assembling, the positioning insertion block 1104 on the silica gel plate 110 is inserted into the insertion hole 1114. The silica gel plate 110 is pressed to combine the fastener 1103 and the positioning pillar 1105 on the silica gel plate 110 with the fastening port 1113 and the positioning hole 1115 into a whole.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 2, the brush holder 10 includes a first pipe section 101 and a second pipe section 102 which are approximately of a tubular structure. The first pipe section 101 is used as a holding part for a user and is also a lengthening part of the toilet brush 100. Antiskid lines are arranged outside a wall of the first pipe section for holding by a user with a hand. In a force application process, slippage is avoided. The second pipe section 102 is in threaded connection with the first pipe section 101, which is convenient for loading and transportation.

The technical solution of the present disclosure will be described below by taking a toilet brush base 200 disclosed in the present disclosure as an example However, it should be noted that the toilet brush base 200 is used for storing the toilet brush 100, so as to avoid the following phenomenon: if the brush head 11 of the toilet brush is exposed outside, water marks will be left and the appearance will be affected.

According to the example of the present disclosure, it can be seen from the structure of the toilet brush base 200 shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 that the toilet brush base 200 includes a base body 20 and a bottom plate 21. A brush head placement slot 201 used for placing the toilet brush 100 is arranged on the base body 20; a water passing hole 202 is formed in an inner wall of the brush head placement slot 201; the bottom plate 21 is configured at a lower end of the base body 20; and a water collection slot 210 connected to the water passing hole 202 is arranged on the bottom plate. It can be understood that liquid on the brush bristles 13 of the brush head 11 put into the placement slot 201 fall into the water collection slot 210 through the water passing hole 202, thus achieving aims of collecting and storing the liquid.

Preferably, an outer wall of the base body 20 is provided with an air hole 203 communicated with the brush head placement slot 201, thus realizing ventilation and avoiding smelly gas due to moisture.

Preferably, a side surface of the bottom plate 21 is provided with a water outlet 211 for discharging redundant water. It is used for discharging the redundant water in the water collection slot 210.

Those skilled in the art can easily implement the present disclosure through reading and understanding of the above-mentioned specific implementations. However, it should be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to such specific implementations. On the basis of the disclosed implementations, those skilled in the basic art can arbitrarily combine different technical features to achieve different technical solutions, and can also be combined with different forms of additional functions to form other technical solutions. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the scope of the appended claims.

The above specific examples are used to illustrate the present disclosure, which are only used to help understand the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains can further make several simple deductions, modifications or substitutions according to the idea of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A two-in-one toilet brush, comprising a brush holder, further comprising a brush head formed by combining a silica gel plate and a brush bristle plate, wherein silica gel pillars are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the silica gel plate; and brush bristles are uniformly distributed on an outer circumferential surface of the brush bristle plate.

2. The two-in-one toilet brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush head is cylindrical or tongue-shaped or shield-shaped.

The two-in-one toilet brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush bristle plate is of a left-half flat structure, and comprises an outer end surface, a contour surface, and an arc surface for connecting the outer end surface to the contour surface; and the brush bristles uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the brush bristle plate comprise brush bristles distributed on the outer end surface and/or the arc surface, and a circle of brush bristles distributed along the contour surface.

4. The two-in-one toilet brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush bristle plate is connected to the brush holder.

5. The two-in-one toilet brush according to claim 1, wherein the silica gel plate is of a right-half flat structure, and comprises a soft rubber mass with the silica gel pillars, and a hard rubber mass integrally formed with the soft rubber mass.

The two-in-one toilet brush according to claim 5, wherein the hard rubber mass is provided with a mounting fastener, a positioning insertion block and a positioning pillar; and a fastening port, an insertion hole and a positioning hole which respectively correspond to the mounting fastener, the positioning insertion block and the positioning pillar are formed in the brush bristle plate.

7. The two-in-one toilet brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush holder comprises a first pipe section and a second pipe section; antiskid lines are arranged outside a wall of the first pipe section; and the second pipe section is in threaded connection with the first pipe section.

8. A toilet brush base, comprising a base body and a bottom plate, wherein a brush head placement slot used for placing the toilet brush of claim 1 is arranged on the base body; a water passing hole is formed in an inner wall of the brush head placement slot; the bottom plate is configured at a lower end of the base body; and a water collection slot connected to the water passing hole is arranged on the bottom plate.

9. The toilet brush base according to claim 8, wherein an outer wall of the base body is provided with an air hole communicated with the brush head placement slot.

10. The toilet brush base according to claim 8, wherein a side surface of the bottom plate is provided with a water outlet for discharging redundant water.
